India’s Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has reported that it has investigated approximately 18,000 cases of Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP) in the country since January 2015 as part of its national polio surveillance program, established in 1997, and that all of the cases have tested negative for poliovirus. Some 50,000 cases of AFP are being detected annually in India.
Essentially, our lives rocked along with the usual family squabbles, snotty noses, heat rashes and teenage pimples … nothing really major to concern ourselves over. Until the youngest, our daughter, started at College! Then all hell broke loose! In her final primary year (Year 8), we’d received notices regarding Gardasil.
Some friends cautioned outright against it; others were 50/50 and still others were, like: Why wouldn’t you if it can prevent cancer? We came to the conclusion that we should go ahead.
About six months later, things began to crumble…

If serious investigations are not conducted, it may well be the public’s trust in national health authorities that is thrown on the trash heap.
SB 277, signed into law on June 29, 2015, denies parents in California the legal right to file a personal belief exemption to vaccination for religious and conscientious so their children can attend school.
Drug companies donated more than $2 million to the California lawmakers who decided to gut the human right to informed consent to medical risk taking and the civil right to a school education.
Since 1988, the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has adjudicated more than 14,000 petitions for vaccine injury and death; $3.2 billion has been paid to 4,150 claimants; the remaining cases were dismissed.
It has only been a few weeks since the forced vaccination lobby rammed a bill (SB 277) through the California legislature eliminating the personal belief vaccine exemption so children will have to get dozens of doses of federally recommended vaccines or be denied a school education. While California was being subjected to one of the most aggressive and expensive state lobbying campaigns ever mounted by the pharmaceutical industry in partnership with medical trade associations funded by industry and government that same lobby was pulling an even bigger fast one on the American people in Washington, D.C.
Here comes the 21st Century Cures Act, which is a Pharma-driven bill blessed by the FDA that seriously compromises the integrity of the FDA drug and vaccine licensing process. The 362-page bill sailed through the U.S. House of Representatives on July 10, 2015 and mandates that about $9 billion dollars be given to NIH to develop more drugs and vaccines and $550 million be given to the FDA to fast track products to market.
The 21st Century Cures Act is being sold as a way for the FDA to quickly license experimental pharmaceutical products for people suffering with rare or life threatening diseases, whether or not those products have been adequately tested. However, greasing the FDA licensure skids to make experimental drugs available for the sick and dying, who voluntarily choose to use them, is one thing, while greasing the skids to bum rush experimental vaccines to licensure that government will legally require healthy children and adults to buy and use, is something quite different.
Last summer, a senior CDC scientist–Dr. William Thompson–admitted that the CDC altered data that showed the MMR vaccine was associated with autism. In fact, the original CDC data showed that the MMR vaccine, when given before 36 months of age was associated with a 240% increase in autism in African American children. Furthermore, there was a69% increase in autism in any male child who received the vaccine before 36 months of age. Where is the outrage? Where are the marches? Where are the media reports? If this information is true, tens of thousands of children may have been harmed from receiving a vaccine—MMR–over the last 11 years.
Congressman Jason Chaffetz is going to hold hearings on this matter this fall and invite Dr. Thompson to testify. It is important that we all contact the Congressional Oversight and Reform Office and request that he subpoena Dr. Thompson.
Under the new definition of polio, thousands of cases which would have previously been counted as polio would no longer be counted as polio. The change in the definition laid the groundwork for creating the impression that the Salk polio vaccine was effective.
The Pharmacy Times has reported that the FDA has approved a new influenza vaccine formulation for the 2015-2016 flu season:
“Flubok is made using cultured insect cells and can be produced much more rapidly than traditional egg-based flu vaccines. It also contains 3 times more active ingredients than traditional flu vaccines, according to the manufacturer, Protein Sciences Corp. For the upcoming flu season, there were 2 strain changes.”
The new flu vaccine made using cultured insect cells is expected to be available in retail pharmacies like Target by mid-August.
The annual flu vaccine kills and injures more people than any other vaccine, with no close seconds. In fact, according to the U.S. Government Department of Justice reports on vaccine injuries and deaths submitted each quarter, more awards are issued as compensation for flu vaccine injuries and deaths than all the other vaccines on the market combined.
During last year’s flu season, the CDC admitted that the flu vaccine was not a good match for the influenza strains that were making people sick. People who had received the flu vaccine were still getting the flu. Some of them died, even though they received the flu shot.
Nevertheless, the flu vaccine will be recommended to ALL Americans, including the most susceptible members of our society, the very young (even while still in womb as pregnant mothers will be encouraged to get the flu shot), and the very old, many of them in medical care facilities.
