In August of 2015, a citizen of South Africa sent a question about HPV vaccines to CANSA, the Cancer Association of South Africa. She had no idea her questions would lead to a full-blown scientific debate.
As a result, the women of South Africa may soon be able to exercise their right to informed consent in regards to the HPV vaccine. Sometimes, one person asking the right questions can make a huge difference!
While seldom, if ever, reported in the mainstream media, every week cases of vaccine injuries and deaths are litigated in the U.S. vaccine court known as the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP).
This program was started as a result of a law passed in 1986 that gave pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity from being sued due to injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines. If you or a family member is injured or dies from vaccines, you must now sue the Federal Government in this special vaccine court. Many cases are litigated for years before a settlement is reached, and most of the public does not even know that this program exists.
Once every 3 months the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines meets, and the Department of Justice issues a report of cases settled for vaccine injuries and deaths. As far as I know, Health Impact News is the only media source that publishes these reports each quarter.
The report for December 3, 2015 which covered the period from 8/16/15 to 11/15/15 had 150 cases adjudicated. 83 of them were listed in the report, specifying the vaccine, the injury or death, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement. There were three deaths: two related to the flu vaccine, and one related to the Hepatitis B vaccine, which is a vaccine for a sexually transmitted disease routinely given to newborns in hospitals the same day they are born.
64 of the 83 cases settled were for injuries and deaths due to the flu vaccine, making the flu vaccine the most dangerous vaccine in the U.S., harming and killing more people than all the other vaccines put together.
Every person deserves to have access to accurate information about disease, human immunity and vaccines so they can make good decisions for themselves and their families. They have to decide whether they have more faith in the immune system that has been created and evolved over many thousands of years, or in medical products developed by humans in labs during the last two centuries.
Where do we place our trust? In the presence of fear and cultural norming towards dependency on vaccines by a profit-driven corporate culture and a decidedly pro-vaccine public health policy that employs coercion to attain conformity, those decisions can unfortunately become painfully confusing for many people.
More bad news for Gardasil and the HPV vaccine. As countries around the world begin to investigate or stop recommending the HPV vaccine due to the high amount of adverse side effects, which includes Primary Ovarian Failure (or “premature menopause” where young ladies will never be able to bear children) and severe disabilities, a new study just published in the journal Pediatrics again shows that doctors in the U.S. are increasingly hesitant to recommend the vaccine.
This hesitation regarding the HPV vaccine mirrors a similar study published in the journal Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention last month showing that nearly half of the doctors in U.S. are not routinely recommending the HPV vaccine.
News highlighting the dangers of vaccines and medical kidnapping stories dominated our readership in 2015. Half of the top 10 stories were stories about vaccine dangers, and 4 of the top stories were Medical Kidnapping stories of families who lost their children to the medical system and Child Protection Services (CPS).
Two of the vaccine stories, including the #1 most-read story in 2015, were stories about young women who reportedly had their lives destroyed by the Gardasil HPV vaccine.

Data suggests that 6% of the U.S. population is harboring a retrovirus in their bodies that can develop into an acquired immune deficiency. This is not the well-known AIDS caused by HIV, but Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) associated with other retroviruses. These non-HIV retroviruses were unintentionally introduced into humans over the past 75 years.
The information that I am sharing in this article came mostly from an interview I did with Judy A. She spoke the truth about the fraudulent use of government research money, the marketing of inaccurate retrovirus tests, Medicare fraud, the contaminated blood supply, and the harm that is associated with vaccines and their schedule of administration. Her research showed how retroviruses are linked to the plague of modern illnesses that are bankrupting the U.S. healthcare system.
The result of her unwavering determination to stick to the truth of her research and to stand up against those who want to keep the truth hidden, resulted in her being taken to criminal court and civil court. She was gagged for four years by fabricated criminal charges in Nevada, and could not speak openly about retrovirus science or the government cover-up without risking further persecution/prosecution.
My article will explain the history of retrovirus contamination and the government cover-up. It will provide an introduction to effective treatments for those who suffer with the illnesses mentioned in this article. It attempts to do what our government didn’t have the political courage to do.
Canada’s capital city is the latest community putting the screws to parents and their children over vaccine compliance. Like California, Ottawa is enforcing Ontario’s Immunizations of School Pupils Act (ISPA) which requires “pupils” to show proof of vaccination against tetanus, diphtheria, polio, mumps, measles, rubella, meningococcal disease, pertussis (whooping cough) and varicella (required by children born in 2010 or later.)
CBC news recently reported that Ottawa Public Health has already suspended 900 Catholic School students over immunization records. Even with their best efforts and the backing of over $55 million in 2015, Ottawa Public Health officials may have to face the fact that they are experiencing widespread vaccine civil disobedience.
For the 2014-2015 “flu season,” the reported effectiveness of the annual flu shot was only 14% in those over age 50.
It has been long recognized that elderly people do not respond well to vaccination as a whole and that their immune responses to annual influenza vaccinations are especially weak. The elderly are at higher risk for serious complications from infections like influenza and pneumonia because aging immune systems often do not mount a robust response to challenge from natural pathogens or vaccines.
