Dying 13 Year Old Diagnoses Her Own HPV Vaccine Injury that Stumped Doctors

One of the true tragedies in modern medicine is the refusal to consider vaccine injuries when diagnosing or treating disease. The U.S. government acknowledges that people die and are injured by vaccines, as is evidenced from the Department of Justice’s quarterly reports on settlements in vaccine court.

However, medical students are given no training in recognizing or treating vaccine injuries, and no studies are ever conducted to find out why some children suffer from vaccines while others do not.

In this story out of the U.K., a 13 year old girl accomplishes something her doctors could not do, and that was diagnose her own life-threatening disease by researching all of the possibilities, without excluding vaccine injuries, something that apparently handicapped her doctors. She discovered that she suffered from an autoimmune disease after receiving the HPV vaccine.

Virginia State Assembly Given False Information to Support Removal of Vaccine Exemptions

Stephen Weiss made a presentation on vaccines to the Virginia General Assembly’s Healthy Living Health Services Subcommittee meeting on Aug. 3, 2016 in Richmond, VA. He showed a series of slides that was meant to educate legislators to enact legislation in 2017 regarding vaccine policy, which could include eliminating the religious vaccine exemption and restrict the medical exemption to narrow federal (CDC) vaccine contraindications.

Was the information he presented accurate?

Mr. Weiss is employed in government administration as a Senior Health Policy Analyst. His educational background is in government, and he apparently has no education or experience in practicing medicine.

Dr. Suzanne Humphries is a medical doctor, board certified in Nephrology and trained in Internal Medicine, holding active unrestricted medical licenses in Maine and Virginia. She also has a degree in physics, and spent two years in a laboratory using techniques identical to those used for vaccine manufacture and testing.

Dr. Humphries left a thriving medical practice where she was well-respected by her peers to pursue medical research, particularly research on vaccines. She wrote a book documenting her research on vaccines: Dissolving Illusions: Disease, Vaccines, and The Forgotten History.

Dr. Humphries has sent a response to Stephen Weiss’ slide presentation given to the Virginia Assembly, highlighting the erroneous information regarding vaccines and public health that was presented to support removing the religious exemption to vaccines in Virginia.

China’s population consists of approximately 143 million females age 9-25. If human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine manufacturers can convince the Chinese government to vaccinate every woman in this age group with 3 doses of HPV vaccine via a Publicly Funded Program as proposed by two of their paid consultants, the revenue generated could amount to over $64 billion USD (using price of HPV vaccines sold in the USA at $150/dose).

This staggering amount of money would provide an enormous impact to their bottom line.

But the question is at what cost?

13 Year Old Boy Becomes Paralyzed from Neck Down After Gardasil HPV Vaccine

The film VAXXED continues to be shown in new cities across the U.S., with the film crew also traveling to these cities to sponsor Q&A sessions after the filming. Producer Del Bigtree states that the story of the CDC whistleblower and cover-up told in the film is “Bigger than Watergate.”

The film crew also often films parents of vaccine damaged or vaccine killed children who turn out to view the film and tell their own stories.

The story in the video here is about Colton Berrett, who received the Gardasil HPV vaccine at 13 years old, and soon afterwards became paralyzed from the neck down. After many months of recovery, he still needs a breathing apparatus and still suffers some paralysis.

His mother states in the interview that they are still seeing the same pediatrician, who reported the vaccine to VAERS, and no longer gives the vaccine to boys, and cautions girls as well.

Colton has regained his speech, and also speaks during the interview.

Nordic Cochrane Research Center Files Complaint About Scientific Misconduct, Secrecy in HPV Vaccine Probe

Nordic Cochrane Center, a Danish research and information center is challenging the European Medicines Agency’s (EMA) 2015 report on human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines and the EMA’s position that HPV vaccine benefits outweigh the risks. After numerous reports of HPV vaccine-related brain and immune system injuries and deaths, the Danish Health and Medicines Authority asked the EMA to conduct the probe into HPV vaccine safety, but prominent physicians in the country are not convinced about the EMA’s conclusions downplaying the vaccine’s risks.

On May 26, 2016, the Nordic Cochrane Center filed an official complaint charging the EMA with “maladministration” and citing flaws throughout the agency’s report.

The EMA replied that it has received the complain and will respond after carefully considering all the issues raised by the research group.

The Nordic Cochrane Center is an independent research and information center that is part of Cochrane, an international network of individuals and institutions committed to preparing, maintaining, and disseminating systematic reviews of the effects of health care.

Why It’s Critical to Maintain a Record of Your Child’s Vaccines and Reactions

In 1953, the Centers For Disease Control (CDC) recommended 16 doses of four vaccines for children. By 1983, those numbers had increased to 23 doses of seven vaccines. Medical Doctor Exposes Corruption in Medical Practice with New Book

Dr. Suzanne Humphries, author of the new book Rising From The Dead, appeared on the National Safe Child Show with Tammi Stefano to discuss her book. Noting that 400 medical doctors on average per year take their own life through suicide, Dr. Humphries explains why she lost faith in the current medical system, after starting out as a promising young medical student, whose goal in life was to cure people.

After two residencies, several years of medical practice in a hospital setting, along with teaching, she finally left the system to start her own practice where she could truly help to heal people without following the medical “gold standard” that mainly relied on drugs that never really cured people.