Sunday, July 12th Svenska Dagbladet (a Swedish newspaper) released a story giving hope to hundreds of Danish families whose lives turned upside-down when their daughters began to experience multiple new medical conditions after HPV vaccine injections. This newspaper announced the European Medicines Agency (EMA) was launching a probe into possible side effects of the highly controversial HPV vaccines. Finally, these families believed they might get some answers as to why their daughters had transformed from healthy athletic girls to mere shadows of their former selves.
In June 2015, I visited Darryl Elliott, a 33 year-old man serving a life sentence for allegedly committing shaken baby syndrome.
The prison was, as one would expect, a maximum security facility, surrounded by high security fences and gates en-mass, many of which were guarded by well-trained sniffer dogs and security guards. In other words, it was just the sort of place you would expect a child murderer to be. Except for one important thing, according to the evidence supplied by a variety of leading experts, including Dr. Michael Innis and Consultant Histopathologist Dr. Marta Cohen, Mr. Elliott is innocent.
Dr. Michael Innis has written: “Their preoccupation with the Shaken Baby Syndrome hypothesis also ignored the elevation of the level of Glucose in the blood and the presence of Glucose in the urine of Amelia. Both these features are manifestations of an autoimmune response to antigenic stimulation as I have explained. In this case it was the vaccines given to Amelia a few days prior to her falling ill which initiated the process. Vaccines caused the problem and Darryl Elliott was blamed.”
Mr. Elliott told Health Impact News that on his wing, there are a total of twelve other prisoners, all imprisoned for SBS after their child suffered a possible vaccine injury.
In a brazen act of medical tyranny, California recently became the first state in the U.S. to remove religious exemptions to those opposing vaccines for their children. The bill now signed into law, SB277, faces legal hurdles in court next.
Now, legislators in California want to pass the “first US adult vaccine mandate with NO personal exemptions and CRIMINAL penalties for failure to comply.” SB 792, would eliminate an adult’s right to exempt themselves from one, some, or all vaccines, a risk-laden medical procedure.
Will California soon become a medical police state?

I swore an oath to uphold the U.S. and California constitutions. Sometimes, that means voting against “responsible” bills that nevertheless represent government overreach. California’s broad new mandate, that a child cannot attend school unless vaccinated for 10 conditions and “any other disease deemed appropriate,” was such an occasion.
The legislation affects four fundamental rights: to parent one’s children; to refuse medical treatment; to practice one’s religion (for those whose creed genuinely eschews medicine); and to attend school (a unique right recognized in California).
As an article in the Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law, and Ethics recently noted, court rulings allowing mandatory vaccinations are outdated, narrow and come from a line of precedent that also allowed the government to sterilize those it deemed genetically unfit. Forced-vaccination proponents often say we should “trust scientists.” I do. They would be wise to trust constitutional lawyers.

I think 2015 will be known as the year that the mainstream media completely sold their souls to the pharmaceutical industry to increase the market for the measles vaccine. From the Disneyland “outbreak” to the most recent story of how the first woman “to die from the measles in 12 years,” we are told by the media that “anti-vaxxers” are to blame. Hence, many states are now rushing to pass legislation to mandate vaccines and completely remove any last vestiges of medical freedom in the United States. Medical tyranny is here, and it may not be long before the United States becomes a medical Police State.

As a board-certified pediatrician, I am embarrassed by the article, “FAAP helps change California vaccine law,” published on June 30th, 2015.
California State Senator Richard J. Pan, M.D., a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP), sponsored the bill, SB 277, that Governor Jerry Brown has just signed into law.
This law removes the informed consent process and takes the right to make medical, philosophical, and religious decisions away way from parents. If you decide in tandem with your doctor to forgo just one vaccine on the state-mandated schedule, your child will no longer be able to attend public or private school in California, and will also be barred from daycare.
Physicians in California will now no longer be allowed to fairly and honestly explain the pros and cons of various vaccines to families. With the state legislature making medical decisions for families by threatening to exclude children from school, the physician-patient relationship becomes irrelevant.
“I hope that it causes parents to receive information about vaccines, to have conversations with their pediatrician and other health care professionals and rethink why they had concerns about vaccines, (and) that they will become more open to listening to the actual science and facts and turn away from the misinformation that’s been peddled by too many people,” Senator Pan told the AAP.
The truth is that it is Senator Pan, Governor Brown, and many of my mainstream medical peers who need to “turn away from the misinformation that’s been peddled” to the doctors by the Centers for Disease Control, the AAP, and the pharmaceutical companies that profit enormously by this new program of forced vaccines.
The “science” of eugenics in America’s past history resulted in racism, forced sterilization, forced vaccination, and tyrannical government policies all in the name of developing a “superior” race of people. In Germany, the “science” of eugenics was used by the Nazi Party to “eliminate” over 11 million men, women, and children.
