Japan Leading the World in Exposing Fraud with Gardasil HPV Vaccine Injuries and Deaths

In Japan, young women and girls suffering from severe chronic generalized pain following vaccination with Merck’s Gardasil® or GSK’s Cervarix®, have organized and are speaking out. The issues are being debated at public hearings, at which scientific presentations have been made by independent medical experts who validated the women’s suffering with documented evidence of the severe nature of the pain related to the HPV vaccine. Such public debates do not take place where vaccine stakeholders are in full control of vaccine safety information. (Like in the U.S., for example.) Following a public hearing (February 2014), at which scientific evidence was presented by independent scientists, the Japanese government, not only rescinded its recommendation that girls receive the HPV vaccine, but established guidelines and special clinics for evaluating and treating illnesses caused by the vaccine. Canada Supreme Court Orders New Trial for Non-vaccinating Parents Accused of Son’s Death – New Evidence Points to Cover-up of Medical Malpractice

The Supreme Court of Canada issued a stunning reversal this week in a case that could have far-reaching implications for parental rights. David and Collet Stephen were convicted last year of "failing to provide the necessaries of life" when their son Ezekiel died. On Tuesday, May 15, 2018, justices in the highest court in the land deliberated for only a few minutes before issuing their unanimous decision. The Court could have waited months to render a decision, but Chief Justice Richard Wagner said that the consensus was that it was "appropriate to release the decision as soon as possible." Thus they gave a rare verdict from the bench on the same day that arguments were heard. Justice Michael Moldaver read the decision, stating that they would: "allow the appeal, quash the convictions, and order a new trial." A great deal of new information has surfaced since the trial 2 years ago, and it is apparent that there has been a massive cover-up, involving doctors, hospital staff, government officials, and the media. Almost from the beginning, the pro-vaccine lobby has seemed intent on blaming Ezekiel's death on the lack of a vaccine. People involved on every level worked together to paint a false narrative of events.

As Merck’s Gardasil U.S. Sales Decline Profits Continue to Increase as Vaccine is Launched in China

The pharmaceutical marketing trade publication, Fierce Pharma, announced this month (May 2018) that Merck has beat Wall Street expectations for their Gardasil vaccine sales during the first quarter of 2018, achieving 24% growth with $660 million for the HPV vaccine. The report notes that sales in the U.S. are declining, attributing the decline in sales to the CDC decision to reduce their recommendation of the Gardasil vaccine to be only two doses, instead of three. Nothing is mentioned about declining public opinion regarding Gardasil, nor the numerous lawsuits against the company outside the U.S. The increase in sales for Gardasil is attributed to their entrance into the China market. The original vaccine won Chinese approval last year, while late last month the Chinese FDA granted Gardasil 9 a conditional approval only nine days into a review.

Whooping Cough Outbreaks Continue Nationwide Due to Failed Pertussis Vaccine

Once blamed on unvaccinated children, few today deny the fact that fully vaccinated children are spreading whooping cough as outbreaks continue across the U.S. One of the latest outbreaks has occurred in North Carolina, where Carteret County health officials have warned parents to be on the lookout for whooping cough. Kim Davis, the Nursing Director for the Carteret County Health Department, was interviewed by WITN and readily admitted that all the cases have been in fully vaccinated children, and that the vaccine does not offer protection: "Every case that we've had, that we've seen so far, has been vaccinated. So you can't take for granted that just because your child's been vaccinated for pertussis that they don't have the capability of contracting it." The pertussis vaccine is supposed to protect against whooping cough, and even though health officials now acknowledge that the vaccine is not effective, it is still required. Stacia Strong of WITN in North Carolina reports: "Health Department officials also tell us that it is required for children to get vaccinated for pertussis..."

Study: Increased Rates of Cervical Cancer in Sweden Linked to Increase in HPV Vaccinations

A new study published in the Indian Journal of Medical Ethics examined cervical cancer rates among women in Sweden and discovered a link between increased cervical cancer rates among women aged 20-49 during a two-year period between 2014 and 2015, corresponding to increased HPV vaccination rates in this population group, years earlier, when mass HPV vaccinations started in Sweden. Women above the age of 50, during this two-year period, saw no significant cervical cancer increase, as they probably would not have been vaccinated with the HPV vaccine. Since the study casts doubt on the efficacy of the HPV vaccine, and, in fact, links the vaccine to increased cancer rates, it is highly unlikely you will read about this in the U.S. corporate-sponsored media, where nothing negative about the blockbuster HPV Gardasil vaccine is allowed.