As a practicing nephrologist (kidney doctor), Dr. Humphries began noticing the damage that vaccines often caused to her patients’ kidneys. Upset that a new hospital policy was put in place to automatically vaccinate every patient with the flu shot upon admittance, she spoke out on the evidence she was seeing in these vaccines damaging the health of some of her patients. But doctors and administrators that otherwise valued her experience and knowledge refused to even consider that vaccines could have side effects that could harm their patients.

This led Dr. Humphries on a journey to find out what else in the medical system was not based on sound science, and her years of research are chronicled in her new book.

Aluminum Adjuvants plus Gardasil Vaccine: Uniquely Damaging Neuroinflammatory Cocktail

Health authorities and the media relentlessly repeat the mantra that vaccines are unequivocally safe, and many uninformed consumers cling to this mantra like a lifeboat. More often than not, however, consumers know little or nothing about the vaccine safety testing process and assume that vaccine manufacturers and regulatory institutions have exercised due diligence in ensuring that vaccines are as safe as possible.

In an ordinary clinical trial, investigators compare a group that receives a drug with another group that receives a harmless placebo. Not so with vaccine clinical trials, many of which use placebos that contain an aluminum adjuvant. What are the implications of using aluminum-based placebos that are not innocuous or inert but instead are “intrinsically capable of stimulating pathological immune and neuro-inflammatory responses”? This is one of the critically important questions that Dr. Yehuda Shoenfeld and colleagues at Tel Aviv University and University of British Columbia researchers Lucija Tomljenovic and Christopher Shaw address in a July 2016 study in Immunologic Research about aluminum adjuvants and the quadrivalent Gardasil vaccine that ostensibly protects against four types of human papillomavirus (HPV).

Dr. Shoenfeld and colleagues begin and end with the assertion that aluminum-containing placebos represent both a scientifically and ethically inappropriate choice for vaccine clinical trials, given aluminum’s well-documented neuro- and immunotoxic properties.

Vaccine Exemptions and Civil Liberties at Risk in Virginia

Virginia’s historic Act for Religious Freedom authored by Thomas Jefferson in 1786 and reaffirmed by the General Assembly in 2007, states that, “Almighty God hath created the mind free” and that “all attempts to influence it” by punishments are an “infringement of natural right.” The law affirms that no person has the right to assume “dominion over the faith of others, setting up their own opinions and modes of thinking as the only true and infallible” and “impose them on others.” Pointing to differences of opinion among scientists and philosophers, the law states, “Our civil rights have no dependence on our religious opinions any more than our opinions in physics or geometry.”

Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court have declared federally licensed and government mandated vaccines to be “unavoidably unsafe” and shielded drug companies and doctors from vaccine injury lawsuits. Under the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, 3.5 billion dollars in federal compensation has been paid for vaccine injuries and deaths caused by government mandated vaccines.

Who has the moral authority to deny anyone the right to pray to God for guidance and obey our conscience when making a decision about a pharmaceutical product that can brain injure or end our life or our child’s life?

Virginia has one of the lowest vaccine exemption rates in the nation, with 1.1 percent of children attending kindergarten exempted for medical or religious reasons. Where is the compelling state interest to discriminate against these families? Please reaffirm freedom of religion and conscience and the right of physicians to exercise professional judgment and conscience in the Commonwealth of Virginia by recommending that no change be made to current vaccine laws.

2 Month Old Baby Dies 12 Hours After Receiving 8 Vaccines - Pediatrician Denies Link

As the film VAXXED continues to be shown in new cities across the U.S., parents of vaccine damaged or vaccine killed children are turning out to see the film, and the VAXXED film crew often interviews them to record their stories.

In the interview above, obviously in the lobby of a theater, one young couple speaks about how their healthy 3 month old baby died 12 hours after receiving 8 vaccines in one visit to their pediatrician.

When the infant was pronounced dead at the hospital, and the parents mentioned during the investigation how the baby had received 8 vaccines that day, no one at the hospital allegedly investigated further to look for a vaccine connection. They talked to their pediatrician the next day, and she refused to link the death to vaccines, instead calling it SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome).

The medical professionals would not even report the death to VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System), the government database to report vaccine injuries and deaths. It was the coroner who reported it to VAERS: “We got a lot more help from him (the coroner) than we got from our own pediatrician.”

New Gardasil Vaccine Guidelines From American Cancer Society Censors All Risks to Vaccine

The American Cancer Society issued a press release recently stating that they were agreeing with the U.S. Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) recommendation to now start vaccinating boys as well as girls with the Gardasil vaccine, and that Gardasil vaccines can begin as young as age 9.

Noticeably absent from the press release was any warnings on Gardasil risks and side effects, or any mention of how other countries around the world are now investigating the vaccine due to the amount of injuries being reported. Japan and other nations have actually withdrawn their recommendation of the HPV vaccine.

Because the manufacturers of vaccines are not immune from liabilities due the harm their vaccines cause in these countries, in contrast to the United States where one cannot sue a vaccine manufacturer, many are taking legal actions against HPV manufacturers. You will read none of this in U.S. mainstream media.

"Vaccine Robbed My Daughter's Life" - 12 Year Old Girl Suffers Heart Disease After Gardasil Vaccine

It is rare when a mainstream media source covers the story of a vaccine injury or death. When it does happen, it is usually a local news station reporting about someone in their community.

WJBF out of South Carolina recently reported about a 12 year old girl who is suffering from POTS (Postural Tachycardia Syndrome) after receiving the Gardasil vaccine. POTS is a condition in which an excessively reduced volume of blood returns to the heart after an individual stands up from a lying down position. The primary symptom is lightheadedness or fainting.

