I introduced Abdulah to our readers last month. Abdulah is from a Muslim country, and after being injured by Pfizer’s COVID “vaccines” he began to research ways to heal from his vaccine injuries, and ended up finding the Jesus of the Bible. See:

COVID “Vaccine” Injured Muslim Man Learns COVID was a Scam and Meets Jesus of the Bible as he Begins to Heal

I’ve asked Abdulah to give us an update on his journey in seeking healing from his COVID-19 vaccine injuries, so that others can benefit from the knowledge and wisdom he has acquired since meeting Jesus of the Bible.

His life is a testimony to God’s grace and his healing power, as well as a testimony against the “Christian doctors” who have claimed that people cannot be healed from COVID-19 vaccine injuries. Some of these “Christian doctors” have gone so far as to say that one can no longer be “saved” because they have become “trans-humans” after getting the COVID shots, showing that they are false prophets who do not understand or know the miraculous healing power that is available to all true believers in Jesus Christ.

Most of the “whistleblower” medical doctors who saw through the COVID scam and the dangers of the COVID shots have nothing of real value to offer vaccine victims except “safer” vaccines and drugs, as they still profit from the medical system, many of them fighting to maintain their “license” to practice “medicine” (pharmakeia).

I Realized There’s Never been a “Normal” to Begin With

by Abdulah

There is a huge body of medical literature and also research done from information obtained from systems such as the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) in the United States detailing the side effects of vaccines in general, and COVID vaccines in particular.

That doesn’t take into account the stories from medical professionals, embalmers at funeral homes, people who suffered injuries from the vaccines, and families who have lost loved ones to vaccines.

The medical literature and research goes over my head with all its details, and I can’t even describe how the stories of vaccine injuries and deaths have affected me.

Reconciling the stories with what’s being portrayed in the media, and what I see around me, is like learning something totally new.

I had to learn how to think about it. As I started to get to know Jesus Christ better, I stopped using most everything I was using for my health, since a lot of it was pharmakeia. (“Witchcraft” or “sorcery” in the Bible.)

So how does a sick person who gets tired just by doing groceries, has trouble sleeping, is stressed out by apparently nothing, has no appetite nor energy, has a foggy brain and broken attention span, a bad memory, etc., go about trying to heal himself?

Slowly.

I learned this the hard way when I thought I still had the mental capacity that I thought I had. I soon learned that this was not the case, when I started going through materials about vaccine injuries and health related topics.

I wasn’t able to read much, or for a long time, or even remember the details, and I was not able to put things together logically very well from what I had read. It was like a bad case of Groundhog Day.

I seemed to be in a loop where I had to read, re-read, and then slowly put things together. Hello early onset dementia!

Learning to be Patient

I stumbled many times along the way, and I still do. A lot of time I need to remind myself not to reflexively try to treat my symptoms by doing a quick online search, and getting the first remedy I found, but be patient instead.

First, it might be temporary so no treatment is required. Secondly, it’s easier to know what works and what doesn’t if I keep things constant.

But most importantly, I had to develop patience.

I never had much patience to begin with, so I thought maybe I should develop some. Growing older and being impatient and irritable with a touch of temper seems unbecoming. An angry little old man is not something that I want to be.

Plus it’s one of the easiest ways to show how big of an ass I am, and I mean the animal. Ignorant and stubborn is a deadly combination for someone with nothing to show for himself.

We are taught by our Lord Jesus Christ to endure until the end in Matthew 10:22, Matthew 24:13, and Mark 13:13. Jesus himself was patient all the time while knowing who would betray Him.

And the apostle Paul taught us that patience is one of the fruits of love, or more precisely the Koine Greek word agapé for love found in 1 Corinthians chapter 13.

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. (1 Corinthians 13:4-7 ESV)

Since the easing of the lock downs, I found traffic is worse in two ways: there seem to be more cars on the road and people including myself are driving more aggressively.

This cannot be good since driving aggressively adds more stress on top of the stress from having to deal with other people driving aggressively, who would be stressed by my aggressive driving.

