Dr. Humphries: "Acute Flaccid Paralysis" Used to be Called "Polio"

There is a lot of talk in the past couple years about “flaccid paralysis” and some viruses going around maiming and killing children mainly in the western part of the USA.

The thing left out of the acute flaccid paralysis conversation, is that it used to be called “polio” and thought to be caused by a virus called the polio virus, causing a syndrome named “poliomyelitis.” The only problem is that different viruses and toxins can give the same results: poliomyelitis or flaccid paralysis.

Many people think we have done away with polio and iron lungs. But we haven’t. The iron lung is now a much more efficient and sophisticated machine called the endotracheal ventilator.

If you think that what is going on today with EV D-68 or any other numbered enterovirus, is new, please know that it is just history repeating itself because the people in charge of so-called “public health” seem to be completely out to lunch or bought when it comes to seeing the reality.

A Book Too Dangerous To Read

The Library Journal, which librarians read to decide what books to buy for their collections, announced this week that libraries should not carry the new book, The Vaccine-Friendly Plan: Dr. Paul’s Safe and Effective Approach to Immunity and Health, From Pregnancy Through Your Child’s Teen Years, which I co-authored with Paul Thomas, M.D., a Dartmouth-trained pediatrician who has over 13,000 patients in his pediatric practice in Portland, Oregon.

Don’t make this book available to library patrons.

Don’t read this book.

Don’t even have a conversation about safety issues with childhood vaccines.

Instead, let’s just ignore the fact that the current rates of autism are at least 1 in 68, according to the CDC (possibly as high as 1 in 45, also according to CDC data), that there’s a growing body of very disturbing scientific evidence showing that acetaminophen (the main ingredient in Tylenol) is triggering autism, and that American children today are plagued with allergies, asthma, and other chronic diseases (like Type 1 juvenile diabetes and leaky gut syndrome) than ever before.

But following Dr. Paul’s recommendations to feed a baby and small child a real food, whole foods diet, stop using Tylenol, and making judicious decisions about vaccination is too difficult?

Retracted Paper Linking HPV Vaccine to Behavioral Issues Republished

A retracted study linking the vaccine for human papillomavirus (HPV) to behavioral problems in mice has been republished by a different journal.

In February, the journal Vaccine temporarily removed the study without explanation, and told the authors the editor had asked for further review. Later that month, Vaccine retracted the paper, citing “serious concerns regarding the scientific soundness of the article,” and “seriously flawed” methodology.

In July, another journal — Immunologic Research — republished the paper.

Allergens in Vaccines Are Causing Life-Threatening Food Allergies

It would probably surprise few people to hear that food allergies are increasingly common in U.S. children and around the world. According to one public health website, food allergies in children aged 0-17 in the U.S. increased by 50% from 1997 to 2011.

Although food allergies are now so widespread as to have become almost normalized, it is important to realize that millions of American children and adults suffer from severe rapid-onset allergic reactions that can be life-threatening. CDC Admits Flu Shots Fail Half the Time

Americans have never been big fans of flu shots. During the 2009 “swine flu” influenza A pandemic, only about 40 percent of adults bothered to roll up their sleeves. In the 2014-2015 flu season, flu vaccine rates were still just 47 percent for adults but pediatricians had vaccinated 75 percent of children under two years old.

Perhaps it is because parents are being thrown out of pediatricians’ offices if they don’t give their children every federally recommended vaccine—or maybe it is just because adults can talk about how they felt after getting vaccinated and infants and children under age two cannot. How many times has someone told you: “The year I got a flu shot is the only year I got sick” or maybe you learned that the hard way yourself after getting vaccinated.

CDC Director Blocks Testimony by CDC Whistleblower in Vaccine Fraud Case

The World Mercury Project issued a press release this week stating that CDC director Dr. Tom Frieden has blocked CDC whistleblower Dr. William Thompson from being subpoenaed to testify in a medical malpractice suit in Tennessee.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is one of the attorneys representing a 16 year old boy who is claiming that his autism was caused by vaccine injuries.