This once active young girl can now barely walk. Her mother says the vaccine robbed her daughter of her life.

Father Convicted in Non-Vaccinated Child Death Released From Jail on Bail

Being in jail was an interesting experience to say the least. Even though I had no access to sunlight, the fresh food I am accustomed to, direct human contact and recreational activities… the food was actually better than expected, the officers (guards) were quite nice and the reading material was good. Unfortunately, the individuals that suffered most by my being in jail was first and foremost, my children and then subsequently, Collet.

Having been left to my own thoughts over the past 3 weeks, I had the opportunity to analyze all that has taken place over the past 4.5 years. Having removed myself from the trauma and pain and the need to defend my family against the mass hypocrisy of this all, I have begun to connect the dots as to what took place. I as well had the ability to reinitiate the mourning process of my son Ezekiel once again. A process that I haven’t been able to engage in for over 3 years now. Having an overabundance of time to read and write, I was able to write much of my feelings and respond to the glaring fallacies that have been disseminated over the past 4 months. Writings which I will share over the next week or so.

Gardasil Vaccine Protests in Colombia: Parents Lock Schools and Make Progress on Negotiations

Last week, the parents of hundreds of girls experiencing new medical conditions after Gardasil administration blocked classes in educational institutions by padlocking the entrances to local schools. These families claim hundreds of affected girls have been left without treatment for two years while the government refuses to acknowledge the HPV vaccine could be causing serious side effects. They were asking to be heard by national, departmental and municipal health authorities.

After a four day stand-off, government authorities decided to convene a working group to try and address the problem. The Governor of Bolivar, Mr. Dumek Turbay, organized a face-to-face meeting with representatives from the affected families, President of the Association Reconstruyendo Esperanza (Rebuilding Hope), Monica Leon Del Rio acting as the families’ spokesperson and the Colombian Minister of Health, Alejandro Gaviria, in the city of Cartagena de Indias (Colombia). Governor Dumek Turbay promised parents and students they could attend a meeting with the Minister to review the implementation of commitments previously made by the Government with the young people affected, including comprehensive and specialized medical treatment.

The world will be watching to see if the Colombian government lives up to their promises to the hundreds of families Attorney Monica Leon Del Rio is representing in their battle to obtain adequate medical treatment.

Thomas More Law Center Files Federal Lawsuit Against Michigan for Denying Parental Rights to Vaccine Exemptions

The Thomas More Law Center (“TMLC”), a national nonprofit public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, MI, has filed a federal lawsuit against State and County officials and employees seeking to stop a State-sponsored religious inquisition of parents who have religious objections to State vaccination requirements.

TMLC brought the law suit on behalf of Tara Nikolao, a devout Catholic, registered nurse, and mother of four. Mrs. Nikolao objects to vaccines manufactured from aborted fetal cells and other vaccines on religious grounds. Her lawsuit claims that government employees violate the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment, the religious protections in Michigan’s Constitution, and a Michigan statute when they subject parents to detailed interrogation about their religious beliefs.

When Mrs. Nikolao explained that she had a religious objection to vaccines, the health department employees demanded that Mrs. Nikolao explain her actual reason for objecting. Despite Mrs. Nikolao’s repeated insistence in the face of berating questions from State employees that her personal religious beliefs did not allow her to vaccinate her children—a belief that the Michigan legislature enacted a statute to protect,—the health department employees would not accept her religious objection and insisted that no religions object to vaccines.

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (“MDHHS”) instructs local health department employees to implement this religious examination and inculcation by providing county employees with a document to “teach” parents their faith. The document entitled “Religion” is used as a tool by county health departments to coerce and trick parents with religious objections to vaccines into vaccinating their children.

Lawsuits Against HPV Vaccines Mounting In Japan

Unlike the U.S. where people who suffer from vaccine injuries and deaths cannot sue the drug manufacturers who enjoy legal immunity from the harm caused by their products, women in Japan have started taking legal action against the pharmaceutical companies that produce the HPV vaccine, which includes Merck’s Gardasil and Cervarix manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline. The Japanese government has withdrawn their support of the vaccine, and hence they are named in the lawsuits as well.

You are not likely to read this news in the U.S. mainstream media anywhere, because all negative news regarding vaccines is heavily censored.

Vaccines Injuries and Deaths Increase in Government Vaccine Court - June 2016 Report

Every day, people in the United States are being injured and killed by vaccines, and those numbers are increasing. This is a fact that is not in dispute, as the Department of Justice’s quarterly report on vaccine injuries and deaths clearly demonstrates.

And yet, the government’s official public statement about vaccines is that they are safe and effective, and should be mandated for all people. Any opinion or presentation of facts to contradict their position is vigorously suppressed and censored in the mainstream media all in the name of “public health” for the “greater good.”

The American public is largely unaware that there is a vaccine court known as the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). This program was started as a result of a law passed in 1986 that gave pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity from being sued due to injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines. If you or a family member is injured or dies from vaccines, you must now sue the federal government in this special vaccine court. Many cases are litigated for years before a settlement is reached.

Once every 3 months the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines meets, and the Department of Justice issues a report of cases settled for vaccine injuries and deaths. As far as I know, Health Impact News is the only media source that publishes these reports each quarter.

The most recent report was issued on June 3, 2016 which covered the period from 2/16/16 to 5/15/16 had 206 cases adjudicated. 116 of them were listed in the report, specifying the vaccine, the injury or death, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement.

