Victory for Toronto Nurses: Rationale for Nurses Who Refuse Flu Vaccine to Wear Masks "Insufficient, Inadequate, and Completely Unpersuasive"

The Ontario Nurses’ Association has won a major victory over St. Michael’s Hospital and eight other Toronto-area hospitals, as labour arbitrator William Kaplan wrote in a 53-page decision that forcing unvaccinated nurses to wear surgical masks during the flu season is a policy that is “insufficient, inadequate, and completely unpersuasive.”

The hospital failed to prove that nurses who didn’t have flu symptoms were a significant source of infection and therefore would be required to wear masks if they weren’t inoculated, Mr. Kaplan said in his decision.

Mr. Kaplan also heard an expert, Lisa Brosseau, a professor of environmental and occupational health sciences, testify that surgical masks fit poorly and aren’t an effective form of protection.

The arbitrator said it was illogical to force nurses who aren’t immunized to be masked when St. Michael’s isn’t as strict with unvaccinated visitors.

“If masking is truly effective as source control, how can it be that they too are not required to mask? The answer to this question reveals that the masking part of the policy is, as one St. Michael’s witness admitted, ‘weak,’ ” Mr. Kaplan wrote.

U.S. Government Pays Out Millions to Flu Shot Victims Killed or Paralyzed by Influenza Vaccine

Flu season is in full swing, and once again reports are coming in that formerly healthy people are suffering serious harm or even dying from taking the flu shot.

The fact that the annual flu shot is deadly and dangerous is not a fact even in dispute. But these facts are seldom, if ever, communicated to the American public before marketing the flu shot to the entire population, including those most vulnerable such as young babies and sick seniors, as the flu shot is marketed in retail pharmacy stores across the nation as if they are just as safe as buying a candy bar or pack of gum.

As you will see here, the Department of Justice report on compensated cases for vaccine injuries and deaths in the U.S. Vaccine Court, submitted each three months to the federal government Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (ACCV) under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, shows that millions of dollars are being spent for injuries and deaths due to the flu shot.

As far as I know, Health Impact News is the only news source publishing this government data on compensated cases due to vaccine injuries and deaths.

The December 6, 2018 meeting just concluded, and Government attorney Catharine Reeves reported that there were 144 settlements for vaccine injuries and deaths the past 3 months, and 89 of those cases were listed in her report.

Of those 89 cases compensated, 77 were for injuries and one death caused by the flu shot, making the flu shot the most dangerous vaccine in the United States, by far.

The CDC Claims the Flu Shot Reduces Mortality in the Elderly - But Where’s the Evidence?

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that everyone aged six months and up, including pregnant women, get an annual influenza vaccine. The two fundamental assumptions underlying the CDC’s policy are that vaccination reduces transmission of the virus and reduces the risk of potentially deadly complications. Yet multiple reviews of the scientific literature have concluded that there is no good scientific evidence to support the CDC’s claims.

Notwithstanding the science, to increase demand for the pharmaceutical companies’ influenza vaccine products, the CDC makes use of fear marketing, asserting as fact that tens of thousands of people die each year from the flu, even though the CDC’s numbers are actually estimates that are controversial because they are based on dubious assumptions that appear to result in a great overestimation of the negative impact of influenza on societal health.

The primary justification for the CDC’s flu vaccine policy is the assumption that it significantly reduces the mortality rate among people aged 65 and older, the group at highest risk of potentially deadly complications from the flu. The CDC declares to the public that the vaccine does so as though this was a scientifically proven fact.

Yet, the reality is that the CDC’s bold claim that the vaccine greatly reduces the risk of death among the elderly has been thoroughly discredited by the scientific community.

800K Children in the U.S. Missing Each Year - International Tribunal Exposes Pedophilia Problem - Victims Testify of Child Sex Trafficking and Satanic Ritual Abuse

800,000 children a year in the United States go missing, many of them being sexually trafficked through pedophilia networks where the children suffer unimaginable horrors such as Satanic ritual abuse.

This number is comprised of documented cases of children gone missing, and does not include children who are born and bred into pedophilia networks and have no birth certificates, or undocumented immigrant children who come across the borders.

Worldwide, the number is close to 8 million children missing and being sexually trafficked.

Such is the scope of the problem that was reported earlier this year (2018) in Westminster, London by The International Tribunal for Natural Justice (ITNJ), as the court convened over a 3-day period to launch their Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Human Trafficking and Child Sex Abuse.

The Judicial Commission is comprised of world leaders who have been involved in fighting child sex trafficking for years, and includes intelligence officers, politicians, legal scholars, and many others.

The International Tribunal was formed because most of the world’s government bodies today have been corrupted and no longer represent the people, but instead private corporate interests, and as such, justice is seldom found in most government judicial courts around the world today to stop such a heinous crime as child sex trafficking.

NY State Senator Dies of Sepsis After Receiving Flu Vaccine

Eight-year-old Amely Baez of LeFrank City, New York died on February 5, 2018 of “flu-related” symptoms, according to local health authorities. Published reports did not indicate whether the child had received the influenza vaccine.

New York State Senator José Peralta (D-East Elmhurst) said Amely’s death was tragic and that it “reminds us of how dangerous the flu outbreak is” and he urged New Yorkers to “protect themselves, and their children, and get vaccinated.” He added, “We need to ensure we do everything possible to combat the spread of this deadly virus as the number of hospitalizations is increasing. The influenza vaccine can be the difference between life and death.”

Partly in response to Amely’s death, Sen. Peralta partnered with NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst to sponsor free influenza vaccinations in LeFrank City on November 17, 2018. Some 90 area residents were vaccinated.

On November 20, Peralta, 47, developed a fever. The following day, he became “disoriented and had trouble breathing.” He was taken to Elmhurst Hospital in Queens, NY where he died that evening. “We really don’t know what happened,” said Peralta’s wife, Evelyn Peralta. “He just took a turn for the worst.”

An article in The New York Times quoted Sen. Peralta’s director of communications, Chris Sosa, as saying,

“It was like pulling teeth to get him (Peralta) to talk about not feeling well. He just thought he was having symptoms related to getting the flu shot.”

Doctors Are the Leading Cause of Death: Top Reasons You Can’t Trust Your Doctor

A visit to your doctor’s office should leave you feeling informed and supported, with open and truthful conversations about your health and treatment plans.

Many, however, do not get such courtesies, especially where vaccinations are concerned. Open conversations about vaccines are the exception rather than the rule at many U.S. doctors’ offices.

Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital to Deny Medical Services to Unvaccinated Children

Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, has notified parents that if their children are not vaccinated, or if they follow an alternative vaccination schedule, that they will be denied medical services.

