More deaths among otherwise healthy people are being reported all across the United States among children and adults who received this year’s flu vaccination. Here are a couple of the latest deaths being reported in local media stations.

The title of a paper recently published by McCormack et al in Molecular Cytogenetics says it all, ”Individual karyotypes at the origins of cervical carcinomas.” If the findings in this paper are true, a vaccine against human papillomavirus (HPV) is extremely unlikely to protect against cervical cancer.

Another flu death of an otherwise healthy person after receiving the flu vaccine has been reported in Wisconsin. WISN in Wisconsin is reporting that 26-year-old Katherine McQuestion has died from flu complications, after she received the flu shot. Katherine was reportedly a newlywed, and was required to receive the flu shot as part of her employment. She was a radiology technician and worked at St. Catherine’s Medical Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin according to WISN.
McQuestion’s mother said her daughter was healthy, beautiful and smart. She married in September, and her funeral was held on Tuesday.
Listen to Dr. Sherri Tenpenny talk about the uproar in the Australian Press about her upcoming vacation in Australia. Dr. Tenpenny was planning on talking to a small group of people on the topic of vaccine safety and dangers, but the Australian Press is calling for the government to revoke her visa and prevent her from traveling to Australia and expressing her views on vaccines.
Dr. Tenpenny was on the Richie Allen show to discuss vaccines and freedom of speech in Australia.
ABC 7 News in Los Angeles is reporting that federal health officials want to force a 26-year-old grad student, whose younger sister was one of the confirmed cases of measles caught recently at Disneyland, into a quarantine. Ylsa Tellez does not have the measles, and is not sick.
So why do health officials want to force her into quarantine? Because she is not vaccinated against the measles. She could reportedly avoid the quarantine if she gets the vaccine.
Lost in all the discussions you will read or listen to in the mainstream media regarding measles outbreaks is that there is no clear science proving that the vaccine actually prevents these outbreaks, or that the measles vaccine “wiped out” the disease.
We applaud Ylsa Tellez and her refusal to give in to “Health Authorities” who have tremendous conflicts of interest in their incestuous relationships with drug manufacturers who distribute vaccines. U.S. law today protects vaccine manufacturers from being sued in civil court, and the U.S. government is the largest purchaser of vaccines, as they could never survive in a free market economy. These same drug companies were being sued so often for vaccine damages that they blackmailed Congress in 1986 and threatened to stop manufacturing vaccines completely if they were not given legal immunity. Congress willingly obliged, and the Supreme Court has upheld that law.
The only recourse left to the public is to resist the removal of our Constitutional and civil rights.
This is the third in a four part series of articles about the career and research of Dr. Andrew Moulden who died in 2013. Previously, I discussed the opposition he faced from the Canadian medical system when he tried to explain the mechanisms that were causing damage to people who were taking vaccines. Foster families in Washington State are under a new mandate that everyone in their house needs a flu shot if they have foster kids under two years of age. If they don’t comply, the children will be taken from them. This is in spite of the fact that the flu vaccine is both dangerous and largely ineffective.
As KOMO News is reporting in Tacoma, at least one foster parent is fighting back, and refusing to comply, even if it means losing her 2-week old baby.
Both these Italian court decisions break new ground in the roiling debate over vaccines and autism. These courts, like all courts, are intended to function as impartial, unbiased decision makers.
The courts’ decisions are striking because they not only find a vaccine-autism causal link, but they also overrule the decisions of Italy’s Ministry of Health. And taken together, the court decisions found that both the MMR and a hexavalent thimerosal- and aluminum-containing vaccine can trigger autism.