85 of the 116 cases settled were for injuries and deaths due to the flu vaccine, making the flu vaccine the most dangerous vaccine in the U.S., harming and killing more people than all the other vaccines put together.

Angry Parents in Colombia Shut Down Schools, Lock Gates in Protest Over HPV Vaccine Injuries

Today when hundreds of children of Carmen de Bolivar were to resume classes after day holiday midyear, they found their schools closed by several groups of parents of girls who are being affected after being vaccinated by the vaccine against human papilloma virus (HPV) in this Bolivarense municipality.

With banners and padlocks, parents blocked the educational institutions to demand that the government respond on more than 1,000 cases of HPV vaccine injuries.

Gates Foundation Funding Global Vaccine Program - More Powerful Than Government

Bill Gates is reported to be one of the richest individuals on Earth, with a current net worth of $87.4 billion. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), founded in 2000, is the largest private foundation in the world.

A recent report released by a U.K. based organization, Global Justice Now, closely examines the BMGF operations and reveals that the foundation’s influence on global health initiatives is greater than any other donor country including Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Ireland and Italy. However, unlike democratic governments who are accountable to their electorates, the BMGF is a private foundation that essentially remains unaccountable to populations impacted by the foundation’s social reform and public health initiatives, with the exception of tax reporting requirements.

In 2015, the BMGF contributed 11% of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) entire budget, with much of that being funneled through the Global Alliance for Vaccine and Immunization (GAVI) program. GAVI is an international organization committed to “improve access to new and underused vaccines to children in low-income countries.”

Since 2000, the foundation has contributed $2.5 billion to GAVI. Interestingly, according to the Global Justice Now report, “members of the GAVI board always include companies in the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, which involves GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, Novartis, and Pfizer, among others.”

CDC Admits Failure of Flu Vaccine - Vaccinated People Die of Influenza

Quarterly reports issued by the Department of Justice for settlements made for vaccine injuries and deaths in the federal vaccine court clearly show that the flu shot is the most deadly vaccine in the U.S.

The rationale for tolerating injuries and deaths due to the flu vaccine is that of “the greater good” and the belief that the vaccine saves more lives than it destroys. This is a theory, sadly, that has never been proven.

Last month (June 2016) the CDC admitted that the live attenuated influenza vaccine known as “FluMist” is not effective, and was not recommended for the 2016-2017 flu season.

Shortly after this announcement, a family in Utah went public with their story, explaining how their 8-year old daughter died from influenza, even though she had been vaccinated with FluMist. They had trusted the CDC and their flu recommendations, but now they have lost their daughter.

As Dr. Brownstein writes, while admitting the failure of FluMist is a good first step, it is not nearly enough. Every single flu vaccine needs to be honestly examined and removed from the market if they are not effective.

Did Merck Deceive FDA About Gardasil Vaccine Research Omitting Data Concerning Ovarian Failure?

Did Merck intentionally deceive the FDA, doctors, and parents with its Gardasil vaccine research? In other words, did Merck design rat studies and human clinical studies that would fail to identify vaccine harm, and give a false sense of security to those who would approve or use the vaccine?

Based on the evidence I have uncovered, I believe it is possible to conclude that its future marketing plans and the protection of Merck’s profitability for its shareholders were higher priorities than the safety of the HPV vaccine called Gardasil.

Pennsylvania Health Department trying to Mandate HPV Vaccine for all 7th Grade Boys and Girls

In what appears to be an unprecedented move, the Allegheny County Health Department (Pittsburgh) is considering a MANDATE that would REQUIRE all 7th grade boys and girls to receive the HPV VACCINE before being admitted to school. Given that the HPV (Human papillomavirus) is sexually transmitted, not contagious in a school setting, and already available to anyone who wants it, this proposed mandate is totally unnecessary for the health of school children.

At a recent public meeting organized by the Health Department, numerous medical professionals spoke in favor of the HPV vaccine mandate. It has since been discovered that several of the speakers have conflicts of interest related to vaccine manufacturers that they failed to disclose.

The Allegheny County Health Department has asked for comments by July 7, and based on the public response, a report will be made to the Allegheny Board of Health on July 13. The Board will make a recommendation on whether or not to proceed with the mandating the HPV vaccine through the regulatory process for the 2017-2018 school year.

Actor Rob Schneider Speaks Out on Mandatory Vaccination Laws

Actor Rob Schneider’s Statements on California’s SB277 mandatory vaccination law:

“The most basic of all human rights is the ability to have control over your own body and be able to exercise informed consent when making medical decisions that can harm you or your child.

There is a concerted effort by the pharmaceutical industry, medical trade groups and their lobbyists and our paid elected representatives in state and federal government to persuade legislators to abolish rights that individuals and parents have in making informed choices about what is best for their health and their children’s health.”

New California Vaccine Law Being Challenged in Court

California’s controversial new vaccination law, SB277 which is scheduled to go into effect this month (July 2016), has been challenged in court. SB277 became the first law in the United States to remove the philosophical and religious exemption for childhood vaccines, thereby completely removing parental choice in any decisions about vaccinating their children as a requirement for attending school. Only two other states do not have philosophical or religious exemptions (and apparently never did), Mississippi and West Virginia.

Declaration of Independence: Freedom to Refuse Vaccines

Every summer, Americans celebrate the 4th of July to mark the day in 1776 when the American colonies agreed they would no longer be ruled by an aristocracy. The Declaration of Independence begins with, “We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights.” That Declaration was a rejection of oppression by a ruling aristocracy and the pledge that this country would uphold the unalienable natural right to life and liberty that belongs to every person.

