Medical Doctors Opposed to Forced Vaccinations - Should Their Views be Silenced?

One of the biggest myths being propagated in the compliant mainstream media today is that doctors are either pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine, and that the anti-vaccine doctors are all “quacks.”

However, nothing could be further from the truth in the vaccine debate. Doctors are not unified at all on their positions regarding “the science” of vaccines, nor are they unified in the position of removing informed consent to a medical procedure like vaccines.

The two most extreme positions are those doctors who are 100% against vaccines and do not administer them at all, and those doctors that believe that ALL vaccines are safe and effective for ALL people, ALL the time, by force if necessary.

Very few doctors fall into either of these two extremist positions, and yet it is the extreme pro-vaccine position that is presented by the U.S. Government and mainstream media as being the dominant position of the medical field.

In between these two extreme views, however, is where the vast majority of doctors practicing today would probably categorize their position. Many doctors who consider themselves “pro-vaccine,” for example, do not believe that every single vaccine is appropriate for every single individual.

Many doctors recommend a “delayed” vaccine schedule for some patients, and not always the recommended one-size-fits-all CDC childhood schedule. Other doctors choose to recommend vaccines based on the actual science and merit of each vaccine, recommending some, while determining that others are not worth the risk for children, such as the suspect seasonal flu shot.

These doctors who do not hold extreme positions would be opposed to government-mandated vaccinations and the removal of all parental exemptions.

In this article, I am going to summarize the many doctors today who do not take the most extremist pro-vaccine position, which is probably not held by very many doctors at all, in spite of what the pharmaceutical industry, the federal government, and the mainstream media would like the public to believe.

Medical Kidnapping in the U.S. - Kidnapping Children for Drug Trials

The U.S. federal government has mandated drug research with children. The need for children to participate in drug company research is high, and the temptation to overstep parental rights to force children to participate is great. Researchers publicly admit using money and other rewards to obtain participation of children in their drug trials.

Organizations that advocate for the rights of parents to make decisions regarding their children’s healthcare, are finding that foster children in CPS custody are being enrolled in drug experiments without parental approval. State Child Protective Services are enrolling children in drug experiments without parental approval or court orders.

In a letter written by Sharon Schuldt to the House committee that examined clinical drug testing on foster children, she gave us a serious warning. She wrote:

“There was horrific disregard for humanity that took place in World War II Germany, some of which started out being directed toward the weak and vulnerable, in orphanages and hospitals, but then was directed to millions who lost their lives in the concentration camps. A society does not just lose their regard for human life overnight. It is a step at a time downward and soon that society slips further and faster downward. Many vowed, ‘Never Again.’ We in the U.S. cannot and should not be allowing access to our children for medical research. There is no argument that justifies it!”

Doctor Specializing in Special Needs Children Speaks out Against Mandatory Vaccines in California

Dr. Lynn Mielke, M.D., is one of the latest medical doctors in California to speak out against mandatory vaccines, and the attempt by California lawmakers to remove existing exemptions. She is a Fellow of the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs, and has a clinic treating children with developmental needs.

Dr. Mielke explained that most of the children she was treating in her clinic were suffering from developmental delays, due to many underlying medical conditions. She pointed out that there is no current mandate to test children for underlying conditions that could make them more susceptible to vaccine injuries prior to vaccinating them.

Dr. Mielke stated: “In these situations, where medical vulnerabilities exist, it is critical that we are not forced to practice government-mandated medicine. SB277 could increase the number of vaccine-injured children and will eviscerate the doctor-patient relationship and informed consent. Safe vaccination is the goal. But there is no safe one-size-fits-all vaccine policy. Once a vaccine is given, it cannot be undone. I strongly urge you to oppose SB277.”

In spite of the testimony of Dr. Mielke, many other medical professionals, and thousands of parents in California who showed up to oppose SB277, the California Senate this week passed it anyway, by a vote of 25 to 10.