The number of Americans over age 65 hospitalized for influenza in the 2014-2015 flu season was higher than had been previously reported since government health officials began to collect the data in 2005. Regardless of the highly questionable therapeutic value and potentially harmful side effects of the influenza vaccine, public health authorities insist that the annual flu shot is the best defense there is for seniors.
With little public discussion, the New York Board of Health unanimously passed the Vaccine Powers Rule in 2013. The rule required New York City children attending a day care center or aged 6 months to 59 months to be given a yearly flu vaccination. For a moment, it appeared that children would be excluded from class if they didn’t receive the flu vaccine for the first time in the State’s history. California’s Senate Bill 277, signed into law in 2015, took things further by requiring all students to be up-to-date with all vaccines to receive an education in the state.
On December 16th, 2015, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Manuel Mendez ruled on behalf of The Supreme Court of the State of New York to end the mandatory flu vaccine rule. Mendez said in his decision that the city’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene “lacked the statutory authority” to mandate the influenza vaccines because they are not required under state law.
Caroline was born in 2000 and is now 15 years old. My daughter was very sociable, full of energy and always together with her many friends – running, cycling and playing football. She always had a good appetite.
Even though I had written in the notice book and given information that if she did not want the vaccine, then she MUST NOT be given it – Caroline was held by one nurse whilst another nurse administered the vaccine!
A few days later, half of Caroline’s face became paralyzed, and she was admitted to the local hospital.
I am beginning to lose hope for Caroline’s future as she is gradually becoming more and more ill. Maybe HPV infections do take some people’s lives; maybe they don’t. All I know is I would rather have watched my daughter enjoy her teenage years instead of spending those years worrying about her future.

Our daughter Ellen was a happy healthy 12 year old girl who loved to swim competitively and take part in charity runs; she was enjoying secondary school taking part in the school band as well as representing her school at swimming and running events.
On 14 January 2010 Ellen had the first Human Papillomavirus vaccination, Cervarix, and the second one on the 25th of February.
Since those vaccinations our family lives have been turned upside down. Ellen is no longer a healthy confident independent young girl.
Every day I regret ever having allowed her to have the HPV vaccine and can’t help wondering how different all our lives could be if we had made a different decision.
SB 277 – the bill eliminating all nonmedical exemptions for the 10 vaccines currently required before a child can attend public or private school, preschool or daycare – was signed by California Governor Brown on June 30, 2015 and goes into effect on July 1, 2016.
However, what everyone in California who is planning on using a personal or religious belief exemption needs to know to take advantage of the grandfathering of these exemptions beyond July 1st and until the next grade span (preschool, kindergarten inclusive and including transitional kindergarten, or 7th grade), you MUST have an exemption on file at your school or day care by December 31, 2015! For those programs with a winter holiday, the deadline may be even sooner with offices closed.
In Ireland, the support and activist group Reactions and Effects of Gardasil Resulting in Extreme Trauma, or R.E.G.R.E.T. has brought worldwide attention to the country’s mounting HPV vaccine injury, political apathy and mainstream medical incompetence surrounding the issue.
Set up by dedicated parents of teenage girls who developed serious adverse reactions after taking the HPV vaccine Gardasil, R.E.G.R.E.T. is making the Irish media do their job and the medical community take notice. The increasing media attention is serving to give a black eye to the Irish medical community’s lack of proper informed consent — an unfortunate trend being seen both in the European Union and the United States that is damaging the integrity and trust of their respective medical systems.
The FDA has approved a new flu vaccine—Fluad. Should we say, “hooray,” or “oy veh”. I will let you decide.
Fluad is the first seasonal influenza vaccine containing an adjuvant called squalene. Adjuvants in vaccines, such as aluminum, are used to cause a greater immune system response as compared to vaccines used without an adjuvant. This increased immune system response is hypothesized to result in an enhanced efficacy of the vaccine–in other words, it should make the vaccine more effective.
Therefore, you would think that a flu vaccine with an adjuvant such as squalene would result in a more robust antibody response when it is compared to the regular flu vaccine that is adjuvant-free.
Well, in the case of Fluad, you would think wrong.
There is evidence indicating that getting flu shots year after year could actually lower your immune system’s effectiveness. Recently, Dr. Edward Belongia of Wisconsin’s Marshfield Clinic Research Foundation discussed findings that children who had been vaccinated annually over a number of years were more likely to contract the flu than kids who were only vaccinated in the season in which they were studied.
Belongia, an epidemiologist, stated in a recent interview: “The vaccine was significantly more effective … if they had not been vaccinated in the previous five years.”
For more than 20 years I have been warning that the day would come when vaccine extremists and profiteers would move to legally force Americans to buy and use all government mandated vaccines and punish those who refuse. Still, it was a shock to see it happen in California this year, even as I know that preparations are being made by vaccine extremists to attack the religious and conscientious belief vaccine exemptions in more states next year.