240 years later, we find ourselves again fighting for freedom from oppression because we have allowed the rise of a new ruling aristocracy, an elitist class of privileged citizens who want the legal right to judge, shame, segregate, discriminate against and punish fellow citizens who do not share their beliefs. Nowhere is this truth more self evident than in the oppressive implementation of one-size-fits-all mandatory vaccination laws that fail to respect biodiversity or human rights and crush citizen opposition, in violation of the informed consent ethic and freedom of thought, speech, conscience and religious belief.

When a ruling aristocracy uses the heel of the boot of the State to create fear and oppress average citizens for their beliefs, there is no other word for it but tyranny. The appropriation of unaccountable authority by medical trade and the militarization of public health in the 21st century should be of concern to every person who values life and liberty.

Father Convicted in Non-Vaccinated Child Death in Solitary Confinement Due to Threats in Prison

David and Collet Stephan of Alberta, Canada, were sentenced after the widely-publicized death of their son Ezekiel and subsequent court trial. Some supporters of the family openly wept when David was sentenced to 4 months in prison, but many of those same reporters were relieved that Collet will not be imprisoned, but will be under 3 months of house arrest. The sentiment is that, “At least she will get to be with her children.”

After a back and forth bout with the croup and flu-like symptoms in 2012, court testimony showed that the 18 month old little boy seemed to bounce back before suddenly taking a turn for the worse. As Health Impact News has previously reported, there was a great deal of expert testimony and evidence presented that demonstrated that the child would most likely be alive today were it not for serious failures on the part of the medical system.

Because of the negative press, theirs is a high profile case. David is in solitary confinement and told his wife that he didn’t see the sun for 5 days.

The rumors and twisting of the facts in the media have endangered David’s life, Collet told Health Impact News. Her husband is in solitary confinement out of fear for his safety after the media has painted him as a monster instead of the kind, loving father that he is.

Gardasil: Sharing the Carnage with Boys

In 2014, at the age of 18 and a half, Zach was a first semester full-time college student and worked a laborious job roughly 30 hours a week. His life was on track, he was social, active and happy. Zach swam like a fish in the water with a body built for track who walked miles almost every day.

In early October that same year, Zach sustained an ankle injury which placed him out of work while he recovered. During this October 3rd appointment for his ankle, he was talked into a flu vaccination. October 13th, Zach returned for a follow up and was talked into accepting the Gardasil and meningococcal vaccines. It was shortly after this that the first phase of his health decline began.

Gardasil Vaccine Hoax: Vaccine Side Effect Risks Higher than Cervical Cancer Risks

By the age of 50, the CDC reports, more than 80% of American women will have been infected with human papillomavirus (HPV) during their lifetimes. And yet, amazingly, over 99,000 out of every 100,000 women will never be diagnosed with cervical cancer. (It is useful to point out that deaths from cervical cancer are an even more miniscule 1.5 cases per 100,000 female population per year.) Those statistics say that the vast majority of girls who don’t go along with the crowd and refuse the vaccine recommendations will never get cervical cancer.

The question that should come to everybody’s mind: “Why vaccinate millions of young girls (and boys) when the entirely theoretical chance of any of them ever getting cervical cancer approaches zero?

Not only that, but skeptical parents will save a ton of money (an outrageous $140 per shot, plus office call charge) as well avoiding the distinct possibility of seeing their children become chronically ill with one or more autoimmune disorders that are becoming increasingly common among fully vaccinated children.

Vaccine-derived Polio Spreading in "Polio-free" India

On June 17, 2016, the International Business Times (IBT) reported that a strain of the vaccine-derived polio virus has been discovered in Hyderabad, India, and experts have warned that the likelihood of more cases being discovered over the next year is extremely likely.

India recently reached their “polio-free” status, so the only known cases of polio currently are the ones caused by the vaccine.

In 2015, we reported that the oral polio vaccination had been banned in the U.S. since 2000, because too many children who had received the vaccine had subsequently developed vaccine-associated paralytic polio (VAPP), which is a serious side effect of the vaccine.

The World Health Organization (WHO) had known about this for many years, but instead of banning this vaccination as one would have expected them to, they vowed to keep using the vaccine until the wild polio virus has been eradicated.

It appears that the WHO does not care in the slightest that thousands of children are being paralyzed throughout India and the developing world.

Vaccines Don’t Cause Autism, Pediatricians Do

If a doctor sticks six vaccines into a child while the child is taking antibiotics for an ear infection and Tylenol for a cold, he’s not a doctor, he’s a criminal, and should be hauled into jail on the spot for assault and battery. Date for Execution of Man on Death Row for Shaken Baby Syndrome is Halted as Conviction is Blamed on "Junk Science"

Last week, we reported that Chief Justice Ralph Gants from the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts had ordered a re-trial in the case of Oswelt Millien, a young father, who in 2015 was jailed for 4-5 years for causing permanent injuries to his six-month old daughter, Jahanna.

This week yet another case, this time in Texas, has hit the news.

On 17th June, 2016, Reuters reported that: “The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals on Thursday halted the planned June 21 execution of Robert Roberson and sent his case back to trial court. It based its decision on a recent state law that permits legal challenges citing new scientific evidence potentially pointing to wrongful convictions.”

