The AI Revolution is About to Crash due to a Lack of Human Labor

I think many Americans are about to learn that math is very unforgiving, and always produces the same number based on the numerical data used for mathematical calculations, regardless of beliefs, illusions, cons, and science fiction. You can believe yourself, and try to convince others to believe that 2 + 2 does NOT equal 4, but something else like 5. But just like AI, math has no consciousness and creates nothing. It just reports the mathematical results based on the data input, which is how the REAL world works, as opposed to the FAKE world, and their FAKE (artificial) intelligence. Reality is now catching up to the fantasy land of "generative AI", and we are drawing nearer to the crash of the great AI bubble every day. The money merry-go-round among Big Tech with their AI investments shows no sign of abating yet, with Nvidia currently sitting on the top of the bubble holding the largest bag of money. But the signs are now showing that this AI show may soon be over, as the only way forward at this point is to build huge new power-hungry data centers. And while it is debatable if the economy can come up with new ways to generate more power to run these data centers, one thing is not debatable: to build and maintain these data centers requires a huge increase in human labor, and we do not have that labor in the U.S. workforce right now. In fact, many of these skilled jobs are currently run by immigrant labor where the supply line to this cheap labor has not only been cut off at the borders, but is decreasing with mass deportations. The U.S., and the entire world, are about to get a rude lesson in math, and wake up to the fact that science fiction is just that - fiction, which is based on fake (artificial) intelligence. AI Developers are Realizing that AI “Agents” Cannot Replace Humans – AI “Not Comparable to Humans or even Animals”

Andrej Karpathy, one of the founding members of OpenAI along with Sam Altman, made a lot of waves in the AI Tech world this past weekend, when he stated that the idea of AI replacing humans as being "right around the corner" was not true, and that industry leaders were over-hyping it for financial gain. He stated that AI code cannot learn or reason like humans, or even animals. A lot of Karpathy’s criticisms of his own field seem to boil down to a single point: As much as we like to anthropomorphize large language models, they’re not comparable to humans or even animals in the way they learn. For instance, zebras are up and walking around just a few minutes after they’re born, suggesting that they’re born with some level of innate intelligence, while LLMs have to go through immense trial and error to learn any new skill, Karpathy points out. While this news shocked the AI world this week, it is all pretty basic stuff I have been writing about and saying for about 2.5 years now. AI can NOT replace humans, but the new Large Language Models (LLM) AI that started with OpenAI and Microsoft at the end of 2022, does have some value as a tool to assist humans and make their work easier and quicker. Once the AI bubble bursts, the real-world applications and usefulness of this AI will remain, but will our economy survive the correction in the market that is coming?

Corporate Financial Analysts Wake Up to the Great AI Bubble: “AI bubble is 17 Times Larger than the Dot.com Bubble and Four Times the Subprime Bubble”

The “Overworked, Underpaid” Shadow Human Work Force Running AI

As the "AI Bubble" continues to grow, with almost nobody refuting that spending on AI in the U.S. is currently a huge bubble anymore, another problem was exposed this week as hundreds of human laborers who are used to train these AI models, have begun to be laid off. They are most certainly not being laid off because the AI chat models they are working on now no longer need human intervention, because they ALL continue to "hallucinate" and provide false and dangerous information, over two and half years after the rollout of these AI chat bots. The Guardian published on article on the current situation with Google this week: "How thousands of ‘overworked, underpaid’ humans train Google’s AI to seem smart." One of the most amazing things revealed in this article is that many of these people who are employed to moderate the chat bots and train them have stated that they themselves do not even use these AI chat bots anymore because they know how worthless, and sometimes dangerous, they are, and they also recommend to their friends and families not to use them. Big Tech's dirty secret for many years now is the fact that these "ghost human laborers" who are paid slave wages are necessary to keep all of their technology running behind the scenes. Human labor runs the technology, not the other way around, and it always has been that way, and always will be.

The Idols are no longer Mute – They Talk Back through AI and Tell us What we Want to Hear

When the apostle Paul wrote his first letter to the believers in the Greek city of Corinth, which is contained in the New Testament portion of the Bible, he was dealing with divisions and factions among the believers in that city, and their "hero worship" of certain leaders during that time. In the 12th chapter of his letter he wrote: "You know that when you were pagans, somehow or other you were influenced and led astray to mute idols." (1 Corinthians 12:2) These "idols" were often images made out of gold, such as the "Golden Calf" story in the Book of Exodus, when the Hebrews created an idol out of gold that resembled a cow, and then "worshiped" it by apparently partying, in what was probably one huge orgy. So when Paul penned the words "mute idols" to the believers living in the city of Corinth, they knew exactly what he was talking about. Fast forward to today, and the idols are no longer mute! They are powered by electricity, and LLM (Large Language Models) AI software can even give them a voice now. Of course these new AI idols are no smarter than the mute ones, because the idol is not the one actually talking. Just as when they were mute, they have no consciousness and cannot reason or think like a human being can. Separate them from their power source (pull the plug!), and they cease to talk or even exist. With the Failed Launch of ChatGPT 5 Some are Now Asking “What If A.I. Doesn’t Get Much Better Than This?”