They also notified parents that they will not honor Florida State law that allows for religious exemptions to vaccines.

$4 Billion and Growing: U.S. Payouts for Vaccine Injuries and Deaths Keep Climbing

The Health Resources & Services Administration just released new dollar figures reflecting payouts from the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

The payouts for vaccine injuries just went past the whopping $4 billion mark. Using the government’s own conclusion that only 1% of all vaccine injuries are reported, the $4 billion is just the tip of the iceberg.

American Cancer Society Seeks $11 Billion to Pursue an 80% Gardasil Vaccination Rate Among U.S. Children

The American Cancer Society (ACS) has set an aggressive goal to achieve an 80 percent uptake rate among American children with two doses human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine by 2026. To gain that coverage, 14 million more preteen children would need to complete the two-dose series, for a total of 57.62 million doses above and beyond the number of vaccinations given to date.

HPV vaccine is one of the most expensive vaccines on the CDC recommended childhood vaccine schedule, costing a pricey $168 to $204 per dose, with Merck being the sole producer of HPV vaccine (Gardasil) in the U.S.

Although U.S. health officials have continued to deny a causal connection, Japanese researchers have pointed out that the temporal association with post-Gardasil clinical symptoms such as “chronic regional pain syndrome, orthostatic intolerance, and/or cognitive dysfunction” suggests a causal relationship with the vaccine.

Other health issues associated with HPV vaccination include nervous and immune system disorders such as postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), chronic fatigue syndrome, blood clots, acute respiratory failure and cardiac arrest.

Also widely reported are menstrual abnormalities and premature ovarian failure.

Using the MedAlerts search engine, as of April 30, 2018, the federal Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) contained more than 58,992 reports of HPV vaccine reactions, hospitalizations, injuries and deaths including 430 related deaths, 794 hospitalizations, and 2,773 disabling conditions.

Over 45 percent of the reported serious adverse events occurred in children and teens 12-17 years of age.

The Happy-go-Lucky Girl I had Pre-HPV Vaccine is Gone Forever

World Health Organization Ensures More Children Die from Vaccines by Revising Vaccine Adverse Reaction Reporting

In April 2017, the World Health Organization (WHO) coordinated a joint project between teams of experts from the National AEFI (adverse events following immunization) committees of India and Zimbabwe with each country’s Ministry of Health.

However, doctors in private practice did not necessarily agree that the new guidelines helped protect the children of the world. In fact, they suspected just the opposite. Instead of accurately assessing potential vaccine-reactions, the new guidelines seemed to further hinder the discovery of real vaccine-reactions, particularly when a death occurred after vaccine administration.

In a letter published in the prestigious Indian Journal of Medical Ethics, two prestigious doctors from India, Dr. Jacob Puliyel and Dr. Anant Phadke, expressed their concerns over this new classification system.

“By simply denying deaths, the new AEFI classification is liable to miss the safety signals and therefore potential dangers with new vaccines.”

They note that Sri Lanka suspended the use of a pentavalent vaccine after five deaths within four months after its introduction in January 2008 and, in 2013 Viet Nam shelved the pentavalent vaccine because it had been associated with 12 deaths.

However, in both cases, the WHO teams which investigated the deaths declared they were ‘unlikely’ to be related to the vaccines used.

The authors point out that the consequences of using the new classification are illustrated starkly in the causality assessment of 134 serious AEFI cases uploaded on the website of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in India.

78 of these babies survived and 58 died.

Who is WHO protecting – children or vaccine manufacturers?

N.Y. Health Department Orders All Unvaccinated School Children to Miss 21 Days of School Over Measles "Outbreak"

The Rockland County Health Department in the State of New York has notified schools that students who are not vaccinated for measles cannot attend school for 21 days, due to a “measles outbreak” where 33 cases have allegedly been confirmed in the county.

This directive includes those who have legal vaccine exemptions for either medical or religious reasons.

Parents and members of the community are, of course, outraged at this tyrannical action being conducted by the Health Department, which is run by unelected medical professionals and administers “free” MMR vaccines purchased by the CDC (with U.S. taxpayer funds).

When these “outbreaks” of measles occur, and action is taken to target those who are not vaccinated, many facts are left out in educating the public regarding the truth about measles and the measles vaccine.

So here are the facts about measles and the measles vaccine, all of which are easily verified by anyone with an Internet connection.

1. There is NO measles vaccine. Only a 3-combo vaccine that includes measles (MMR).

2. Merck, the Manufacturer of the MMR Vaccine, is Being Sued in Court for FRAUD.

3. The MMR Vaccine is Linked to Autism.

4. More People Die from the Measles Vaccine than from Measles.

5. Measles Rates were Declining Long Before the Vaccine was Introduced.

The CDC’s Outlandish Lies About Mercury in Vaccines

The CDC says “the evidence is clear” that thimerosal is “merely a preservative” and not a neurotoxin.

However, no one who actually takes the time to examine the scientific literature can rationally conclude that mercury in any form—including the mercury in thimerosal—is safe for humans.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s book, Thimerosal: Let the Science Speak, describes hundreds of peer-reviewed scientific publications and the “broad consensus among research scientists that Thimerosal is a dangerous neurotoxin.”

The CDC falsely claims that “thimerosal was taken out of childhood vaccines in the United States in 2001.”

However, 25 micrograms of thimerosal remain in many of the influenza vaccines administered in the U.S., including to pregnant women and infants.

All eight studies included in the CDC fact sheet claiming that thimerosal is safe involve lead or co-authors accused of fraud or known to have been involved in behind-closed-doors data manipulation or weighed down by serious conflicts of interest.

'Unprecedented' Sales for Merck's Gardasil Vaccine as They Seek World Domination for HPV Vaccines

Merck’s Gardasil vaccine saw a 55% increase over last year’s third quarter, netting $1.05 billion in global sales for the third quarter of 2018.

Thanks to worldwide sales, the Gardasil vaccine has become the top money maker for Merck.

FiercePharma, the marketing trade publication for vaccine manufacturers, reports that Merck’s Gardasil has been propelling the pharma giant’s vaccine unit in recent quarters, and that doesn’t look like it’ll be changing.

The company sees more growth ahead thanks to an “unprecedented increase in worldwide demand” for HPV vaccines, an executive said.

Addressing the vaccine’s performance on a recent conference call, Merck’s president of global human health Adam Schechter said the company is “seeing unprecedented increase in worldwide demand for the HPV vaccines.”

He said global demand has “doubled in the last year alone.”

Meanwhile, the carnage left behind from mass Gardasil vaccination programs continues to get world-wide exposure, as doctors, scientists, and victims look for ways to oppose mass Gardasil vaccination programs.