What would the people do? Would they bow down and cower before their oppressors, or would they stand up and defend their natural rights and civil liberties?
Why are we seeing this unprecedented gutting of informed consent rights and vaccine licensing standards in America?
In October 2015, researchers David Geier, Janet Kern, Brian Hooker, Lisa Sykes, and Mark Geier published a paper titled A Prospective Longitudinal Assessment of Medical Records for Diagnostic Substitution among Subjects Diagnosed with a Pervasive Developmental Disorder in the United States.
The aim of their study, supported by the Children’s Medical Safety Research Institute, was to investigate whether or not better diagnostic testing was responsible for the ever-increasing numbers of children being diagnosed with persuasive developmental disorder (PDD), autism, cerebral palsy (CP) and mental retardation (MR).
For many years, governments around the world have claimed that better diagnosis of autism is responsible for the rise in the condition. However, many professionals disagree and have stated that the increase directly corresponds to the rise in the number of vaccinations being added to the vaccine schedule.
To discover whether or not better diagnosis could be responsible for the increase, David Geier and his team investigated the theory by using StatsDirect software and examining medical records for subjects within the Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD).
This years 2015-2016 flu shots in the United States are showing 18 percent effectiveness in adults and 15 percent effectiveness in children according to local news reports popping up around the country. Local news outlets in Michigan, Georgia, California, and other states have decided to run the headline with this information yet, at the time of this writing, no national mainstream news appear to be touching these figures.
Although continually touted by mainstream outlets as “the single best way to prevent against the flu,” this is the second year in a row the flu shot’s effectiveness in the U.S. has been under 25 percent. Last January, USA Today ran the headline “Flu Shot Only 23 Percent Effective This Season.” These dismal effectiveness numbers in the U.S. would have been welcomed by “officials” at the Canadian Centre of Disease Control who reported during last years flu season that their flu shots offered zero protection.
With 18 and 15 percent effectiveness respectively this year, many are rightfully questioning if the risk outweighs the reward. An October NPR health poll of 3,008 adults revealed that 64% of adults polled were refusing to get the flu vaccine this year.
As we are nearing 2020, it’s a fair question to check in on how close the nation is to reaching the targets set by Healthy People 2020. Perhaps the more important question is how these goals may be creating a discriminatory class system separating the vaccinated versus the unvaccinated in the workplace.
Many consider the workplace mandate for annual influenza vaccinations the most disturbing piece of the Healthy People 2020 agenda. The objective calls for mandatory flu shots as a condition of employment among 90% of health care workers.
In 2012, monumental federal actions prompted some movement toward that goal. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services implemented a final rule requiring hospitals to report vaccination rates, tying these rates to Medicare reimbursement. Additionally, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ National Vaccine Advisory Committee approved recommendations urging health care facilities to consider mandatory flu vaccination policies as a condition of employment.
Despite federal actions, many high-profile groups representing health care workers continue to be divided on flu vaccine mandates. The National Nurses Union, the largest nurses union in the country, for example, publicly oppose mandatory vaccinations for health care workers, while the American Nurses Association regularly speaks out in support.
But the division does not stop the bullying and humiliation tactics used nationwide to discriminate against health care workers declining to get influenza vaccine, a vaccine that for the past three flu seasons federal health officials admit has had an effectiveness rate of at best 47% to 62%.5 In addition, influenza vaccine-related injuries and deaths are the number one most compensated vaccine injury claim for adults in the federal vaccine injury compensation program (VICP).
Is it time for everyone to get the annual influenza vaccine? Don’t flu vaccines save lives? I think not. Flu vaccines fail nearly all who get them. The Big Pharma Cartel wants all 350 million of us to get vaccinated yearly in order to prevent the flu. That might be reasonable if the flu vaccine is beneficial to most who receive it. It is not.
Uber is an innovative transportation company that has taken off in recent years offering the public an alternative to taxis. By creating an account and downloading their app, one can hail private Uber drivers by letting the system know your location.
But did you know that Uber is getting into the healthcare field as well? With their vast network knowing your identity and location, how else might they use that information?
Investigative reporter Jefferey Jaxen reports how Uber is now being used to deliver flu shots to people’s homes. Is Uber getting into the vaccine business as a precursor to capitalizing on mandatory vaccines being proposed around the nation?
In 2006, CDC officials directed doctors to give all pregnant women a flu shot and, in 2011, a Tdap shot during every pregnancy, no matter how little time has elapsed between pregnancies. Prior to FDA licensure, influenza, diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis vaccines were not tested in or proven safe and effective for pregnant women in large clinical trials when given during every pregnancy either singly or simultaneously.
Categorized by FDA as Pregnancy Category B and C biologicals because it is not known whether the vaccines are genotoxic and can cause fetal harm or can affect maternal fertility and reproduction, administering influenza and Tdap vaccines to pregnant women is an off-label use of these vaccines. It is a policy that assumes maternal vaccination is necessary, safe and effective without proving it.
Five Manhattan and Brooklyn mothers with children in preschool are suing the city over its policy of mandatory flu vaccinations.