In 2002, Robert Roberson was convicted for the murder of his two-year old daughter, Nikki Curtis. Although experts at the time had testified that the toddler had died of Shaken baby syndrome–a syndrome defined by brain swelling, bleeding behind the eyes and bleeding on the brain’s surface–Roberson had always denied that he had hurt his daughter and maintained that Nikki’s injuries may have been caused by a fall from her bed or a fever of 104.5 degrees Fahrenheit. (40.3 degrees Centigrade)

Reuters continued, by explaining that Shaken baby syndrome can be caused by short falls, other undiagnosed medical conditions, such as blood clotting disorders and latent trauma from a difficult birth. They stated that lawyers had pointed out that it is impossible to shake a child to death without causing serious neck injuries which they said that the child did not have. They concluded that: “Robert Roberson was wrongly convicted of murdering his … daughter based on ‘junk science’ and highly inflammatory sexual-abuse allegations that were false.”

This is a landmark case and may lead to other innocent prisoners that are awaiting execution to be awarded a reprieve.

Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) Used as a Stabilizer in Vaccines

When you think of monosodium glutamate (MSG), what is the first thing that comes to mind? More than likely it is Chinese cuisine, however, this same ingredient is also found in several other food products we use everyday. Almost all processed foods on the grocery store shelves ranging from soups to crackers to meats contain MSG to enhance their flavor.

MSG is also an ingredient in vaccines.

To be able to make fully informed decisions regarding vaccination for you or your child, it is essential to evaluate what is and is not known about vaccine ingredients and their short and long term effects on the human body.

Study: Combining Childhood Vaccines at One Visit Is Not Safe

Although health authorities including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) claim that childhood vaccines are safe and recommend combining multiple vaccines during one visit, a review of data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) shows a dose-dependent association between the number of vaccines administered simultaneously and the likelihood of hospitalization or death for an adverse reaction. Additionally, younger age at the time of the adverse reaction is associated with a higher risk of hospitalization or death.

Our study showed that infants who receive several vaccines concurrently, as recommended by CDC, are significantly more likely to be hospitalized or die when compared with infants who receive fewer vaccines simultaneously. It also showed that reported adverse effects were more likely to lead to hospitalization or death in younger infants.

These findings are so troubling that we expected major media outlets in America to sound an alarm, calling for an immediate reevaluation of current preventive health care practices. But 4 years after publication of our study, this has not happened. Could it be because, according to Robert Kennedy, Jr., about 70% of advertising revenue on network news comes from drug companies? In fact, the president of a network news division admitted that he would fire a host who brought on a guest that led to loss of a pharmaceutical account. That may be why the mainstream media won’t give equal time to stories about problems with vaccine safety.

The safety of CDC’s childhood vaccination schedule was never affirmed in clinical studies. Vaccines are administered to millions of infants every year, yet health authorities have no scientific data from synergistic toxicity studies on all combinations of vaccines that infants are likely to receive. National vaccination campaigns must be supported by scientific evidence. No child should be subjected to a health policy that is not based on sound scientific principles and, in fact, has been shown to be potentially dangerous.

Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts Opens the Legal Door to Retry All Shaken Baby Syndrome Convictions

As the medical profession continues to debate the merits of “Shaken baby syndrome” (SBS), the American judicial system is increasingly determining that the evidence against SBS is strong enough to prevent convictions in a court of law, where the standard is “reasonable doubt.”

As Christina England reports, Chief Justice Ralph Gants from the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts just ruled this month that another SBS case in Massachusetts must be re-tried, because evidence contrary to the supposed “science” behind SBS was not presented at the trial. Judge Gants even went beyond just issuing a ruling to provide legal advice to attorneys seeking to represent their clients against SBS claims.

So now the question remains: if these parents have had their children removed illegally, and many of these parents have wrongly been convicted and incarcerated, should doctors who are responsible for these injustices be tried in a court of law for their crimes?

An important case was heard last year in the Ninth Circuit Court, which ruled that Dr. Claudia Wang, the medical director of UCLA’s Suspected Child Abuse and Negligence (SCAN) team, does not have immunity from civil lawsuits, may have set an important legal precedent.

Tribute to the Late Dr. Bradstreet: Beloved Scientific Pioneer in Healing Autism

Many Doctors Vaccinate Out of Fear

I feel sorry for many doctors. I really do. It must be a terrible thing to live and work in fear.

Vaccine Court Stats on Injuries and Deaths Betray Government's Position on Vaccine Safety

Every day, people in the United States are being injured and killed by vaccines. This is a fact that is not in dispute, as the Department of Justice’s quarterly report on vaccine injuries and deaths clearly demonstrates. And yet, the government’s official public statement about vaccines is that they are safe and effective, and should be mandated for all people. Any opinion or presentation of facts to contradict their position is vigorously suppressed and censored all in the name of “public health” for the “greater good.”

The American public is largely unaware that there is a vaccine court known as the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). This program was started as a result of a law passed in 1986 that gave pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity from being sued due to injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines. If you or a family member is injured or dies from vaccines, you must now sue the Federal Government in this special vaccine court. Many cases are litigated for years before a settlement is reached.

Once every 3 months the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines meets, and the Department of Justice issues a report of cases settled for vaccine injuries and deaths. As far as I know, Health Impact News is the only media source that publishes these reports each quarter.

The most recent report is from March 3, 2016. Every quarter for the past couple of years, it has been increasingly difficult for Health Impact News to obtain this report, which used to be routinely published on the Health Resources and Services Administration (HSRA) government website. Health Impact News just now received the report from March, and in a couple of weeks the next report will be due at the June meeting.

