U.S Congressman: CDC Can't be Trusted Regarding Vaccine Safety

Congressman Bill Posey’s strong resolve and demands for transparency were evident as he discussed the Center for Disease Control (CDC)’s handling of vaccine safety studies which affect “our most precious resource in our nation – our children.” The 30-minute interview, conducted by vaccine industry watchdog, PhD biochemist Brian Hooker, delves into what Posey called “the incestuous relationship between the public health community and the vaccine makers and public officials.”

The Florida legislator, known as “Mr. Accountabililty,” did not mince words when criticizing current and past CDC officials including indicted fraudster Dr. Poul Thorsen; CDC director turned Merck Vaccine President Dr. Julie Gerberding; and the agency’s current spokesperson regarding autism and vaccines, Dr. Coleen Boyle.

Congressman Posey said, “The CDC can’t be trusted regarding investigating vaccine safety. Huge conflict of interest. I think the CDC should be investigated.”

In an interview with Dr. Bernard Dalbergue, a former pharmaceutical industry physician with Gardasil manufacturer Merck, he predicts that Gardasil will become the greatest medical scandal of all time. Dr. Dalbergue believes that at some point in time, the evidence will add up to prove that this vaccine, technical and scientific feat that it may be, has absolutely no effect on cervical cancer and that all the very many adverse effects which destroy lives and even kill young girls, serves no other purpose than to generate profit for the manufacturers.

Gardasil: A Parent’s Worst Nightmare

French Medical Professionals Ask: Are HPV Vaccines Necessary?

NPR (and Other Major Media) Spreads Serious Falsehoods About HPV Vaccine

In February, NPR’s All Things Considered aired a segment lamenting the low vaccination rates for the human papillomavirus (HPV) in American children. Apparently doing no independent journalistic research on the subject, both the segment and its companion article simply parroted a recent CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) report. The introduction to the piece called the vaccine “safe and effective” and it went on to claim, “Studies to date have shown no significant safety problems” with the HPV vaccine.

This is dangerously misleading information. Many children could be harmed by it. A quick glance at the CDC’s website reveals significant side effects, with more side effects reported than for any other vaccine. Now is the time to tell NPR to report both sides of the HPV vaccine debate. Their latest story on the vaccine left out important information that families across the country need in order to make informed decisions.

Parents Blackmailed By Doctor: Consent To Vaccine Or We Take Your Newborn

Aliea Bidwell birthed her firstborn child naturally. Aaron was born on Friday morning, March 14, at 9:26 am, weighing 7 lbs, 11 oz. His Apgar scores were 9 and 9, at one and five minutes respectively – the picture of health. He was successfully breastfeeding within the first hour after birth. Grandparents Vesta and Ralph Bidwell were present with the happy new family and celebrated the arrival of their first grandchild.

Just a few hours later, their world imploded. Their “choice” was to submit to something that both generations were opposed to on religious and philosophical grounds, or have their newest member of the family be taken in a doctor-sanctioned kidnapping. They saw it as nothing less than vaccine blackmail.

Dr. Bierd claimed that “doctor’s discretion” gave her the right to override the parents’ decision and force the vaccine, or take the baby away and give it anyway. She based this on the fact that Aliea did not have existing bloodwork prior to admission demonstrating that she did not have hepatitis B. In other words, unlike the American system of justice, the assumption of this doctor is that mothers are “guilty until proven innocent by bloodwork.”

Three times Dr. Bierd came in threatening the family. By the second time, Ben and Aliea were in their hospital room with an additional 12 family members, including great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, and nephews. With a united front of 14 members of the extended family present, Dr. Terry Bierd came into the room and repeated her threats to allow the vaccine or they would take the baby. The entire family saw it as blackmail.

Around 8 pm, the pediatrician moved up her timeline, telling the family that they needed to decide right then if it was going to be her way (consent to the vaccine) or the hard way. She would call security and they would take the baby away, and they would have to figure out how to get the baby back later. The baby was going to get the shot one way or another, that night.

It was blackmail. Aliea and Ben saw no choice. They consented to the vaccine so that their baby would not be taken away from them.