The press release states that William Acree, a Tennessee State Circuit Judge, had ordered the trial extended so that Dr. Thompson could be subpoenaed to testify.

“Bryan Smith and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., both of Morgan & Morgan, sought to have Dr. Thompson testify to explain his charges that the CDC committed data manipulation in a series of studies that found no link between vaccines and autism. Dr. Thompson has publicly stated to Congressman William Posey and others that he and his colleagues in the CDC Vaccine Safety Branch were ordered to commit scientific fraud, destroy evidence and manipulate data to conceal the link between autism and vaccines.”

Is There Objective Science to Justify HPV Vaccine Programs?

Lucija Tomljenovic, PhD, earlier this year delivered a lecture at the 4th International Symposium on Vaccines, in Leipzig, Germany. The title of her session was: Is There Objective Evidence That the Current HPV Vaccination Programs are not Justified?

Dr. Tomljenovic asks: what is the evidence, if any, that the HPV vaccine prevents cervical cancer and, therefore, can offer long-term benefits? What the clinical trials for HPV have shown is that they can prevent some portion of lesions caused by HPV-16 and -18 viruses. Does the Vaccine Court Violate America's 7th Amendment?

With the upcoming 30th anniversary of the signing into law by President Ronald Reagan (Nov 14, 1986) of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA), I want to start the conversation about several areas of injustice of this Act.

The signing of the NCVIA in 1986 established the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) or commonly known as the Vaccine Court. The law also established VAERS, requires the CDC to develop and distribute vaccine information statements (VIS) for each vaccine administered, established a committee within the Institute of Medicine to review the literature on vaccine reactions, and created the Vaccine Injury Trust Fund to provide compensation for injuries or death from childhood vaccines.

When faced with the seriousness of a vaccine injury, one seeks the comforting voice of an experienced attorney from the vaccine bar. Most of us do not know that several attorneys associated with the vaccine bar have gone to great personal financial hardship and sacrificing their own family life.

12 Year Old Brianna's Life Completely Changed by HPV Vaccine

My daughter, Brianna, was an active dancer since the age of 2 and a member of the school athletic team. She has always been fit and healthy and very academic.

On September 28th 2011 at age 12 she had her first dose of the Cervarix (HPV) vaccine. Shortly thereafter everything changed.

During the next 3 weeks she became increasingly unwell, experiencing fatigue, insomnia, constant nausea, increased body temperature, hot flushes, headaches and muscle and joint pain. She would attempt to go to school, but they would just send her home.

Her GP carried out several blood and urine tests, but all results were negative. We asked the GP could it be a reaction to the vaccine. Our GP contacted the manufacturers who confirmed that her symptoms were recognised reactions, but not generally after this length of time. However, our GP advised that she should not have the 2nd and 3rd doses of the vaccine in case.

Over the next 6 months Brianna could not handle more than 1 or 2 hours a week at school, some weeks there was no attendance. She also had to give up all sports and dancing.

If Only Half of America is Properly Vaccinated, Where are the Epidemics?

In 2014, an outbreak of whooping cough (pertussis) broke out in the San Diego area. Of the 621 individuals who were infected, nearly all of them were completely up to date on all preventive vaccinations. If vaccines are given to protect from disease, how could this happen?

San Diego public health official Dr. Wilma Wooten argued that the cause was related to a decrease in the protection offered by vaccines after the first year. This answer is most revealing, in that it speaks to the actual efficacy of vaccines. It also shows that the concept of herd immunity is largely myth—and completely misunderstood.

The theory of herd immunity states that when a critical mass of the population (usually stipulated at 95%) is vaccinated against a disease, the possibility of outbreaks is eliminated. This is the main argument that is used to shame parents who wish to refuse certain vaccinations for their children: by not vaccinating, they put the health of the “herd” at risk.

However, if vaccines start losing effectiveness after the first year, as Dr. Wooten says, then constant revaccination would be required, since the immunity offered is only temporary for most vaccines. Achieving the required rate of protection is virtually impossible under this paradigm.