GlaxoSmithKline Found Guilty in Deaths of 14 Babies in Vaccine Trials in Argentina

GlaxoSmithKline Argentina Laboratories Company was fined 400,000 pesos by Judge Marcelo Aguinsky following a report issued by the National Administration of Medicine, Food and Technology (ANMAT in Spanish) for irregularities during lab vaccine trials conducted between 2007 and 2008 that allegedly killed 14 babies.

Likewise, two doctors -Héctor Abate, and Miguel Tregnaghi- were fined 300,000 pesos each for irregularities during the studies.

The charges included experimenting with human beings as well falsifying parental authorizations so babies could participate in the vaccine-trials conducted by the laboratory from 2007 to 2008.

Parents, Vaccinations, and the Power of the State

Replacing the sacred parental right to responsibly decide a child’s vaccination need with an authoritarian mandate merely creates an illusion of a nation willing to protect fundamental freedoms. Such a course inevitably erodes essential foundations of good governance. Those who came before us built our constitutional democratic republic upon the foundations of faith, family, and freedom. The self-evident inviolable standard that parents are best equipped to make decisions in the best interests of their children is not subject to the morally relative utilitarian whim of shifting governmental regime preferences. Government is supposed to protect a parent’s freedom, not seize it and exercise it for them.

New Federal Vaccine Mandate Proposed: All Shots Required, No Parental Exemptions

Florida Congresswoman Frederica S. Wilson (D-24) has introduced a bill, House Resolution H.R. 2232, that will require all states to mandate all students enrolled in public schools receive all the vaccines recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Policy, a federal body compromised of vaccine-industry representatives, which includes vaccines for HPV, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, Paul Offit’s rota virus vaccine, annual flu shots, and dozens of others. States that do not comply will not be eligible for grants for “preventive health services” under the Public Health Services Act.

Parent Denied Opportunity to Sue Merck After Collecting $250K "Blood Money" for MMR Vaccine Death of Child

Erin Holmes got $250,000 she didn’t want, “blood money” her husband didn’t want to spend.

The money came from the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program for her son, Jacob, who died in 2002 from a brain condition after receiving his measles-mumps-rubella and varicella vaccines. The Vaccine Injury Compensation Program is funded by taxpayers via a tax on vaccines.

Holmes didn’t want the money – but as an “angry parent” she wanted to do something more. So she reached out to a lawyer in Las Vegas who told her that the money she collected from the compensation program was “Jacob’s money” – and she could still sue for her own suffering.

She filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Merck and Co. – a manufacturer of MMR, varicella and other vaccines – alleging “negligence, strict product liability, negligent design, failure to warn, misrepresentation, express warranty, implied warranty of merchantability, implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and punitive damages,” according to court documents.

But the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Holmes could not sue for negligent design or failure to warn, because the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act pre-empted Holmes’ strict product liability, negligent design and failure to warn claims.

“If we were to conclude that the parents of those suffering a vaccine-related injury could bring design defect and failure to warn claims … we would be acting contrary to the statute’s central purpose of managing vaccine manufacturers’ liability because our construction would do little to protect the vaccine manufacturers from suit,” the court said in its opinion.

Mexico Halts Infant Vaccines Nation-Wide After 2 Babies Die and 29 Are Injured

Mexico’s public-health system has suspended infant vaccines and mounted an investigation after two babies died and 29 were sickened in an impoverished community in southern Mexico.

Six of the 29 babies are in grave condition after receiving vaccinations for tuberculosis, rotavirus and hepatitis B, which are generally administered between 0 and 6 months, according to a national schedule.

The institute said it stopped vaccines nationwide on Saturday as a precaution.

Family Fights U.S. Government over Compensation for Gardasil Vaccine Injuries

Jessica Boehm of Cronkite News has done something very rare in journalism today: she has published the truth about one family’s frustration in trying to sue the federal government and the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program for alleged injuries to their 14 year old daughter due to the Gardasil vaccine.

The United States is currently the only country where its citizens cannot sue pharmaceutical companies for damages due to vaccines. Therefore, much of the information regarding Gardasil injury claims and lawsuits today come from countries outside the U.S., and information about Gardasil injuries inside the U.S. comes mainly from the alternative media which is not sponsored by the pharmaceutical industry.