They were compelled to sign an “informed consent” form for the vaccine. The form stated that the doctor had explained the risks, and that the parents were making an informed decision. Ben said that they were the ones who explained the risks of the vaccine to the doctor. The form absolved the hospital of any and all risks and responsibilities, stating that the parents take all responsibility. Aliea and Ben told the nurse that they were signing under duress. There was no “consent” about it. The baby would get the vaccine no matter what they wanted; this was the only way their baby would not be kidnapped.

Pfizer Tracking Unvaccinated Children Through Health Insurance

If you are a parent who has made the decision not to vaccinate your child Big Pharma knows, according to a postcard sent in by a Next News viewer.

In the notice mailed by Pfizer Inc. they indicate that they possess “records that your child may not have received a recommended vaccine.” The postcard reminds the parents to contact their health provider to schedule an appointment.

Pfizer also indicates that they’ve paid for the mailing on behalf of “your child’s health plan, health clinic, or health department.”

We deduct that if your insurance company or health coverage provider doesn’t receive a bill from your child’s pediatrician for a vaccination your child’s health profile is flagged and the post card is mailed from their database.

With Obamacare slowly coming online and individual state departments of Child Services performing more lethal kidnappings nationwide it is not a stretch to believe that the same records could be used against parents for states to claim that a parents freedom of choice is child neglect.

Catholic Cardinal in Kenya Opposes Government-led Campaign to Vaccinate Only Child-bearing Aged Women with Tetanus

Don’t boys and men also need protection from tetanus? That is one of many questions being asked by Catholic officials in Kenya questioning a national tetanus vaccination program targeting only women aged 14-49 years.

Joylene Sing’oei writing for the English language Kenyan publication Standard Media reports:
The church claims the initiative covering 60 districts has had limited public awareness unlike other national health initiatives that are preceded by a public launch where the public can ask questions.

In a statement sent to newsrooms by Catholic Health Commission of Kenya Wednesday evening, the church further alleges that there has been no adequate stakeholder engagement for consultation both in the preparation and implementation of the campaign.

The questions the church has put across are;

1- Is there a tetanus crisis on women of child bearing age in Kenya? If this is so, why has it not been declared?

2- Why does the campaign target women of 14 – 49 years?

3- Why has the campaign left out young girls, boys and men even if they are all prone to tetanus?

4- In the midst of so many life threatening diseases in Kenya, why has tetanus been prioritized?

Japan: International Medical Researchers Issue Warning about HPV Vaccine Side Effects

We bring you this is international news regarding the continuing investigations going on in Japan regarding the vast amount of injuries and deaths related to the HPV vaccines. You will not read this in the pro-Pharma U.S. mainstream media. Lawsuits for damages due to the Gardasil vaccine in France likewise receive no U.S. mainstream media exposure. Instead, the U.S. media portrays the HPV vaccine as safe, and ridicules those who think otherwise. Efforts to give the vaccine to minors without their parent’s consent have succeeded in some states, like California.

After Gardasil: I Simply Want my Healthy Daughter Back

Prior to Natasja being vaccinated with Gardasil, she led a very active and healthy lifestyle. Natasja had the three shots of Gardasil in May, August and December of 2011. After her second shot she started having severe headaches, tunnel vision and short term loss of her peripheral vision. Natasja developed a sore throat after her third vaccination. 14-Year-Old-Girl Coerced to Receive Vaccine at School Against Wishes of Parents

A Canadian couple are furious after public health nurses vaccinated their teenage daughter at school without parental consent.

Children represent a huge market, obviously, for the vaccine industry. The primary means of accessing this market is through school systems.

Like the family in this story, many parents would be surprised to learn that their children under the age of 18 can often be vaccinated at school without their permission. This story takes place in Canada, but the same situation exists in many states in the U.S. California recently passed a bill, for example, allowing school officials to vaccinate with dangerous HPV vaccine to girls as young as 12.

What is so tragic in this story is that the parents had already lost one child to vaccines, and wanted to opt out of them for their other children.

Gardasil: My Family Suffers with Me

My husband and I have three young children. Before Gardasil, we were a very active family and did a lot of different things with our children – we had fun. I personally have always walked a lot, up to 15-20 km a day, as well as cycling about 20 km a day in my job as a social and health careworker. It has been over a year since my last injection of Gardasil. I am still on sick leave trying to recover from the side effects.