Just before Christmas, the powerful Pharma-Public Health-Medical Trade lobby launched an orchestrated attack in Ohio and Michigan to restrict the legal rights of parents to make voluntary choices about vaccination for their children. NVIC was able to warn parents in Ohio in time for them to take action and protect vaccine exemptions, but forced vaccination proponents in Michigan pulled a fast one and succeeded in gutting vaccine informed consent rights in that state.
Canadian physician Dr. Andrew Moulden provided clear scientific evidence to prove that every dose of vaccine given to a child or an adult produces harm. The truth that he uncovered was rejected by the conventional medical system and the pharmaceutical industry. Nevertheless, his warning and his message to America remains as a solid legacy of the man who stood up against big pharma and their program to vaccinate every person on the Earth.
Dr. Moulden died unexpectedly in November of 2013 at age 49.
Because of the strong opposition from big pharma concerning Dr. Moulden’s research, we became concerned that the name of this brilliant researcher and his life’s work had nearly been deleted from the internet. His reputation was being disparaged, and his message of warning and hope was being distorted and buried without a tombstone.
In November 2014 the Government Accounting Office (GAO) issued the first report on America’s “Vaccine Court,” known as the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP), in almost 15 years.
As we have previously reported here at Health Impact News, the Vaccine Injury Compensation Trust Fund, which is funded by taxes paid on vaccines, has now grown to about $3.5 BILLION. Previous GAO reports on the NVICP have criticized the rate at which this fund was growing and being kept by the federal government, instead of being paid out to victims who have been injured or killed by vaccines.
The November 2014 GAO report on Vaccine Injury Compensations revealed some problems with the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program that the mainstream media reported. These problems include the fact that most people are still unaware that this program even exists, that it can take many years to settle a claim for a vaccine injury or death, and that while this program was originally designed for injuries and deaths due to childhood vaccines, that most claims now are made by adults injured or killed by the annual flu shot.
But there are many more problems associated with the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program that the mainstream media is not covering, so I have invited Wayne Rohde, author of a recently published book on this topic, The Vaccine Court: The Dark Truth of America’s Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, to give a more in depth report that you are unlikely to read in the mainstream media.
The JAMA article “Evaluation of the association of maternal pertussis vaccination with obstetric events and birth outcomes,” November 2014 was conducted to see if the new practice of injecting pregnant moms with the Tdap has any negative outcomes.
Since this vaccine contains a very large dose of aluminum, the adverse effects I would expect to see would likely show up after infancy. Hopefully they will continue to follow these children and see if they are neurologically harmed by this neurotoxin exposure during critical brain development periods in the womb. Sadly, the Tdap is now routinely recommended during every pregnancy in the USA. I say sadly because there have been no safety studies on injecting this amount of aluminum during pregnancy.
So who are these parents who want to refuse vaccines for their children? The mainstream media generally portrays these parents as “anti-science, ignorant, foolish, etc.”
It was refreshing, therefore, to read an honest journalistic piece on this topic on the “Michigan Live” website which actually interviewed some parents who exercise their lawful rights to refuse some vaccines.
In contrast to the predominantly one-sided media reports labeling all parents who refuse vaccines as “uneducated,” here is a description of the parents refusing vaccines based on demographic data in Michigan:
Statewide, about 6 percent of Michigan schoolchildren have vaccination waivers, which equates to about 150,000 children who are unvaccinated or undervaccinated. Many are clustered in affluent communities such as Rochester, and have well-educated, health-conscious parents who buy organic food and eschew antibiotics in favor of a homeopathic approach to illnesses. They fear injecting so many viruses into their children could do more harm than good, and see widespread immunizations as being driven by “Big Pharma,” which they see as more concerned about profits than public health.
Past generations of professional hockey players were never at risk of mumps outbreaks. Today’s players are, and tomorrow’s will be, along with adults generally. These outbreaks — which the media portray as coming out of the blue — don’t surprise anyone in medical circles who has been paying attention. Mumps outbreaks among adults have long been predicted by public health experts.
Ironically, the mumps vaccine itself makes these outbreaks inevitable.
The FDA has just approved the use of a reportedly “new and improved” version of Gardasil, which will be marketed as Gardasil 9. According to the FDA approval letter, this action was taken without consultation with VRBPAC (the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee) which is responsible for reviewing and evaluating data concerning the safety, effectiveness, and appropriate use of vaccines and related biological products.
A reading of the package insert for the new Gardasil vaccine reveals that Gardasil 9 has more than DOUBLE the amount of toxic aluminum, increased auto immune disorders and fetal deaths among pregnant women during drug trials, and recorded a rate of 2,300 serious adverse events to try and prevent 7.9 cases of cervical cancer.

