A judge in the U.K. has ruled that two children, ages 15 and 11, must be forced to receive the MMR vaccine even though they and their mother do not want it.
The case was brought before the court because the girls’ father, now divorced from their mother, decided the girls should be vaccinated, even though he earlier had decided against vaccination, along with the children’s mother.
What apparently changed the father’s mind was the media attention given to the Lancet’s attack against Dr. Andrew Wakefield in 2010, where they retracted his published research outlining the dangers of the MMR vaccine, and its link to autism.
Sadly, the attacks against Dr. Wakefield by the mainstream media, both in the U.K. and in the U.S., have only published one side of the story, and one most go on the Internet to the alternative media to hear the other side of the story. Dr. Wakefield is consistently blamed for lowering the vaccine rate in the U.K. and scaring parents. However, what one will seldom, if ever, hear or read in the mainstream media is that Dr. Wakefield was NOT anti-vaccine, but rather he documented the danger of combining 3 vaccines into 1 in the form of the MMR vaccine, and actually recommended that parents get these vaccines separately. So while the rates of the 3-vaccine dose of the MMR vaccine decreased, there would have been an uptake in the number of single dose vaccines. Of course this would have severely cut into the profits of the MMR vaccine producer, Merck.
Nevertheless, Dr. Wakefield and others involved in the study were attacked, and stripped of their license to practice medicine. World renowned pediatric gastroenterologist Prof. John Walker-Smith, who was also attacked in the study, appealed to the United Kingdom’s General Medical Council regulatory board that had ruled against both him and Andrew Wakefield for their roles in the 1998 Lancet MMR paper, and he won [1]. He was returned to the status of a fully licensed physician in the UK, but this fact is not reported in the mainstream media. Dr. Wakefield currently resides in Texas, and is still involved in litigation.
What is most disturbing about this judge’s ruling, is the reason she gave for deciding to force these two sisters to be vaccinated against their wishes, and the wish of their mother:
“I am aware that this is against the girls’ wishes but that that it is not the only factor,” she wrote. “The court also has to consider their level of understanding of the issues involved and what factors have influenced their views. I do not consider there is a balanced level of understanding by them of the issues involved.” (Source [2].)
This is now the third time the court in the U.K. has ordered parents to vaccinate their children with the MMR vaccine against the family’s wishes, and attorneys reportedly stated that this decision “confirms there is no longer any debate about the benefits of the vaccine.”
This is now the predominate view of the medical system, and the mainstream media. They would like you to believe that the issue of vaccines is a closed subject, and that anyone who dares to disagree must be forced to comply against their wishes, for the “greater good” of society. Medical tyranny is increasing.
Vaccines are dangerous, and every vaccine carries risk of severe side effects, including death. This fact is conceded by the medical system and the government.
But are vaccines effective? This is the one question they do NOT want debated. Because if it can be shown that vaccines are not as effective as advertised, even the faulty logic of “the greater good,” which trumps human rights, falls apart.
