Medical Kidnappers Lose Major Court Battles but Child Trafficking through Child Welfare Continues

We get to end this week with some rare positive news stories in the subject of medical kidnapping and child trafficking in the U.S. The highly public medical kidnapping case in Florida that was made popular with the Netflix film "Take Care of Maya" ended this week, where a jury awarded over $210 million to the Kowalski family for their losses during the time Maya was medically kidnapped by Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in Florida which led her mother to commit suicide. After Netflix blew up this story nationwide, it is hard to understand what the rationale was that led Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital to decide to take this trial to a jury, instead of settling out of court to avoid the bad publicity that this case brings against them. The only possible reason that makes any sense to me, is that these hospital executives were drunk on their own delusions, and actually believed that if they presented their case to a jury that the jury would think like them, believing that hospitals and doctors are just a step below "gods" and always know best, and decide in their favor. Regardless of their reasoning, this case exposed the Satanic evil activities of the medical system and child trafficking more than any other film has to date. Florida Medical Kidnapping Trial Exposes Medical Tyranny and Pediatricians Who Traffick Children for a Living

Earlier this year we published an article about the Netflix movie, "Take Care of Maya," where I said that this film was the "most powerful film ever produced exposing medical kidnapping." This film has done more to expose child trafficking in the U.S. through medical kidnapping than any other documentary I have seen since I started covering this topic over a decade ago. It has brought the issue of medical kidnapping and the horrible power granted to a special group of doctors known as "Child Abuse Pediatricians" to the public for everyone to see, showing how easily this class of medical doctors can override the opinions of other medical doctors, parents, and other experts and terminate parental rights, while keeping children in custody in hospitals as prisoners. Maya's mother committed suicide after she gave up hope that her daughter could ever come back home, and now Maya's father and brother have joined together with Maya in a civil lawsuit against Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital that is being live-streamed every day, with many reporters and commentators following this case. As of my writing today, the attorneys for Maya's family, the plaintiffs, are still presenting their case, before the trial switches over to the defense. The trial is expected to last until early November, and every major corporate media outlet is covering this story. With this trial in Florida now being live-streamed every day, the public now has, for perhaps the first time in the history of this country, the opportunity to hear from one of these "Child Abuse Pediatricians" testify under oath about how she goes about finding "medical abuse" and removing children from the custody of their parents. These kinds of cases are very common here in the U.S., and seldom does a week go by where someone does not email me a new story about this kind of medical kidnapping. Dr. Sally Smith was deposed several times over the course of a couple of years in preparation for this trial that is now playing out in Florida. Part of those depositions that were recorded have been played by the plaintiffs' attorneys to the jury this week. I have found one video that was recorded yesterday by Attorney Melanie Little, who copied Dr. Sally Smith's deposition and then live-streamed it yesterday, along with her legal analysis. This information, directly from the mouth of Dr. Sally Smith under oath, explaining how her sole purpose in her role as a Child Abuse Pediatrician is to spy on children to try and find how their parents might have medically abused them, is truly historical.

New Documentary on Medically Kidnapped Girl Whose Mother Committed Suicide is the Most Powerful Film Ever Produced Exposing Medical Kidnapping

Last night I watched the new documentary that was released by Netflix last month (June, 2023), "Take Care of Maya." This is, by far, the best documentary I have ever watched that exposes the criminal enterprise allowed to operate in this country, and which I have been covering as a journalist for about a decade now, medical kidnapping. The documentary shows the true story of the Kowalski family of Florida, a medical kidnapping horror story that we have covered in previous articles. The documentary was produced by Caitlin Keating, who also writes for People Magazine. Here is an excerpt that was published just before the film was released on Netflix. Title: "An Allegation of Munchausen by Proxy, a Mom's Suicide, a Daughter's Pain: 'Take Care of Maya' Exclusive Clip." Description: "Maya Kowalski was rushed to the ER at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Fla., in the early morning of October 7, 2016. She had crippling stomach pain ('so severe, her knees were going up to her chest, and she was screaming,' says her father, Jack,) related to the rare neurological condition complex regional pain syndrome or CRPS. The 17-year-old's first memory was with her mom days later at the ICU. She kissed Maya on the forehead, told her she loved her, and they'd see each other the next day. 'I never saw her again,' Maya says." This film clearly exposes how a medical doctor who in reality is not even practicing medicine, but is acting as a forensic criminal investigator with ZERO training in law enforcement or forensic evidence, the corrupt pediatric specialty of "Child Abuse Specialist" which is a recent specialty started around 2010, has the enormous power to destroy families, as judges are all too quick to accept their "advice". Maya's mother was denied the opportunity to even hug her daughter after one court hearing, and ended up committing suicide a short time later giving up all hope that she would ever be reunited with her daughter again. This film is far more significant in exposing child trafficking in this country than the fictional Sound of Freedom movie, in my opinion, and shows that the horror of child trafficking in this country is not just limited to sex trafficking, but includes medical kidnapping by the pharmaceutical cartels as well.