How I wish we had looked into the side effects which can occur with the Gardasil vaccine before agreeing to being inoculated.
I strongly recommend that every family does a thorough investigation before deciding to use Gardasil. Check the internet. You will find many thousands of young people with serious health issues after being vaccinated with Gardasil.

The US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is providing a gift to manufacturers of prospective vaccines meant to protect patients against the Ebola virus: Protection from legal liability.
In an announcement in the 9 December 2014 edition of the Federal Register, DHHS said it was issuing a new declaration that would “provide liability protection for activities related to Ebola virus disease vaccines consistent with the terms of the declaration.”
The December 2014 report from the Department of Justice on damages paid by the U.S. Government to vaccine victims was recently published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Resources. There were 180 cases of vaccine injuries decided. 134 cases received compensation, while 46 cases were denied.
This report clearly shows that the flu vaccine is the most dangerous vaccine in America. 134 cases were awarded settlements for vaccine injuries, with 79 of the settlements being for the flu shot, including three deaths.
Most of the settlements for injuries due to the flu shot were for Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Other flu vaccine injuries included: acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, transverse myelitis, shingles (herpes zoster), neuropathic demyelination, seizures, neuropathy, brachial plexopathy, rheumatoid arthritis, optic neuritis, and Bell’s palsy.

The CDC is warning that only 48 percent of flu virus samples taken through last month were closely related to this year’s North American vaccine.
Several eminent doctors and scientists have requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s immediate intervention to stop unwarranted vaccination in public interest.
Highlighting the recent deaths of young children following Pentavalent vaccination (76 deaths till August 2014), the letter sent to the PM says:
“We request this note from us may please be taken on record since the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has itself been involved in pronouncements of vaccine initiatives in the past few months. We feel it is our responsibility to place these scientific facts before the PMO so that it is aware of the facts and so that urgent and appropriate action may be initiated by you to direct the Ministry of Health to act in public interest and in accordance with basic precautionary principles. We hope we will receive an action taken report in the next two weeks”.
ABC News out of Australia is reporting that whooping cough cases among infants are increasing, and that the vaccine seems to be loosing its effectiveness. The National Centre for Immunisation and Research of Vaccine Preventable Diseases in Australia has found whooping cough cases are increasing in very young children. Senior research fellow Dr Helen Quinn says:
“The a-cellular vaccine we use now wanes. The immunity you get from them wanes a lot quicker from what we expected…Now that we’ve got this vaccine that doesn’t last quite as long, perhaps some of those increasing cases that we have seen, particularly among three-year-olds, is due to this waning of the vaccine.”
The pertussis vaccine for whooping cough is a failure. This fact is not even denied by mainstream medicine. Yet, the pro-pharma media continues to blame the tiny percentage of unvaccinated children as the cause of whooping cough outbreaks, when in fact the data clearly shows the outbreaks are occurring mainly among the vaccinated population.
The method of producing vaccines using cells that are derived directly from human cancer tumors has been approved even though the vaccines may induce cancer in recipients. This method is cheaper and faster than breeding animals for the culture media – and human cancer tumors are readily available.
At a meeting of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in September 2012, the transcript of the discussion which led to approval is open to the public.
The health authorities and vaccine manufacturers revealed their uncertainty regarding the safety of vaccines made from cancer tumors. Some of the incredible statements from the meeting are quoted here.
Once again, we need to look outside of the United States to find studies looking at vaccine safety. Israeli researchers from Chaim Sheba Medical Center have published a new study in the journal Immunologic Research looking at vaccine adjuvants in the hepatitis B vaccine and their association with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia.
The title of the study is: Chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia following immunization with the hepatitis B vaccine: another angle of the ‘autoimmune (auto-inflammatory) syndrome induced by adjuvants’ (ASIA). The authors state:
“This study suggests that in some cases CFS and FM can be temporally related to immunization, as part of ASIA syndrome. The appearance of adverse event during immunization, the presence of autoimmune susceptibility and higher titers of autoantibodies all can be suggested as risk factors.”
Italy has suspended the use of two batches of a flu vaccine made by Swiss firm Novartis after four people died shortly after receiving the drug.
Italy’s pharmaceutical watchdog Aifa said the suspension of Fluad was a precautionary measure – and tests were being conducted to establish whether there was a link.
Those who died were two women and two men aged between 67 and 87. Fluad is a flu vaccine given to the elderly, which was approved in 1997.
I would imagine that everyone has heard the sound of a crying baby. It is usually a simple distress call, “I need a diaper change … I am hungry … I need to be burped … I want to be cuddled and rocked for a while.”
There is another kind of cry that now comes from babies, which is quite different. You may not have heard such a cry or maybe if you have, you didn’t recognize it. This kind of cry is an extremely high pitched scream. This cry is an ear piercing shrill shriek that sounds like the baby is having its bowels cut with knives or having its skin torn from its body.
This is not a normal cry for the usual forms of parental attention — it is a plea for protection and deliverance from a sinister menace. This shriek is the sound of uncontrolled terror and pain.
The cause is commonly an adverse reaction to a vaccine. Once you have heard this kind of scream your heart will never be the same, because you realize that something is terribly wrong and you can’t fix it by changing a diaper or giving milk.