Of course, if we look back over the decades and note the lack of rampant epidemics in our nation, while remembering that vaccine protection is in perpetual decline, the myth of herd immunity quickly unravels. Our society has never achieved this level of herd immunity, yet not a single major outbreak of disease has occurred.

Government Vaccine Court Records Show Injuries and Deaths from Flu Shot as 2016 Flu Season Begins

As government medical officials make plans to take away vaccine exemptions for children and seek to make vaccines mandatory in the United States, vital information about the safety of vaccines is either ignored or censored.

The American public is largely unaware that there is a vaccine court known as the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). This program was started as a result of a law passed in 1986 that gave pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity from being sued due to injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines.

If you or a family member is injured or dies from vaccines, you must now sue the federal government in this special vaccine court. Many cases are litigated for years before a settlement is reached.

Once every 3 months the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines meets, and the Department of Justice issues a report of cases settled for vaccine injuries and deaths. As far as I know, Health Impact News is the only media source that publishes these reports each quarter.

The most recent report was just issued on September 20, 2016 which covered the period from 5/16/16 to 8/15/16. 233 cases were adjudicated. 113 of them were listed in the report, specifying the vaccine, the injury or death, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement.

89 of the 113 cases settled were for injuries and deaths due to the flu vaccine, making the flu vaccine the most dangerous vaccine in the U.S., harming and killing more people than all the other vaccines combined.

How many people in the United States, including doctors and nurses who give flu shots, are made aware of these statistics prior to receiving a flu shot, or allowing one to be given to their children and loved ones?

Vaccines Provide Herd Immunity?

Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson recently reversed his opposition on mandatory childhood vaccination. When asked what caused him to make a U-turn and adopt what would seem to be an anti-libertarian position, he said,

“I’ve come to find out that without mandatory vaccines, the vaccines that would in fact be issued would not be effective.…It’s dependent [on having]mandatory vaccines so that every child is immune. Otherwise, not all children will be immune even though they receive a vaccine.”

This line of argument is one of the main pillars behind forcing parents not only to vaccinate their kids but to do so on the government’s schedule, which includes more and more vaccines given on the same day, plus a vaccination at birth aimed to prevent a sexually transmitted illness.

But is the herd immunity argument true? No.

Is the U.S. About to Abdicate Constitutional Rights and Liberty to Unelected Medical Officials?

The CDC published an 88 page set of proposed regulations on August 15, 2016, which would give them the power to apprehend, detain, and quarantine anyone they think might have a communicable disease and to force them to be vaccinated.

These proposed rules would dramatically expand their authority, even though they claim the proposed regulations are mostly about providing updated language to describe their existing powers. These new regulations would give the CDC, and those who must comply with these regulations, the right to invade our privacy whenever they wish. They would have the right to involuntarily apprehend and confine anyone they believe might have a communicable disease. They would have the right to force people to accept vaccinations even when individuals object.

With the new powers granted by the proposed regulations, it won’t be long until “public health” nurses armed with vaccine loaded syringes, and “Homeland Security” officers armed with guns and tasers, go door to door to force vaccinate the United States population for a list of preapproved communicable diseases.

One of my previous articles described how fear has been used to develop the Zika public mind control program that has been unfolding since the spring of 2015. Last month, the Academy, in a report titled “Countering Vaccine Hesitancy,” called for the elimination of all non-medical exemptions to vaccinations, including religious exemptions, on the model of California.

Released alongside this report was another report, also from the AAP, bemoaning the increase in vaccine refusals. The report also endorsed doctors’ “firing” patients who refuse to follow the government’s precise vaccination schedule, and found the number of physicians who have adopted such a policy to have nearly doubled between 2006 and 2013.

California Dr. Bob Sears Faces Medical Board Discipline for Writing Medical Vaccine Exemption

The mainstream media is widely reporting that California medical doctor Bob Sears is facing discipline by the California state Medical Board after he wrote a medical exemption for vaccines on behalf of a 2-year old patient who experienced adverse reactions from earlier vaccines.