The parents — ranging from a single mom in an East Harlem housing project to an investment banker in the Flatiron District — claim a 2013 rule passed by the city’s Health Department under Bloomberg is illegal because it was not voted on by state lawmakers.
“I am also disturbed that I cannot express my dissent to my elected representatives in the New York Legislature as I understand they never voted ‘yes’ or ‘no’ for this flu dictate and I don’t know who I can hold responsible for foisting this mandate onto me,” gripes one of the moms, Clemence Rasigni, who works for Merrill Lynch.
Joel Gomez received a Merck Gardasil vaccine on June 19, 2013 and again on August 19, 2013, and died in his sleep the following day on August 20, 2013. The death was caused in fact by receiving the Gardasil Vaccine.
Gardasil did cause or contributed to a myocardial infarction in the decedent, and that the second dose of Gardasil finally caused a fatal hypotension in this case on the day of vaccination. There was no other plausible cause for the death of Joel Gomez at the night of August 19, 2013.
Three decades ago, Congress created a federal vaccine injury compensation program (VICP) and gave the pharmaceutical and medical trade industries a partial product liability shield under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. The goal was simple: to restrict civil lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers and negligent doctors whenever government mandated vaccines injure and kill Americans.
In the 21st century, Congress went further and directed federal agencies to develop a public-private business partnership with the pharmaceutical industry. Today, multi-national corporations marketing vaccines enjoy a $15 billion dollar U.S. and $30 billion dollar global vaccine market that will reach $100 billion in 10 years.
At the same time, Congress appropriates billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to federal agencies working with Big Pharma to develop hundreds of new vaccines, while vaccine licensing standards have been lowered so companies can fast-track experimental vaccines to market. Meaningful congressional oversight on vaccine regulation and policymaking is non-existent today, in part because the pharmaceutical industry is the number one wealthiest and most powerful lobby on Capitol Hill.
Parents, who file a claim today on behalf of a brain damaged vaccine injured child in the federal vaccine injury compensation program (VICP) under the 1986 Act, know that the odds of obtaining financial assistance from the government are not much better than the odds of winning a lottery. Department of Health and Justice officials fight almost every award in the U.S. Court of Claims so two out of three vaccine injury claims are denied.
Warning of the dangers of formaldehyde in the workplace, the government’s own Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) says, “health hazards of formaldehyde are primarily due to its toxic effects after inhalation, after direct contact with the skin or eyes by formaldehyde in liquid or vapor form, and after ingestion” adding that “Ingestion of as little as 30 ml of a 37% solution of formaldehyde (formalin) can result in death” and “Diverse damage to other organ systems including the liver, kidney, spleen, pancreas, brain, and central nervous systems can occur from the acute response to ingestion of formaldehyde.”
Yet, they don’t even mention the effects of exposure by injection, as when formaldehyde is pumped into a newborn baby as part of the HepB vaccine, currently given right after birth, or along with a host of other vaccine ingredients injected over the next few months of the infant’s life.
It took exactly one month to the day for an activated Indiana population to turn back efforts by their state’s health department to coerce and pressure parents, outside of law, into having their children receive the potentially dangerous human papillomavirus vaccine (HPV). Independent health journalist Jefferey Jaxen was contacted by two separate families telling of letters they received by their state’s health departments regarding their child’s HPV vaccine status. An article chronicling the incidents was immediately published to raise awareness on October 5th, 2015.
Investigation revealed that the official health department letters received did not state whether or not the HPV vaccine was mandatory. This grey area created confusion and anger as many states are currently moving to pass mandatory vaccination laws with potentially severe penalties. What was more striking was the fact that the children, who were named in the official state letters, were found because of their inclusion into a vaccine tracking list. The problem was that the parents never knowingly consented to their child’s participation and inclusion onto this list. Investigations revealed that every state has a vaccine tracking list, or immunization information system, for children. With each step to coerce parents, omit vital information, and unethically push vaccines on children, states are losing major integrity.
I speak today on behalf of not only the UK Association for HPV Vaccine Injured Daughters who have had their lives turned upside down after HPV vaccine administration, but each of the 2019 people from 55 countries who signed because they are having similar experiences and support open scientific discussions.
Our association was organized at the beginning of this year when it became apparent that we needed to co-ordinate everyone’s individual efforts as a group. Our association represents families from Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland operating under the banner of HPV Vaccine Injured Daughters (AHVID).
Our association is in the process of compiling information to submit to the EMA for consideration during their safety assessment of HPV vaccines. Of the 88 family reports analysed to date: 68% reported their daughters experienced health problems serious enough to interfere with their education; 24% reported symptoms so severe their daughter could no longer participate in educational activities; 70% required help with daily care; and a full 91% reported being told their daughters’ medical conditions were psychological in origin.
Do we accept what the manufacturer and their list of experts are saying and assume HPV vaccines are safe and effective and there just happens to be an epidemic of psychosomatic disorders spreading round the world affecting certain young people who have one thing in common, they were injected with HPV vaccines?