So I try to be more patient on the road. I drive more calmly, giving way to other people and not giving too much mind to anyone who drives aggressively. I’d rather take the extra 5 minutes than being stressed throughout the whole half hour drive.

I realized as imperfect humans we design imperfect systems, and in this case the traffic system and no amount of rules would alleviate the effect of living in this system. I’m not advocating for breaking traffic rules, but we could all use a lot more love by giving each other more leeway, and being more forgiving on the road.

This helped me tremendously in my daily life. I don’t rush anymore, but instead I take note of how long it takes for me to do something and adjust accordingly. I have to contend with the fact that I’m still sick. I can’t expect to be able to do things as before.

Practicing patience is a life saver. I have more energy by NOT wasting energy trying to rush things.

Reality might be harsh, but ignoring it is futile.

Vitamin C and Chondroitin Sulfate

Introduction picture 3-2

Through Dr. Suzanne Humphries’ book, Dissolving Illusions, I got a clearer picture of the history of vaccination.

I learned more about the use and benefit of vitamin C, and the different forms of vitamin C: the acid form as ascorbic acid, the sodium ascorbate salt, and liposomal vitamin C.

The amount required for a person as suggested by her and other doctors she referenced differs greatly than the USDA recommended amount. See:

Vitamin C Cures Disease but Doctors and Pharmaceutical Companies Do Not Want You to Know This

I also read about vitamin C from Dr. Thomas E. Levy’s book, Stop America’s #1 Killer. With 63 pages listing references, he showed how vitamin C plays a vital role in our health. According to Dr. Levy:

Simply stated, atherosclerosis is a disease that appears to be initiated by a deficiency of vitamin C in the innermost lining of the arteries….

Scurvy, the disease that results from insufficient vitamin C intake over an extended period of time, is usually thought of as a condition that affects the entire body equally…. In fact, scurvy is very often a much more localized … [T]he overall body can clinically appear very healthy with specific areas of the body nevertheless severely deficient in vitamin C. (pp. 19-20)

He also mentioned about a substance called chondroitin sulfate (CS) for blood vessel health. Chondroitin today is mainly made from animal cartilage extract. According to Dr. Levy:

While the relationship of CS and vitamin C is not clear-cut, it does appear that optimal quality of CS in the body for its optimal function does require the presence of optimal amounts of vitamin C . (p. 85)

Several investigators have demonstrated that vitamin C and a vitamin C-sulfate complex have roughly comparable effects on lipid metabolism and atherosclerosis in guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, and mice. (pp. 86-87)

[I]n addition to increasing the amount of time it takes for the blood to clot, CS has also been documented to actually lessen the size of a blood clot when clotting does occur…. Therefore, CS appears to be a very useful agent for the treatment and prevention of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease…. maintaining an optimal vitamin C status helps assure that the CS … is optimally effective in its ability to combat the atherosclerotic process. (p. 95)

Dr. Andrew Moulden: Every Vaccine Produces Harm

Dr.-Andrew-Moulden

The late Dr. Andrew Moulden, author of Every Vaccine Produces Harm has a 3-part 5-hour lecture titled Tolerance Lost.

Most of the content of his presentation was lost on me since it was too dense for me to grasp. I had to slow down the playback speed to watch it. My key takeaways were:

  • Localized mini strokes that can happen all over the body including in the brain and organs.
  • Virchow’s Triad – the three factors contributing to thrombosis.

When these mini strokes happens in the brain, it could kill the nerves that control breathing, and when it damages the nerves that control facial muscles, it would be visible outwardly.

He presented quite a number of examples of children and adults with vaccine injuries, and how it affects their facial and eye expression from these mini strokes.

Trying to Put Two and Two Together

I tried to make sense of everything I had read. From these three doctors, I summed up that maybe using vitamin C with chondroitin sulfate and shark cartilage would be good for the inflammation, blood vessel damage, and maybe other risk factors associated such as organ damage.