I fight all I can, and I will find out why this has happened to me and I will be well again. CDC Caught Red-Handed Exaggerating Flu Cases and Deaths to Increase Vaccine Sales

Big Pharma Tries to Discredit Documents Hidden By CDC Linking Vaccines to Autism

On February 21, 2013, we published the press release from A Shot of Truth which announced that after nearly 10 years of trying to obtain documents from the CDC through over 100 Freedom of Information Acts (FOIAs), that Dr. Brian Hooker had finally obtained documents showing that the CDC had been hiding data linking the mercury in vaccines to autism.

This story has gone viral on the Internet, receiving a lot of attention, as can be expected given the fact that the CDC now admits that one in every 50 children in the U.S. are now diagnosed with autism.

Apparently, Big Pharma was already expecting this, and very quickly issued an attack piece to discredit the data that had been released. The person appointed to write this response, was a pro-pharma, pro-vaccine, pro-GMO “science” writer. Interestingly, the response was not published in a scientific or medical publication, but in a business magazine.

As we wrote earlier today, journalist and constitutional attorney Glen Greenwald published information earlier this week showing how international spy agencies train Internet trolls to use deception and manipulation to infiltrate social media. And that’s exactly what the trolls did, targeting sources all over social media who were covering the press release and pointing them to this article, which was reprinted in many mainstream media sources, most of them in the financial sector. This news is obviously seen as a threat to the multi-billion dollar vaccine empire.

So here is the response to the Big Pharma hit piece, written by Dr. Brian Hooker and A Shot of Truth:

Internet Trolls May be Trained Government Agents According to Leaked Document

Glenn Greenwald, a journalist, constitutional lawyer, commentator, and author of three New York Times best-selling books on politics and law, has been working with NBC News the past few weeks publishing a series of articles on how covert government agents infiltrate the Internet to “manipulate, deceive, and destroy reputations.”

The information is based on documents leaked by National Security Agency (NSA) whistleblower Edward Snowden. Greenwald’s article, How Covert Agents Infiltrate the Internet to Manipulate, Deceive, and Destroy Reputations, is based on four classified documents produced by the British spy agency GCHQ, and presented to the NSA and three other English speaking agencies reportedly part of “The Five Eyes Alliance.”

In this shocking piece, Greenwald publishes a copy of a spy training manual used entitled: “The Art of Deception: Training for Online Covert Operations.” Greenwald writes that agencies like the NSA are “attempting to control, infiltrate, manipulate, and warp online discourse, and in doing so, are compromising the integrity of the internet itself.”

Let’s look and see how this tactic is being used against vaccine objectors.

CDC Caught Hiding Data Showing Mercury in Vaccines Linked to Autism

In a press release issued recently, one that almost no mainstream media sources have bothered to report, it was announced that Dr. Brian Hooker had finally received documents from the CDC through a Freedom of Information Act that revealed the CDC had access to data linking Thimerosal in vaccines to autism, non-organic sleep disorders, and speech disorders.

Two members of Congress helped Dr. Hooker draft his letter to the CDC, after having spent nearly 10 years submitting over 100 Freedom of Information Acts to no avail.

This information, so far, has been completely blacked out of the mainstream media.

This information is very damaging to the CDC, which has stated for years that there are no studies linking the mercury of Thimerosal in vaccines to autism. You can watch for yourself the most recent testimony given by the CDC in the November 2012 Congressional Hearing on Autism. Thimerosal is still used today in the flu shot that is administered to pregnant women and infants.

The mainstream media’s official position regarding vaccines and autism has been that it has been “proven that there is no link”, and Dr. Andrew Wakefield is used as the standard scapegoat being presented as a “disgraced doctor” who supposedly got caught fabricating his study. Of course, Dr. Andrew Wakefield’s study has been replicated in at least 28 other studies, and no case has ever been won against Dr. Wakefield in a court of law. Litigation is still pending, and one of the doctors who was a co-author in the study has been completely exonerated in the U.K.

Yet, the man who supposedly conducted studies for the CDC proving that vaccines do not cause autism, is a wanted criminal for stealing millions of dollars from the CDC, and is still on the run from the law. But that story is seldom, if ever, reported in the mainstream media.

