I am writing this on November 5th, election day, with the declared winner of the (s)election still not announced, and by the time most of you read this on November 6th, there may still be no winner declared yet.

But yesterday, Elon Musk went on the Joe Rogan show where he stated:

Vote like your life depends upon it!

And, of course, both he and Joe Rogan jumped on the Donald Trump bandwagon with such apocalyptic warnings.

But Musk revealed something else in this interview that was very interesting.

I have read in the past that Elon Musk loves to play the online game called “Diablo”, which is a Spanish word that means “Devil”, and that sometimes he plays for many hours.

However, Musk revealed that not only does he play this online game, but that he is in the Top 20 WORLDWIDE for the highest scores in this game, with only one other American in the top 20. (See rankings here.)

I’m not an expert in gaming, since I do not game because I have no time for such activities, but I know how popular online gaming has become in the past few years worldwide.

I suspect that this is NOT a hobby for most of these serious gamers, but that it is basically a full-time job, one that can be very profitable, at least for a select few who are among the top players worldwide.

So if someone can claim that they are in the Top 20 of a game that millions of online gamers play worldwide, what does that say about that person and the amount of time he spends online gaming?

I would assume that pretty much everyone reading this article knows of people who are addicted to online gaming just as much as some people are addicted to gambling.

What kind of people are they, if you know them, or know of them?

Are they the type of people who are corporate CEOs, rich doctors, rich lawyers, etc.?

I personally don’t know any gamers who spend that much time online and who are also successful business owners or professionals, because spending so much time online gaming to boast that one is in the top 20 worldwide, would not leave enough time for them to run their businesses or practice their profession successfully.

So this begs the question that I have previously asked about Elon Musk: Is Elon Musk smart, or just rich stupid?

Well with this new revelation he just made yesterday to Joe Rogan about his gaming prowess, I think the answer is clearer now.

Musk did not even invent the Tesla, but bought it from the guys who did, and his SpaceX company has become rich on Government contracts, and the evidence is that he has almost no hands-on management of SpaceX, but he is wealthy enough to buy people who are smart and do all the work.

While Elon Musk may get credit for SpaceX’s ambitious mission to “make life multi-planetary,” SpaceX’s org chart confirms something long understood by insiders at the $180 billion rocket startup—President and Chief Operating Officer Gwynne Shotwell is running the show.

Shotwell oversees nearly every single team at SpaceX, which has around 13,000 employees at facilities spread across California, Texas and Florida.

Her 21 direct reports include executives running the satellite internet business Starlink, the Falcon rocket launch business, and the development of SpaceX’s ambitious new rocket Starship, according to an internal org chart viewed by The Information. Among those direct Shotwell reports is top engineer Mark Juncosa, sales executive Stephanie Bednarek and Chief Financial Officer Bret Johnsen. (Source.)

Even if Trump does return to the White House, I am not so sure Musk is going to get the things from the Wall Street-made Billionaire Trump that he thinks he will, as Musk seems to have a lot of enemies on Wall Street who are beginning to figure out that all of his Techno-prophecies about the future are B.S. and based on science fiction, and they are probably also not happy about his desire to replace banks with companies like X, which Musk wants to turn into the largest payment and bank-replacement app in the world.

So when Musk says “Vote like your life depends upon it,” I think what he is really trying to say is “Vote for Trump because MY life depends upon it,” and he may not even be right about that.