Sam Altman and OpenAI finally released their long anticipated version 5.0 last week of ChatGPT. So many users complained that they had to quickly restore previous 4.0 versions. Almost everyone now in the financial sectors is referring to the AI bubble, either as something that is going to be no big deal, or something worse. But every once in a while someone says the quiet part out loud: "What if this is as good as its going to get for 'generative AI?'" Oh no, that just simply could not be true, given how much money has been invested in it for claims for what it allegedly will do in the future. That's like saying "high cholesterol does not lead to heart disease." Oh no, that couldn't be true because pharmaceutical companies made $billions telling people it was true and then selling them drugs to make it true. There are just too many "truths" in our society that cannot be true, as it would be too costly and too deadly (like arresting mass murderers). Generative AI is like that a lot. News about the Impending Market Crash over the AI Bubble is now Going Mainstream

I have published dozens of articles since the beginning of 2023 when the AI frenzy started, showing that it was poised to be the biggest market bubble of all time. While there were a few dissenters back then, now more people are waking up, and many financial analysts are now sounding the alarm. Of course the bubble should have exploded in 2023 when the top Big Tech banks failed, because these rich Tech billionaires held accounts at banks like Silicon Valley Bank that well exceeded the FDIC insurance levels of only $250,000 per account. There were bank runs back then, and many people could not get access to their funds and total panic ensued. But Big Tech billionaire voices, such as Mark Cuban, who stood to lose hundreds of millions, convinced the U.S. Government to basically bail these banks out, covering ALL accounts above $250,000, and Big Tech billionaires suffered no loses. But how much longer can this bubble last? I have had readers email me and complain that I have been saying this for over 2 years now, but there is no way I can predict when this will happen as there are still $billions, if not $trillions of dollars being spent by Big Tech that is holding this market up. It won't last, and the longer it takes for this bubble to burst, the worse the crash will be. It will be truly devastating.

GAO Warns Congress About Imminent Danger from Older Computer Systems that are 23 to 60 Years Old in 10 Agencies Including Dept. of Defense

A report from the Government Accountability Office (GAO) yesterday stated that "11 legacy IT systems at a total of 10 agencies, including two at the Department of the Treasury, and one each at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the departments of Interior, Transportation, Homeland Security (DHS), Health and Human Services (HHS), Defense, Commerce, and Agriculture" had to immediately be replaced because these computer network systems were "between 23 years old (at the Interior Department) and 60 years old (at the Defense Department)." Are you kidding me?? And yet the federal government through many of these same agencies is spending $billions on developing AI. As I reported recently, tens of thousands of people are being laid off right now in the Technology sector, not because AI is replacing their jobs, but because SPENDING on AI projects is cutting out budgets for other technology projects. In the case with these federal agencies' legacy systems, as this report documents, many of them use older coding languages, such as COBOL, and there are very few coders using these older languages anymore. All the money in IT now is being allocated for AI LLM development, building data centers, and developing new energy sources to power these data centers. Well none of that is going to matter if critical IT networks already in place fail to protect and run our country, or are easily hacked, as there won't be enough qualified technicians around to fix them, because they are going where the money is today, in the AI bubble.

More Tech Leaders are Learning that AI Cannot Replace Humans – Efficiency and Accuracy Are Actually Getting Worse

When I began writing about the AI bubble and the future Big Tech collapse at the end of 2022 with the launch of ChatGPT's first LLM (Large Language Models) AI app, I was just one of a handful of writers who have worked in Technology that was warning the public about the dangers of relying on this "new" technology. There were a few dissenting voices besides myself back then, but now two-and-a-half years later and $trillions of dollars of LLM AI investments, barely a day goes by where I do not see articles documenting the failures of this AI, and reporting factual news about what its limitations and failures are, rather than pumping up the hype. While the AI LLMs are truly revolutionary in what they actually can do, it is the faith in science fiction and what people's perspectives and beliefs are about the future of AI that is ultimately going to destroy the U.S. economy, and most of the rest of the World's economies as well, because they are literally betting on this science fiction actually becoming true one day. America’s Reliance on Technology will Soon Crash the World Economy as AI’s Failures and Limitations Increase

Today, the field of "biotech" still earns $trillions while Americans get sicker and sicker, creating a highly medicated society addicted to their products, which are now the #1 cause of death in the U.S Another great failure in American "biotech" technology is the destruction of the family farm in favor of mega food companies and the proliferation of genetically modified foods, along with all the chemicals needed in pesticides and herbicides to even grow crops in highly industrialized mono-cropping systems. Meanwhile, the non-Western countries of the world are finally teaming up together to form a new economic system that does not allow the warmongering United States to impose economic sanctions against them if they don't accept American "freedom" and become a "democracy" like us. It was announced this week that the two most sanctioned countries in the world by the U.S. today, Russia and Iran, have partnered together to form their own credit card payment system.