The term “eugenics” has fallen out of favor and is no longer a politically correct word to use, because of its negative stigmatization. But has the philosophy behind “eugenics” simply been replaced with the “new science” of genetics, and the mapping of the human genome?
Is there reason to suspect hidden motivations of certain groups who want us to be convinced that our genes, and only our genes, control every aspect of our health and well-being? Can we trust everything we hear about the benefits of genetic research? Is there a dark side to genetics? Is America heading down the same path that eugenics led us in the past, and that led Nazi Germany up to World War II?
A federal judge has sentenced scientist and vaccine researcher Dong-Pyou Han to more than four and half years in prison and ordered him to repay $7.2 million in grant funds his team received from the federal government to develop an HIV vaccine.
Last year, the Iowa State University HIV vaccine researcher confessed to fraudulently injecting samples of rabbit blood with human antibodies to make an experimental HIV vaccine appear to have great promise, and earn $19 million in grant money from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
The Washington Post is reporting that this is a very rare sentence for an academic researcher: “Academic misconduct often doesn’t even result in researchers losing their jobs, and it is even rarer for criminal charges and prison time to result from one of these cases. In 2006, a researcher pleaded guilty to falsifying information on an NIH grant and was sentenced to a year in prison — the first time such a sentence handed down for scientific misconduct.”
Most people, including babies, have only marginal reserves of vitamin C. Injections of vaccines containing a great number of toxic substances, such as formaldehyde, mercury and aluminium compounds, as preservatives and adjuvants, and foreign proteins (antigens) are the primary and documented cause of harmful immune response anaphylaxis.
Depletion of vitamin C reserves was linked to vaccination by Pekarek and Rezabek (1959) who demonstrated that when the rats are injected with pertussis vaccine, they develop an acute scurvy. The difference between rats and human babies is in that the rats produce their own vitamin C and recover fast, unlike the humans who do not.
While it is not surprising that scurvy still occurs in the twenty first century, it is surprising that modern doctors generally fail to recognize it.
Simple administration of sufficient doses of sodium ascorbate (a non acidic form of vitamin C) would save a very large number of premature deaths as demonstrated by Levy (2012) in his article “Vitamin C prevents vaccination side effects.”
Instead, tens of thousands of innocent parents and other care givers are serving long prison terms and being accused of Shaken Baby Syndrome, a non-existent invalid syndrome that in many cases can be directly related to vitamin C deficiency and scurvy.
My daughter Chiara is 13 years old. She was an athlete with a history of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with elevated levels of anti-thyroid peroxidase antibodies. We discovered it much before receiving HPV vaccine.
I can tell you that she was a good athlete. Hashimoto’s did not stop her from participating in the World Championship Karate in Caorle twice. In 2010, she won the brown belt. Chiara’s other hobbies included painting, singing and practicing sports. That was before Gardasil.

The word Eugenics means “good genes.” Eugenicists believe that principles of Darwin’s theory regarding “the survival of the fittest” can be used to support the elimination of weak and undesirable people from society.
When Adolf Hitler applied Darwin’s theory of evolution and the principles of eugenics to the goals of the German state, the result was the murder of eleven million men, women and children. These lives were sacrificed in the name of eugenics. Eugenicists were seeking to improve the conditions of life for humanity by creating a “superior” race of people.
The eugenics movement had a very dark side, which led to social control, loss of reproductive freedom, and the loss of life. Should we be concerned that modern genetic science might have a dark side as well? Will the fruit of genetic research be misused by ill-intentioned people to gain control over others as happened with eugenics in the past? Has modern genetics completely severed itself from its roots? Or, might it become the tool that will be used to try to control the lives of certain groups of people in America today, such as those who refuse vaccines?
Whooping cough has made an astonishing comeback, with 2012 seeing nearly 50,000 infections in the U.S. (the most since 1955), and a death rate in infants three times that of the rest of the population. The dramatic resurgence has puzzled public health officials.
A new study published in BMC Medicine by Santa Fe Institute Omidyar Fellows Ben Althouse and Sam Scarpino reveals the source of the outbreak — vaccinated people who are infectious but who do not display the symptoms of whooping cough, suggesting that the number of people transmitting without symptoms may be many times greater than those transmitting with symptoms.
Althouse and Scarpino used whopping cough case counts from the CDC, genomic data on the pertussis bacteria, and a detailed epidemiological model of whooping cough transmission to conclude that acellular vaccines may well have contributed to — even exacerbated — the recent pertussis outbreak by allowing infected individuals without symptoms to unknowingly spread pertussis multiple times in their lifetimes.