I also incorporated virgin coconut oil, the health benefits of which Brian has amply documented at the CoconutOil.com website, and coconut vinegar.

I had to learn how much my body could take. It seems that using vitamin C salt is easier on my digestion than the acid form. While liposomal vitamin C is out of my price range for daily usage, I could buy the other two by the pound.

I saw incremental improvement day by day. I have more energy, and after a while I was able to do daily chores without being wiped out.

I was also able to drive to a city 100 miles away, albeit while driving more slowly than I’d like, and with stops along the way.

The heart-sinking feeling that I got as I went to sleep subsided enough that I no longer dread going to bed. I still have to sleep on the floor since sleeping in bed seems to “smother” my blood flow.

Gargling using water mixed with vitamin C and coconut oil helped speed up healing of my mouth ulcers. The mixture of around a tablespoon of coconut oil and coconut vinegar with some water taken 15-30 minutes before meal seems to regulate my appetite.

I can feel hunger instead of being stressed and hungry. I also could feel full and satiated earlier, instead of only able to feel something if my stomach was truly full.

At this point, I found out that being patient helps more than what I was taking.

Making my Own Fresh Milled Flour

By the end of last December, I started to store grains and got myself a manual grain mill after reading the article:

New Netflix Movie Warns of Coming Cyber Attack – Former Freemason Wall Street Manager Explains How the Banks Will Soon Take Your Money

Then I was pointed by Brian to Sue Becker’s articles available here.

I’ve only read this one:

Phytic Acid Friend or Foe? The Soaking of Grains Health Claims Investigated.

This article educated me on the beliefs that carbohydrates are something bad, and that I should feel bad eating them.

Sure, some people with some health conditions could benefit from a low carbohydrate diet (and not all carbohydrates are equal), but to ditch carbohydrates completely and vilify grains? That’s something else.

This quote by Sue Becker stood out to me:

I believe that the day has come where God is going to use sickness and disease as a powerful evangelistic tool. As God’s people we must prepare. As we turn to His ways of eating, always letting His word be the final authority, we will see our health return. As those around us become sicker they will look to us for answers. As we share truth for physical health, we will be sharing truth for spiritual health. But if deceptive teaching can prevail and convince the world that bread is bad, then why would any one want the Real Bread of Life? (Full article.)

If grains were bad, then Jesus would not have fed thousands of people with bread, as recorded in the Bible. What our Lord Jesus Christ does and say is from the Father in Heaven. How can the Father show Jesus to feed his followers something that ruins their health?

That’s just impossible. Now I eat bread from my own fresh-ground grains knowing that it’s a gift from God.

The fact is our food supply has been so badly contaminated from the usage of GMO crops, herbicides, pesticides, the removal of bran and germ from grain, refining, bleaching, and “fortification” of flour, etc. God created plant as food. We humans pay a huge price with our health in exchange for the convenience of having flour and bread on supermarket shelves.

I started making simple three-ingredient bread from flour, water, and salt fried with virgin coconut oil. It is not as pretty and fluffy like those available in supermarkets or bakeries, but boy does it feel different.

There’s a deep satisfaction from eating bread made from freshly milled organic grains. It’s something the ancients knew, and we’ve lost the knowledge.

This simple bread started to replace my usual carbohydrate gradually from about half to being my main source of carbohydrate. A lot of times a meal of homemade bread, raw honey and Greek yogurt was enough for me.

Milling grain became a simple workout I can do at home a few times a week. When I first started eating fresh milled flour, I farted like it’s nobody’s business. I chalked it up to the “pipes” being unclogged.

After 2 weeks or so it subsided. So did the bloating I’ve always had after eating. My bowel movements improved, and I don’t have to strain anymore. Having a squatting toilet helps too. It’s scientifically proven that squatting is better while doing your business.

Nigella Sativa – Black Cumin Seeds

At the same time, I incorporated the oil from nigella sativa, aka black cumin seed, kalonji, or habbatus sauda in Arabic.

I added the oil to my dishes and bread, treating it like another spice.

