Several military members voiced their concerns in public about facing discharge for refusing COVID-19 vaccine mandates. How will our military function once all these honorable service members are discharged? The truth is the military needs these fine men and women more than they need the military.
Cheryl Fiandaca of WBZ CBS Boston reported today that more than 1,500 correctional officers in Massachusetts, about 50% of the state's "highly trained correction officers," are scheduled to be fired on Sunday, October 17th, for failing to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination status. Governor Charlie Baker has reportedly activated 250 National Guard troops to help staff potential shortages at the state prisons. Fiandaca interviewed Kevin Flanagan, the legislative liaison for the Massachusetts Correction Officers Federated Union, who stated: "With all due respect to the men and women of the National Guard, we have highly trained correction officers who have worked throughout the pandemic for 18 months and to now say 50 percent would be terminated it’s not right, it’s not fair." Absent from the CBS I-Team report is the issue of the National Guard, who are being called up in many states to replace workers being fired for not getting a mandated COVID-19 shot. The National Guard does not have to comply with COVID-19 vaccine mandates until June of 2022. A report earlier this year stated that fewer National Guard members were receiving COVID-19 shots than active duty members, with less than 40% vaccinated. This begs the question on how National Guard members, the majority of whom have not yet been vaccinated and have until next year to comply with mandates, can replace prison workers and in other states hospital workers who are being terminated simply because they are not vaccinated for COVID-19?
A group of airline professionals have banded together to fight back against mandatory COVID-19 vaccination mandates. They call themselves the "U.S. Freedom Flyers." From their website: "US Freedom Flyers currently encompasses all travel and transportation-affiliated industries, including all employees, unionized or not, who are affected by the Federal Government’s Covid-19 Vaccine Mandates. Whether you’re a pilot, flight attendant, mechanic, dispatcher, gate agent, or ramper, we have room for you! In addition, we seek to be an inclusive organization contributing to the support of other industries. If you are in other transportation industries, such as shipping, trucking, bussing, etc. please join our organization! If you are in an industry other than transportation and travel, we welcome you also, and want to collaborate with you to help preserve our medical freedoms!" They have teamed up with Leslie Manookian of Health Freedom Defense Fund, George Wentz of Davillier Law Group, and Airline Professionals For Justice (AP4J) to fight back against mandatory COVID-19 shots for the airline industry. These Freedom Flyers have just published a video with written messages from more than 60 of them, ranging from ramp agents, to flight attendants, to pilots and captains, to even a "senior vice president."
It should be obvious to most people today that the medical system in the United States, incorrectly labeled the "healthcare" system, is radically being transformed where political agendas now rule hospital policies, with hospitals becoming the distribution centers for Big Pharma products and services, including drugs, vaccines, and other medical procedures, where patient outcomes only matter in terms of how much financial revenue hospitals can make, and not health outcomes. In fact, the system has so radically changed since COVID-19 started, that hospitals now benefit more from patients' deaths than they do from healing them. A video from a frustrated nurse has been making the rounds on the Internet recently, where she explains that her co-worker doctors and nurses now openly state that they want unvaccinated people to die, including herself.
While the public continues to debate COVID-19 Vaccination "Passports" or IDs in order to participate in society, many businesses have recently announced that they are planning to mandate the shots as a condition for employment. This begs the question: Are these companies committing financial suicide by further restricting the labor force that is already seeing massive shortages since last year? As we have documented here at Health Impact News, publishing dozens and dozens of cases of people who died in the prime of their life after receiving a COVID-19 shot, we know that all of these deaths and injuries following the COVID-19 shots are always blamed on COVID-19, and not the shots. And since the CDC has proven to be a disinformation propaganda agency that regularly lies to protect Big Pharma, we actually have no idea what the true number of deaths and injuries are that have followed the COVID-19 injections. They currently admit that about 12,000 people have died after getting the shots in the last 8 months, double the amount of deaths recorded following ALL vaccines for the past 30 years. Add to that the fact that there is a very sizable portion of the population that will simply refuse to get a shot, even if it means being fired from their job, then I think we can answer the question posed in the headline of this article with a definite "YES." Mandating employees to receive a COVID-19 shot as a condition of employment is financial suicide, and a terrible business decision.
Three hundred healthcare workers in Italy have lodged a legal challenge against the requirement that they get vaccinated against coronavirus, according to media reports Saturday. The case, brought by professionals throughout northern Italy, will be heard on July 14. "This isn't a battle by anti-vaxxers but a democratic battle," constitutional lawyer Daniele Granara, who helped build up the case, was cited as saying in the Giornale di Brescia newspaper. "We force people to take a risk under threat of no longer being allowed to exercise their profession," he added. Granara is also defending dozens of caregivers who have been suspended from work for refusing to be vaccinated. Italy passed a law in April obliging anyone working in public or private social health positions, including in pharmacies and doctors' offices, to get vaccinated against Covid-19 or be suspended without pay, unless their employer can reassign them to a less sensitive position.
Governors of the two largest Republican states in the U.S. have recently taken political action to restrict or prohibit "vaccine passports" as a means of discriminating against private citizens who choose not get one of the COVID-19 bioweapon shots. Does this mean that Greg Abbott and Ron DeSantis are against the bioweapon shots that have killed tens of thousands of people, and are now being injected into Children? Hardly. In fact, both these two governors, and ALL governors in the United States right now, regardless of political affiliation, are accomplices to mass murder. Unless I missed some news somewhere, once the FDA and CDC allowed emergency use authorization to start injecting these bioweapon COVID-19 shots into children, NONE of these Governors took action in their state to stop the mass injections of children with these bioweapon shots, even though they have the authority to do so. Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis recently signed into law SB 2006 which "Prohibits government, business & educational institutions from requiring proof of COVID vaccination." There are reports now circulating in the alternative media from those who have actually read the bill, and what they have discovered is that while the bill prohibits discrimination based on COVID-19 "vaccination" status, it allows law enforcement to forcibly vaccinate its citizens, as well as lock them away in quarantine at the direction of "State Health Officers."
California civil rights attorney Leigh Dundas is making waves again in Orange County, California, where she recently called for the resignation of Orange County Health Officer Dr. Clayton Chau and Orange County Superintendent of Schools Al Mijares for allegedly meeting and discussing how to remove parental consent to experimental COVID "vaccines" for school children, and turn schools into COVID-19 "vaccination centers." Last year, Attorney Dundas publicly criticized then Orange County Health Officer Dr. Nichole Quick for her policies on mandatory masks in the county, and it led to Dr. Quick's resignation. Her replacement, Dr. Clayton Chau, is now under public scrutiny from Attorney Dundas for suggesting that children should be vaccinated with the experimental COVID shots without parental consent. Attorney Leigh Dundas expressed her displeasure at this meeting at a public forum last week, and issued strict warnings to Orange County Health Officer Dr. Clayton Chau and Orange County Superintendent of Schools Al Mijares during a 3.5 minute rant.

Garner represents her client Isaac Legaretta, an officer at the Doña Ana County Detention Center and a military veteran, who is suing the county over its new policy for first responders to receive the COVID-19 vaccinations or face termination. Attorney Garner explains the significance of this case and what is at stake, as it is the first of its kind and may set a new standard for legal precedent regarding mandatory vaccination. Garner says she is prepared to take this case to the Supreme Court if necessary.