“There could be millions of people out there with just a minor cough or no cough spreading this potentially fatal disease without knowing it,” said Althouse. “The public health community should act now to better assess the true burden of pertussis infection.”
Will public health officials heed Dr. Althouse’s advice, or will they instead ignore the research and continue blaming whooping cough outbreaks on unvaccinated children, while continuing to push laws to force children to receive this failed, dangerous vaccine?

In March 2015, a Danish national television station (TV2) aired a documentary focusing on girls who suspected they had been injured by the HPV vaccine Gardasil. The Sacramento Bee is reporting this week what the alternative media has been reporting for months: California State lawmakers supporting bill SB277 to remove all parental exemptions to vaccines have direct financial ties to the makers of vaccines.
Pharmaceutical companies and their trade groups gave more than $2 million to current members of the Legislature in 2013-2014, about 2 percent of the total raised, records show. Nine of the top 20 recipients are either legislative leaders or serve on either the Assembly or Senate health committees. Receiving more than $95,000, the top recipient of industry campaign cash is Sen. Richard Pan, a Sacramento Democrat and doctor who is carrying the vaccine bill.
In addition, the industry donated more than $500,000 to outside campaign spending groups that helped elect some current members last year.
Pharmaceutical companies also spent nearly $3 million more during the 2013-2014 legislative session lobbying the Legislature, the governor, the state pharmacists’ board and other agencies, according to state filings.
The Maine House of Representatives approved a bill to restrict parental choice in vaccine exemptions this week. It is now up to the Governor of Maine to either sign the bill, or veto it.
The bill requires parents opting out of required vaccinations on philosophic grounds to consult with and have a form signed by a medical professional before being permitted to forego vaccinations required for school. The 93-53 vote included all Democrats but one, as well as 12 Republicans, voting in favor. But the tally fell short of the 101 votes needed to override a veto by Gov. Paul LePage, should he choose to veto it.
Should parents be forced into getting a medical doctor to approve their decision? If parental rights are abrogated on this issue, what is next?

On May 22, 2015 16-year old Karen Durán-Cantor of Colombia died after complications related to new onset autoimmune disorders believed to have been triggered by two injections of Gardasil, the human papillomavirus vaccine currently being given to school age girls throughout the country.
Despite her personal pain, Karen produced a video to warn others about the possible consequences of using Gardasil shortly before her death.

If I could turn back time, I would go back to 10/1/13, the day before Korey received the 1st Gardasil vaccine for HPV. I would not have allowed the pediatrician to give her the HPV Vaccine just as I had refused it for the previous 4 years!!!!
But, I had not heard anything negative about Gardasil, and mistakenly, I thought she needed this vaccine. Why would our pediatrician give this vaccine if it was not proven or safe?
If I could turn back time, Korey would not have received any Gardasil shots. The sad reality is that she received shots 1 and 2 of the 3 dose series. The first on 10/2/13 seemed uneventful. She received the 2nd booster on 12/2/13. This changed Korey’s life and ours as we had come to know it! She never received the 3rd shot since she became dizzy and nauseous within a few days of receiving the 2nd shot. The 2nd shot had triggered a downward spiral in her physical, mental, and emotional health.
Is the African American community finally waking up to the discriminatory vaccine policies in the United States? In a rally this week at the California State capitol in Sacramento, several African American leaders spoke out against mandatory vaccinations.
Today’s pro-vaccine fanatics, those who believe ALL vaccines are good for ALL people ALL of the time, by force if necessary, fail to acknowledge not only that many children are harmed by vaccines, but that African American children have been shown to react differently to vaccines, and therefore may have a much higher risk to be injured or killed by vaccines than other children.
California vaccine bill SB277 seeks to take away parental choice in exempting out of childhood vaccines which are a requirement for school attendance. There is no disputing the fact that mandatory vaccines will affect lower-income families in public education the most. Wealthier families will home school, find private alternative doctors to sign waivers, or move out of the State of California altogether.
One of the true travesties of justice in modern society is the medical profession’s refusal to acknowledge vaccine injuries. While U.S. law forces the government to pay out damages to vaccine injuries and deaths in a special federal vaccine court that was setup to protect the manufacturers of vaccines from any legal liabilities, medical professionals continue to deny the existence of vaccine injuries, and therefore research to learn how to help vaccine damaged children is never funded nor conducted.
The fact that the child autism rate has skyrocketed from a rate of 1 out of every 10,000 children to 1 out of every 50 in the past few years, and is still climbing, is a national tragedy as the science linking vaccines to autism is covered up or ignored.
