Fighting for the recognition of their vaccine-injured daughters in the eyes of healthcare and political policy, growing numbers of Irish mothers and fathers throughout the country are garnering the world’s attention. At the same time throughout Ireland, many are asking for the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccine to be withdrawn in the country.

Countries globally are experiencing their newly unveiled mandatory HPV vaccine programs in various stages of deterioration and failure. Amidst this chaos, a perfect storm of well-deserved bad press, mounting HPV vaccine injury and political apathy has descended upon Ireland.

Mainstream special reports and news stories coming from the Emerald Isle continue to cast a light on the negligent silence of Ireland’s political class. The Irish healthcare system is rapidly losing the respect of its people through years of misdiagnosing Gardasil vaccine injury and medical incompetence in its treatment. The mishandling and inaction regarding Ireland’s vaccine-injured daughters is now front and center for the world to see in Dublin’s High Court.

Kirby’s Fight for Gardasil Injured Girls and Their Parents

On March 3, Fiona Kirby, a nurse from Kilbeggan, Co Westmeath appeared in Dublin’s High Court with an unwavering demand. Kirby is taking her fight to the High Court seeking the Health Products Regulatory Authority to withdraw the HPV vaccine in Ireland. The mother of an HPV vaccine-injured daughter, Kirby has vowed not to quit in her efforts. Ireland is one of the few countries in The European Union that does not have a compensation program for vaccine injury.

Kirby’s 11-year old daughter, within 24 hours of receiving the Gardasil vaccine in October 2011, developed severe flu-like symptoms which reappeared after the child got her second HPV shot. Kirby did not allow her daughter get a third shot. Her daughter became extremely fatigued, suffered severe nausea causing weight loss and muscle wastage.

Like so many parents around the world, Kirby thought her daughter’s problems were an isolated case. Yet, she came to understand that globally, as well as throughout Ireland, there are other girls suffering similar continuous life changing health problems after receiving the HPV vaccine.

Meanwhile, in 2013, Japan’s regulators accomplished the task Kirby is now seeking after mounting injuries from the HPV shot forced Japanese officials to convene an emergency public debate. Despite arguments by medical bodies claiming vaccine injuries were “psychosomatic,” Japan officially withdrew its HPV shot recommendation. Colombia is now in the middle of a similar battle as the country’s Constitutional Court has ordered multiple health agencies to investigate their growing HPV vaccine injuries.

Brazil has gone a step further in seeing the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) file a Civil Action asking health officials to suspend the application of the HPV vaccine throughout the country as well as its authorization, importation, production, distribution and marketing of the shot.

Outside the Dublin court, families protested and rallied in mass support revealing a scene that is becoming an all too common global occurrence. The Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) is asking the High Court to dismiss the case. Mainstream news out of Ireland is reporting the HPRA is attempting to pass the buck in an appeal to authority by claiming they are not the appropriate defendant in this case. The HPRA has pleaded that only the European Commission holds the power to revoke Gardasil’s EU marketing authorization. Yet prominently display on HPRA’s website under the heading “What we do,” the authority boasts:

We grant licensees to companies to make, distribute and market medicines after a review of their safety, quality and effectiveness.

We continuously monitor medicines, medical devices and other health products, responding quickly to any safety or quality concerns.

Denmark introduced the HPV vaccine in 2009 and saw a similar upward trajectory of compounding severe adverse reactions as in Ireland. Recently, Danish Health and Medicines Authority demanded the European Medicines Agency (EMA) Pharmacovigilance Risk Assessment Committee’s (PRAC) reassess the safety of the HPV shot.

However, the committee’s review in 2015 did not change the agency’s position that the benefits outweigh the risks. Since 2014 the EMA has been berated with public pressure to end conflicts of interest within the agency and its leadership. A European Court of Justice ruling ousted Guido Rasi’s appointment as head of the EMA in 2014 prompting Europe to call into question the entire agencies reputation, integrity and true independence.

Scandalous: Informed Consent and Injury Risks Regarding HPV Vaccine Absent

A major point of contention by Irish parents is the fact that proper informed consent was not given in the 6 years since the HPV shot has been implemented in the country. In fact, Ireland’s Health authority (HSE) specifically instructed local health care providers not to give the Patient Information Leaflet to parents.