The Orange County Register reports:

“According to the board documents, the toddler was seen by Sears for the first time in April 2014. His medical record notes that his mother said after his 2-month shots his bowels and bladder “shut down” for 24 hours. After the baby’s 3-month shots, she said, he was limp for a day and didn’t act like himself for a week.”

Dr. Sears is a well-known pediatrician nationally, and he is not anti-vaccine. He administers vaccines in his practice, but allows for a more individualized approach to vaccines, such as staggering them, or when necessary due to the health of his patients, forgoing some vaccines. He is the author of a very popular book, “The Vaccine Book.”

Dr. Sears was also an outspoken critic of California’s mandatory vaccination bill SB277 that removed philosophical and religious exemptions to vaccines. Only medical exemptions are now allowed under this new bill. Dr. Sears favors “informed consent” and parental rights.

Since Dr. Sears is a medical doctor and can legally write medical exemptions for vaccines, why is the state Medical Board investigating him for writing a medical exemption?

Doctors in India Demand Public Transparency on Dangers of New Vaccines

According to a recent article published in the Hindustan Times, Indian doctors have once again questioned the safety and efficiency of new vaccinations that have recently been added to the national immunization schedule.

The team made it abundantly clear that, in their professional opinion, all vaccinations should be fully investigated and critically assessed for their suitability, safety, protective efficacy and affordability before they are introduced into any vaccination schedule.

Study: Many Vaccines Contaminated with Herbicide Glyphosate

Dr. Anthony Samsel, a leading publisher on the dangers of glyphosate, has discovered that various popular vaccines are contaminated with glyphosate.

How? Well, vaccine makers sometimes use animal byproducts in vaccines, products such as chicken egg protein or gelatine that comes from bones. And if those vaccine makers are using animals that come out of factory farms, chances are they are fed GMO and glyphosate laced feed. If so, they would pick up Glyphosate into their system just as we humans do. Therefore, egg protein and gelatine made from these animals may also contain glyphosate, which in turn would then contaminate the vaccines that use these products. Finally, people, or animals, vaccinated with these products would have glyphosate directly injected into them, and will in due course have glyphosate initiating a cascade of diseases.

Anthony Samsel was not passing opinion on this. Rather, he collected vast samples of these popular vaccines and got them tested by multiple labs in USA for presence of Glyphosate, and found, as he suspected, the vaccines to be largely contaminated by it.

Texas Criminal District Attorney with Vaccine Injured Child Speaks Out: Vaccines Do Cause Autism

The film crew was recently in San Antonio, Texas where they met Nico LaHood, the criminal District Attorney for San Antonio. Nico and his wife have vaccine injured children, and one of their sons developed autism after his 18 month old round of vaccines.

Nico’s job as a criminal prosecutor requires him to examine data and evidence to present in a court of law to a jury. He believes that the evidence that vaccines cause autism in many children is so strong, that he could prosecute the case before a jury and win.

Of course, he cannot do that, because U.S. law gives total legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies for vaccine products, and they cannot be sued for injuries or deaths as a result of their vaccines.

World Health Organization Documents How to Respond to "Vaccine Deniers"

Dying 13 Year Old Diagnoses Her Own HPV Vaccine Injury that Stumped Doctors

Virginia State Assembly Given False Information to Support Removal of Vaccine Exemptions

Stephen Weiss made a presentation on vaccines to the Virginia General Assembly’s Healthy Living Health Services Subcommittee meeting on Aug. 3, 2016 in Richmond, VA. He showed a series of slides that was meant to educate legislators to enact legislation in 2017 regarding vaccine policy, which could include eliminating the religious vaccine exemption and restrict the medical exemption to narrow federal (CDC) vaccine contraindications.

Was the information he presented accurate?

Mr. Weiss is employed in government administration as a Senior Health Policy Analyst. His educational background is in government, and he apparently has no education or experience in practicing medicine.

Dr. Suzanne Humphries is a medical doctor, board certified in Nephrology and trained in Internal Medicine, holding active unrestricted medical licenses in Maine and Virginia. She also has a degree in physics, and spent two years in a laboratory using techniques identical to those used for vaccine manufacture and testing.