A recent gathering in Ireland at an IFICA conference brought together many world leaders to discuss the Gardasil problem, and another meeting is scheduled in the U.S. in 2019 during the Autism One conference, at the 4th Annual International HPV Vaccine Education Symposium.

Vaccine Extremist and Industry Insider Dr. Paul Offit Losing Credibility with the Public

Dr. Paul Offit was at the National Press Club in Washington, DC last night peddling his new book, “BAD ADVICE: Or Why Celebrities, Politicians and Activists Aren’t Your Best Source of Health Information.”

It is clear that Dr. Offit desperately wants to be the authority on vaccines. He already is the industry shill, but is he the authority?

The opinion of the crowd in attendance at the event was a resounding NO.

Children’s Health Defense advocates, parents of vaccine-injured children, and scientists came from all over the United States to ask Dr. Offit questions.

They pointed out in their respectful, thoughtful questions that they do their own research.

Although Offit declined to take questions directly from the audience, it was a good day for parents everywhere to see Dr. Offit forced to have a moderator filter the written questions he did address down to the very basics so he could answer with one of his canned responses.

And the harder questions from the group were never presented to him.

Today’s intelligent parents don’t need a pharmaceutical tycoon physician from Philadelphia with a “gift of gab” telling them what the industry wants them to hear.

WARNING: Dangerous Flu Shots Being Given to Children Without Parental Consent

The annual influenza vaccine is, by far, the most dangerous vaccine in the United States.

This is evident from the quarterly reports the Department of Justice (DOJ) supplies every 3 months to the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (ACCV) as mandated by the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP).

Compensation paid through settlements in the federal Vaccine Court for injuries or deaths due to vaccines are highest for the annual flu shot, comprising more settlements than all other vaccines currently approved for the US market combined.

The last report from September of 2018, for example, listed 73 settlements from 198 cases, and of those 73 settlements for that 3-month period, 48 of the cases were for harm caused by the flu vaccine.

The actual number of people who are confirmed to have died with the influenza virus is only a few hundred each year, and most of those already have a compromised immune system that makes them more susceptible to the flu virus.

On the other hand, each year there are reports that healthy people are dying or being permanently injured after receiving a flu vaccine.

So there really is no good justification for anyone to give a child a flu vaccine and put that child at risk, without consulting with the child’s parents first.

And yet, news reports across the United States indicates that this is indeed happening.

In some of the reports we have heard, some parents have even signed statements that they did NOT want their child to receive a flu vaccine, but the child got one anyway.

So how can this be justified?

I asked Health Impact News foreign correspondent, Christina England, to look into this matter, as our initial reports indicated that the rationale for subverting parental consent to the flu vaccine might have come from a document published by the World Health Organization (WHO), defining something called “Implied Consent,” and is not unique to just the United States.

What do Doctors Learn in Medical School About Vaccines?

The idea that there are “medical experts” who, by virtue of the MD initials placed after their names, automatically know more than anyone else about vaccines is pervasive.

This commonly held belief persists, despite overwhelming evidence that doctors are taught almost nothing about vaccines in medical school.

Doctors are taught that vaccines have saved the world from infectious diseases and they are taught to follow the vaccine schedule promoted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)—which tells them which vaccines to give and when.

They’re taught that they must always abide by the schedule and vaccinate every patient. That’s pretty much it.

Yes, it’s hard to believe, but don’t take my word for it.

In an article I wrote several years ago titled “Doctors Are No Experts On Vaccines,” I included quotes from several medical doctors to backup my allegation.

It is important to listen to them so that the magnitude of the myth that physicians are the experts on vaccines can fully sink in.

It is time to put this myth to rest because it is too often used as a way to disparage anyone who dares to disagree or even mildly question doctors about the safety and effectiveness of vaccination.

FDA Decision to Approve Gardasil Vaccine for Adults Will Likely Increase Cervical Cancer Rates

The HPV vaccine was just approved for adults, despite Merck’s concerning research data.

The FDA made its determination in the face of substantial evidence of the dangers of the HPV vaccine and the existence of safer alternatives.

For women who have already been exposed to certain strains of the HPV virus, vaccination can actually increase the risk of precancerous lesions by 44.6%.

That’s right: if you are already infected with HPV, getting vaccinated could increase your risk of getting cancer.

To put this in perspective, 79 million Americans are thought to be infected with HPV, and about 14 million are newly infected each year, making HPV the most common sexually transmitted infection.

Often there are no symptoms. The CDC says that “HPV is so common that almost every person who is sexually active will get HPV at some time in their life.”

A large, government-backed push to get more people vaccinated for HPV could actually increase many people’s risk of getting cancer.

Danish Doctor Issues Warning about HPV Vaccine: "The Vaccine Should be Stopped Immediately!"

The HPV vaccine controversy has been raging since the FDA approved Gardasil in 2006 in virtually every country utilizing this new medical intervention.

Dr. Stig Gerdes wrote this open letter to Danish Health authorities, the medical community, and local journalists hoping to shed some light on the very real consequences many Danish families were forced to deal with post-HPV vaccine use.

Dr. Gerdes wrote:

“The vaccine should be stopped immediately! There are so many unanswered questions that should be answered before we continue to vaccinate. With each injection, there is a risk of incapacitating a previously young strong human.”

Unfortunately, HPV vaccine stakeholders are still trying to deny the facts Dr. Gerdes was courageous enough to put in writing.

The CDC and other medical “authorities” refer to them as “mystery illnesses,” but they have been around and identified for the past 5 years now, and actually are not all that “mysterious.” Young children are affected the most.

They are the result of “enteroviruses,” the same as the polio virus, but they are not called “polio.”

There is currently another outbreak of enteroviruses being reported in the corporate media, usually referred to as acute flaccid myelitis (AFM). The symptoms are similar to polio, including paralysis.

Parents, Scientists and Doctors from Around the World Gather to Discuss How to Handle Increasing HPV Vaccine Injuries

Earlier this year (2018) parents, scientists and doctors from all over the world gathered in Ireland at an IFICA conference to discuss the future of the HPV vaccine injured.

The theme was “Working Together.”

The Ireland Government HSE (Health Service Executive) was invited to send representatives to attend, but they refused the opportunity to speak or listen to the world-renowned experts who attended.

Instead, the HSE claims that the HPV vaccine is “100% safe” and labeled parents of HPV vaccine injured children as “Emotional Terrorists.”

As a result, victims suffering from Gardasil vaccine injuries in Ireland cannot get treatment, and must travel outside of the country to find medical help for their injuries.

FDA Approves Dangerous Gardasil Vaccine for Adults in the U.S.