There are numerous articles published on black cumin seed on Health Impact News, and a lot of research is being done on black cumin seed and its constituents.

Getting on My Feet

To help with my blood flow and to spend more time on my feet rather than sitting down, I got a standing desk extension. I spend almost all my time while in front of the computer standing now, except when I sit a little further back when I watch videos. This helps with my posture and now I don’t slouch much while sitting.

Essential oils

I’ve only read one article (Why Essential Oils Heal and Drugs Don’t – Time for a New “Healthcare” System) out of all that’s been published here on Health Impact News regarding essential oils.

So I decided to get these two books by the late Dr. David Stewart: Healing Oils of the Bible and The Chemistry of Essential Oils Made Simple. I’ve only recently finished the second chapter of the former and the latter looks pretty intimidating (at least to me).

In Healing Oils Of The Bible, Dr. Stewart mentioned:

When we surrender our health care decisions entirely to professionals … we are not taking responsibility for our own health care. We are not following God’s divine directions…. We are abdicating our birth right to health an longevity….If we restrict ourselves to what t he medical community has to offer, most of the time we will have cut ourselves off from any hope of real healing. The cures for most illnesses don’t exist within that system. But they do exist. (p. 14)

He pointed out that in Deuteronomy 7:13 Moses comments that God will bless the oil of a righteous person. He also mentioned the 3 main constituents of essential oils, each contributes in affecting healing:

  • Phenols and phenylpropanoids clean receptor sites on cells. This allows proper transfer of intracellular messengers.
  • Monoterpenes reprogram miswritten information in the cellular memory.
  • Sesquiterpenes deliver oxygen molecules like hemoglobin does in the blood. It also erases miswritten codes in cellular memory.

In the same book he compared the ORAC (Oxygen Reactive Absorption Capacity) scores of selected fruits, vegetables, and essential oils. ORAC assay is a laboratory procedure developed in 1992 by the NIA (National Institutes Of Aging) to measure the antioxidant capacity of food.

It’s usually measured in µmolTE/100g (micromole Trolox Equivalent per 100 grams.)

The USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) removed the ORAC database from its website. This is what used to be on their website. I found a website that has some information about ORAC values here.

A few months after starting my vitamin C regiment, I started using essential oils without knowing anything about them. The first one I used was peppermint. The first time I used it, I felt relieved of the stress and pain, and it was so nice that I had to lie down.

It was a kind of relaxation that I had never felt before, so I started using it more. As I continued using it, I could feel my back coming “online”.

Peppermint oil helps with blood flow and digestion too. I sometimes add a drop into my drink after a meal.

If I feel like I need more, mixing one drop with one and a half liter of water by shaking it is more than enough to flavor the water. I’ll then drink it for the next few hours.

Lavender oil helps me sleep and calm down, and vetiver oil helps leveling my frazzled brain, and I use orange oil because I can’t get enough of its smell.

After a few weeks of using essential oils, I found out I could significantly reduce my vitamin C regiment.

I’m much better than when I started off last August. I can do multiple chores a day now, and more importantly my head is more leveled, and I don’t get stressed out like I used to. Essential oils seem to work faster and have a larger effect overall, and I only had to use usually less than 3 drops at a time.

I believe essential oils helped me more, since the people who taught me how to use them are more experienced than I am.

Brian, Luke who wrote this article, and the late Dr. Stewart taught me the usage of essential oils for healing.

And the many loving and encouraging comments from people who read my previous article really lifted my spirit.

Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. (James 5:14-16 ESV)

Understanding What it Means to Live with the Spirit and Learning to accept God’s Love

When I first started trying to get to know Jesus, I was in fear. I thought of all that’s waiting for me when I die for all the things I had done, and for not looking for Him sooner. I didn’t know what God’s love meant.

The article How Can We Please God where Brian discusses the Parable of the Prodigal Son shone the light on me about this.

We must believe that God rewards those who sincerely seek him out. We are dependent and needy creatures created by God, and God is our provider and sustainer. Every breath that we breathe, every drop of blood that our heart pumps, is a gift of life from God who sustains us with his Word.