Do we sweep all of these families under the proverbial ‘psychological disorder’ carpet and ignore their misery; or do we treat them with the dignity and respect they deserve by using every means at our disposal to identify those at risk of serious adverse reactions and develop successful treatment protocols for those already suffering?
Please, demonstrate to the world that Scotland is still a country that does not ignore the suffering of innocents. Show the world Scotland is not afraid to hold open, honest scientific discussions no matter how controversial the subject might be.
Megan Duncan, Alanda Watson and Denise Mercurius will report to work Friday morning, as they have done every day for years. Once there, they expect to be fired.
The three women — employees of Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey, an agency that helps the elderly and the disadvantaged throughout the state — are among a rising number of workers facing termination for refusing to get a flu shot or, as an alternative, wear a surgical mask in the workplace.
What differentiates Duncan, Watson and Mercurius from most of those fired, however, is that they’re not doctors or nurses, and they don’t work in a hospital. They spend their days in a corporate office in suburban Burlington Township, crunching numbers or dealing with billing issues.
When I originally wrote my Gardasil story as a cautionary tale for others, I thought the worst was over. I had battled for almost six years and was left with only periodic numbness/tingling in my hands to deal with at that point. I believed the worst was over and I could begin to get on with my life. That was in October of 2013.
In 2014, the roller coaster ride began again. My hands became worse; the tingling and numbness traveled to my legs. I would have moments of paralysis forcing me to rely on crutches to get around for a few days each month. My sleep patterns became irregular. I would stay awake for 4 days straight before collapsing from sheer exhaustion and physical weakness. The numbness and tingling I previously had in my hands progressed to tremors that never stopped, even when I was sleeping. Tremors so bad they stopped me from successful photography, hindering my ability to complete my home-based projects or even use everyday tools.
I spent all of 2014 seeking answers only to end up having a major life-threatening stroke in January of 2015. What if I did not survive my next stroke? My children would be motherless.
So, I set out on another research adventure and put the doctors aside. They were not finding anything and I was not healing.
It has been 15 months since a senior CDC scientist, Dr. William Thompson, became a whistleblower when he admitted that a 2004 CDC study was falsified in order to show that there was no link between the MMR vaccine and autism. In August of 2014 Dr. Thompson stated, “I regret that my coauthors and I omitted statistically significant information in our 2004 article published in the Journal of Pediatrics.”
Folks, we have a whistleblower at the CDC who has admitted, under oath that the CDC falsified data in order to deny a link between vaccinations and autism. It is nearly 15 months later and nothing has happened. Nada. Zip. Zero. There have been no Congressional hearings. The mainstream media has refused to talk about it.
One courageous Congressman has spoken in front of Congress twice about this issue. His name is Bill Posey. I have attached a link to his October 21, 2015 speech here. Dr. Posey is demanding his colleagues call hearings on this matter.
Folks, this will only happen if you contact your representative and tell them that we are demanding a Congressional hearing on the CDC whistleblower. It is vitally important for all of us to speak up. That certainly includes all African American parents. If the information from Dr. Thompson is proven to be true, this could rival the injustice of the Tuskegee disaster.
Those tiny miracles. God’s most precious gift to us. We hold them in wonder just moments after they are born. We love them in a way we never loved anyone, and they love us in a way that no one else ever will.
We will not be silent while our children are being harmed by those who have no liability or accountability for their actions.
We will not bow down before our oppressors and witness the biological integrity of another generation of children be destroyed in this bitter harvest that can only continue if we allow it to continue.
This is a Health Liberty Revolution and we are declaring our independence from the profit-driven, fear-based toxic paradigm embraced by government and fed by industries that are bankrupting America’s health care system and taking away our freedom to choose how we and our children heal and stay well.
The pharmaceutical industry and negligent doctors must be held fully accountable and liable for vaccine injuries and deaths in civil court. And every public health law in America must include informed consent protections in the form of flexible medical, religious and conscientious belief exemptions.
The mountain you must climb is high, but you will climb it and bring about a new age of enlightenment in this Health Liberty Revolution led by people for the people. And you will not give up, just like we have not given up, because we are doing this work to save our children and the country we love.

The cracks in support for the human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccine by the medical community and public are turning into bottomless fissures. Country after country is calling for investigations into fraudulent research, damage, and the lack of medical ethics. Meanwhile, in the United States, political and medical leadership are ignoring serious questions, concerns, and damage continually mounting around the HPV vaccine. Thankfully at this point, there appears to be a disconnect and wedge between the views of medicine, politics, and the public regarding this shot.
A study published in 2015 in Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention, a journal of the American Association for Cancer Research, looked at the quality of physician communication to their patients about the HPV vaccine. The survey has given a glimpse into an American health care system that is showing doubt and apathy towards following unethical orders to push a highly questionable HPV vaccine.
On October 23-25th, a gathering will be held to demand the end of unsound political decisions based on fraudulent science. Attendees of this rally will be taking their message directly to the Atlanta headquarters of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The hopes for this CDC rally demanding truth, transparency, and freedom will be to create awareness around the dangers of vaccines and to spotlight the “cesspool of corruption” within the agency as Robert F Kennedy Jr. recently described it.