Students at Fordham University Experiencing Mumps Outbreak Even though They were Vaccinated Against It

WABC in New York is reporting that there is an outbreak of mumps among students at Fordham University. Ten students have been diagnosed with the virus.

As you watch the report in this article, you will learn that all those affected had received the MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccine, as it is required for all students.

The reporter makes this statement about the MMR vaccine: “It’s important to know that it’s (the vaccine) the best we have, but it is not perfect.”

This is not the first time that the MMR vaccine has been shown to be ineffective. In past outbreaks, however, the unvaccinated were always blamed.

Given the 100% vaccination rate at this university, I wonder how they will get away with blaming the unvaccinated this time?

The MMR vaccine is also controversial as there are over 28 studies linking it to autism.

Gardasil: Ashlie’s Near-Death Experience

Who would have ever thought a single injection of the HPV vaccine, Gardasil, could bring my precious daughter to the brink of death?

Whooping Cough Outbreaks Among Vaccinated Older Children Increasing

Health officials in California are becoming worried at the number of older kids who are coming down with whooping cough. Most of these are children who have received 5 vaccines for pertussis between the ages of 2 months and 7 years. The vaccine clearly doesn’t work: “The effects of the vaccine does not seem to last as long as we had hoped,” said Jonathan Fielding, director of the L.A. County public health department. “There is a lot of work going on to understand why it is waning.”

And for the first time, they are admitting the fault is the vaccine, and not the small percentage of unvaccinated children: “Of the pertussis cases in Los Angeles County, 8 percent were individuals who had never been vaccinated. Experts say the number is not a significant factor in the spread of pertussis.”

Yet, the media continues to blame unvaccinated children. Why is this failed vaccine still in the childhood vaccine schedule??

Fighting Forced Vaccination in America in 2014: 58 Bills in 24 States Threatening Right to Refuse Vaccines

Big Pharma’s vaccine products are a huge failure. But since the Pharmaceutical industry is one of the largest sponsors of the dying mainstream media, and since they also have more lobbyists than any other industry influencing U.S. government policy, they continue to grow their market. Consider the vaccine market today in America:

1. U.S. law protects vaccine manufacturers from any liability due to faulty vaccines, or damages and deaths caused by them. So many people were suffering or even dying from vaccine injuries in the 1980s, that Big Pharma basically blackmailed Congress by threatening to stop manufacturing vaccines if legislation was not passed to protect them from lawsuits. So now vaccine pushers have a blank check to put as many vaccines into the market, regardless of the consequences.

2. Research to develop new vaccines is largely funded by tax-payer dollars. The NIH and probably other government agencies hold patents and earn royalties on vaccines.

3. The largest purchaser of vaccines is the government, both the U.S. government and the United Nations through UNICEF which distributes vaccines free of charge around the world.

What a great business to be in! You don’t need consumers to be on board and be willing to purchase the products – the government hands you a turn-key multi-billion dollar market. It also doesn’t matter if the vaccines don’t work, such as the failed pertussis (whooping cough) vaccine. No problem. Keep selling them until they can develop a new one to replace it. It’s a risk-free lucrative market!

But they’re not satisfied. If you read the market reports for the pharmaceutical industry, they are not happy about blockbuster drugs having their patents run out and allowing cheap generics to enter to the market, like what happened with the popular drug Lipitor.

So vaccines are seen as the key market area for growth, as we recently reported regarding new cancer vaccines that are in the pipeline.

There is one massive problem standing in their way, however, threatening their march forward and potential complete market dominance: parental choice and anti-vaccine parents (a growing segment of the population).

But they have a strategy for that too: pass legislation at the state level to remove parental choice. The only way they can really increase their market among children is through forced vaccination, against the will of parents.

So here is the National Vaccine Information Center to update us all on 58 bills in 24 states. If you don’t act, you may soon lose your ability to choose to refuse vaccines.

5 Families Sue Big Pharma in France for Vaccine Damages to Children

Here is a story that originates from the French media about 5 families with vaccine-damaged children suing the drug manufacturers for vaccine damages.

