With all of the negative news so far here in 2026, we have some good news to announce: Our Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil from the Philippines has cleared customs and is back in stock!

In addition to it being back in stock, we did not have to pay any tariffs on this shipment, because a new rule allowing exceptions for imported products that are not produced in the U.S., was applied to Philippine coconut oil, since the U.S. does not produce coconut oil.

We were very fortunate to get this exemption, because the new tariff rate from products imported from the Philippines became 19% late last year (2025).

So while businesses in the U.S. are beginning to pass on their tariff costs to consumers, as was reported in the financial news this week, we will not be raising our prices on coconut oil in the foreseeable future!

Our Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil was first exported out of the Philippines in 2001, and quickly became the best-selling coconut oil in the U.S. back then. We were the first ones to define “virgin coconut oil”. See:

And while you can purchase machine-made mass-produced coconut oils in the U.S. today, ours remains hand-made by small-scale family producers in the U.S.

At the time of this writing we have a FLASH sale on our largest size, the 5-gallon size. This kind of Virgin Coconut Oil is perfect for long-term storage, as it will easily store for more than a decade without degrading due to the high levels of Lauric acid.

Coconut oil is nature’s richest source of Lauric acid at around 50%. Human breast milk is a distant second at around 6%.