Corruption thrives on secrecy, silence, and the inactive status-quo of good people. The CDC rally aims to continue shattering the veil of silence and force the conversation around runaway drug company monopolies that have declared humanity’s health secondary to their bottom line. The rally also demands answers from the CDC concerning the 2014 whistle blowing by their senior scientist Dr. William Thompson who publicly admitted research fraud while at the agency doing MMR vaccine studies.
The Department of Justice issues a report on vaccine injuries and deaths every quarter to the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines. There are 211 cases for vaccine injuries and deaths for the period 5/16/2015 through 8/15/2015.
86 of the settlements were listed in this report, giving the name of the vaccines, the injury, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement. Three of those settlements were for deaths linked to vaccines, with two deaths related to the flu shot, and one death for the HPV shot. 65 of the 86 settlements were for injuries and deaths due to the flu shot, and the majority of flu shot injuries were for Guillain-Barré Syndrome.

A Montreal social scientist and the federal agency that awarded her almost $300,000 to study the HPV vaccine are facing criticism after the professor condemned the vaccine and called for a moratorium on its use.
Concordia University’s Genevieve Rail also said there is no proof that the human papillomavirus directly causes cervical cancer.
October is deemed the start of the flu season. This year, the rhetoric and methods to push flu vaccines are beginning to take on an authoritarian flavor. Medical consent and medical choice appear to have taken a backseat to government mandates and strong arm tactics by local pharmacies, medical practitioners, and employers. Government oversight bodies and medical professionals are omitting the risks and informed consent when it comes to the flu shot. To understand this year’s flu vaccination push, here are some points to put things into focus.
What happens when a potential blockbuster vaccine (Gardasil, Cervarix, or Gardasil 9) is simply not accepted by the public on the same level as other recommended vaccines?
Do the manufacturers and international health authorities re-examine the product to assess whether or not public concerns are valid? Not often, and when they do it is pretty much a cursory ‘investigation’ where they are quite careful to NOT look in the direction needed to expose any potential problems.
What is wrong with this picture?
Could it have anything to do with the fact psychologists and psychiatrists have been studying how to manipulate public behavior for over 35 years? Could the results of these studies be used by HPV vaccine promoters to manipulate the public, medical professionals and/or politicians to increase the uptake of HPV vaccines?
Senator Paschal Mooney calls the Irish HPV vaccination program a national disgrace condemning the national health authorities for ignoring the basic right to informed consent and ignoring pleas for answers from families affected by adverse health after Gardasil injections. He is putting forth a resolution aimed at forcing the HSE (national health agency) to meet with affected families and answer their questions.
He also mentions how the packet insert for the Gardasil vaccine lists 21 side effects, and that this information is not being passed on to the parents and girls between 12 and 17 years of age before deciding whether or not to receive the vaccine.
In California in 2004, AB 2943 was introduced by the California Assembly and passed, going into effect in 2006.
Considered a precautionary measure, it prohibited injections to children under three and pregnant women with vaccines containing 0.5 micrograms of mercury per 0.5 milliliter of vaccine dose in multiple vaccine packages such as the MMR and DTaP three in one vaccines.
The California Immunization Coalition (CIC), a quasi-public agency, sent a letter to the Secretary of the California Health and Human Services requesting the exemption be exercised for this flu season because there is a shortage of flu vaccines, especially the nasal mist vaccine Fluzone, manufactured by Sanofi Pasteur.
Concerned California activists allegedly reached Sanofi by phone twice recently and were told there is no shortage of the Fluzone vaccine that complies completely with California’s AB 2943.
So why the rush to use flu vaccines with high levels of thimerosal?
When a woman becomes pregnant, naturally, she would want to protect her unborn child above all else. Therefore, when offered a series of vaccinations said to protect her newborn baby against disease in the first few weeks of life, she will probably accept the vaccinations without a moment’s hesitation.
However, would she accept those vaccinations so readily if she knew that her unborn child was going to be used as part of a vaccine experiment being conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the vaccine manufacturers?

The United States continues to carelessly move forward with the HPV vaccine Gardasil. Meanwhile, due to its endless damage, the shot is the center of criminal lawsuits in Spain, India, France, Japan and many other countries. In the UK, the HPV vaccination push has 8,228 official reports of side-effects, almost more than all other vaccine reports combined.
Dr. Dalbergue, a former pharmaceutical industry physician with Gardasil manufacturer Merck gave a 2014 interview stating that: “Gardasil is useless and costs a fortune” as well as predicting “Gardasil will become the greatest medical scandal of all times…”
Ignoring data and worldwide protest, Departments of Health within the U.S. are now sending letters to parents advising them to submit their children to HPV vaccinations. With no prior announcement, parental consent given, or notice, the states of New York and Indiana have tracked HPV vaccine non-compliers and are now hassling them with physical letters.