In this article from Cronkite News, we read of one family’s frustration in trying to receive a settlement for their daughter’s injuries due to the Gardasil vaccine, from the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Their experience is common in the United States, as the Government Accounting Office (GAO) reported at the end of 2014.

California Wants to be First State to Classify Unvaccinated Adults who Work with Children as Criminals

SB 792, would eliminate an adult’s right to exempt themselves from one, some, or all vaccines, a risk-laden medical procedure. This bill would make California the first state to require mandated vaccinations for all childcare workers, including all private and public school early childhood education programs (Headstart, Private preK and preschools), family daycares, and daycare centers. ALL employed adults must be up-to-date on each vaccine listed on CDC’s adult immunization schedule (except HPV) or be denied employment.

To work with children in these situations without complying with the full CDC recommended vaccine schedule would become a criminal act.

European Parliament Addresses the Gardasil Scandal in Europe

What is the justification for using HPV vaccines? What is the benefit/risk profile? What place do HPV vaccines have in the cervical cancer prevention strategy, and at what cost? Is Gardasil a cervical cancer vaccine or a cancer of policies? Where are medical ethics in cervical cancer prevention plans? More than 200 European doctors signed a letter to parliament asking for a moratorium on the use of HPV vaccines until these questions are resolved.

On April 9,2015, Michelé Rivasi, European Ecology MEP, delivered a presentation to the European Parliament on behalf of more than 200 European physicians demanding answers to these questions. Ms. Ravasi calls for a parliamentary mission to provide those answers.

KS95 radio in Minneapolis Minnesota talked to a woman calling into their show recently who admitted that she took her 18 month old nephew into a doctor to have him vaccinated because her sister and brother-in-law did not believe in vaccines. She admitted that her sister did not know she had done this.

So fair warning to all parents in the United States who choose not to vaccinate your children: if you have relatives who disagree with you, and they have control of your children for a given length of time, apparently they can find a doctor to vaccinate your children without your consent.

Merck's Sales Soar on Measles Vaccine After Disney Outbreak

Bloomberg announced this week that Merck’s MMR vaccine sales more than quadrupled after the California Disney measles outbreak.

Of course, there is no single measles vaccine currently on the market, and one has to purchase the MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine which is a 3 in 1 combo vaccine. Merck has been involved in a long federal lawsuit with allegations of fraud over the mumps portion of the MMR vaccine, in a case filed back in 2010 by two whistleblowers, virologists who worked for Merck.

There is also evidence that the MMR vaccine is killing more people than the measles virus, as there have been no deaths associated with measles according to the CDC, while there have been 108 deaths reported after the measles vaccine in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).

In addition, reports show that between 50% and 86% of those who came down with measles in the Disney outbreak were actually already vaccinated.

None of that matters to Merck, obviously, as sales of the measles vaccine grew by over 24% during the first quarter of 2015.

Gardasil: When Will our Nightmare End?

My daughter, Abbey, was a healthy happy 13 year old when she started secondary school. On the 22nd September 2014 she received her Gardasil vaccine along with the Tdap vaccine in school. She had an adverse reaction straight away. For over an hour, she was left lying on a mat on the floor while the rest of the girls were being vaccinated.

During this time she had seizure-like jerking, rolling eyes, blurred vision, headache, nausea etc. Eventually after an hour and twenty minutes we were called to the school to pick her up. No ambulance was called. The school administrators were not informed this episode had happened until the next day.

When I arrived at the school and asked why an ambulance wasn’t called, I was told I was OVERREACTING and this would wear off.

The next day, her mother and I thought Abbey was suffering withdrawals. Little did we know our nightmare was only getting started.

TV2 Denmark Documentary on HPV Vaccine Shows Lives of Young Women Ruined

TV2 Denmark has done something no mainstream media network in the United States will dare to do: look into the controversial HPV vaccine that many have claimed has ruined the lives of so many young women, and publish an investigative report.