Dr. Humphries left a thriving medical practice where she was well-respected by her peers to pursue medical research, particularly research on vaccines. She wrote a book documenting her research on vaccines: Dissolving Illusions: Disease, Vaccines, and The Forgotten History.

Dr. Humphries has sent a response to Stephen Weiss’ slide presentation given to the Virginia Assembly, highlighting the erroneous information regarding vaccines and public health that was presented to support removing the religious exemption to vaccines in Virginia.

His mother states in the interview that they are still seeing the same pediatrician, who reported the vaccine to VAERS, and no longer gives the vaccine to boys, and cautions girls as well.

Nordic Cochrane Research Center Files Complaint About Scientific Misconduct, Secrecy in HPV Vaccine Probe

Nordic Cochrane Center, a Danish research and information center is challenging the European Medicines Agency’s (EMA) 2015 report on human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines and the EMA’s position that HPV vaccine benefits outweigh the risks. After numerous reports of HPV vaccine-related brain and immune system injuries and deaths, the Danish Health and Medicines Authority asked the EMA to conduct the probe into HPV vaccine safety, but prominent physicians in the country are not convinced about the EMA’s conclusions downplaying the vaccine’s risks.

On May 26, 2016, the Nordic Cochrane Center filed an official complaint charging the EMA with “maladministration” and citing flaws throughout the agency’s report.

The EMA replied that it has received the complain and will respond after carefully considering all the issues raised by the research group.

The Nordic Cochrane Center is an independent research and information center that is part of Cochrane, an international network of individuals and institutions committed to preparing, maintaining, and disseminating systematic reviews of the effects of health care.

Why It’s Critical to Maintain a Record of Your Child’s Vaccines and Reactions

In 1953, the Centers For Disease Control (CDC) recommended 16 doses of four vaccines for children. By 1983, those numbers had increased to 23 doses of seven vaccines. Medical Doctor Exposes Corruption in Medical Practice with New Book

Dr. Suzanne Humphries, author of the new book Rising From The Dead, appeared on the National Safe Child Show with Tammi Stefano to discuss her book. Noting that 400 medical doctors on average per year take their own life through suicide, Dr. Humphries explains why she lost faith in the current medical system, after starting out as a promising young medical student, whose goal in life was to cure people.

After two residencies, several years of medical practice in a hospital setting, along with teaching, she finally left the system to start her own practice where she could truly help to heal people without following the medical “gold standard” that mainly relied on drugs that never really cured people.

As a practicing nephrologist (kidney doctor), Dr. Humphries began noticing the damage that vaccines often caused to her patients’ kidneys. Upset that a new hospital policy was put in place to automatically vaccinate every patient with the flu shot upon admittance, she spoke out on the evidence she was seeing in these vaccines damaging the health of some of her patients. But doctors and administrators that otherwise valued her experience and knowledge refused to even consider that vaccines could have side effects that could harm their patients.

This led Dr. Humphries on a journey to find out what else in the medical system was not based on sound science, and her years of research are chronicled in her new book.

Aluminum Adjuvants plus Gardasil Vaccine: Uniquely Damaging Neuroinflammatory Cocktail

Health authorities and the media relentlessly repeat the mantra that vaccines are unequivocally safe, and many uninformed consumers cling to this mantra like a lifeboat. More often than not, however, consumers know little or nothing about the vaccine safety testing process and assume that vaccine manufacturers and regulatory institutions have exercised due diligence in ensuring that vaccines are as safe as possible.

In an ordinary clinical trial, investigators compare a group that receives a drug with another group that receives a harmless placebo. Not so with vaccine clinical trials, many of which use placebos that contain an aluminum adjuvant. What are the implications of using aluminum-based placebos that are not innocuous or inert but instead are “intrinsically capable of stimulating pathological immune and neuro-inflammatory responses”? This is one of the critically important questions that Dr. Yehuda Shoenfeld and colleagues at Tel Aviv University and University of British Columbia researchers Lucija Tomljenovic and Christopher Shaw address in a July 2016 study in Immunologic Research about aluminum adjuvants and the quadrivalent Gardasil vaccine that ostensibly protects against four types of human papillomavirus (HPV).