There has been considerable suspicion about a link between hepatitis B vaccination and the development of multiple sclerosis. This new study examined detailed national data in France around the mass vaccination of French adults in the mid 1990s. Following World Health Organisation recommendations in 1992 to mass vaccinate against hepatitis B to hopefully eradicate the virus, 20 million French people were vaccinated between 1994 and 1997. In 1998, French media published articles about a sudden increase in the number of cases of MS developing in France, linking them to this mass vaccination program. Vaccination numbers rapidly fell as a result.
Now 20 years later, by looking at all the data from that time, Dominique Le Houezec has established a firm link between these vaccinations and a sudden rise in the number of cases of MS developing in France.
The author of this paper actually goes so far as calling this ‘an involuntary very large scale experiment carried out on a third of the French population’.
If you have heard that millions of people suffered from polio at any time in human history, you need to ask for a reliable source that could be verified on this claim. This month, I apparently became the first writer to publish an article about the safety of the oral polio vaccine (OPV) in a major Pakistani newspaper.
Polio vaccination is heavily promoted in Pakistan via mainstream media and virtually every publishing/broadcast platform available. The Kenya National Union of Nurses has joined the campaign to stop the controversial tetanus vaccination until an independent body certifies its safety. The union’s Secretary General Seth Panyako stated that the storm generated by the tetanus jab must be resolved. Panyako pointed out that an independent body is best suited to conduct the safety and not the government, in order to bring the matter to a halt.
A joint committee that includes representatives of Catholic bishops and the Kenyan Ministry of Health met for the first time in November 19 to discuss concerns about the vaccine, which was found to have beta human chorionic gonadotropin, which prevents women from becoming pregnant.
Investigative reporter Jennifer Margulis has asked Health Impact News to re-publish a book review she recently wrote, which was published by The Washington Independent Review of Books. She reports that it was among the top five most read reviews for October 2014 which the Washington Independent Review of Books publicized in a second article.

Citing a supposed “conflict of interest” that Margulis states was cleared by the editors prior to publication, Margulis states the real reason she believes it was censored was because:
I “express outrage that newborn infants are routinely vaccinated for hep B” and I wonder why I was encouraged to vaccinate my daughter “against a disease she had no chance of catching.”