Following a June, 2018 “Priority Review” by the FDA to approve Merck’s Gardasil 9 vaccine to be expanded to women and men, ages 27 to 45, after 10 years of the FDA denying Merck’s request to expand the Gardasil market to adults, the FDA approved Gardasil 9 to be expanded to adults, aged 27 to 45, on October 8, 2018.

Granting approval to a vaccine after a “Priority Review” by the FDA in only 3 months is a “fast nod” according to FiercePharma, the market trade publication of the pharmaceutical industry.

Merck did not even have to supply any new trials or data to get the vaccine approved for adults, in spite of the fact that the FDA denied their request for 10 years on the older Gardasil vaccine. According to FiercePharma:

“Because Gardasil 9 and sister shot Gardasil are manufactured similarly, the FDA based the Gardasil 9 decision on results from a study of its predecessor.”

The study the FDA relied upon to approve Gardasil 9 for adults, was considered insufficient for 10 years as the FDA denied Merck approval to market the vaccine to adults:

“Back in 2008, after agreeing to a faster review in the age group, the FDA decided against Merck’s case for an additional Gardasil approval in females 27 to 45. The agency in 2009 issued a second complete response letter for that application, demanding Merck to provide longer-term efficacy data in the age group.

That set of data apparently didn’t turn things around for Merck. In both Gardasil’s and Gardasil 9’s current labels, information about a study on 3,253 women, 27 through 45 years of age, states that there was “no statistically significant efficacy” demonstrated by the vaccine in preventing high-grade cervical lesions or cervical cancer.”

Yet somehow, that same study is now deemed to be sufficient to approve Gardasil 9 for adults.

Did 80,000 People Really Die from the Flu Last Year? Inflating Flu Death Estimates to Sell Flu Shots

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimated that the 2017-2018 flu season killed 80,000 and hospitalized 900,000 Americans.

Of course, the mainstream media reported this as fact.

Deaths from flu are always estimates because if the Powers-That-Be reported the true numbers of deaths from actual influenza infections, the numbers would be much lower and people would not be so inclined to receive a flu shot.

How does the CDC overestimate the number of flu deaths? The CDC accomplishes this by reporting a combined pneumonia and influenza death rate.

For example, in 2001 the CDC reported that 62,034 died from influenza and pneumonia.

After a painful hour of searching the CDCs database, I found the true 2001 numbers: 257 died from influenza and 61,777 died from pneumonia.

80,000 deaths would lead one to conclude that 13,333 died per month (80,000/6 months) from the flu. Since the internet provides 24-hour news cycles, I think we all would have heard that about 9 people (267/30 days per month) in every state dying daily from the flu.

I have five practitioners in my office. We have over 100 years of experience in treating patients. None of us has can recall a single patient dying from the flu.

In fact, I can guarantee you that if 9 people were dying in my state daily from the flu, my partners and I would hear about it. In fact, there are always headlines on the internet when one person dies from the flu.

Studying the past CDC data shows that each year a few hundred to a few thousand die from the flu.

The War Against Vitamin D - A Threat to Big Pharma

Natural substances with tremendous healing capabilities that cannot be patented are a huge threat to the pharmaceutical industry and their FDA-approved drugs, and certainly vitamin D is at the top of this list.

For example, published scientific literature shows that vitamin D is more effective in preventing annual influenza than the dangerous flu shot.

Since the best and primary source of vitamin D is from the sun, most people in North America are vitamin D deficient, even during the summer months when we are told to block the sun’s rays due to the fear of skin cancer.

When a natural substance like vitamin D can cure and prevent so many diseases, usually in ways far superior to FDA-approved drugs and vaccines, it should come as no surprise that Big Pharma will pull out all the stops to discredit the science behind these natural substances, as they affect their profits from pharmaceutical products.

This is routinely done by funding their own biased studies, and then attacking medical doctors and scientists who promote natural cures.

One of the areas of vitamin D deficiency that affects many of the families we work with here at Health Impact News, is in the area of Medical Kidnapping and the widely debunked theory of Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) that is used to medically kidnap children.

Vitamin D deficiency can lead to brittle bones in infants and children, where multiple hairline fractures occur giving the appearance of “abuse” according to proponents of the Shaken Baby Syndrome medical theory.

One doctor who is a world-renown authority on vitamin D and has testified in court on behalf of parents falsely accused of SBS, is Dr. Michael Holick. Fraud Uncovered in U.S. Government's Claim that Vaccines do not Cause Autism - Will Congress and DOJ Act?

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Chairman of Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and Rolf Hazlehurst, the father of a vaccine-injured child have petitioned Michael Horowitz, the Inspector General of the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate the conduct of two DOJ attorneys, Vincent Matanoski and Lynn Ricciardella.

The two attorneys represented the Secretary of Health and Human Services in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP), otherwise known as the “Vaccine Court”, in the Omnibus Autism Proceedings (OAP), which ruled that vaccines do not cause autism.

The alleged actions of the two attorneys in the OAP were fraudulent and obstructed justice.

Kennedy and Hazlehurst allege that Matanoski and Ricciardella acted together to intentionally misrepresent the opinion of one of their own witnesses, Dr. Andrew Zimmerman, to conceal evidence of his true opinion from the Special Masters who presided in the “Vaccine Court” and the petitioners who were seeking justice and compensation.

The evidence that Matanoski and Ricciardella concealed was a report authored by Dr. Zimmerman showing how vaccines may cause autism in a subset of children with underlying mitochondrial issues.

After Dr. Zimmerman submitted his report, the DOJ attorney informed Dr. Zimmerman that he would no longer be needed as a witness.

Zimmerman’s full opinion was devastating to the government’s case. Simply stated, it was now entirely possible that the government would lose thousands of the OAP cases.

The cost could be into the billions and the fund that compensated the vaccine injured would be bankrupted.

Even worse, the government’s claim that vaccines are “safe and effective” would evaporate and the claim that “vaccines don’t cause autism” would be debunked.

Why was the Dangerous and Contagious FluMist Vaccine Approved by the CDC?

In February 2018, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) voted to re-recommend the live virus nasal spray influenza vaccine, FluMist, for the 2018-19 “flu season” after a two-year hiatus.

The live attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV) is popular, particularly with children, since it is sprayed up the nose and does not require a needle for administration.

The ACIP voted against recommending the quadrivalent FluMist for the 2016-17 and 2017-18 influenza seasons due to the vaccine’s ineffectiveness in protecting against the H1N1 strain (Influenza A).

It is important to note that there are cases reported in the medical literature that FluMist has resulted in shedding and transmission of vaccine strain influenza virus.

Despite the fact that the efficacy and effectiveness of this vaccine is unknown, Cynthia Pellegrini, senior vice president of public policy and government affairs for March of Dimes stated,

“This vaccine is better than not being vaccinated and there are kids who will not be vaccinated without this option…”

The assumption that using FluMist is better than not being vaccinated given the lack of data on the efficacy is not rational because it is not based on scientific evidence.