Dr. Shoenfeld and colleagues begin and end with the assertion that aluminum-containing placebos represent both a scientifically and ethically inappropriate choice for vaccine clinical trials, given aluminum’s well-documented neuro- and immunotoxic properties.

Vaccine Exemptions and Civil Liberties at Risk in Virginia

Virginia’s historic Act for Religious Freedom authored by Thomas Jefferson in 1786 and reaffirmed by the General Assembly in 2007, states that, “Almighty God hath created the mind free” and that “all attempts to influence it” by punishments are an “infringement of natural right.” The law affirms that no person has the right to assume “dominion over the faith of others, setting up their own opinions and modes of thinking as the only true and infallible” and “impose them on others.” Pointing to differences of opinion among scientists and philosophers, the law states, “Our civil rights have no dependence on our religious opinions any more than our opinions in physics or geometry.”

Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court have declared federally licensed and government mandated vaccines to be “unavoidably unsafe” and shielded drug companies and doctors from vaccine injury lawsuits. Under the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, 3.5 billion dollars in federal compensation has been paid for vaccine injuries and deaths caused by government mandated vaccines.

Who has the moral authority to deny anyone the right to pray to God for guidance and obey our conscience when making a decision about a pharmaceutical product that can brain injure or end our life or our child’s life?

Virginia has one of the lowest vaccine exemption rates in the nation, with 1.1 percent of children attending kindergarten exempted for medical or religious reasons. Where is the compelling state interest to discriminate against these families? Please reaffirm freedom of religion and conscience and the right of physicians to exercise professional judgment and conscience in the Commonwealth of Virginia by recommending that no change be made to current vaccine laws.

2 Month Old Baby Dies 12 Hours After Receiving 8 Vaccines - Pediatrician Denies Link

As the film VAXXED continues to be shown in new cities across the U.S., parents of vaccine damaged or vaccine killed children are turning out to see the film, and the VAXXED film crew often interviews them to record their stories.

In the interview above, obviously in the lobby of a theater, one young couple speaks about how their healthy 3 month old baby died 12 hours after receiving 8 vaccines in one visit to their pediatrician.

When the infant was pronounced dead at the hospital, and the parents mentioned during the investigation how the baby had received 8 vaccines that day, no one at the hospital allegedly investigated further to look for a vaccine connection. They talked to their pediatrician the next day, and she refused to link the death to vaccines, instead calling it SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome).

The medical professionals would not even report the death to VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System), the government database to report vaccine injuries and deaths. It was the coroner who reported it to VAERS: “We got a lot more help from him (the coroner) than we got from our own pediatrician.”

New Gardasil Vaccine Guidelines From American Cancer Society Censors All Risks to Vaccine

The American Cancer Society issued a press release recently stating that they were agreeing with the U.S. Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) recommendation to now start vaccinating boys as well as girls with the Gardasil vaccine, and that Gardasil vaccines can begin as young as age 9.

Noticeably absent from the press release was any warnings on Gardasil risks and side effects, or any mention of how other countries around the world are now investigating the vaccine due to the amount of injuries being reported. Japan and other nations have actually withdrawn their recommendation of the HPV vaccine.

Because the manufacturers of vaccines are not immune from liabilities due the harm their vaccines cause in these countries, in contrast to the United States where one cannot sue a vaccine manufacturer, many are taking legal actions against HPV manufacturers. You will read none of this in U.S. mainstream media.

"Vaccine Robbed My Daughter's Life" - 12 Year Old Girl Suffers Heart Disease After Gardasil Vaccine

It is rare when a mainstream media source covers the story of a vaccine injury or death. When it does happen, it is usually a local news station reporting about someone in their community.

WJBF out of South Carolina recently reported about a 12 year old girl who is suffering from POTS (Postural Tachycardia Syndrome) after receiving the Gardasil vaccine. POTS is a condition in which an excessively reduced volume of blood returns to the heart after an individual stands up from a lying down position. The primary symptom is lightheadedness or fainting.