In December of 2013 Katie Couric did a show on the HPV Gardasil Vaccine where she dared to interview the mother of a young woman who died shortly after receiving the vaccine. Couric’s program was hardly pro-vaccine, as she gave both sides of the controversy, with a huge emphasis on the pharmaceutical side claiming the vaccine was safe, but she was viciously attacked by the mainstream media anyway and forced to apologize for even asking questions about the possible risks of the HPV vaccine.

With such censorship so obvious in the U.S. mainstream media, it is refreshing to see the Danish media make this documentary available with English subtitles for the rest of the world to watch. Families and doctors are interviewed, and the tough questions are not censored. Similar to the U.S., these vaccine damaged girls can find no help from their government since the vaccine injuries are vigorously denied by their government, leaving them and their parents feeling “betrayed.”

Cardiologist Comments on New Study Linking HPV Vaccines to POTS

POTS, like most diagnoses, does not have an identifiable cause according to most cardiologists.

Until now. A new study linking the HPV vaccine to POTS has just been published in the very pro-vaccine journal Vaccine.

Perhaps even more concerning than POTS is the observation that “irregular periods were reported by all patients not on treatment with oral contraception.” Previously published case studies have shown a link between the HPV vaccines and “Primary Ovarian Failure,” or premature menopause.

Study: Whooping Cough Epidemics Related to Failed Vaccine, Not Unvaccinated

Has California Sold Out to Big Pharma to Lead the Nation in Medical Tyranny?

Dr. Richard Pan of California is the author of one of the most tyrannical bills currently being proposed in the U.S. to take away the right to informed consent for a medical procedure. SB277 is a proposed California bill that would remove all personal belief exemptions to vaccines and prevent children from attending school unless they are fully vaccinated.

A hearing on SB277 was held at the State Capital on April 15, 2015. The support was overwhelming opposed to the bill, with only 53 people present supporting the bill, and 743 present opposing it.

The Senate Education committee did not take a vote on the bill that day, as several members of the committee had reservations about it. A vote was put off until April 22nd, one week later.

At the April 22 meeting, after 13 minutes of discussion, the committee passed the bill by a vote of 7 to 2.

What happened? How could the committee pass a bill with so much opposition from their constituents?

Physician-Senator Continues Push to Make Oregon a Medical Police State

Oregon Senator Elizabeth Steiner Hayward is at it again. In February, Senator Hayward (who is a physician) introduced a bill to take away the right to informed consent and vaccine choice and mandate vaccines for all children statewide. The bill was vehemently opposed by her constituents in the state, and made national headlines. The bill was withdrawn as it did not have enough support in the State Legislature.

Now, she has introduced a new bill, SB895, which would require schools to publish vaccination exemption rates by disease and get parents granted exemptions in the past to either consult their doctor or watch an educational video about the decision against vaccinating. This new bill passed the Senate Education Committee this week on a 4-3 party-line vote with Democrats in favor.

Opposition from an informed constituent base that includes attorneys and physicians apparently means nothing to Dr. Elizabeth Steiner Hayward, who believes the entire state should be coerced into accepting her view, even though her first bill was overwhelmingly defeated. She’s seems absolutely determined to make Oregon into a medical police state.

HPV Vaccine Injuries: "I Cannot Begin to Describe What it is Like to Watch your Daughter Live in Such Agony"

My eleven year-old daughter, Valeria, was a very athletic normal girl until she received the second dose of human papillomavirus vaccine, Cervarix on May 29, 2014. One week later she began experiencing new medical conditions. She began to lose strength in her right leg first, then her left leg. It was painful for her to try and walk.

I cannot begin to describe what it is like to watch your daughter live in such agony.

Dr. Brownstein: Pneumococcal Vaccine Worthless for Adults

I am frequently asked by my adult patients if they should get the pneumococcal vaccine. If you want the short answer, I can give it here: NO WAY!

Let me explain.

An article in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA—February 17, 2015, volume 313, N. 7) reported on the new guidelines which advise doctors to recommend two pneumococcal vaccines in adults. The recommendations state that “…adults 65 years or older should receive one dose of the 13-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV13) followed by a dose of the 23-valnet pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine (PPSV23) 6 to 12 months later.” After reading that, you would assume that the two vaccines have been shown to be effective at preventing pneumococcal-associated illnesses and death from pneumonia. But, you would think wrong as the vaccines fail over 99% who take them.