But how much more of a travesty of justice is it when a child is harmed by vaccines resulting in brittle bones, and then the parents are put in prison for a false diagnosis of “Shaken Baby Syndrome,” while the real criminals go free and continue harming other children with their faulty medical products? These medical criminals can never be sued for damages in a court of law in the U.S., and therefore have no motivation at all to produce safe products. The U.S. government is the largest purchaser of childhood vaccines buying $4 billion worth of vaccines, giving the pharmaceutical companies a guaranteed market for their products.
And now, today in 2015, lawmakers in states like California are pushing to make these liability-free vaccines mandatory by removing parental exemptions. But if a child is found with broken bones due to a vaccine-induced brittle bone condition, the parent is the one who risks going to jail, not the manufacturer of the vaccine, nor the medical professional who administered it.
In a brief mention in the mainstream media that as far as we can tell only Reuters reported, former Merck vaccine scientists, who have become whistleblowers and have had a federal lawsuit pending against Merck since 2010 for vaccine fraud, have filed another court document in their case accusing Merck of withholding evidence and not complying with court orders.
The R.E.G.R.E.T. Support Group was launched recently in Ireland by parents of chronically ill teenage girls. These parents blame an injection the girls received at school as the cause of their daughters’ illness. The drug in question is called Gardasil and is being marketed as an anti-cancer vaccine. R.E.G.R.E.T. is an acronym for “Reactions and Effects of Gardasil Resulting in Extreme Trauma”.
Wealthy, educated parents in southern California who are in the heart of the entertainment industry, from Malibu to Hollywood, lead the nation in rates of personal belief exemptions for childhood vaccinations among students in some of the wealthiest private schools in the country.
However, if SB277 becomes law, that choice will be taken away.
Why aren’t more entertainment leaders and public figures speaking out against medical tyranny in California? Only Mississippi and West Virginia have no parental exemptions in place for vaccine choice. Has anybody checked the rankings of these two states in children health categories? Do California parents really want to mimic health policies in these two states? Mississippi has the highest childhood vaccination rates in the country, but also lead the country in infant mortality rates, ranking dead last.
One high profile California resident has made his position on vaccines known: Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Are Silicon Valley billionaires influencing public policy on forced vaccinations?
Jeanne Lenzer, associate editor of the British Medical Journal, has published an investigative report showing how the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is not honest when publishing disclaimers in their studies stating that “they have no financial interests or other relationships with the manufacturers of commercial products.”
This news does not come as a surprise to those of us in the alternative media, but it is significant that the report was published in one the world’s most respected medical journals, the British Medical Journal. Lenzer explains why this is so significant:
“The CDC’s image as an independent watchdog over the public health has given it enormous prestige, and its recommendations are occasionally enforced by law.”
She goes on to quote Marcia Angell, former editor in chief of the New England Journal of Medicine:
“The CDC has enormous credibility among physicians, in no small part because the agency is generally thought to be free of industry bias. Financial dealings with biopharmaceutical companies threaten that reputation.”
The Department of Justice issues a report on vaccine injuries and deaths every quarter to the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (Click on “Meeting Book – PDF – 12 MB” for June 4 meeting). There were 163 cases for vaccine injuries and deaths for the period 2/16/2015 through 5/15/2015.
103 of the settlements were listed in this report, giving the name of the vaccines, the injury, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement. Four of those settlements were for deaths linked to vaccines, with three deaths related to the flu shot, and one death for the Hepatitis B shot, typically given to newborns. 74 of the 103 settlements were for injuries and deaths due to the flu shot, and the majority of flu shot injuries were for Guillain-Barré Syndrome.

Sources outside of the U.S. continue to publish concerns about the HPV vaccine, documenting how thousands of lives of young women have been ruined by it.
The Independent in the UK has run a Sunday story on the HPV vaccine, daring to suggest that there are problems with the vaccine that is ruining so many lives. Late last year, the Toronto Star published a similar story on their front page, but pro-pharma forces convinced them to remove the story from their website. It is still available on archive.org.
Will the same fate happen to The Independent? Or will they stand strong against efforts to censor their investigative report?
As we have previously published, the current vaccine debate in America is not a debate between extremists positions, pitting extremist anti-vaccine doctors (doctors who do not give any vaccines at all) against extremist pro-vaccine doctors (all vaccines are good, and should be given to all people, all the time, by force if necessary.) Most medical professionals do not hold either of these extreme positions, but fall somewhere in between.
No matter what your views are on the vaccine continuum, and whether you lean towards pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine, everyone should be concerned about giving up our rights to “informed consent” to medical procedures. If we give up this basic human right for “the greater good” of society on vaccines, where will it end? How will our country be any different than Nazi Germany and the atrocities committed by German doctors that horrified the world, and was the center of prosecution in the Nuremberg Trials?