This once active young girl can now barely walk. Her mother says the vaccine robbed her daughter of her life.

Father Convicted in Non-Vaccinated Child Death Released From Jail on Bail

Being in jail was an interesting experience to say the least. Even though I had no access to sunlight, the fresh food I am accustomed to, direct human contact and recreational activities… the food was actually better than expected, the officers (guards) were quite nice and the reading material was good. Unfortunately, the individuals that suffered most by my being in jail was first and foremost, my children and then subsequently, Collet.

Having been left to my own thoughts over the past 3 weeks, I had the opportunity to analyze all that has taken place over the past 4.5 years. Having removed myself from the trauma and pain and the need to defend my family against the mass hypocrisy of this all, I have begun to connect the dots as to what took place. I as well had the ability to reinitiate the mourning process of my son Ezekiel once again. A process that I haven’t been able to engage in for over 3 years now. Having an overabundance of time to read and write, I was able to write much of my feelings and respond to the glaring fallacies that have been disseminated over the past 4 months. Writings which I will share over the next week or so.

Gardasil Vaccine Protests in Colombia: Parents Lock Schools and Make Progress on Negotiations

Last week, the parents of hundreds of girls experiencing new medical conditions after Gardasil administration blocked classes in educational institutions by padlocking the entrances to local schools. These families claim hundreds of affected girls have been left without treatment for two years while the government refuses to acknowledge the HPV vaccine could be causing serious side effects. They were asking to be heard by national, departmental and municipal health authorities.

After a four day stand-off, government authorities decided to convene a working group to try and address the problem. The Governor of Bolivar, Mr. Dumek Turbay, organized a face-to-face meeting with representatives from the affected families, President of the Association Reconstruyendo Esperanza (Rebuilding Hope), Monica Leon Del Rio acting as the families’ spokesperson and the Colombian Minister of Health, Alejandro Gaviria, in the city of Cartagena de Indias (Colombia). Governor Dumek Turbay promised parents and students they could attend a meeting with the Minister to review the implementation of commitments previously made by the Government with the young people affected, including comprehensive and specialized medical treatment.

Thomas More Law Center Files Federal Lawsuit Against Michigan for Denying Parental Rights to Vaccine Exemptions

The Thomas More Law Center (“TMLC”), a national nonprofit public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, MI, has filed a federal lawsuit against State and County officials and employees seeking to stop a State-sponsored religious inquisition of parents who have religious objections to State vaccination requirements.

TMLC brought the law suit on behalf of Tara Nikolao, a devout Catholic, registered nurse, and mother of four. Mrs. Nikolao objects to vaccines manufactured from aborted fetal cells and other vaccines on religious grounds. Her lawsuit claims that government employees violate the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment, the religious protections in Michigan’s Constitution, and a Michigan statute when they subject parents to detailed interrogation about their religious beliefs.

When Mrs. Nikolao explained that she had a religious objection to vaccines, the health department employees demanded that Mrs. Nikolao explain her actual reason for objecting. Despite Mrs. Nikolao’s repeated insistence in the face of berating questions from State employees that her personal religious beliefs did not allow her to vaccinate her children—a belief that the Michigan legislature enacted a statute to protect,—the health department employees would not accept her religious objection and insisted that no religions object to vaccines.

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (“MDHHS”) instructs local health department employees to implement this religious examination and inculcation by providing county employees with a document to “teach” parents their faith. The document entitled “Religion” is used as a tool by county health departments to coerce and trick parents with religious objections to vaccines into vaccinating their children.

Lawsuits Against HPV Vaccines Mounting In Japan

Unlike the U.S. where people who suffer from vaccine injuries and deaths cannot sue the drug manufacturers who enjoy legal immunity from the harm caused by their products, women in Japan have started taking legal action against the pharmaceutical companies that produce the HPV vaccine, which includes Merck’s Gardasil and Cervarix manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline. The Japanese government has withdrawn their support of the vaccine, and hence they are named in the lawsuits as well.