The parents of the five families who contend that vaccines caused their children’s disabilities have joined forces to take GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer and Sanofi to court in hopes that the courts will acknowledge the side effects of vaccines and award compensation to their disabled children.

You will not, of course, ever read a story like this in the U.S. mainstream press for the simple reason that families cannot sue drug manufacturers for damages due to vaccines – it is against the law. There were so many lawsuits due to vaccine damages and deaths in the 1980s, that Big Pharma blackmailed Congress by threatening to get out of the vaccine business (which is exactly what should have happened if there were truly a free market in the U.S. where failed products and companies were allowed to fail) unless they were given legal protection from ALL lawsuits.

So Congress gave Big Pharma total legal immunity to any harm due to vaccines back in 1986, and the U.S. Supreme Court upheld that law in 2011. Instead, the U.S. law has set up a special “vaccine court” funded by taxes consumers pay on the vaccines. The U.S. Government has attorneys that fight on behalf of the government not to pay damages for vaccine injuries and death. But they have paid out millions of dollars in damages nevertheless, even though the mainstream media seldom reports this.

Study: Hepatitis B Vaccine Damages The Liver

Startling new research published in the journal Apoptosis indicates that hepatitis B vaccine, which is designed to prevent Hepatitis B virus-induced damage to the liver, actually causes liver cell destruction. In the study, researchers found the hepatitis B vaccine induced a “loss of mitochondrial integrity, apoptosis induction, and cell death” in liver cells exposed to a low dose of adjuvanted hepatitis B vaccine. The adjuvant used was aluminum hydroxide, which is increasingly being identified as a contributing cause of autoimmune disease in immunized populations.

Last year we reported how routine flu shots were given out in the big chain drug stores like Walgreens and CVS, even though the flu shots have package inserts which lists severe side effects, and encourages people to discuss certain health conditions with a physician prior to receiving a flu vaccine. The package insert for this year’s High-Dose vaccine for seniors, for example, reveals that 23 seniors died during the drug trials.

We also previously reported that the flu vaccine is the most dangerous vaccine in the United States, based on actual payments made by the government to vaccine injuries and deaths. Flu vaccine damages that are awarded to the victims total more than all other vaccines combined.

Nevertheless, since 2009 pharmacists, not physicians or nurses, can now administer to the flu vaccine to anyone walking into a national pharmacy chain store like Walgreens or CVS. This has resulted in a cash boom for these large corporations.

Why is the CDC and FDA Still Recommending the Failed Whooping Cough Vaccine?

2013 was the year the CDC and FDA finally admitted there were problems with the pertussis (whooping cough) vaccine.

When cases of whooping cough spiked in 2012, the media and medical community was quick to rush in and blame unvaccinated children. The data, however, could not support that claim.

In 2013, there were two major research papers published documenting the failure of the pertussis vaccine. I don’t believe the first one, published in early 2013, received any mainstream media exposure at all, while the second one, later in the year, was back-page news. However, both of these studies should have been headline stories. The first one showed how pertussis was becoming vaccine-resistant, while the second, published by the FDA, showed that those vaccinated for whooping cough still carried around the virus and spread it to others.

So both the CDC and the FDA were aware in 2013 that the whooping cough vaccine was not effective, and yet it is still part of the vaccine schedule. Why?

Mississippi Parents for Vaccine Rights says it’s time for the state to allow parents to have the legal right to select, delay or opt out of vaccines.

About 30 members of the group rallied [January 22nd] at the state Capitol in an effort to push for a bill this year to allow exceptions to the state’s immunization law. Mississippi doesn’t allow philosophical or religious exemptions from immunizations.

“There are 48 states that allow that right,” said Mary Jo Perry of Pelahatchie, co-director of Parents for Vaccine Rights.

Currently, the only way parents have of getting around the vaccines required to enter school is to homeschool their children.

Perry and others in the group said they aren’t anti-vaccine; instead, they are concerned about the rapid, piggy-back schedule of the vaccines.

“Some parents would like to slow it down,” Perry said of the vaccination schedule. “We want to have that option.”

Perry said her son suffered a grand mal seizure, which she said she believes it was due to a vaccination since it occurred within hours of her son getting the shot.

She said it is difficult to get a waiver for health reasons from the vaccinations.