As reported in the JAMA article, Stretococcus pneumoniae is a common cause of respiratory tract infection and community acquired pneumonia (CAP). In 2012, there were 31,600 cases of pneumococcal infection and 3,300 related deaths in the U.S. The highest rates of infection are among children and adults aged 65 years and older. The PPSV23 vaccine was licensed in the U.S. in 1983. According to a 2013 meta-analysis, there is no consistent evidence that the PPSV23 vaccine is associated with reduced rates of all-cause pneumonia or all-cause mortality.

Parents of HPV Vaccine Victims Protest in the Streets of Colombia

Dr. Yehuda Shoenfeld, one of the world’s foremost experts on autoimmune disorders stated “If the negative effects outweigh the benefits, the vaccine should not be prescribed.” Merck’s own prescribing information sheet states for every 100,000 people who use Gardasil 2,500 serious adverse events are to be expected.

Dr. Yehuda Shoenfeld state that he would not recommend HPV vaccines for his own daughter.

Student Who Refused to Lie About Vaccines and was Kicked out of Nursing School Fights Back with Lawsuit

In 2013, nursing student Nichole Bruff was dismissed from Baker College in Michigan for allegedly asking questions about the way her instructors were teaching nursing students how to coerce parents into receiving vaccines for their children, even if the children or parents did not want them. Nichole wondered why a patient’s right to choose or refuse a medical procedure was not being followed in administering vaccines. To her, this seemed to violate medical ethical issues she had been taught in nursing school, so she wanted clarification on why vaccines were different when it came to patient rights and ethics. Is this not part of the American educational process, the right of students to question their instructors?

Shortly before she was due to graduate, she was dismissed from the school without warning, and with no recourse to appeal the dismissal. She soon found out that her dismissal prevented her from being accepted at other nursing schools. Nichole tells Health Impact News: “My dream of being a nurse practitioner of midwifery is gone.”

Now, she is fighting back by filing a lawsuit against the school.

Top California Pediatricians: Don't Dictate Vaccines to Parents

The mainstream media and the U.S. Government would like everyone in the world to think that medical doctors are unanimous in their beliefs regarding vaccines. But that is hardly the case. The fact is that medical doctors who question vaccines and see positive results in their clinical practice by delaying or eliminating vaccines are routinely censored in the mainstream media.

Doctors who say vaccines are safe for everyone and do not cause injury and death are either uninformed, in denial or lying. Since the first vaccine for smallpox, doctors have known and it has been well documented that brain inflammation, permanent brain damage and death have always been among most serious complications of vaccination. I am a mother first and a pediatrician second. This I have never forgotten. I cannot parent in ways that make me uncomfortable, to make others comfortable.

There are pros and cons to vaccinations. As my training in holistic medicine continues, I rest easier NOT vaccinating my children.

My concerns lie beyond the ingredients found in vaccines. My largest concern is HOW we are stimulating the immune system through subcutaneous and intramuscular injections of vaccines.

New Rotavirus Vaccine Causing Vulnerable Infants to Suffer Intestinal Blockages

According to recent reports, India is planning to reevaluate the new rotavirus vaccine being used in vaccine trials across the country. The decision was made after a number of children suffered severe complications after receiving the vaccine, which was released earlier this month.

The Hindu reported that the vaccine, which was given to vulnerable children in India to prevent them from suffering severe diarrhoea, has been associated with intussusceptions, a condition that can cause them to suffer from intestinal blockages.

Meanwhile, in France the media is reporting that two infants recently died after receiving the current rotavirus vaccine being used there.

Is Mandatory Poor Health the New Requirement for All Americans?