The report for March 3, 2016 which covered the period from 11/16/15 to 2/15/16 had 199 cases adjudicated. 108 of them were listed in the report, specifying the vaccine, the injury or death, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement.

There were three deaths: two related to the flu vaccine, and one related to the TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) combo vaccine.

88 of the 108 cases settled were for injuries and deaths due to the flu vaccine, making the flu vaccine the most dangerous vaccine in the U.S., harming and killing more people than all the other vaccines put together. Here is the report the government would prefer you not see.

VAXXED Film Opens in Washington D.C. - Will Lawmakers View It?

The controversial film VAXXED, which has been censored at certain film festivals across the United States, recently opened at the Angelika Pop Up theater in Washington, D.C.

The film is produced by Del Bigtree, a medical journalist and the past producer of the popular daytime show “The Doctors.”

Mr. Bigtree states that when he learned about the top scientist whistleblower at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), that he knew this was the biggest story of his life, and that this was “bigger than Watergate.” Since the 2004 study that supposedly proved there was no link between the MMR vaccine and autism was published by the CDC, more than one million children have been diagnosed with autism, and now one of the study’s authors at the CDC has revealed that data was concealed that actually showed there was indeed a link between the vaccine and autism in some children.

There will be Q&As on Tuesday, May 24th and Wednesday, May 25th following the 5:45pm and 7:45pm shows at the Angelika Pop Up theater in Washington, D.C. with producers Del Bigtree and Polly Tommey and director Dr. Andrew Wakefield available to take questions.

This is a perfect opportunity for members of Congress to view the film for themselves, since it has been mostly censored in mainstream media.

“Consult Your Doctor” on Vaccines? Medical Doctors Receive Little to No Training on Vaccines in Medical School

There exists a general belief among the public that medical doctors are “experts” with regard to vaccines. Newspaper and magazine articles and medical and public health websites frequently advise that, when it comes to vaccination, people should “consult your doctor.“ The counsel is the equivalent of the “ask your doctor” to which TV viewers have grown accustomed to hearing at the conclusion of advertisements for prescription drugs.

The underlying assumption is that doctors have received considerable vaccine education and training when they attended medical school—so much, in fact, that they merit the public’s belief that they are indeed experts on the subject and that they can be trusted to provide accurate, scientifically based information. But is it right to assume that is true? Do medical school students learn a lot about vaccine science, history, and ethics?

Nurse Whistleblower: Hospitals Vaccinating Patients by Force Without Their Knowledge

A nurse whistleblower who works in a U.S. hospital recently revealed how hospitals now vaccinate patients against their desire:

When you go to the hospital if you need surgery — say you need a knee replacement surgery — first they’re going to ask you if you’ve had your vaccines. You’re going to say no. Then they’re going to say you need to sign this consent if you’re going to have surgery…you need to sign a consent. In the consent, there’s a word call “biogenics [biologics]” and if you sign the consent saying “I consent for you to give me biogenics [biologics]” — that basically means that they can give you anything that they deem necessary including vaccines. So if you say that you didn’t get a flu shot and it’s flu season and you sign the consent saying I agree to biogenics [biologics], they will give you a vaccine even when you’re under anesthesia because you already signed the consent.

Unless you go and get your medial records, you will not know you got a flu vaccine. They [the hospital] may tell you at the end “oh by the way, you’re now covered, you’ve had the flu vaccine or you got the pneumococcal vaccine.” Two people now have reported to me last week saying that they got the vaccine; they did not want the vaccines. They did not know that the word biogenics [biologics] meant they’re going to get a vaccine.

13 Year-old Teenage Girl Dies 5 Days After Receiving the HPV Vaccine

A teenage girl has died just five days after being given the cervical cancer vaccine after doctors dismissed her illness as a stomach bug and even branded her a ‘lazy child’ before sending her home.

Shazel Zaman, 13, was suffering with a severe headache, vomiting and dizziness after having the HPV vaccine and her symptoms became so severe that her family took her to the Hospital.

But the family claim that a doctor dismissed her condition was linked to the cervical cancer vaccine and sent her home citing a stomach bug.

She was found collapsed and unconscious with no pulse an hour later at her home, and died in hospital four hours later.

Her family believe her death is linked directly to the cervical cancer vaccine.

Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy - A False Diagnosis to Blame Parents for Vaccine Injuries and Deaths?

Over the years there has been a growing epidemic of parents claiming to have been falsely accused of Munchausen syndrome by proxy (MSBP). Many of these parents state that they were only accused of suffering from the condition after they reported that they believed that their child had suffered a vaccine injury.

MSBP is a diagnosis given to a parent or caregiver to describe certain aspects of their behaviour. This behaviour usually includes subjecting what appears to be a previously healthy child, to unnecessary painful tests or medical interventions, such as scans, x-rays and surgical procedures to gain the attention of the medical profession.

In this investigative report, Christina England reveals that Professor Sir Roy Meadow was the first professional to use the term Munchausen syndrome by proxy in a paper published by The Lancet in 1977. Sir Roy Meadow has strong ties to the pharmaceutical industry and vaccines, and in 2005 he was found guilty of serious professional misconduct by the General Medical Council in the Sally Clark case, and lost his license to practice medicine. Sally Clark spent 3 and a half years in prison because of false testimony given at her trial by Sir Roy Meadow, where she was being accused of killing her two infant children.