Is the American public going to allow a handful of politicians tied into the most extreme view of the vaccine debate set policy for all the citizens of the United States?

Rep. David Sawicki, R-Auburn, is asking Maine lawmakers to approve a bill that would make it illegal to discriminate against any person who decides to forgo certain vaccinations.
Sawicki is the sponsor of LD 950, An Act to Prohibit Discrimination against a Person Who Is Not Vaccinated.
Sawicki said Monday that his bill is simple, in that if a person or the parent of a child decided against vaccinations for any reason, he or she could not be discriminated against by a school, employer or any other entity.
While most countries around the world are now starting to question the safety of the HPV vaccine, with reports of injuries and auto-immune diseases pouring in, the U.S. continues to censor any negative information regarding the HPV vaccine, and instead is continuing to promote the Merck HPV Gardasil vaccine as safe. Many of us are aware that much of the research that we read today regarding the safety of vaccinations has been funded by the pharmaceutical industry. Whilst this satisfies many parents researching the subject, others are beginning to question the validity of these studies. They are asking themselves whether or not the information that is being provided could be biased in any way.
Did you know that the majority of the vaccine studies being used by professionals to prove that vaccines are safe and effective are actually being written by scientists who have a vested interest in the pharmaceutical industry?
Julie Gerberding was in charge of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) from 2002 to 2009, which includes the years the FDA approved the Merck Gardasil vaccine. Soon after she took over the CDC, she reportedly completely overhauled the agency’s organizational structure, and many of the CDC’s senior scientists and leaders either left or announced plans to leave. Some have claimed that almost all of the replacements Julie Gerberding appointed had ties to the vaccine industry.
Gerberding resigned from the CDC on January 20, 2009, and took over as the president of Merck’s Vaccine division, a 5 billion dollar a year operation, and the supplier of the largest number of vaccines the CDC recommends.
It was reported earlier this month that Dr. Gerberding, now the executive vice president of pharmaceutical giant Merck, sold 38,368 of her shares in Merck stock for $2,340,064.32. She still holds 31,985 shares of the company’s stock, valued at about $2 million.
Lotte Amit has not lived a proper life for two years since she had the HPV vaccine against cervical cancer. Tragically, her story is one of a growing number that suggests there is something terribly wrong with the vaccine.
Lotte, who had always been a vibrant and energetic girl, suddenly became very lethargic and couldn’t get out of bed, and would sleep for the entire morning. Her periods stopped abruptly.
She also developed a strange obsessive–compulsive problem: whenever anyone sniffed, she felt excruciating pain in her hands and feet. This got so bad that she often ran out of the house at all hours of the day or night, once when she was naked.
Should laws be put into place to remove religious and philosophical exemptions to vaccines, and only allow “medical exemptions” to vaccines?
If you or your child are sick at the time of vaccination with a fever or on antibiotics, there is no medical vaccine exemption for you.
If you are a pregnant health care worker and do not want to get a flu shot while you are pregnant because you do not want to risk a miscarriage, no medical vaccine exemption for you.
If your child was injured or died after vaccination and you want to protect your other children from vaccine injury, no medical vaccine exemption for your children. If your baby was born prematurely and is low weight and struggling to survive, no medical vaccine exemption for your infant.
For all practical purposes, the Centers for Disease Control and medical trade organizations now direct pediatricians and other vaccinators to deny the medical vaccine exemption to 99.99 percent of Americans.
If you want the legal right to freely exercise conscience and protect your bodily integrity or that of your child when it comes to vaccine risk-taking, if you do not want to wake up one day and be forced to play vaccine roulette when you have good reason to conclude that you or your child are at high risk for suffering vaccine harm, you need to act now. You can be sure that the odds definitely will not be in your favor when it comes to finding a doctor to grant you a medical vaccine exemption.
Two bills threaten our freedom to make health care decisions. In California, Senate Bill 277 mandates that all children be fully vaccinated in order to attend public school, private school or day care. Unprecedented opposition has risen up against it as parents statewide stand up for their rights.
Now, a federal bill has just been submitted to match it: H.R. 2232 will require states to have mandatory vaccine laws for public school attendance in order to receive federal grant money for preventive health services. It’s essentially a financial threat by the federal government for all states to get their citizens in line.
As an Orange County pediatrician, I give vaccines in my office every day. I’ll be one of the first to acknowledge how important they are. But when we take a closer look at what these drastic changes really mean, wiser minds will realize they are bad choices for our state and our nation.
One of the biggest myths being propagated in the compliant mainstream media today is that doctors are either pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine, and that the anti-vaccine doctors are all “quacks.”
