Bill Gates is fond of using his bully pulpit to talk about “miracles” and “magic.” Gates has featured one or both words in nearly all of his annual wrap-up letters for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, most often in reference to the Gates Foundation’s outsized financial and ideological support for global vaccine programs. As Gates says, “In the same way that during my Microsoft career I talked about the magic of software, I now spend my time talking about the magic of vaccines.” Bill Gates’s vaccine philanthropy indeed represents a “miracle”—but the miracle’s beneficiaries are the corporations and stockholders who are laughing all the way to the bank, and certainly not the children and adults around the world who are bearing the brunt of unsafe vaccines. Dr. Arata Kochi, the WHO’s former director of malaria research, chose to call a spade a spade in 2008 when he described the Gates Foundation as a cartel that suppresses diversity of scientific opinion and is “accountable to no one other than itself.”

Gates Foundation Funding Global Vaccine Program – More Powerful Than Government

Bill Gates is reported to be one of the richest individuals on Earth, with a current net worth of $87.4 billion. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), founded in 2000, is the largest private foundation in the world. A recent report released by a U.K. based organization, Global Justice Now, closely examines the BMGF operations and reveals that the foundation’s influence on global health initiatives is greater than any other donor country including Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Ireland and Italy. However, unlike democratic governments who are accountable to their electorates, the BMGF is a private foundation that essentially remains unaccountable to populations impacted by the foundation’s social reform and public health initiatives, with the exception of tax reporting requirements. In 2015, the BMGF contributed 11% of the World Health Organization's (WHO) entire budget, with much of that being funneled through the Global Alliance for Vaccine and Immunization (GAVI) program. GAVI is an international organization committed to “improve access to new and underused vaccines to children in low-income countries.” Since 2000, the foundation has contributed $2.5 billion to GAVI. Interestingly, according to the Global Justice Now report, “members of the GAVI board always include companies in the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, which involves GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, Novartis, and Pfizer, among others.”

Developing World – The WHO’s Private Vaccine Laboratory

It is a recognized fact that the developing world has been used by the World Health Organization as a vaccine laboratory for decades. This has been proven in data and vaccine studies dating back as far as the 1970s. Is it right to use vulnerable children in vaccine experiments? Bill Gates Funded Company Can Now Track Your Vaccine Status via Fingerprint

Earlier this week VaxTrac, a non-profit organization supported by The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, announced it's new "Lumidigm multispectral imaging fingerprint sensors" were being used to build a biometric vaccination registry. The device is currently being used to build vaccine registries in some of the world's poorest countries: Kenya, Uganda, Zambia and Benin. The new device is operated and managed in the field with low-cost mobile devices. Adult and child patients are identified in the registry with fingerprint sensors. By scanning finger prints, medical professionals can pull up their vaccination records with the touch of a finger. Will this technology be used in the U.S. to develop national vaccine registries as pharmaceutical companies look to expand their vaccine markets?

India Questions Efficacy and Safety of HPV Vaccine Amid Allegations of Ethical Violations

Earlier this month we published a report from Christina England on a 43 page document produced by the Indian Parliament accuses the U.S. group PATH, funded in part by Bill Gates’ foundation, of committing illegal and improper activities in support of commercial interests in the development of the HPV vaccine in India, which reportedly led to the deaths of several young Indian girls. The U.S. mainstream media completely ignored this story. A couple weeks later, Anita Jain, the India Editor of the British Medical Journal, published her own comments on the ethical violations conducted in India in the development of Gardasil, and questioned the wisdom of rolling out the Gardasil vaccine to the entire country, citing safety and efficacy concerns. India has more deaths related to cervical cancer than any other country in the world, so if a vaccine could truly help, they would be eager to implement it. But they are not convinced, based on the science, that the vaccine is safe or that it works. Again, this information is not readily available in the U.S. mainstream media, which only presents the HPV vaccine in a positive light.

Pediatrician predicts Bill Gates and the WHO will kill 3,125 babies with their 5-in-1 vaccine

The head of pediatrics at St Stephens Hospital in New Delhi has blasted the World Health Organization and Bill Gates’ GAVI vaccine partnership for pushing a deadly vaccine program on India. The pentavalent vaccine has already killed at least 40 babies in India, Pakistan, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Bhutan. The vaccine program has been suspended in Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Pakistan after deaths and adverse reactions. This pentavalent vaccine combines the outdated whole-cell DPT (withdrawn in the US) with Hib and hepatitis B. It is the brainchild of the Bill Gates GAVI vaccine partnership, which boasts of rolling it out around the world.