Study: Pneumococcal Vaccine for Middle-aged and Older Adults Increases Risk for Pneumonia and Death

Medical professionals from Spain have just published a study (April 2018) on the 13-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV13) that is routinely given to older adults to protect against pneumonia. The study was published in the journal BMC Infectious Diseases. The medical researchers in Spain conducted the study to determine if the vaccine was effective or not in preventing hospitalization from pneumonia. The study was a population-based cohort study that looked at over two million people over the age of 50 residing in Catalonia, Spain. They looked at both vaccinated and unvaccinated adults, noting those who were hospitalized for pneumonia and those who died from any cause. The results of their study concluded that not only did the PCV13 vaccine not reduce the risk of pneumonia, it actually increased the risk among those vaccinated: "In this study, the large differences in outcomes between PCV13 vaccinated and unvaccinated suggest that vaccinated persons were sicker." The study also found that the mortality rate was 60% higher in the vaccinated population (5,944 per 100,000) than in the unvaccinated population (2,354 per 100,000).

Global Joint Statement from 5 Nations Meeting in Japan Exposes Injuries and Discrimination Against HPV Vaccine Victims

The dangers of the Gardasil HPV vaccine are routinely censored in the U.S., where the official medical and government position on the vaccine is that it is "safe and effective." Merck Fighting Fraud Lawsuits in U.S. Courts on MMR and Gardasil Vaccines

Pharmaceutical giant, Merck, is facing charges of fraud in lawsuits filed in U.S. courts regarding their vaccine products. This is important information for the public to know, given the fact that the ever-growing vaccine market is expected to exceed $70 billion within the next few years, and that many states are trying to pass legislation to mandate vaccines without informed consent, all in the name of "the greater good" for public health. Federal government agencies tasked with protecting public health, along with the corporate "mainstream" media, which reportedly receives up to 70% of its advertising revenue from pharmaceutical companies, continue to censor any negative information regarding vaccines that could affect sales. And since one cannot sue a pharmaceutical company for damages or deaths due to vaccines in the United States, where they enjoy legal immunity, it is rare that a pharmaceutical company faces a day in court related to corruption or fraud for bad vaccine products. Therefore, one needs to turn to either the alternative media such as Health Impact News, or the foreign media outside the U.S., to learn about the dangers of vaccines, and the corruption behind many of them. Leaked Memo Reveals Military Anthrax Vaccine Responsible for Injuries – VA Claims “Fake News”

Benjamin Krause is a lawyer, investigative reporter, award-winning veterans advocate, and the founder and chief editor of DisabledVeterans.org. Krause recently published a leaked memo from the Department of the Army admitting that during a 6-year period, from 2001 through 2007, many soldiers were vaccinated with a bad batch of the anthrax vaccine. The purpose of the memo was to inform these veterans that they might be entitled to Veteran Affairs (VA) benefits due to the anthrax vaccine. The memo "leaked onto social media" and allegedly prompted the Massachusetts Department of Veterans’ Services to address the memo, calling it a “fake memo” and a “SCAM.” However, Krause reports that the memo was digitally signed and nearly impossible to fake: "A PDF of the memorandum, drafted by a person named Patrick McGrath II was digitally signed using a DOD certificate authority, and that its contents are 'not subject to repudiation because the certificate chain is intact,' according to attorney Francis White, III, a former US Air Force compliance inspector for information technology. I spoke with White, a colleague of mine in the same office, about his professional impression of the memo and his statement above. White says faking the signature using a DOD CA certificate chain is nearly impossible in this context, “the digital signature on that memo is valid” and the related documentation shows it “was signed by an individual named Patrick Steven McGrath II, and is not subject to repudiation…” White says that does not mean McGrath had the authority to circulate the memo to the public, but it does show the memo “cannot be summarily dismissed as fraudulent,” contrary to the suggestion of MDVS secretary Urena. Basically, since the memo is valid, it likely originated from the 2ndBattalion located in South Korea implicating soldiers stationed at Ft. Campbell and Fort Drum from 2001-2007.

Illinois Wants to Use Taxpayer Funds to Advertise Dangerous Flu Shot to School Children

Illinois legislators will take up a bill this week (April 17, 2018 at 3:00 PM) that uses taxpayer funds to advertise the dangerous flu shot to school children. Given the fact that Illinois laws already require school children to visit their doctors before attending school where their family physician can educate them on matters like vaccination, and that the CDC does NOT include the flu shot in their schedule of required vaccines, this proposed bill in Illinois can only be explained as an attempt to expand the market for the seasonal flu shot at the expense of Illinois school children, but to the benefit of Big Pharma. The annual flu shot is, by far, the most dangerous vaccine in the United States, accounting for more than 80% of all injuries and deaths compensated by the federal Vaccine Court.

New Jersey Vaccine Extremists Seek to Restrict Religious Exemptions to Vaccines

Currently, 47 out of 50 states in the U.S. allow parents to make decisions regarding administering vaccines to their children, by providing religious and philosophical exemptions. California joined West Virginia and Mississippi in 2015 by removing these exemptions, despite widespread opposition by the public, doctors, and scientists who are not among the vaccine extremists. While it is too early to tell how increased childhood vaccination rates in California will affect childhood health outcomes, West Virginia and Mississippi have some of the worst childhood health outcomes along with high vaccination rates. Now, vaccine extremists in New Jersey want to follow these states and restrict parental choice by passing legislation that restricts conscientious objections to vaccines.