What if it is true that childhood exposure to the wild measles virus is not a threat to health, but a required step in the development of a strong immune system? What if it is true that the process of developing an immune system that is strong enough to resist cancer and other diseases requires that we develop natural immunity to contagious childhood illnesses such as measles? What if it is true that genetically modified food and Roundup chemicals are actually creating conditions in the human digestive system where disease pathogens can flourish and cause systemic illness? What if it is true that mothers need childhood measles exposure to provide their infant children with measles immunity while the babies nurse? What if it is really true that the greatest cause of modern illness is chemical agriculture and pharmaceutical products such as vaccines, and not genetics?

What if all these statements are true – as I believe they are, then what are we to do? I believe we must continue to claim our right to control what is done to our bodies and to the bodies of our children. The right to healthcare begins with healthcare freedom, and not with health insurance!

Whooping Cough Outbreak at California School Among Vaccinated Shows Vaccine Failure

KSBW in Salinas California is reporting this month (March 2015) that four fully vaccinated students at Monterey Park School have been diagnosed with pertussis, or whooping cough. KSBW reports that of the 524 students at Monterey Park, 99.5 percent are vaccinated, including the four students who have been diagnosed with whooping cough.

This is not too surprising since it has been well-documented that the current pertussis vaccine is a failure, and that a new pertussis vaccine is being developed to replace it. Incredibly, parents are being encouraged to get the vaccine even though it does not work.

Scientists in Canada Being Censored from Covering Dangers of Aluminum in Vaccines

It is very obvious to anyone paying attention these days that news regarding vaccine safety is routinely censored in the mainstream media. We know that the U.S. Government puts pressure on the U.S. media to not publish anything negative regarding vaccine safety, as Kathleen Sebelius, secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services under President Obama, openly admitted.

The U.S. Government has a serious conflict of interest when it comes to discussing vaccine safety, as they are the largest purchaser of vaccines in the U.S. The CDC alone purchases over $4 billion in vaccines every year.

Outside the U.S. the largest purchaser of vaccines is the United Nations, primarily through UNICEF, and the World Health Organization (WHO), funded primarily by pharmaceutical companies, is the World Government body approving the vaccines to be purchased and distributed. Negative news regarding vaccine safety is, therefore, vigorously opposed.

The American History Of Compulsory Vaccination and its Ties to Eugenics

Those currently proposing forced vaccination laws point to a U.S. Supreme Court decision from 1905: Jacobson v. Massachusetts. In fact, the Supreme Court has not heard a compulsory vaccine case since the 1920s.

What exactly was Mr. Tarte trying to imply by comparing those who used religious beliefs to exempt themselves from receiving vaccines in North Carolina to the Taliban?

When Doctors Become Lawmakers: Medical Tyranny in California

California State Senator Dr. Richard Pan is a co-sponsor of a new proposed California bill, SB 277, which seeks to remove the personal belief exemption to vaccinations in California.

Who is Dr. Pan?

He is an “industry insider” when it comes to the medical industry. He is a teaching faculty member at UC Davis Children’s Hospital, and has served in many organizations that set medical policy and funding, such as the American Medical Association, the United Way, Sacramento First 5 Commission, Healthy Kids Healthy Future, Sacramento Health Improvement Project, and others.

Dr. Pan was also a supporter of AB 499 which allows minor children as young as 12 years old to be vaccinated with the Gardasil vaccine without the knowledge or consent of their parents.

New Texas Law Wants to Vaccinate Minor Children without Parental Consent

Children should not be vaccinated by any health care provider for any reason without the voluntary, informed consent of their parents. Period.

HB 212, by Rep. Toni Rose ((D), D-110, Dallas) circumvents federal and state parental rights and consumer protection laws by allowing a minor child 14 years of age and older in the Texas Juvenile Justice System to consent to vaccination on their own without their parent. It also allows for a health care provider to consent to vaccination for the child if a parent has previously consented to any medical treatment not specific to vaccination. Unless the health care provider has “actual knowledge” that a parent has refused to give consent for a particular vaccine in the past, the doctor only has to make a “reasonable” attempt to contact the parent before he or she can shift the decision making to a minor child and themselves. The bill also puts the responsibility on the minor child to reveal personal and family vaccine reaction and medical history to the vaccine administrator while protecting the vaccine administrator from liability for any harm caused by vaccinating a child without parental consent.