A new study recently published in Frontiers in Pediatrics provides evidence challenging one of the biggest myths about the autism epidemic among children, which is that “better diagnosis” is entirely responsible for the substantial increase in the diagnosis of cases of autism and pervasive developmental disorder (PDD) over the past three decades.
The study, “A prospective Longitudinal Assessment of Medical Records for Diagnostic Substitution among Subjects Diagnosed with a Pervasive Developmental Disorder in the United States,” independently analyzed Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD) data that has been extremely difficult to obtain from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services until recently.
As we head into this political season where it appears autism will be a topic of some discussion, hopefully this very important study will add context to the information we get from the media reporting on the autism epidemic.
According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) own statistics, the seasonal flu vaccine for the 2014-2015 season was only 19 percent effective. So why is there a worldwide push for flu vaccination? What are the risks inherent in a flu vaccination and are they worth it? These questions have been deleted, ignored, omitted, and crossed out by most in favor of what appears to be a dose of drug company profit mixed with political agenda.
U.S. government officials and agencies have proven that they cannot be relied upon to give the public accurate information regarding vaccine safety and efficacy. With the National Vaccine Compensation Program implemented in 1986 to grant pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity allowing them to put as many vaccines into the market place without the threat of lawsuits if they harm or kill people, the incestuous relationship between Big Pharma and government agencies overseeing vaccines has become a huge conflict of interest.
One of the most controversial vaccines world wide is the HPV cancer vaccine. Young girls are suffering tremendously, many of them experiencing premature menopause and with no hope of ever starting their own families. The official U.S. government response has been that there are no problems with this vaccine, and that it is totally safe.
Other countries are not obligated to continue promoting this propaganda, and there are many lawsuits currently in litigation in Europe. Japan is one government that has taken a more sane approach to the HPV vaccine, and is still investigating the harmful effects, while leaving it an optional vaccine that they do not officially endorse. In addition, they are exploring ways to help the victims who have suffered from the vaccine.
California Senate Bill 277 (SB277) is setting a dangerous precedent by removing medical consent from California school children in 2016. In addition, the bill appears to be in violation of the Nuremberg Codes for informed medical consent. However, pressure is already being felt as school administrators and directors have chosen to ignore current law and force vaccine schedules on school children.
The language of SB277 left enforcement and vaccine noncompliance up to the school’s governing authority for each district. Orange County’s Department of Education’s Legal Division interprets that a court order to vaccinate will be an option. Will all California school districts, by way of their legal counsels, be directed to file court orders against noncomplying parents of all school children in 2016?
It is essential that all California parents that believe in medical freedom file a personal belief vaccine exemption before the January 1st deadline. This is the only method known at this stage to grandfather a waiver into your child’s 2016 school year.

In a recent interview, obstetrician and gynecologist Dr. Wahome Ngare stated that:
“The World Health Organization and other UN organizations together with eugenic organizations like the IPPF have had a population control agenda aimed at the lower developed countries (LDC) for a long time.”
To back his powerful and damning statement, Dr. Ngare produced a document titled National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM 200) – April 1974, outlining the U.S. government’s plans to lower the population in the following countries: “India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nigeria, Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil, The Philippines, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, Ethiopia, and Colombia.”
Before Gardasil my daughter was an outgoing, super funny, confident, soccer athlete, practicing 3-4 hrs a day. She planned to play HS soccer and move on to college soccer. Autumn was a free spirit and so full of life. Her love for animals and passion to save the mistreated drove her to want to open her own animal shelter. She had dreams, goals and a plan. That is until she had the Gardasil vaccine.
Autumn fought hard to keep the life she had prior to Gardasil, but eventually was forced to quit soccer and withdraw from school.
She has been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Autumn suffers from extreme memory loss, anger, insomnia, and severely diminished cognitive processes. She has self-harmed, cutting and branding her wrist/hips to cope with the suffering she endures daily.
Did the benefits of Gardasil outweigh the risk for Autumn? Absolutely not!
The non-profit National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) is questioning the basis for the fast tracked licensure by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of a squalene-adjuvanted influenza vaccine for use in seniors over age 65. The Novartis MF59 adjuvanted Fluad vaccine was approved for accelerated licensure by the FDA Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) on Sept. 15, 2015 primarily using limited immunogenicity and safety evidence from a small clinical trial in which only about 1,000 healthy Americans over age 65 were given the adjuvanted vaccine.
Although MF59 is bioactive and designed to stimulate a strong immune response, FDA does not require that vaccine adjuvants be proven safe in a placebo controlled trial and they are not licensed separately. Fluad will be the first influenza vaccine licensed in the U.S. containing squalene, a controversial oil in water adjuvant that has been linked with development of autoimmunity, narcolepsy and other immune and neurological disorders.
A new study this week found no link between vaccines and autism. It instantly made headlines on TV news and popular media everywhere. Many billed it as the final word, “once again,” disproving the notion that vaccines could have anything to do with autism.
What you didn’t learn on the news was that the study was from a consulting firm that listsmajor vaccine makers among its clients: The Lewin Group.
That potential conflict of interest was not disclosed in the paper published in The New England Journal of Medicine; the study authors simply declare “The Lewin Group operates with editorial independence.”
