Doctor injecting child vaccine isolated on white background

Canada’s capital city is the latest community putting the screws to parents and their children over vaccine compliance. Like California, Ottawa is enforcing Ontario’s Immunizations of School Pupils Act (ISPA) which requires “pupils” to show proof of vaccination against tetanus, diphtheria, polio, mumps, measles, rubella, meningococcal disease, pertussis (whooping cough) and varicella (required by children born in 2010 or later.)

CBC news recently reported that Ottawa Public Health has already suspended 900 Catholic School students over immunization records. However, despite both Canada’s pro-vaccine media reporting and the actions of Ottawa Public Health authorities over the recent months, parents still have two options to opt their children out of the mandatory vaccinations if they choose. These two options are defined clearly in the ISPA as follows:

“…statement of conscience or religious belief with the proper medical officer of health.” (CLICK HERE TO ACCESS FORM)

“…statement of medical exemption filed with the proper medical officer of health and, where the physician has specified an effective time period, only during the effective time period.”

Ottawa’s Failed Vaccine Strategy

Earlier in 2015, Ottawa Public Health announced the adoption of a strategy called Every Child, Every Year to insure all vaccination records are up to date. Part of the strategy involved mailing 35,000 letters to Canadian parents asking them to update their children’s immunization records earlier in the school year. Upon receipt of the letter, parents had one month to provide the information and if they didn’t, Ottawa Public Health issued a “notice of suspension” letter indicating when the student will not be allowed back to school.

However, this costly and labor-intensive program appears to be failing to produce its intended results of ultimately increasing immunization compliance.

According to the strategy, “catch-up clinics” are being attempted until May of 2016 for students missing required vaccines and who are unable to access an immunization provider. However, the risk of toxic vaccine adjuvant overload and hyper-immune stimulation from not properly spacing out vaccines is a real danger that appears to be taking a backseat to politics in Ottawa.

According to a study published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal in 2014, combining vaccines can double seizure risk in children. In 2011, a large Canadian study looking at 413,987 children attempted to prove that severe adverse events after vaccination were not common. Yet, the study showed that 1 in 168 children end up in the emergency room post MMR vaccine (given along with other vaccines.) In addition, there were deaths during the study period which the authors were allowed to discount because of the study’s design. The authors officially concluded the following:

“There are significantly elevated risks of primarily emergency room visits approximately one to two weeks following 12 and 18 month vaccination.”

The Every Child, Every Year strategy states that the low vaccine compliance to date from the Canadian public “validates the need for progressive enforcement as a final measure to ensure the most complete data on local immunization status.”

Many countries are seeing medical systems and staff being forced to violate their sworn upon medical ethics and the legal consent of patients to rapidly push through these political mandates. As the “progressive enforcement” escalates, medical professionals interacting with the public are the ones who are at risk for individual legal actions and/or possible licensure suspensions if the public decides to mount further efforts in defense.

Due to the fact that the public is the final phase of testing for vaccine safety, immunizations fall under human experimentation. Not allowing full informed consent is against the Nuremberg codes/principles.

Of note for health professionals in Canada is Principle IV which states:

“The fact that a person acted pursuant to order of his Government or of a superior does not relieve him [or her] from responsibility under international law, provided a moral choice was in fact possible to him [or her]. ”

Vaccine Civil Disobedience

The ISPA has been on the books for some time in Ontario. However, Canada’s recent pro-vaccine media hype appears to have specific reasons behind it.

The scare-mongering headlines coming out of Canada are focusing on sending a clear message to parents that this year, Ottawa intends to increase tracking efforts and suspend all students that don’t have up-to-date immunization records. According to the initial finding of the Every Child, Every Year initiative, some 63,000 students didn’t have their immunization records up-to-date.

The answer from Ottawa Public Health was a letter campaign and an automatic dialer alerting parents. Despite spending close to half a million dollars, the efforts of more than 40 full-time and part-time staff, and a 6,000 parent a day letter and autodialer system, the Ottawa Public Health efforts failed. The Province has now received an annual $1.8 million boost to its $55 million budget that will help with the additional expenses of the immunization program.

The increased funding, low compliance, and stated public health strategy has now led to Canadian mainstream media pushing a single narrative focusing on how many children could face suspension for immunizations records that are out-of-date.

Even with their best efforts and the backing of over $55 million in 2015, Ottawa Public Health officials may have to face the fact that they are experiencing widespread vaccine civil disobedience. If this is indeed the case, historical examples of noncompliance with government mandates shows the greater the effort (action) exerted on a noncomplying public, the more non-violent disobedience (reaction) the people will mount.

As recent as October, 50,000 student records were not up-to-date for whatever reasons. An October report by the Ottawa Board of Health noted that most parents, when contacted about their child’s immunization status, “were unaware of their duty to report immunization records.” However, once made aware and faced with the reality of reporting, the report doesn’t account for what number of parents will continue to disobey this law moving forward. A quick snapshot of the last five months, in which the program has failed to gain widespread compliance from parents, reveals a trend of disobedience no matter what the reason.

It appears there is a coordinated worldwide push by pharmaceutical companies, in collaboration  with political structures in each country, to influence legislation and maximize the distribution of vaccines — their for-profit products. Moves are occurring in many countries to softly herd their respective citizens towards increased vaccine compliance with “progressive enforcement” waiting in the wings.

However, populations are becoming rapidly educated about medical consent, the fact of potential serious adverse reactions, and conflicts of interest.

From North America, to South America, and throughout Europe, countries are buzzing with aware parents rapidly educating their communities about the serious adverse reactions caused by vaccines, every individual’s right to medical choice, and authority over their own bodies.

To date, mainstream medical systems have shown an apathetic unwillingness, inept knowledge, and unequipped structures to deal with this multifaceted problem. Unresponsiveness and insensitivity from most politicians has caused mothers, fathers, and common people to step up and do the heavy lifting of raising awareness and turn back unethical legislation.

Medical Doctors Opposed to Forced Vaccinations – Should Their Views be Silenced?

doctors-on-the-vaccine-debate

One of the biggest myths being propagated in the compliant mainstream media today is that doctors are either pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine, and that the anti-vaccine doctors are all “quacks.”

However, nothing could be further from the truth in the vaccine debate. Doctors are not unified at all on their positions regarding “the science” of vaccines, nor are they unified in the position of removing informed consent to a medical procedure like vaccines.

The two most extreme positions are those doctors who are 100% against vaccines and do not administer them at all, and those doctors that believe that ALL vaccines are safe and effective for ALL people, ALL the time, by force if necessary.

Very few doctors fall into either of these two extremist positions, and yet it is the extreme pro-vaccine position that is presented by the U.S. Government and mainstream media as being the dominant position of the medical field.

In between these two extreme views, however, is where the vast majority of doctors practicing today would probably categorize their position. Many doctors who consider themselves “pro-vaccine,” for example, do not believe that every single vaccine is appropriate for every single individual.

Many doctors recommend a “delayed” vaccine schedule for some patients, and not always the recommended one-size-fits-all CDC childhood schedule. Other doctors choose to recommend vaccines based on the actual science and merit of each vaccine, recommending some, while determining that others are not worth the risk for children, such as the suspect seasonal flu shot.

These doctors who do not hold extreme positions would be opposed to government-mandated vaccinations and the removal of all parental exemptions.

In this article, I am going to summarize the many doctors today who do not take the most extremist pro-vaccine position, which is probably not held by very many doctors at all, in spite of what the pharmaceutical industry, the federal government, and the mainstream media would like the public to believe.
