Government Continues to Pay Damages for Injuries and Deaths Due to the Flu Vaccine in Vaccine Court

While seldom, if ever, reported in the mainstream media, every week cases of vaccine injuries and deaths are litigated in the U.S. vaccine court known as the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). This program was started as a result of a law passed in 1986 that gave pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity from being sued due to injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines. If you or a family member is injured or dies from vaccines, you must now sue the Federal Government in this special vaccine court. Many cases are litigated for years before a settlement is reached, and most of the public does not even know that this program exists. Once every 3 months the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines meets, and the Department of Justice issues a report of cases settled for vaccine injuries and deaths. As far as I know, Health Impact News is the only media source that publishes these reports each quarter. The report for December 3, 2015 which covered the period from 8/16/15 to 11/15/15 had 150 cases adjudicated. 83 of them were listed in the report, specifying the vaccine, the injury or death, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement. There were three deaths: two related to the flu vaccine, and one related to the Hepatitis B vaccine, which is a vaccine for a sexually transmitted disease routinely given to newborns in hospitals the same day they are born. 64 of the 83 cases settled were for injuries and deaths due to the flu vaccine, making the flu vaccine the most dangerous vaccine in the U.S., harming and killing more people than all the other vaccines put together.

New Flu Vaccine Approved Targeting Elderly Contains Squalene

The FDA has approved a new flu vaccine—Fluad. Should we say, “hooray,” or “oy veh”. I will let you decide. Fluad is the first seasonal influenza vaccine containing an adjuvant called squalene. Adjuvants in vaccines, such as aluminum, are used to cause a greater immune system response as compared to vaccines used without an adjuvant. This increased immune system response is hypothesized to result in an enhanced efficacy of the vaccine–in other words, it should make the vaccine more effective. Therefore, you would think that a flu vaccine with an adjuvant such as squalene would result in a more robust antibody response when it is compared to the regular flu vaccine that is adjuvant-free. Getting Yearly Flu Shots Decreases Effectiveness, Increases Adverse Event Risks

There is evidence indicating that getting flu shots year after year could actually lower your immune system’s effectiveness. Recently, Dr. Edward Belongia of Wisconsin’s Marshfield Clinic Research Foundation discussed findings that children who had been vaccinated annually over a number of years were more likely to contract the flu than kids who were only vaccinated in the season in which they were studied. Most Americans Refusing Ineffective Flu Vaccine this Year

This years 2015-2016 flu shots in the United States are showing 18 percent effectiveness in adults and 15 percent effectiveness in children according to local news reports popping up around the country. Local news outlets in Michigan, Georgia, California, and other states have decided to run the headline with this information yet, at the time of this writing, no national mainstream news appear to be touching these figures. Although continually touted by mainstream outlets as “the single best way to prevent against the flu,” this is the second year in a row the flu shot’s effectiveness in the U.S. has been under 25 percent. Last January, USA Today ran the headline “Flu Shot Only 23 Percent Effective This Season.” These dismal effectiveness numbers in the U.S. would have been welcomed by “officials” at the Canadian Centre of Disease Control who reported during last years flu season that their flu shots offered zero protection. With 18 and 15 percent effectiveness respectively this year, many are rightfully questioning if the risk outweighs the reward. An October NPR health poll of 3,008 adults revealed that 64% of adults polled were refusing to get the flu vaccine this year.

Why are so Many Healthy People Dying from the Flu After Receiving the Flu Shot?

Another flu death of an otherwise healthy person after receiving the flu vaccine has been reported in Wisconsin. WISN in Wisconsin is reporting that 26-year-old Katherine McQuestion has died from flu complications, after she received the flu shot. Katherine was reportedly a newlywed, and was required to receive the flu shot as part of her employment. She was a radiology technician and worked at St. Catherine's Medical Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin according to WISN. McQuestion's mother said her daughter was healthy, beautiful and smart. She married in September, and her funeral was held on Tuesday.

Government Pays Compensation to 80 Flu Vaccine Injuries and Deaths

The December 2014 report from the Department of Justice on damages paid by the U.S. Government to vaccine victims was recently published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Resources. There were 180 cases of vaccine injuries decided. 134 cases received compensation, while 46 cases were denied. This report clearly shows that the flu vaccine is the most dangerous vaccine in America. 134 cases were awarded settlements for vaccine injuries, with 79 of the settlements being for the flu shot, including three deaths. Italy Suspends Flu Vaccine After 13 Deaths Among Elderly

Italy has suspended the use of two batches of a flu vaccine made by Swiss firm Novartis after four people died shortly after receiving the drug. Italy's pharmaceutical watchdog Aifa said the suspension of Fluad was a precautionary measure - and tests were being conducted to establish whether there was a link. Those who died were two women and two men aged between 67 and 87. Fluad is a flu vaccine given to the elderly, which was approved in 1997.

Government Study: Flu Vaccine not Effective for Elderly – Death Rates Increased

Investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson revealed this week that the government's own studies on the effectiveness of the flu vaccine for the elderly show that they are not only not effective in preventing the flu, but that the death rate of those vaccinated increased. The Flu Vaccine War: Healthcare Workers Fight Back

We have already established in previous articles that the flu vaccine is by far the most dangerous vaccine in the United States, injuring and killing many people every year based on settled court cases by the Department of Justice in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