However, nothing could be further from the truth in the vaccine debate. Doctors are not unified at all on their positions regarding “the science” of vaccines, nor are they unified in the position of removing informed consent to a medical procedure like vaccines.
The two most extreme positions are those doctors who are 100% against vaccines and do not administer them at all, and those doctors that believe that ALL vaccines are safe and effective for ALL people, ALL the time, by force if necessary.
Very few doctors fall into either of these two extremist positions, and yet it is the extreme pro-vaccine position that is presented by the U.S. Government and mainstream media as being the dominant position of the medical field.
In between these two extreme views, however, is where the vast majority of doctors practicing today would probably categorize their position. Many doctors who consider themselves “pro-vaccine,” for example, do not believe that every single vaccine is appropriate for every single individual.
Many doctors recommend a “delayed” vaccine schedule for some patients, and not always the recommended one-size-fits-all CDC childhood schedule. Other doctors choose to recommend vaccines based on the actual science and merit of each vaccine, recommending some, while determining that others are not worth the risk for children, such as the suspect seasonal flu shot.
These doctors who do not hold extreme positions would be opposed to government-mandated vaccinations and the removal of all parental exemptions.
In this article, I am going to summarize the many doctors today who do not take the most extremist pro-vaccine position, which is probably not held by very many doctors at all, in spite of what the pharmaceutical industry, the federal government, and the mainstream media would like the public to believe.
The U.S. federal government has mandated drug research with children. The need for children to participate in drug company research is high, and the temptation to overstep parental rights to force children to participate is great. Researchers publicly admit using money and other rewards to obtain participation of children in their drug trials.
Organizations that advocate for the rights of parents to make decisions regarding their children’s healthcare, are finding that foster children in CPS custody are being enrolled in drug experiments without parental approval. State Child Protective Services are enrolling children in drug experiments without parental approval or court orders.
In a letter written by Sharon Schuldt to the House committee that examined clinical drug testing on foster children, she gave us a serious warning. She wrote:
“There was horrific disregard for humanity that took place in World War II Germany, some of which started out being directed toward the weak and vulnerable, in orphanages and hospitals, but then was directed to millions who lost their lives in the concentration camps. A society does not just lose their regard for human life overnight. It is a step at a time downward and soon that society slips further and faster downward. Many vowed, ‘Never Again.’ We in the U.S. cannot and should not be allowing access to our children for medical research. There is no argument that justifies it!”
Dr. Lynn Mielke, M.D., is one of the latest medical doctors in California to speak out against mandatory vaccines, and the attempt by California lawmakers to remove existing exemptions. She is a Fellow of the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs, and has a clinic treating children with developmental needs.
Dr. Mielke explained that most of the children she was treating in her clinic were suffering from developmental delays, due to many underlying medical conditions. She pointed out that there is no current mandate to test children for underlying conditions that could make them more susceptible to vaccine injuries prior to vaccinating them.
Dr. Mielke stated: “In these situations, where medical vulnerabilities exist, it is critical that we are not forced to practice government-mandated medicine. SB277 could increase the number of vaccine-injured children and will eviscerate the doctor-patient relationship and informed consent. Safe vaccination is the goal. But there is no safe one-size-fits-all vaccine policy. Once a vaccine is given, it cannot be undone. I strongly urge you to oppose SB277.”
In spite of the testimony of Dr. Mielke, many other medical professionals, and thousands of parents in California who showed up to oppose SB277, the California Senate this week passed it anyway, by a vote of 25 to 10.
GlaxoSmithKline Argentina Laboratories Company was fined 400,000 pesos by Judge Marcelo Aguinsky following a report issued by the National Administration of Medicine, Food and Technology (ANMAT in Spanish) for irregularities during lab vaccine trials conducted between 2007 and 2008 that allegedly killed 14 babies.
Likewise, two doctors -Héctor Abate, and Miguel Tregnaghi- were fined 300,000 pesos each for irregularities during the studies.
The charges included experimenting with human beings as well falsifying parental authorizations so babies could participate in the vaccine-trials conducted by the laboratory from 2007 to 2008.
Replacing the sacred parental right to responsibly decide a child’s vaccination need with an authoritarian mandate merely creates an illusion of a nation willing to protect fundamental freedoms. Such a course inevitably erodes essential foundations of good governance. Those who came before us built our constitutional democratic republic upon the foundations of faith, family, and freedom. The self-evident inviolable standard that parents are best equipped to make decisions in the best interests of their children is not subject to the morally relative utilitarian whim of shifting governmental regime preferences. Government is supposed to protect a parent’s freedom, not seize it and exercise it for them.