Financial Incentives for Doctors to Vaccinate as Many Children as Possible - Keep Patients on Statins

There are monetary awards for doctors and other mainstream medical practitioners who maintain high levels of compliance for prescription drugs (including vaccines), and doctors’ visits.

These incentives to get more patients into their offices and to receive as many vaccines and prescription drugs as possible come from the insurance industry.

The busier a doctor, pediatrician, or clinic is to maintain quotas for vaccinations and drugs, the more insurance awards them with kickbacks. Despite the ostensible stated reason of ensuring a high level of healthcare, this practice can lead to more health problems due to known side effects of these pharmaceutical products.

Educating patients on prevention, such as learning how to eat healthy and avoiding environmental toxins, provides no financial benefits to medical professionals.

Legislative Update on Battle to Oppose Mandatory Vaccines in Each State

The corporate-sponsored “mainstream” media, along with Big Pharma and the U.S. Government, would like the public to believe that the “science is settled” when it comes to vaccines, and that all vaccines are safe and effective. They spend a great deal of effort to try to convince the public that this is the only view held by medical doctors and scientists.

This message to the public, however, is not true, and can be properly called “propaganda.”

As we have previously written, there are a variety of opinions and viewpoints regarding the science of vaccines among medical doctors and researchers.

The extremist view regarding vaccines, and not the one necessarily held by most doctors and scientists, is the view that ALL vaccines are safe and effective for ALL people, ALL the time, by force if necessary.

Propaganda is used to try and achieve their agenda, which is a form of medical tyranny by taking away people’s choice to refuse vaccines for themselves or their children.

Fortunately, the National Vaccine Information Center has volunteers in all 50 states opposing legislative efforts to impose mandatory vaccines and take away informed consent and the freedom to refuse medical treatments like vaccines.

The Pertussis Vaccine and Children Brain Damage: America's Dark Vaccine History

It is a primitive bacterial vaccine licensed in 1914. It has not been given to babies in America for 20 years.

It is the vaccine that had brain damaged so many children and caused so many vaccine injury lawsuits that Big Pharma used it to blackmail Congress into giving vaccine manufacturers a partial product liability shield in 1986, which the U.S. Supreme Court made even bigger in 2011.

U.S. Zika Vaccine Trial: A Vaccine Looking for a Disease to Cure - Natural Immunity has Already Eliminated the Zika Virus

The experimental Zika vaccine is a controversial DNA vaccine, never before used in humans. An earlier NIH attempt to develop a West Nile DNA vaccine was aborted.

But the unexpected happened; the virus has disappeared.

The adults who had been infected recovered without treatment—and they have gained the advantage of lifetime immunity.

Zika no longer poses a health problem for humans.

In 2017, when “new cases have dropped to a trickle throughout the Americas” Sanofi pulled the plug on its Zika vaccine.

Dr. Fauci acknowledges that:

“Right now, there are no infections, and certainly not enough to even think about an efficacy signal at this point”.

Science Magazine, notes:

“Further complicating the trial, many people throughout Latin America and the Caribbean have already been infected with Zika and recovered, which has left them immune to the virus and hence ineligible for vaccine trials.”

To overcome “the problem” that Mother Nature resolved – NIAID officials and the researchers are intent on facilitating the continuation of the vaccine trial.

They propose to intentionally infect people who may then spread the virus and create an epidemic that has receded.

The motivating factors for completing the trial by resorting to unethical exposure of human subjects to potentially serious harm, is that a Zika vaccine will be brought to market – whether or not Zika poses a threat.

The trial is about protecting the financial investment, career advancement for the researchers, and launching yet another profit generating vaccine.

Vaccine Awareness Week: National Vaccine Information Center Calls on Health Officials to Protect Babies in U.S. from Toxic DPT Vaccine

During the Ninth Annual Vaccine Awareness Week co-sponsored by the non-profit charity National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) and Dr. Joseph Mercola, NVIC is calling on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to protect newborns from being subjected to the risks of an old and crude whole cell pertussis vaccine in DPT that has not been given to babies in America for 20 years.

During this year’s Vaccine Awareness Week, NVIC is also releasing a 2018 Annual Report on U.S. State Vaccine Legislation: Breakdown, Trends and Predictions.

The report is an analysis of which state legislatures passed bills that affected vaccine exemptions or added new vaccine mandates, enrolled citizens in electronic vaccine tracking registries, approved vaccine promotion programs in daycares and schools or enacted other vaccine-related legislation. After 20 Month Old Son Dies from Vaccines Professional Fighter with Nurse Wife Put Up Billboards as Warning

Nick Catone is a professional MMA martial arts fighter, and his wife, Marjorie Catone, is a registered nurse who works in an intensive care unit at a local hospital where they live.

17 days after their 20 month old healthy and active son, Nicholas, was vaccinated with the DTaP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis) vaccine, his parents found him dead in his bed one morning.

In an interview with Del Bigtree, Marjorie comments about how her nursing education never trained her in the possible adverse reactions to vaccines, and she never bothered to check the ingredients of the vaccine, even though as a wife of a professional MMA fighter and mother she was meticulous to check ingredient lists of foods to make sure her family was eating healthy.

The autopsy report of their son listed the cause of death as “sudden unexplained” (SIDS) and “natural,” as medical authorities apparently refused to consider their son’s vaccines as a contributing factor to his death, and they allegedly did not conduct a thorough exam during the autopsy.

Nick and Marjorie now want to warn others about the dangers of vaccines, so that parents can be informed before making a decision to vaccinate their children, before it is too late and they find themselves in the same situation as they are, grieving over the death of their formerly healthy child. They are putting up billboards in several states in an effort to educate the public on the risks of vaccines.

Vaccine Safety Untested on Pregnant Women, But Big Pharma Not Liable for Vaccine Injuries to Unborn Children and Pregnant Mothers

We are here today because in 2016, Congress amended the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act to add vaccines recommended by the CDC for routine administration to pregnant women to the Vaccine Injury Table.

Congressional action was required to do it because the 1986 Act was not about vaccines recommended for adults or unborn babies developing in the womb.

As stated in multiple congressional hearings between 1982 and 1986, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act was created by Congress for one purpose: to protect the availability and lower the costs of federally recommended vaccines for children that are state mandated for school attendance.

Although this NPRM requests public comment on how the addition of this new maternal vaccination category should be formatted on the Vaccine Injury Table, the public is hampered from making informed comments because of knowledge gaps about the safety and effectiveness of administering vaccines to pregnant women and potential negative health outcomes for the unborn child developing in the womb.