Lindey Magee, co-director of Mississippi Parents for Vaccine Rights, said the group has heard from some parents who won’t move to the state because of the lack of a vaccine exception in law.

Flu Shot for Pregnant Women? CDC Covers Up Influenza Vaccine-Related Fetal Deaths

CDC Misleads Nations Ob/Gyns -Covering-up The Most Massive Fetal Death Reports Associated With The Influenza Vaccine in the History of Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS)

Dr. Gary Goldman’s study on the 4,250% spike in fetal death reports during the 2009/10 H1N1 “pandemic” was originally rejected by the American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology (AJOG), who is charged by the National Coalition of Organized Women (NCOW) as complicit in a massive cover-up and manipulation of data associated with the 2009/10 flu season fetal deaths. This report is now available free to the public. Subsequently published in the Human & Experimental Toxicology Journal (HET), as a Sage choice study, the Goldman study is now listed in Pub med as a free PMC article.

Despite an apparent trail of documented collusion and misconduct amongst the CDC, AJOG (Elsevier) and 9 non-profits including the March of Dimes, this alarmingly poor outcome of the 2009/10 H1N1 vaccine experiment on the fetuses of pregnant women was successfully covered up by the CDC until Goldman exposed the statistics, documenting the harm in his recent publication.

Dr. Marie McCormick, chairperson of the CDC’s H1N1 Vaccine Safety Risk and Assessment Working Group (VSRAWG) testified, and submitted deceptive reports to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), contending no unusual signals nor adverse outcomes in the pregnant population during the 2009/10 public experiments on pregnant women.

However, pressed by the NCOW statistics extracted from the government’s own data, Dr. Shimabukuro of the Centers of Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) corroborated the NCOW data in a public presentation (slide 20) in Atlanta, Georgia, in October of 2010. This contradiction to Dr.McCormick’s testimony evidences that the CDC indeed knew of the increasing level in fetal-loss reports, in near real time. Yet the CDC failed to immediately notify the nation’s Ob/Gyns, who, uninformed, continued to double-dose their pregnant patients with the fetal-fatal flu shots that collectively delivered up to 50 micrograms of mercury. Due to the success of this well-orchestrated cover up and the complicity of the non-profits and AJOG, pregnant women are now pressured to get 4 vaccine doses, (Flu, TDaP) and thereafter are mandated to give up to 49 vaccine doses to their surviving children in order for them to attend school.

Nurse Fired for Refusing Flu Shot Sues Hospital, Federal and State Governments for $100,000,000

Nurses all across the United States are having their Constitutional rights trampled upon for refusing mandatory flu vaccinations. As we have previously reported, thousands of nurses across the United States are taking a stand against forced flu vaccinations, choosing to either lose their job as a result, or endure shame and ridicule for being forced to wear a mask while on duty during flu season.

It was only a matter of time before some of these nurses began taking legal action to protect their rights. Some litigation began last year, but details are not available publicly.

Dr. Karen Sullivan Sibert, herself a pro-vaccine doctor, wrote an opinion piece explaining how requiring nurses to wear masks for refusing the flu vaccination violates HIPAA law for patient privacy.

In addition to the violation of personal rights, the CDC published a study in 2013 showing that vaccination of healthcare workers with the seasonal flu vaccine offered no significant measurable protection of patients from the flu.

And as we have reported here at Health Impact News, the flu vaccine is not without risk. The governments own data on settled cases due to vaccine injuries show that the flu vaccine causes more serious injuries, including death, than all other vaccines combined.

Now, the Law Offices of James Elsman has issued a press release stating that they have a client who is a nurse that has lost her job due to refusing the flu vaccination, and she has filed a class action suit for one hundred million dollars against the hospital that fired her, as well as the state and federal governments.

It should be noted that the new Affordable Health Care Act (Obamacare) has mandated that healthcare facilities must have 90% of their employees vaccinated with the flu vaccine to receive full reimbursements of Medicare and Medicaid payments.

Are Unvaccinated People Being Wrongly Blamed for New Outbreaks that are due to Faulty Vaccines?

Almost every time an outbreak of a disease occurs in the U.S. for which a vaccine exists, people who refuse vaccines are automatically blamed for the outbreaks. Chicken Pox – Bad Vaccine or Bad Reaction?