Instead, a watered-down version of cherry-picked info regarding Gardasil was given to parents exaggerating the shot’s claims and downplaying adverse reactions. The continued improper informed consent accompanying these vaccines in Ireland was trumpeted by Irish Senator Paschal Mooney.

In October of 2015, Mooney delivered a heated speech in the House of the Oireachtas directed at the Irish medical system for their lack of medical ethics, willful fraud, and negligent handling of HPV damaged girls. Mooney also put on notice a request for Irish Health Minister Leo Varadkar to come before the house and explain his flawed national policy in regard to Ireland’s HPV vaccination.

To this day, Ireland’s entire mainstream medical system is playing catch-up to learn what severe HPV adverse vaccine reactions look like. Since 2010, Ireland’s healthcare system has handled adverse reactions from Gardasil by throwing psychiatric drugs at complaints and/or ordering countless test to decipher, on the fly, what they should have been taught to look for and treat in 2010. Since there remains a void in Ireland where vaccine injury compensation and support should be, the resultant medical bumbling has bankrupted families paying out-of-pocket in an endless tragic healthcare merry-go-round.

In every country where the HPV vaccine is pushed, growing numbers of injured daughters and concerned parents begin to sound the alarm. Looking at recent history, as the numbers of injured mount and the voices get louder, it is only then that individual health bodies/authorities make a public statement assuring their populations that the shot is safe and effective — a simple lie disproven through continuous documented research.

For those reading about the struggles of Irish parents and their daughters, these circumstances are not isolated incidences. Colombia, Brazil, Japan, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, France, the U.S., India and numerous other countries are seeing massive resistance and pushback from their populations as severe adverse vaccine reactions continue to leave a wake of injury and regret.

Coming around full circle back to Dublin’s High Court, lawyers for Ireland’s Health Products Regulatory Authority have asked Mr. Justice Tony O’Connor to fix a date to hear its application to have the case dismissed. The judge adjourned the matter to March 15 for the hearing of the application to dismiss. Regardless of the High Court’s eventual decision, the genie is out of the bottle in Ireland as parents are backing away from the shot and mainstream news is spotlighting its dangers.

The global medical community is also experiencing a major divide about the safety and effectiveness of the HPV shot. While peer-reviewed research is mounting to reveal the shot’s dangers, medical journals continue to blacklist unfavorable studies from ever seeing the light of day. To compound the tensions, vaccine whistle blowers alerting the public are ignored while research fraud to hide vaccine dangers comes and goes without justice.

Medical Doctors Opposed to Forced Vaccinations – Should Their Views be Silenced?

doctors-on-the-vaccine-debate

One of the biggest myths being propagated in the compliant mainstream media today is that doctors are either pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine, and that the anti-vaccine doctors are all “quacks.”

However, nothing could be further from the truth in the vaccine debate. Doctors are not unified at all on their positions regarding “the science” of vaccines, nor are they unified in the position of removing informed consent to a medical procedure like vaccines.

The two most extreme positions are those doctors who are 100% against vaccines and do not administer them at all, and those doctors that believe that ALL vaccines are safe and effective for ALL people, ALL the time, by force if necessary.

Very few doctors fall into either of these two extremist positions, and yet it is the extreme pro-vaccine position that is presented by the U.S. Government and mainstream media as being the dominant position of the medical field.

In between these two extreme views, however, is where the vast majority of doctors practicing today would probably categorize their position. Many doctors who consider themselves “pro-vaccine,” for example, do not believe that every single vaccine is appropriate for every single individual.

Many doctors recommend a “delayed” vaccine schedule for some patients, and not always the recommended one-size-fits-all CDC childhood schedule. Other doctors choose to recommend vaccines based on the actual science and merit of each vaccine, recommending some, while determining that others are not worth the risk for children, such as the suspect seasonal flu shot.

These doctors who do not hold extreme positions would be opposed to government-mandated vaccinations and the removal of all parental exemptions.

In this article, I am going to summarize the many doctors today who do not take the most extremist pro-vaccine position, which is probably not held by very many doctors at all, in spite of what the pharmaceutical industry, the federal government, and the mainstream media would like the public to believe.