Earlier this year (2014) the CDC published a report documenting an influenza outbreak which occurred among fully vaccinated navy personnel aboard the USS Ardent, a U.S. Navy minesweeper moored in San Diego, California while conducting training.
Surprisingly, the CDC admits this is a common occurrence.
WITI Fox 6 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin interviewed sisters Maddie and Olivia Meylor and their mother this week, discussing their HPV vaccine injuries which left them unable to ever conceive and bear children.
Lindey Magee of Mississippi Parents for Vaccine Rights recently commented on an article published in Mississippi’s Clarion Ledger on their front page, boasting about the state’s 99.7% vaccine rate for kindergartners.
Mississippi has the highest rate of childhood vaccination because it is one of only two states in the U.S. that does not allow parents a choice regarding vaccines, as a requirement for attending school. Only a medical doctor can provide an exemption, as religious and philosophical exemptions are not allowed.
The Clarion Ledger was obviously proud of their vaccination rates, and many around the country want to follow their model and remove vaccine choice from parents and families.
Lindey Magee, however, does not think Mississippi should be so proud of their vaccination rates, given the fact that Mississippi ranks last in the U.S. in infant mortality rates and very low in other key health figures for children. More:
The most divisive and hotly debated of all health freedom issues is the question of whether individuals should be at liberty to dissent from established medical and government health policy and exercise freedom of thought, speech and conscience when it comes to vaccination.
In the health freedom movement, there are some who will defend the legal right to purchase and use nutritional supplements, drink raw milk, eat GMO free food, remove fluoride from public water systems and mercury from dental amalgams or choose non-medical model options for healing and staying well, but are reluctant to publicly support the legal right to make vaccine choices.
Enterovirus D68 has received far less press coverage since the Ebola news (and now measles) exploded. However, this virus has killed 14 people so far, mostly small children. Investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson revealed this week that the government’s own studies on the effectiveness of the flu vaccine for the elderly show that they are not only not effective in preventing the flu, but that the death rate of those vaccinated increased.
While still a reporter for CBS News, Attkisson tried to interview the lead researcher of a “mainstream” flu vaccination study they assumed would show that the flu vaccine was effective in preventing the seasonal influenza virus. However, the National Institute of Health (NIH) blocked the interview, and Attkisson had to interview the co-authors of the study instead, since they were independent researchers, and not paid by the government. Attkisson writes: “These study authors who were honest, at their own career peril, should be commended.”
Researchers from the Sound Choice Pharmaceutical Institute recently published a study showing a correlation with the introduction of human fetal cell lines used as contaminants in childhood vaccines, and the rapid rise of autism. The study was published in the Journal of Public Health and Epidemiology, an open access Academic Journal.
I reviewed the full length research paper and found the methodology of the research very thorough. The researchers tracked not only the introduction of aborted fetal cell lines introduced into vaccines used in the childhood vaccination scheduled in the United States, but they also tracked standards for autism diagnoses as published in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual. This manual is used in the field of psychology and has undergone several revisions. One of the claims made for the rising rate of autism in America today is that it is primarily related to changes of diagnosis. This study used sophisticated software to account for these changes in autism diagnosis, and found:
“Autistic disorder change points years are coincident with introduction of vaccines manufactured using human fetal cell lines, containing fetal and retroviral contaminants, into childhood vaccine regimens. This pattern was repeated in the US, UK, Western Australia and Denmark. Thus, rising autistic disorder prevalence is directly related to vaccines manufactured utilizing human fetal cells. Increased paternal age and DSM revisions were not related to rising autistic disorder prevalence.”
Last month the Massachusetts Nurses Association sued Brigham and Women’s Hospital over a new policy that required nurses to receive the annual flu vaccine as a condition for employment. The nurses were criticized by the medical establishment. Lynn Nicholas, president of the Massachusetts Hospital Association, stated that the nurses were: “putting a pet peeve of theirs above the safety and well-being of the patients they serve, their families, visitors to the hospital, and their colleagues.” When nurses all across the United States and Canada are willing to sacrifice their jobs and careers to avoid the annual flu shot, it is time to sit up and take notice. Trish Powers, representing Brigham nurses in Boston, fired back a comment that The Boston Globe published. It is titled “Brigham nurses know flu vaccine can do harm.”
The Gardasil vaccine has changed Skylee’s life in so many ways and we do not know how many more symptoms will show up and change her life even more than it has already done. Our whole family has been affected by this vaccine and all of our lives have been turned upside down that terrible day in 2013.
If only the doctors would recognize Skylee has gone from being a healthy young girl to an invalid when the only major change in her life occurred on the day she had that single shot of Gardasil.