Various package inserts for these vaccines contain warnings such as “it is not known whether the vaccine can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproduction capacity;” and “there are no adequate and well controlled studies in pregnant women;” and “available data on the vaccine administered to pregnant women are insufficient to inform vaccine associated risks in pregnant women;” and “the vaccine should be given to pregnant women only if clearly needed.”

There is no single vaccine-related issue of more concern to Americans than protection of this internationally recognized human right for pregnant women, parents of minor children and adults of all ages, who are too often being threatened and sanctioned if they do not agree to receive all government recommended and mandated vaccines for which the pharmaceutical industry has had no product liability since 2011.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Demands the Office of the Inspector General and Congress Investigate Fraud in Vaccine Court by Denying Autism Vaccine Injuries

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Chairman of Children’s Health Defense (CHD), and Rolf Hazlehurst, parent of a vaccine-injured child, petitioned the Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Inspector General (OIG), and the Senate and House Judiciary Committees today to investigate actions taken by federal personnel during the “Vaccine Court” Omnibus Autism Proceedings (OAP).

Recently discovered evidence provided by Kennedy and Hazlehurst details obstruction of justice and appallingly consequential fraud by two DOJ lawyers who represented the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in 2007. These actions led to a denial of justice and compensation for over 5,000 families who filed claims of vaccine injury leading to autism in their children.

The fraud by the two DOJ attorneys directly influenced the 2011 Bruesewitz v. Wyeth Supreme Court decision which all but shut the door forever for families seeking redress for vaccine injury in the civil court system.

Since this miscarriage of justice, roughly one million children have been diagnosed with autism. An unknown percentage of these cases are the result of vaccine injury.

Are Vaccine Manufacturers Concealing Deaths Caused by Vaccines by Manipulating Post-marketing Data?

National and international health agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the World Health Organization (WHO) routinely and emphatically claim that serious adverse events following vaccination are rare.

Nowhere is officialdom’s minimization of vaccine risks more apparent than in these agencies’ position on vaccine-related deaths. The WHO, for example, states that “so few deaths can plausibly be attributed to vaccines that it is hard to assess the risk statistically.”

Nevertheless, once regulators have deemed that a given vaccine is safe enough to be licensed and widely marketed, vaccine manufacturers are supposed to do just that—that is, continue to statistically assess a vaccine’s risks, including the risk of death—and regulators are supposed to carefully review the postlicensure data that pharmaceutical companies submit.

A 2017 commentary by India-based physicians Jacob Puliyel and C. Sathyamala in the Indian Journal of Medical Ethics describes a shocking dereliction of duty on the part of regulators who were presented with vaccine data carefully tailored to obscure serious risks.

Tackling concerns about infant deaths that have occurred following hexavalent vaccination in several European countries, the authors of the commentary show that GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) neglected to report to regulatory authorities that there was a statistically significant increased risk of sudden infant death in the four days after administration of its hexavalent vaccine—and the regulatory agency in question (the EMA) ignored the omission and accepted GSK’s apparently whitewashed data at face value.

The End of Scientific Integrity? Cochrane Collaboration Expels Critic of Big Pharma - 4 Other Board Members Resign

Dr. Peter Gøtzsche recently sent out an email to the public explaining that he is the first person in 25 years to be expelled from the Cochrane Collaboration. He writes:

“No clear reasoned justification has been given for my expulsion aside from accusing me of causing ‘disrepute’ for the organization. This is the first time in 25 years that a member has been excluded from membership of Cochrane.”

Four other board members have resigned from the Cochrane Collaboration as a result of this action.

Health Impact News has covered the work of Dr. Gøtzsche frequently over the years, as he is an outspoken critic of Big Pharma, referring to them as “organized crime.”

He is author of the book, “Deadly Medicines and Organized Crime: How big pharma has corrupted healthcare.”

The Cochrane Collaboration is considered to be the “gold standard” in scientific integrity, but they have come under fire recently for what appears to be biased reviews influenced by the pharmaceutical industry.

They received a $1.15 million “gift” from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to fund “project work” from 2016 to 2017.

Earlier this year (2018), researchers from the Nordic Cochrane Centre published a critique in the British Medical Journal stating that the Cochrane’s review of the HPV vaccine “does not meet the standards for Cochrane reviews or the needs of the citizens or healthcare providers that consult Cochrane reviews to make informed decisions.”

Illinois Teen Dies Three Weeks After Being Injected with HPV Gardasil Vaccine

Christopher Bunch, 14 years old, died on Aug. 14, 2018 of complications from a rare neurological disease called Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM). The teenager began experiencing symptoms, including headaches, nausea and vomiting, on Aug. 6. He spent much of the next two days sleeping.

Christopher had apparently received the HPV (human papillomavirus) vaccine Gardasil three weeks prior to his death. ADEM is a reported side effect of Gardasil. It is listed in the Gardasil package insert.

Michigan Department of Health Tracking Student Vaccination Status in Violation of Federal Law

The group Michigan for Vaccine Choice has sent a letter to parents in Michigan informing them that the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) and the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) are violating federal law (FERPA) by transferring private medical records about minor children, without the consent of their parents, regarding each student’s vaccination status into a vaccine tracking database.

American Academy of Pediatrics Concerned About Unregulated Food Additives, but Not Vaccine Additives

In July, 2018, The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) released a policy statement titled, Food Additives and Child Health. The report begins by stating, “Our purposes with this policy statement and its accompanying technical report are to review and highlight emerging child health concerns related to the use of colorings, flavorings, and chemicals deliberately added to food during processing (direct food additives) as well as substances in food contact materials, including adhesives, dyes, coatings, paper, paperboard, plastic, and other polymers, which may contaminate food as part of packaging or manufacturing equipment (indirect food additives); to make reasonable recommendations that the pediatrician might be able to adopt into the guidance provided during pediatric visits; and to propose urgently needed reforms to the current regulatory process at the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for food additives.”

However, one important subject that the AAP doesn’t address is the toxins in pediatric vaccines. Mercury, the second most dangerous substance known to mankind is still in childhood vaccinations–influenza, meningitis, HIB, Tdap, and Td; aluminum, a neurotoxin, is in a plethora of vaccines including hepatitis A and B, DTaP, Td, HIB, HPV; formaldehyde a known carcinogen is found in DTaP, Td, Hepatis A, Hib, influenza, and Tdap. There are other toxic substances in many different vaccines.

Our children are the most vaccinated young people on the planet. Unfortunately, our children are the sickest when compared to any major Western country.

It is long overdue for the AAP to address the elephant in the room; toxic additives in childhood vaccines.