Rhode Island Legislators Propose Bill to Remove Mandated Gardasil Vaccine as Rhode Island Leads Nation in Gardasil Vaccine Rates

The Gardasil HPV vaccine is currently not one of the vaccines on the CDC schedule for vaccines required for school-aged children. However, in the state of Rhode Island, the Rhode Island Department of Public Health has mandated that the Gardasil HPV vaccine must be given to 7th graders in both public and private schools. Lawmakers such as Sherry Roberts believe that the Department of Public Health has overstepped their bounds by mandating a vaccine that is designed to fight a virus not transmitted by air, but only by sexual contact, and that the decision on whether or not to receive the vaccine should be with parents. Roberts and others have introduced a bill to allow informed consent for the Gardasil HPV vaccine, rather than mandate it for everyone. One pediatrician from Rhode Island, who claims to represent all pediatricians in Rhode Island and opposes Roberts' bill to allow parental consent to the vaccine rather than mandating it by force, stated that he was "too busy" to allow "informed consent" to vaccines. He also lamented how he would be unable to vaccinate children if their parents did not approve, and clearly stated that his goal is to vaccinate as many children as possible. He states that among states nationwide, Rhode Island is the envy of the pro-vaccine pediatricians because they have the highest rates of Gardasil vaccination of any other state, due to the fact that the Rhode Island Department of Public Health mandates the vaccine for 7th graders.

Government Vaccine Court Concedes Death by Gardasil Vaccine Case After 8 Years

After a long 8-year legal battle with the government-run vaccine court, the U.S. Government has just conceded that the Gardasil vaccine killed 21 year old Christina Richelle Tarsell. The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, a special "Vaccine Court" set up in 1988 as part of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 which gave legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies for injuries and deaths due to vaccines, will compensate the family of Christina from funds collected from taxes on vaccines sold, and the company who produces Gardasil, Merck, will suffer no consequences as a result. The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program is largely unknown to the public according to a 2014 report published by the Government Accountability Office, so there is no way to know how many other young women have been killed by the Gardasil vaccine. Christina Tarsell is believed to be the first victim of the Gardasil vaccine that the U.S. Government has conceded was a death resulting from the HPV vaccine.

Rhode Island Urges Congress to Repeal Law Protecting Big Pharma from Vaccine Injuries and Deaths: Subpoena CDC Whistleblower

While many state governments across the U.S. are trying to pass legislation to increase vaccination rates and make vaccines mandatory, one state is seemingly going in the exact opposite direction. The Rhode Island General Assembly has just introduced a Senate resolution calling on the U.S. Congress to repeal The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986. The NCVIA gives legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies producing vaccines, so that any injuries or deaths caused by vaccines have to be litigated in a special government vaccine court funded by taxpayers. Pharmaceutical companies bear no responsibilities for producing faulty or dangerous vaccines in the United States thanks to the 1986 law. However, there is one result of vaccine injuries that is not allowed to be litigated even in the vaccine court: autism. The government position is that the "science is settled" regarding any link between vaccines and autism, and therefore, if your child develops autism after being injected with vaccines, you currently have no legal recourse. It has been well documented that since 1986, the rates of autism have skyrocketed. The ability for parents and families to defend themselves against injuries due to vaccines seems to be the motivation for the Rhode Island Senate Resolution.

CDC Scandal: Committee that Withdrew Recommendation for Nasal Flu Vaccine Now Recommends it to Experiment on American Public

In June of 2016 the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) admitted that the live attenuated nasal influenza vaccine known as “FluMist” was not effective, and was not recommended for the 2016-2017 flu season. It was also not recommended for the current flu season (2017-2018). The CDC's own data showed that the nasal vaccine was not effective. The CDC press release in 2016 stated, “This three percent estimate means no protective benefit could be measured.” Shortly after this announcement in 2016, a family in Utah went public with their story, explaining how their 8-year old daughter died from influenza, even though she had been vaccinated with FluMist. They had trusted the CDC and their flu recommendations, but now they have lost their daughter. Even though the CDC withdrew their recommendation for the failed nasal flu vaccine, FluMist retained its FDA approval and has been available to purchase the past two years. On February 21, 2018, the CDC's ACIP reversed its decision on FluMist, and voted 12-2 to add FluMist to the CDC’s list of recommended vaccines for the 2018-2019 influenza season. Stat News reports how members of the ACIP expressed concerns about deciding to reverse their decision and recommend it: "The motion to recommend FluMist passed by a surprising 12-to-2 vote, the outcome of which belies the unease that a number of members of the committee clearly felt about the decision they were making. They faced, in essence, a Catch-22: It has been impossible to generate the type of data that would normally be used to make a decision like this. The only way to see if the problem has been solved is to use the vaccine. But without an ACIP recommendation, the vaccine’s use in the U.S. would remain minimal." So the fact is that the effectiveness of FluMist is still not known, but the CDC has no qualms about testing it on the American public to find out.