When we need or want things, we must believe that he loves us, and is going to give us what we ask and need. When we need things and don’t seek him out, it affects his feelings towards us.

We break his heart, just as any child breaks the heart of their parents when they go their own way and trust in people and things that cannot help them, instead of going back to their parents who have the authority and ability to give them everything they need.

Romans chapter 8:15:

For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!” (Romans 8:15 ESV)

The article and the verse above made me realize that our Father in Heaven is generous and forgiving, and wants us to be his children and give us many many things generously.

But all this while I’ve been very very fearful of Him, especially because of my past sins.

I’m like a little child who’s still cowering and being apprehensive of the kindness I received. I realized that God has and wants to give me many good things. And I need to learn how to receive His love.

I even realized how good it felt to eat good food. I kinda hated eating because of my digestive issues. Today I realized how much my health has improved, and it’s all because of His kindness.

Recently I understood that Our Father in Heaven has set a path for me. And to that end He will give me what I need. But in order to know what He has for me and to be able to receive all that He wants to give me, I need to be living in the Spirit, not in the flesh. I began to understand this as I recently re-read the article: Living in the Kingdom of Light.

Forgiveness, as a fruit of the Holy Spirit, is one of the most powerful forces in the universe, and it carries great power to heal.

As we have discussed in previous articles, true health is more than just the physical realm. The spiritual realm has tremendous impact on our physical health, but most health-care solutions in western culture today deal only with the physical. (Full Article.)

From the Bible:

Then the Lord said, “My Spirit will not contend with humans forever, for they are mortal; their days will be a hundred and twenty years.” (Genesis 6:3 ESV)

But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do.

But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these.

I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.(Galatians 5:16-26 ESV)

Again, putting two and two together, this realization now is the thing that drives me to be up and about everyday, more than anything else.

It gives me much strength and courage. Whenever I feel unwell, or think about the uncertain future, I come back to the Parable of the Prodigal Son and living in the Spirit.

I know that if I live according to the Spirit, then I’ll be able to do all I need from the Lord.

Be it health, mental clarity, courage, patience, or anything else, our Father wants me to come back to Him, and He will give me all that I need.

The question is whether I’m living in the Spirit, or in the flesh. And if I stumble along the way, I must repent as He is forgiving.

He already sent His son, our Lord Jesus Christ, to pay the price for our sins with His blood.

Forgiveness, My Second Lesson on the Meaning of Love

I was having more trouble than usual sleeping one night, and I thought of my mother and our relationship.

Our family isn’t the worst around by far, but more like a not-so-normal-but-we-chugged-along relationship.

Things took a turn for the worse when my parents got divorced. I didn’t know things were heading that way (my fault since I don’t keep in touch much) and I only knew about it after it happened, at a time I was planning for a job change.

That night, instead of trying to “balance the book”, so to speak, I was finally able to forgive my mother. I hope she does the same for me.

I still don’t have what it takes to call her so I prayed to God to let her know. That was a huge relief, like a burden taken off of me.

Conclusion

Sometimes I ponder the question of what am I going to do now. When I started out, I was worried about this.

My worries subsided as I go on getting to know Jesus. Now I know a little more and my worries are far less than it was before.

Sure, sometimes the question comes into my mind and I still don’t have the answer. But I go on everyday more confidently knowing that our Father in Heaven is generous, and wants to give us many things, and all I have to do is to stay with the Spirit.

It’s scary but there’s no other way to live than through Jesus Christ.

I realized there’s never been a “normal” to begin with. Not in the history of humanity.

There’s always been one thing after another since Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit and were banished from the Garden of Eden for it.

There’s only the future, not the one from science fiction with flying cars and intergalactic travel, nor the trans humanism dystopia with implants in our bodies and slop for food that’s being propagated by the New World Order foot soldiers.

No, there’s only one where our Lord Jesus Christ comes down and puts an end to this evil once and for all.