Should the CDC Oversee Vaccine Safety When They Purchase Over $5 Billion of Vaccines from Big Pharma?

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is tasked by the U.S. Government with overseeing vaccine safety.

They claim on their website:

“The United States’ long-standing vaccine safety program closely and constantly monitors the safety of vaccines.

A critical part of the program, CDC’s Immunization Safety Office identifies possible vaccine side effects and conducts studies to determine whether health problems are caused by vaccines.

Data show that the current U.S. vaccine supply is the safest in history.”

The 2018 push for the flu shot is now in full swing. Pharmacies are advertising enticing offers, including free flu shots with discounts on other products (CVS), and the opportunity to give a free flu shot to children in Africa (Walgreens).

These retail outlets offer no-wait shots, making it appear to be as easy as purchasing candy or tissue paper in your visit to your local drug store.

What these retail outlets will most likely fail to mention, however, is that according to the Department of Justice’s quarterly reports listing compensations for injuries and deaths due to vaccines from the Vaccine Court, the flu shot is the most dangerous vaccine in the U.S. with crippling and fatal side effects.

How many people taking advantage of “free” flu shots will know that there is a long list of debilitating side effects from the flu shot, as compensated by the U.S. Government in the federal Vaccine Court?

These side effects include (among others):

GBS – Guillain–Barré syndrome is a rapid-onset muscle weakness caused by the immune system damaging the peripheral nervous system.

TM – Transverse myelitis is an inflammation of both sides of one section of the spinal cord. This neurological disorder often damages the insulating material covering nerve cell fibers (myelin).

ADEM – Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, or acute demyelinating encephalomyelitis, is a rare autoimmune disease marked by a sudden, widespread attack of inflammation in the brain and spinal cord.

CIDP – Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy is a neurological disorder — a condition that targets your body’s nerves.

MS – Multiple sclerosis is a demyelinating disease in which the insulating covers of nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord are damaged.

SIRVA – SIRVA stands for “Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration.” SIRVA can lead to intense, prolonged pain, limited range of motion, and shoulder-related injuries such as Adhesive Capsulitis or Frozen Shoulder Syndrome.

Myasthenia gravis is a long-term neuromuscular disease that leads to varying degrees of skeletal muscle weakness.

Peripheral Neuropathy is damage to or disease affecting nerves, which may impair sensation, movement, gland or organ function, or other aspects of health, depending on the type of nerve affected.

DEATH by the flu vaccine.

All of these debilitating side effects were reported as being compensated in recent DOJ reports.

The deception continued throughout the ordeal with Child Protective Services, and it followed Anita into the courtroom. There were many facts of the case that Anita didn’t learn about until just before the termination hearing. Even then, the evidence was ignored.

Anita Vasquez has appealed the termination of her parental rights for her daughter, who was mistakenly injected at 4 months old with the Gardasil 9 vaccine intended for her older brother. Anita received a letter on August 31, 2018, from the Thirteenth District of Texas Court of Appeals noting that her appeal was accepted.

Lawsuits Mount Against Shingles Vaccine

Drugwatch.com is reporting that Merck’s shingles vaccine, Zostavax, is facing several lawsuits for causing shingles, the very thing the vaccine is supposed to protect against.

Eighteen people from across the country filed one of the first Zostavax lawsuits in New Jersey.

The lawsuit alleges the vaccine caused people to develop shingles. The outbreak led to hospitalization and chronic nerve pain called post-herpetic neuralgia.

“Merck knew or should have known that its product caused viral infection and was therefore not safe,” the suit said.

Jane Boda filed one of the early lawsuits in Wisconsin in May 2018. The lawsuit claims Zostavax gave Boda shingles. She says she suffered chronic nerve damage as a result.

The controversy over varicella vaccine safety and mandates has raged since its introduction in the U.S. nearly 25 years ago. When it was licensed in 1995, the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) questioned the strength of the scientific evidence for safety and effectiveness used by CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) to make a universal use recommendation and argued the vaccine should not be mandated because, in part, universal use of the vaccine could drive chickenpox into older children and adults and raise the risks for shingles later in life.

Gary S. Goldman, PhD served for eight years as Research Analyst for the Varicella Active Surveillance Project (VASP) in a cooperative project with the CDC.

In March 2018, Dr. Gary S. Goldman published an article in Annals of Clinical Pathology, “The US Universal Varicella Vaccination Program: CDC Censorship of Adverse Public Health Consequences.”

In that article he provided evidence to support his allegation that CDC officials manipulated varicella data to affirm the CDC’s support for chickenpox vaccine mandates that that will require a lifetime of expensive vaccine boosters.

In what Goldman described as a deliberate “attempt to quash the unwanted outcomes in the years following 2000,” he said it became apparent that the methods for interpretation of data were flawed, skewing CDC and VASP conclusions in favor of the varicella mass vaccination program.

Pro-Vaccine Maryland Parent Outraged over Corruption in Mass Gardasil Vaccination Policies

Maryland parent Josh Mazer is a pro-vaccine parent. He has stated: “A properly administered, robust vaccine policy is instrumental in promoting the public welfare.” (We disagree on this point.)

However, there is one vaccine he does not promote, and after the local health department started promoting this vaccine to 12 and 13-year-old children without parental consent or knowledge, he decided to do some investigating behind this large public campaign of mass vaccination.

The vaccine in question is Merck’s HPV vaccine Gardasil, which is well-known to the readers of Health Impact News, but less so among the general public.

Mazer was notified of the policy earlier this year (2018) by a “a career public school nurse” who told him that she was “being forced” to market Gardasil to 11 and 12-year-old kids at her school.

Mazer decided to investigate why this was being presented as a “public health crisis,” but none of the local health department officials gave him any useful facts or information to justify the mass HPV vaccine campaign.

So he filed a Public Information Act request with the local government Prevention and Health Promotion Administration.

He learned the state health department received $91.6 million just since 2012 from pharma funded non-profits to promote the HPV vaccine in Maryland.

It was four years ago, August 2014, that a senior CDC scientist—Dr. William Thompson–claimed whistleblower protection by claiming that the CDC had committed fraud by hiding and manipulating data that showed the MMR vaccine was associated with a higher risk of autism.

According to the CDC, we are currently suffering through an exponential increase in autism since the 1970s. In 1970, the autism rate was 1 in 10,000. In 2018, the rate of autism epidemically increased to 1 in 59 children. That is a 169-fold increase in autism in U.S. children over nearly 50 years!

Type 1 diabetes—also called insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) or juvenile diabetes— is one of the most common and rapidly increasing autoimmune diseases in children. The U.S. has more children with type 1 diabetes than any other country in the world, with a prevalence in children and adolescents that grew by 21% from 2001 to 2009. The U.S. also has the highest number of new cases annually, well ahead of India (with a population four times bigger).