Was Ebola created, or did it just accidentally spill over into humans from an animal host such as African fruit bats?
Is the US government intentionally not taking strong action to prevent Ebola from spreading or is there really minimal risk to Americans? Are there groups that want to decrease the world population through spreading contagious diseases such as Ebola, or is this just another imaginary plan that is being reported by certain conspiracy theory groups?
Is the Ebola virus a local epidemic, a global pandemic, or a hoax? Is life in America as we have known it about to collapse into chaos and martial law, or will we be safe and secure once we take the Ebola vaccine?
Will more people die from the Ebola vaccine than would have died from the disease itself?
All these questions have been circulating through the media over the last few months. The situation with Ebola is certainly a complex muddle of contradictory facts, opposing interpretations, and political intrigue. So here is what inquiring minds want to know:
Why did U.S. health officials in Atlanta and on the ground in Africa ignore the exploding Ebola epidemic last spring?
Why did U.S. government officials fly American aid workers infected with Ebola to the U.S. rather than treating them with experimental drugs at hospitals in Africa?
Why did the U.S. government press the United Nations to adopt a resolution calling for no restrictions on international travel from Liberia and other Ebola-stricken countries?
Why did the Centers for Disease Control, supposedly the world’s leading infection control agency, fail to immediately assist Texas health officials when the first case of Ebola was diagnosed on US soil to guarantee that, at a minimum, the kind of infection control measures used in most nursing homes in America would be carried out?
Why has the Director of the CDC repeatedly stated that the only way a person can transmit Ebola is if they have a fever and said that people cannot get Ebola unless they have direct contact with the body fluids of an infected person – but that under no circumstances is Ebola airborne – when he knows, or should know, those statements could be false?
And why are experimental Ebola vaccines being fast tracked into human trials and promoted as the final solution rather than ramping up testing and production of the experimental ZMapp drug that has already saved the lives of several Ebola infected Americans?
A logical conclusion is that some people in industry, government and the World Health Organization did not want the Ebola outbreak to be confined to several nations in Africa because that would fail to create a lucrative global market for mandated use of fast tracked Ebola vaccines by every one of the seven billion human beings living on this planet.
It’s flu season again, and the push to get everyone in America vaccinated for the flu vaccine is in full swing. Please be aware that those who want you to receive the flu vaccine admittedly do not want you to know about the risks associated with the vaccine. They actively try to suppress information that would educate people on the dangers and risks of the flu vaccine and decrease their sales.

We have previously reported how Dr. Paul Offit, the mainstream media’s go-to doctor to support vaccines, has huge conflicts of interest, and is a very dangerous man. We mentioned how Paul Offit wants mandatory vaccines for every single child in the United States, and he feels his voice in the matter should over-rule parental choice.
So with the mainstream media giving him basically a free pass to preach his message, Offit has attacked anyone who dares to question his view on vaccines. Earlier this year, he publicly stated at the Health Journalism 2014 meeting that journalists should NOT be balanced in their reporting about vaccines. He wants only one side reported, his side, and he stated publicly that journalists who publish the other side should go to “journalism jail.”
Offit thinks that only medical exemptions should be issued for vaccines, and has campaigned for ending religious and philosophical exemptions. Allowing only medical exemptions would give complete control of America’s school-age children to the medical system in regards to vaccines.
So should doctors like Offit be considered authorities on religious and philosophical exemptions to vaccines? He claims science trumps philosophy or religion. So if you object to things in vaccines such as cells from aborted human embryos, monkey kidneys, aborted calf fetus blood, mouse brains, etc. – too bad. According to Offit, only doctors should make those decisions.