Are Proposed Forced Vaccination Laws Comparable to Eugenics Forced Sterilization Laws in the U.S.?

Constitutional attorney Jonathan Emord has written an excellent commentary about current legislative efforts to remove vaccine exemptions, and increase forced vaccinations against people’s wills. Emord writes:

“The current rush to revoke laws allowing conscientious dissent from compulsory vaccination, including encumbering or revoking grounds based on religious or medical grounds, are a return to a very ugly era of elitism, one of gross intrusion into rights of personal autonomy and liberty that left us only a few decades ago.”

Emord reminds us that it was not that long ago when “eugenics” was a popular “scientific fact” accepted by the majority in our society, and used to pass state laws forcing sterilization of people considered “genetically unfit” for society.

The most famous case was Buck vs. Bell, a Virginia statute which was decided by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1927. The Court’s decision, delivered by Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr., included the infamous phrase “Three generations of imbeciles are enough.” Upholding Virginia’s sterilization statute provided the green light for similar laws in 30 states, under which an estimated 65,000 Americans were sterilized without their own consent or that of a family member.

In 2001, the Virginia General Assembly acknowledged that the sterilization law was based on faulty science and expressed its “profound regret over the Commonwealth’s role in the eugenics movement in this country and over the damage done in the name of eugenics.”

What other “faulty science” is there in mainstream western science today that seeks to impose its will on a free society by force in the area of vaccinations, where proponents claim “the science is settled?”

Should New Jersey Government Decide What is "Bona Fide" Religion to Refuse Vaccines?

New Jersey politicians are making moves to restrict religious exemptions to refuse vaccines. Bill A1931 is scheduled for a 10:00 am Assembly Health Committee meeting on MONDAY, MARCH 16, 2015. According to NVIC:

A1931 requires a written statement “explaining how the administration of the vaccine conflicts with the bona fide religious tenets or practices of the student, or the parent or guardian.” As such it requires parents to explain and ultimately justify their deeply held personal and private religious beliefs to the government.

110 Bills Currently Being Proposed in 36 States to Enact Medical Tyranny Regarding Vaccines

There are currently 110 bills currently being proposed in 36 states to eliminate and restrict vaccine exemptions, to expand vaccine mandates, to broaden emergency and police powers, to expand and force intrusive vaccine tracking and vaccine data sharing, and to invade your privacy by publicly publishing exemption and vaccination rates.

Recent victories in stopping bills in Oregon and Washington prove that lawmakers do listen to constituents who speak the truth regarding vaccines and government tyranny. Much more action is needed!

The Vaccine Culture War in America: Are You Ready?

More than 1.2 million people in the United States are infected with HIV but government officials do not ban HIV infected children and adults from attending school, receiving medical care, being employed, or otherwise participating in society. In fact, there are anti-discrimination laws that guarantee civil rights protections for Americans infected with HIV or living with AIDS.

Could Proposed Mandatory Vaccine Laws Survive Legal Challenges?

There is a national push to remove vaccine exemptions for school-aged children, and new laws and regulations are being proposed all across the U.S. for mandatory vaccinations.

What are the legal challenges to now legislating mandatory vaccinations to a population that no longer has the right to legal redress against the manufacturer of potentially faulty vaccines that are known to maim and kill people? Is it Constitutional to remove the right to informed consent, and the right to refuse such a product if it is administered by force?

March 2015 Settlements in Vaccine Court: 117 Vaccine Injuries and Deaths

The Depart of Justice issues a report on vaccine injuries and deaths every quarter to the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines. The March 5, 2015 report states that there were 117 cases for vaccine injuries and deaths compensated from 11/16/2014 to 2/15/2015. Five of those settlements were for deaths linked to vaccines, with three deaths related to the flu shot.

The unified message presented by the U.S. mainstream media and certain government agencies is that vaccines are safe.

This is a lie. Vaccines are dangerous. People are injured and killed by vaccines, and the quarterly reports from the DOJ, which probably reflects a very small percentage of the actual cases, clearly reflect that inherent danger.