At least one ER doctor thinks so.

David Denton Davis MD, a former Emergency Physician, claims neither our Centers for Disease Control (CDC) nor our Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has requested help from the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) in identifying illnesses and deaths occurring hours, days and weeks following childhood vaccinations.

In his soon-to-be-published book “Who Can Parents Trust? Vaccines: Avoidable and Unsafe,” he claims the vast majority of serious vaccine related illnesses coming into Emergency rooms will continue to go unrecognized, unless nurses and physicians ask the last vaccination date (LVD).

He believes during the past thirty years several million serious Adverse Events (AE’s), including deaths presenting nationwide to more than 5,000 Emergency rooms have never been recognized, documented or submitted for investigation, in accordance with our National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA). All suspicions of a vaccine related adverse event are required by law to be submitted using our Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).

Sadly, he goes on, very few Emergency Physicians or Nurses have received any NCVIA or VAERS education.

As a charter member of ACEP, Dr. Davis served on the Board of Directors during the creation of Emergency Medicine (EM) as a specialty. He admits his own reporting failures were due to a lack of vaccine education.

Dr. Davis states he is concerned many pediatricians know, but are not reporting illnesses following vaccinations, for financial reasons. Although neither makers nor physicians are liable for vaccine damage, the ultimate truth for safety was made contingent on investigating physician, parent or third party VAERS submissions.

With only a very small percentage being reported, no one can honestly say vaccines are safe.

French Oncologist Analysis of Gardasil Vaccine Finds Higher Rates of Cervical Cancer Associated with High Vaccination Rates

A medical doctor in France, Dr. Gérard Delépine, an oncologist, has published an analysis of the HPV vaccine Gardasil on the independent news site, Agora Vox, showing how increased rates of Gardasil vaccinations are actually correlated with a higher rate of cervical cancer.

The analysis was published as an Open letter to parliamentarians, and to all citizens, in response to a recent meeting between French President Emmanuel Macron and “thirty leaders of the world’s largest pharmaceutical groups,” and to the call among some politicians to make the HPV vaccine Gardasil mandatory in France.

Using statistics from several countries, Dr. Delépine shows that cervical cancer was decreasing in all these countries due to the implementation of regular pap smears.

However, in some countries where mass Gardasil vaccination took place, the incidence of cervical cancer actually increased.

Jean-Jacques and Yveline say that their daughter Océane was a girl full of joy, health, and laughter before her 15th birthday. They affectionately called her their ‘little pearl.’ She never had to visit the doctor for an illness. That is until her life was turned upside-down because of trust.

Today, they seek justice in court, not only for their daughter, but for the more than 700 other French families who have suffered injuries due to the Gardasil vaccine.

FDA Approves Experimental Hepatitis B Vaccine for Adults Despite Higher Incidence of Heart Attacks

In February 2018, the FDA and CDC approved the recommendation for a new hepatitis B vaccine, Heplisav-B targeting adults over the age of 18.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had twice rejected the application for licensure for Heplisav-B in the past four years because of safety signals.

Heplisav-B differs from other licensed hepatitis B vaccines in that it contains a new synthetic adjuvant known as cytosine phosphoguanine 1018 (CpG 1018) composed of short synthetic DNA molecules.

In 2016, the FDA rejected an application for licensure for the Heplisav-B vaccine, because the agency was concerned about an increased rate of heart attacks and deaths in people who had been given the vaccine. During the trial, approximately 14 subjects had heart attacks.

In July 2017, the FDA committee convened to re-evaluate the scientific evidence and make a decision on whether Heplisav B should or should not be approved for use in the U.S.

This committee had only one cardiologist on the team, Milton Packer, MD, who is a distinguished scholar in cardiovascular science at the Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.

According to Dr. Packer, it was possible that the Heplisav B vaccine’s novel adjuvant was related to the higher number of heart attacks in study participants who received the experimental vaccine. He stated: “To know if the 7 -1 heart attack imbalance represented a real risk, we’d need comparative data in 50,000 people.”

However, the only way to conduct such a large trial would be to approve the vaccine and see what happens in the public.

With Dr. Packer abstaining in his vote to recommend the vaccine, the FDA committee approved it anyway. Dr. Packer stated: “Why did I abstain? Based on the available data, it was impossible for anyone to know if the increase in heart attack risk was real. There is a simple rule in life: if you don’t know, you should say you don’t know.”

The vaccine is now available to the public, and all those who receive it are basically guinea pigs to find out if heart attacks will result from the experimental vaccine, and if it will continue to have FDA approval.

HPV Vaccine Scandal Affects Cochrane Biased Review as Critics Speak Out in BMJ

In May 2018, Cochrane, the research organization that bills itself as the “international gold standard for high quality, trusted information,” released a flattering review of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines. The Cochrane review methodology involves pulling together data from clinical trials and reviewing the assembled evidence in what is supposed to be a standardized, systematic and neutral manner.

In June, we reported that Cochrane’s sources of funding—agencies and foundations that are unwilling to brook any questions about vaccine safety—raise reasonable doubts about Cochrane’s conflicts of interest and ability to remain independent from its funders’ agendas. Now, researchers affiliated with one of Cochrane’s regional member centers (the Nordic Cochrane Centre) and with the Oxford-based Centre for Evidence Based Medicine (OCEBM) have come out with an exhaustive critique of Cochrane’s HPV review, published in BMJ Evidence-Based Medicine. Not mincing their words, the authors state:

“We believe that the Cochrane [HPV vaccine] review does not meet the standards for Cochrane reviews or the needs of the citizens or healthcare providers that consult Cochrane reviews to make ‘Informed decisions,’ which…is part of Cochrane’s motto.”

The Nordic and OCEBM authors make many solid arguments about the Cochrane reviewers’ omissions and errors, including the reviewers’ inexplicable characterization of the higher death rate in the HPV group as “a chance occurrence.”

UK Government to Begin Giving HPV Vaccine to Boys Amid Public Outcry

The UK government has recently announced that, by September 2019, boys aged 12 to 13 years will be given the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine, a vaccine that has been available to girls in the UK for the past ten years.

There has been documented evidence that the HPV vaccine has caused more injuries than any other vaccination in history. Despite this evidence, however, the HPV vaccination has continued to be hailed a success by the pharmaceutical industry and governments alike.

According to the MHRA, the adverse event reporting system in the UK, there have been a total of 9,119 reports of adverse reactions reported in the UK since the vaccine was launched in 2008. These reports equate to 23,882 different ailments and include a total of 8 deaths.

The UK’s decision to include boys into the equation has alarmed many parents whose daughters have already been injured by the vaccine.