When the popular press, bloggers and medical pundits uncritically promote a study like The Lewin Group’s, it must confound researchers like Lucija Tomljenovic, Catherine DeSoto, Robert Hitlan, Christopher Shaw, Helen Ratajczak, Boyd Haley, Carolyn Gallagher, Melody Goodman, M.I. Kawashti, O.R. Amin, N.G. Rowehy, T. Minami, Laura Hewitson, Brian Lopresti, Carol Stott, Scott Mason, Jaime Tomko, Bernard Rimland, Woody McGinnis, K. Shandley and D.W. Austin.
They are just a few of the many scientists whose peer-reviewed, published works have found possible links between vaccines and autism. But unlike The Lewin Group’s study, their research has not been endorsed and promoted by the government and, therefore, has not been widely reported in the media. In fact, news reports, blogs and “medical experts” routinely claim no such studies exist.
Our UK Association of HPV Vaccine Injured Daughters (AHVID) was established at the beginning of 2015. Families and their daughters from the north of Scotland to the south of England, Wales and Northern Ireland have joined together to give support to each other and raise awareness of the dangers of the HPV vaccines, Cervarix and Gardasil. The primary focus of this organisation is to assure our members that they are no longer on their own and by working together we can achieve so much more. In our opinion, these vaccines have caused many serious health issues which need immediate investigation.
Even though California’s recently passed vaccine mandate, sponsored by sell-out politician Senator Richard Pan, doesn’t go until effect until January 1, 2016, schools are already demanding that students be fully vaccinated or else be removed from the classroom permanently.
The most disturbing part? It’s happening in virtual online schools advertised as providing homeschooling where students complete all of their coursework at home. The only requirement is that they meet with their teacher in person four times a year through testing events, or voluntary school outings.
The ultimatum was made when a Sacramento father received a disturbing phone call from his daughter’s online school, California Virtual Academies, notifying him that, if his 7th grade daughter does not receive the Tdap (tetanus, pertussis and diphtheria) vaccine, she will be locked out of her online coursework indefinitely.
Scientists state that there have been no cases of wild polio reported in four out of the six regions of the world being targeted in the vaccine-program since the 1990s, and the only cases of polio that are being reported are those of VDPV caused by the OPV vaccination.
The oral polio vaccine was banned from use in the United States in 2000. The reason for this ban was because too many children were developing vaccine associated paralytic polio (VAPP) as a serious side effect of the oral vaccine.
When you hear about ‘outbreaks’ of polio in foreign countries, the first question you should ask is, ‘Are they using the oral polio vaccine?’ and the answer is usually, ‘yes.’ If children in the US were getting VAPP as a significant side effect of the oral vaccine, why wouldn’t this occur in other countries where children are receiving the oral polio vaccine, and health conditions may actually be worse for them there, than they are in the US?
It has been proven over and over again that vaccinations alone cannot eradicate polio. Isn’t it about time that governments stopped their lies and got their priorities right for the sake of innocent children?
Due to dwindling capacity for existing aborted fetal cell lines to self-replicate, scientists in China have developed a new aborted fetal cell line, WALVAX 2 that will be used for viral vaccine production. The existing cell lines, MRC-5 and WI-38 are currently used in MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis-A, Shingles, some rabies and some polio vaccines.
WALVAX 2 is taken from the lung tissue of a 3 month gestation female who was ultimately selected from among 9 aborted babies. The scientists noted how they followed specific guidelines to mimic WI-38 and MRC-5 in selecting the aborted babies, ranging from 2-4 months gestation. They further noted how they induced labor using a “water bag” abortion to shorten the delivery time and prevent the death of the fetus to ensure live intact organs which were immediately sent to the labs for cell preparation.
SB792 mandates SEVEN vaccines – TDap, MMR and Flu – for ALL daycare and preschool workers, including head start, early childhood centers, private school nurseries, and after school programs – WITHOUT personal belief exemptions as a condition of employment.
On September 4, 2015, bill author Senator Mendoza added a last minute amendment expanding this vaccine mandate to now include parents who volunteer at their children’s daycare facilities including State licensed home based daycare. Pre-schools and even parent co-ops if monies are exchanged will not be exempt from SB792. This new mandate would also apply to head start, early childhood centers and private school nurseries, and after school programs.
If you are a parent or grandparent who wants to volunteer your time, talents and skills to benefit your children and their classmates educational experience, you will have to roll up your sleeve or be denied access.
I am 16 years old. For me, everything started a few days after I received the HPV vaccine, Gardasil. I woke up one day choking and unable to breathe. With military precision, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced at an Aug. 27, 2015 press conference that national vaccination rates among young children in the U.S. continue to be very high but that more must be done to tag and track down children without every government recommended vaccine and publicly shame schools that fail to maintain a 95% plus vaccine coverage rate.
Government health officials partnering with industry have declared war on citizens exercising freedom of thought, speech and conscience, who question the safety and effectiveness of government vaccine policies and defend the human right to informed consent to medical risk taking.