Vaccines Injuries and Deaths Increase in Government Vaccine Court - June 2016 Report

Every day, people in the United States are being injured and killed by vaccines, and those numbers are increasing. This is a fact that is not in dispute, as the Department of Justice’s quarterly report on vaccine injuries and deaths clearly demonstrates.

And yet, the government’s official public statement about vaccines is that they are safe and effective, and should be mandated for all people. Any opinion or presentation of facts to contradict their position is vigorously suppressed and censored in the mainstream media all in the name of “public health” for the “greater good.”

The American public is largely unaware that there is a vaccine court known as the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). This program was started as a result of a law passed in 1986 that gave pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity from being sued due to injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines. If you or a family member is injured or dies from vaccines, you must now sue the federal government in this special vaccine court. Many cases are litigated for years before a settlement is reached.

Once every 3 months the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines meets, and the Department of Justice issues a report of cases settled for vaccine injuries and deaths. As far as I know, Health Impact News is the only media source that publishes these reports each quarter.

The most recent report was issued on June 3, 2016 which covered the period from 2/16/16 to 5/15/16 had 206 cases adjudicated. 116 of them were listed in the report, specifying the vaccine, the injury or death, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement.

85 of the 116 cases settled were for injuries and deaths due to the flu vaccine, making the flu vaccine the most dangerous vaccine in the U.S., harming and killing more people than all the other vaccines put together.

Angry Parents in Colombia Shut Down Schools, Lock Gates in Protest Over HPV Vaccine Injuries

Today when hundreds of children of Carmen de Bolivar were to resume classes after day holiday midyear, they found their schools closed by several groups of parents of girls who are being affected after being vaccinated by the vaccine against human papilloma virus (HPV) in this Bolivarense municipality.

With banners and padlocks, parents blocked the educational institutions to demand that the government respond on more than 1,000 cases of HPV vaccine injuries.

Gates Foundation Funding Global Vaccine Program - More Powerful Than Government

Bill Gates is reported to be one of the richest individuals on Earth, with a current net worth of $87.4 billion. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), founded in 2000, is the largest private foundation in the world.

A recent report released by a U.K. based organization, Global Justice Now, closely examines the BMGF operations and reveals that the foundation’s influence on global health initiatives is greater than any other donor country including Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Ireland and Italy. However, unlike democratic governments who are accountable to their electorates, the BMGF is a private foundation that essentially remains unaccountable to populations impacted by the foundation’s social reform and public health initiatives, with the exception of tax reporting requirements.

In 2015, the BMGF contributed 11% of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) entire budget, with much of that being funneled through the Global Alliance for Vaccine and Immunization (GAVI) program. GAVI is an international organization committed to “improve access to new and underused vaccines to children in low-income countries.”

Since 2000, the foundation has contributed $2.5 billion to GAVI. Interestingly, according to the Global Justice Now report, “members of the GAVI board always include companies in the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, which involves GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, Novartis, and Pfizer, among others.”

CDC Admits Failure of Flu Vaccine - Vaccinated People Die of Influenza

Quarterly reports issued by the Department of Justice for settlements made for vaccine injuries and deaths in the federal vaccine court clearly show that the flu shot is the most deadly vaccine in the U.S.

The rationale for tolerating injuries and deaths due to the flu vaccine is that of “the greater good” and the belief that the vaccine saves more lives than it destroys. This is a theory, sadly, that has never been proven.

Last month (June 2016) the CDC admitted that the live attenuated influenza vaccine known as “FluMist” is not effective, and was not recommended for the 2016-2017 flu season.

Shortly after this announcement, a family in Utah went public with their story, explaining how their 8-year old daughter died from influenza, even though she had been vaccinated with FluMist. They had trusted the CDC and their flu recommendations, but now they have lost their daughter.

As Dr. Brownstein writes, while admitting the failure of FluMist is a good first step, it is not nearly enough. Every single flu vaccine needs to be honestly examined and removed from the market if they are not effective.