Florida Congresswoman Frederica S. Wilson (D-24) has introduced a bill, House Resolution H.R. 2232, that will require all states to mandate all students enrolled in public schools receive all the vaccines recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Policy, a federal body compromised of vaccine-industry representatives, which includes vaccines for HPV, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, Paul Offit’s rota virus vaccine, annual flu shots, and dozens of others. States that do not comply will not be eligible for grants for “preventive health services” under the Public Health Services Act.
Erin Holmes got $250,000 she didn’t want, “blood money” her husband didn’t want to spend.
The money came from the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program for her son, Jacob, who died in 2002 from a brain condition after receiving his measles-mumps-rubella and varicella vaccines. The Vaccine Injury Compensation Program is funded by taxpayers via a tax on vaccines.
Holmes didn’t want the money – but as an “angry parent” she wanted to do something more. So she reached out to a lawyer in Las Vegas who told her that the money she collected from the compensation program was “Jacob’s money” – and she could still sue for her own suffering.
She filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Merck and Co. – a manufacturer of MMR, varicella and other vaccines – alleging “negligence, strict product liability, negligent design, failure to warn, misrepresentation, express warranty, implied warranty of merchantability, implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and punitive damages,” according to court documents.
But the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Holmes could not sue for negligent design or failure to warn, because the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act pre-empted Holmes’ strict product liability, negligent design and failure to warn claims.
“If we were to conclude that the parents of those suffering a vaccine-related injury could bring design defect and failure to warn claims … we would be acting contrary to the statute’s central purpose of managing vaccine manufacturers’ liability because our construction would do little to protect the vaccine manufacturers from suit,” the court said in its opinion.
Mexico’s public-health system has suspended infant vaccines and mounted an investigation after two babies died and 29 were sickened in an impoverished community in southern Mexico.
Six of the 29 babies are in grave condition after receiving vaccinations for tuberculosis, rotavirus and hepatitis B, which are generally administered between 0 and 6 months, according to a national schedule.
The institute said it stopped vaccines nationwide on Saturday as a precaution.

The United States is currently the only country where its citizens cannot sue pharmaceutical companies for damages due to vaccines. These companies have been granted legal immunity, and one has to sue the federal government in a special “Vaccine Court” to try and get a piece of the Vaccine Injury Compensation Trust Fund, which is funded by taxpayer’s taxes paid on the purchase of vaccines.
Therefore, much of the information regarding Gardasil injury claims and lawsuits today come from countries outside the U.S., and information about Gardasil injuries inside the U.S. comes mainly from the alternative media which is not sponsored by the pharmaceutical industry.
In this article from Cronkite News, we read of one family’s frustration in trying to receive a settlement for their daughter’s injuries due to the Gardasil vaccine, from the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Their experience is common in the United States, as the Government Accounting Office (GAO) reported at the end of 2014.
SB 792, would eliminate an adult’s right to exempt themselves from one, some, or all vaccines, a risk-laden medical procedure. This bill would make California the first state to require mandated vaccinations for all childcare workers, including all private and public school early childhood education programs (Headstart, Private preK and preschools), family daycares, and daycare centers. ALL employed adults must be up-to-date on each vaccine listed on CDC’s adult immunization schedule (except HPV) or be denied employment.
To work with children in these situations without complying with the full CDC recommended vaccine schedule would become a criminal act.
What is the justification for using HPV vaccines? What is the benefit/risk profile? What place do HPV vaccines have in the cervical cancer prevention strategy, and at what cost? Is Gardasil a cervical cancer vaccine or a cancer of policies? Where are medical ethics in cervical cancer prevention plans? More than 200 European doctors signed a letter to parliament asking for a moratorium on the use of HPV vaccines until these questions are resolved.
On April 9,2015, Michelé Rivasi, European Ecology MEP, delivered a presentation to the European Parliament on behalf of more than 200 European physicians demanding answers to these questions. Ms. Ravasi calls for a parliamentary mission to provide those answers.
KS95 radio in Minneapolis Minnesota talked to a woman calling into their show recently who admitted that she took her 18 month old nephew into a doctor to have him vaccinated because her sister and brother-in-law did not believe in vaccines. She admitted that her sister did not know she had done this.
So fair warning to all parents in the United States who choose not to vaccinate your children: if you have relatives who disagree with you, and they have control of your children for a given length of time, apparently they can find a doctor to vaccinate your children without your consent.
She calls herself the “Patriot Nurse.” Addressing the issue of vaccine choice in this video, she explains how the term “herd” in “herd immunity” very subtlety suggests that we are livestock that are “owned.” The question then is: “who owns us, if not ourselves? Does the medical community own us? Does the State own us?”