California Medical Doctor and State Senator Runs from Office to Avoid Vaccine Discussion

The controversial new film VAXXED opened recently in Sacramento, the state capitol of California.

The film’s producer, Del Bigtree, along with other members of the film, decided to stop by and try to talk to some of the California State legislators about the film, which is a documentary about the CDC whistleblower who admits that the CDC hid key data in a study that linked the MMR vaccine to autism.

Last year, California became the first state in the U.S. to remove the religious and philosophical exemptions to childhood vaccines as a requirement for attending school.

Senator and medical doctor Richard Pan was the sponsor of the bill, and has also received campaign funding from pharmaceutical companies according to public records.

Del Bigtree stopped by Senator Pan’s office to try and start a conversation regarding vaccine issues, since he was the sponsor of the bill that removed vaccine exemptions last year. As you can see in this video, he literally ran away from him in the capitol building avoiding any discussion on the topic.

Gardasil HPV Vaccine Trial Using Infants as Young as One Year of Age

For years I have said the goal was to add Gardasil to the infant (vaccine) schedule. It appears that’s where we are headed. Sales of the Gardasil vaccine are slumping, as this has never been a popular vaccine due to the dangerous side-effects.

In spite of the fact that HPV is a sexually transmitted disease, and that the vaccine wears off long before an infant is sexually active, it appears that drug company lobbyists and the CDC will successfully add the Gardasil HPV vaccine to the infant vaccine schedule.

It’s not unbelievable and it’s not over the top for the CDC to do this. They’ve done this before.

They did it with the Hepatitis B vaccine.

Hepatitis B vaccine was initially introduced and targeted at-risk adults, including those who engaged in promiscuous sex (heterosexual and homosexual) and IV drug users. Other “at-risk” populations included hospital workers (due to potential exposure to infected blood and body fluids) and people who were incarcerated or institutionalized.

The problem was, just as has happened with Gardasil, they couldn’t get the numbers up. They couldn’t get enough adults to take the vaccine (Hep B), so they added it to the infant schedule, because that’s when they could “get everyone.”

Harvard University Health Services Director Paul Barreira recently stated:

“I’m actually more concerned now than I was during any time of the outbreak.”

Harvard isn’t the only college in the Boston area hit by mumps this spring — Boston University, the University of Massachusetts and Tufts University have also reported cases among their students, students that have been vaccinated against mumps and yet are still being infected.

However, what you will not likely read in mainstream media reports is that the mumps vaccine can only be received in combo with the measles and rubella vaccine, as part of the controversial MMR vaccine. The MMR vaccine is the subject of the film VAXXED, which has been heavily censored at film festivals around the U.S., and documents fraud at the CDC surrounding the vaccine.

The mainstream media also is not reporting that the mumps portion of the MMR vaccine is also part of a huge fraud lawsuit, brought against Merck, which has a near 50-year monopoly on the vaccine, by former Merck virologists who developed the vaccine.

CDC Whistleblower to Extend MMR Vaccine Fraud

According to multiple reliable sources, CDC whistleblower Dr. William Thompson, a senior scientist at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), will soon publish a reworking of data from a controversial study first published in 2004. If true, this is of major concern. For over a decade, officials have cited this disputable study to claim no connection between the Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) vaccine and autism and to deny compensation to parents of MMR vaccine-injured children.

Oklahoma Vetos Informed Consent to Vaccines Bill Denying Citizens Their Medical Rights

Oklahoma Bill 3016 — called the Parental Rights Immunization Act —would have required healthcare providers to get informed consent from parents or guardians before administering a vaccine. In addition, the bill would legally require the healthcare provider to “provide relevant information regarding benefits and risks of the vaccine as well as information concerning the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.” Finally, the bill would require healthcare providers to make available for review the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s “Epidemiology and Prevention of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases: Vaccine Excipient and Media Summary” (also known as the “Pink Book,” Appendix B) Program.

The bill was vetoed by Governor Mary Fallin on April 29.

The bill and her veto represent a failed opportunity to begin to restore the U.S. healthcare system’s integrity. In addition, the fact a bill is even required — and then vetoed — speaks to how far medicine has already fallen down the slippery slope towards full pharmaceutical company control of the U.S. healthcare system and political decision making.

N.Y. Law Professor Addresses U.N. on Government Vaccine Policies Violating the Nuremberg Code

New York University research scholar and law professor Mary Holland recently addressed the United Nations at the 25th International Health and Environment Conference.

Professor Holland has been one of the lone voices in the U.S. addressing the legal ramifications of removing parental rights to informed consent for childhood vaccines.

Professor Holland sees major civil rights issues involved in government vaccine policies that remove informed consent rights to refuse mandatory vaccinations. She reminds the United Nations that history has shown us the results of such overt government intrusion into personal medical rights. World-wide human rights legislation has been put into place to protect individuals from government intrusion into medical abuse, starting with the Nuremberg Code just after the atrocities of Nazi Germany after World War II.

Professor Holland states:

“[T]he UN and the international community have obligations to respect human rights related to vaccination.

Since World War II, the international community has recognized the grave dangers in involuntary scientific and medical experimentation on human subjects. In the aftermath of Nazi medical atrocities, the world affirmed the Nuremberg Code which stated that the ‘voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.’ The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights further enshrined this prohibition against involuntary experimentation in its 1966 text, stating ‘no one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation.’ Such a prohibition is now so universally recognized that some courts and scholars have pronounced the right to informed consent in experiments as a matter of customary international law.”