Vaccine Mechanism of Harm Exposed in Gardasil Vaccine

There are times in our lives when it seems like we come full circle in our findings. This is one of those times for me. Early on in my research into the HPV vaccines I knew that the L-Histidine, which is unique to this vaccine, played a major role in what I was hearing from parents and girls adversely injured by Gardasil®. I made the connection between Histamine and IgE release. I was able to make the connection with all the variety of symptoms to the various components of this vaccine. Because of personal experiences, I found that the majority of the injured experienced an anaphylactic type incident. The adverse events experienced from the HPV vaccines nearly mirror those of an autistic child even down to the regression. Now I find that not only do the components of this vaccine play an integral part, but the main player in this scenario is the probable excessive histamine released because of injected L-Histidine.

Public Health Officials Know: Recently Vaccinated Individuals Spread Disease

Physicians and public health officials know that recently vaccinated individuals can spread disease and that contact with the immunocompromised can be especially dangerous. For example, the Johns Hopkins Patient Guide warns the immunocompromised to “Avoid contact with children who are recently vaccinated,” and to “Tell friends and family who are sick, or have recently had a live vaccine (such as chicken pox, measles, rubella, intranasal influenza, polio or smallpox) not to visit.”

A statement on the website of St. Jude’s Hospital warns parents not to allow people to visit children undergoing cancer treatment if they have received oral polio or smallpox vaccines within four weeks, have received the nasal flu vaccine within one week, or have rashes after receiving the chickenpox vaccine or MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine.

“The public health community is blaming unvaccinated children for the outbreak of measles at Disneyland, but the illnesses could just as easily have occurred due to contact with a recently vaccinated individual,” says Sally Fallon Morell, president of the Weston A. Price Foundation. The Foundation promotes a healthy diet, non-toxic lifestyle and freedom of medical choice for parents and their children. “Evidence indicates that recently vaccinated individuals should be quarantined in order to protect the public.”

Developing World – The WHO’s Private Vaccine Laboratory

It is a recognized fact that the developing world has been used by the World Health Organization as a vaccine laboratory for decades. This has been proven in data and vaccine studies dating back as far as the 1970s.

Is it right to use vulnerable children in vaccine experiments?

The Guardian is reporting that health officials in Pakistan are arresting and throwing into jail hundreds of parents who refuse to allow their children to receive the oral polio vaccine. These health officials are forcing children to receive the vaccine at gunpoint. Just to emphasize the point here, these are parents of children who are being rounded up and thrown into jail in Pakistan. Not terrorists, not murders, not thieves, but parents who do not want their children to receive the polio vaccine.

Could we see armed health officials roaming the streets of cities in the U.S. forcing children to be vaccinated against the wishes of their parents at gunpoint? The rationale and the legal framework for such actions is actually already in place to do just that.

Charlotte Observer Reports on Child Crippled by Vaccines and Awarded $2 Million in Damages

The Charlotte Observer has done something that is quite rare: they have reported the truth about a child who received the recommended childhood vaccines, and then became brain damaged. The family was awarded a $2 million settlement in vaccine court, which the Charlotte Observer also reported.

Will this story remain on the Internet, or will it face the same fate as a recent Toronto Star investigative report about girls damaged by the Gardasil vaccine? The editors bowed to pro-Pharma censorship pressure, and removed the story from their website.

Texas Rushes to Medical Tyranny: 9 Bills on Vaccine Coercion Proposed!

They say “Everything’s bigger in Texas.” It appears that Texas wants the biggest and most intrusive mandatory vaccination policies in the U.S. as well, as no less than NINE bills are currently being considered in Texas for forced and coerced vaccinations, according to the National Vaccine Information Center.

If you live in Texas and do NOT believe that one of the things that should be “bigger in Texas” is GOVERNMENT intrusion into your private lives, then you better high tail it over to Austin this week and let lawmakers know! Lawmakers in Texas want to force EVERYONE to register with the State and declare their vaccine status!

There will be a hearing on Tuesday and a “Legislative Visitor Day on Wednesday” to consider various bills.