The chicken pox is going around a community in the San Juan Islands in Washington State. The first case was in a boy who was vaccinated for chicken pox 10 days prior. So the vaccinated kids started the outbreak. Two other kids who got vaccinated also got the chicken pox. Chicken pox is a LIVE virus vaccine and live virus vaccines can in fact cause disease. Just like in this case.

Now get this. These children who contracted the chicken pox from the vaccine have been deemed to have not had the chicken pox but rather “a negative reaction to the immunization”. In an even greater twist of logic, these children who got the chicken pox from the vaccine have been cleared to return to school – even though a vaccinated child who contracted the disease from the vaccine started the outbreak – but the unvaccinated kids who DO NOT have the chicken pox, must stay out of school for 21 days.

So let me get this straight. If my kid is vaccinated and gets the chicken pox, it is not the chicken pox and he can go back to school but if he is unvaccinated and has no symptoms, he has to stay home?!?!?

A mother submitted a photo from a physician’s website in Pennsylvania stating that since 2012 “children who are not fully vaccinated will be denied entry to the school building.”

She asks: “Is that legal? We live in Pennsylvania.”

No, the information is incorrect, even though it is written on a physician’s form. Find out what the actual law states in Pennsylvania, and in other states regarding legal vaccine exemptions that allow unvaccinated children to continue attending school.

How Much Money do Doctors Make From Flu Shots?

What would readers think if I provided an admission in writing from a medical doctor as to a reason why the medical profession should consider administering flu vaccines?

One MD, who also is a speaker for Merck, Novartis, Pfizer, and Sanofi-Pasteur – all vaccine makers, says: “Giving influenza vaccine is also good for the financial health of your practice.”

That candid remark, made in writing, came from Richard Lander, MD, and was published in the article “Influenza vaccination makes sense for everyone” on Healio Pediatrics webpage about Infectious Diseases in Children.

Guess how much the vaccine administration fee is? According to Dr. Lander, it should range from $14 to $30. Dr. Lander uses a hypothetical patient base of 2,000 and explains who may or may not receive the flu vaccine. He contends bottom line and revenue results are $14,000 to $30,000 from only 1,000 patients receiving the flu shot. However, Dr. Lander throws in a financial wild card regarding 100 patients, who called to get a flu shot and then end up scheduling a well visit. According to Lander, a doctor “should be generating an additional $10,000. Bottom line: $25,000 to $42,500, which is not bad!”

Why is the CDC Ignoring Explosion of Recorded HPV Vaccine Injuries, as Other Countries Move to Take Protective Action?

Last month (December 2013), Katie Couric’s popular daytime television show aired an episode on “The HPV Controversy.” Both sides of the controversy were represented, but the show was widely criticized in the mainstream media for simply suggesting there was a controversy. Vaccine damaged families were interviewed (watch the interviews here), but according to the medical community, Gardasil and the HPV vaccine are completely safe.

So Katie Couric issued what was basically an apology and then aired a follow-up show which featured the one-sided standard government position, with an interview of Dr. Anne Schuchat, Assistant Surgeon General and Director of the CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases.

Dressed in military attire, the whole interview was basically an appeal to authority: Trust us, we are the authorities, and we know what’s best.

Norma Erickson is the director of SaneVax, the leading website on the Internet highlighting the dangers of the HPV vaccine. She was present with Katie Couric at the first show airing both sides, but no one representing the victims of the vaccine were present for the airing of the second show. People injured or killed by the Gardasil vaccine cannot sue Merck, as all vaccine manufacturers have legal immunity from lawsuits in the U.S.

More than 10 young women have recently sued Sanofi, the distributor of Gardasil in France, for damages due to the vaccine, including lupus, Guillain-Barré, ADEM, idiopathic hypersomnia, and multiple sclerosis.

Japan halted recommendations for the HPV vaccine and has begun a full scale probe over its safety, due to the large amount of serious adverse reactions reported.

Nurses Across the U.S. are Taking a Stand Against Forced Flu Vaccines

As 2014 begins to unfold, it is becoming clear that the medical care industry is facing a crisis.

We have already reported about how many doctors are refusing to participate in the new Obamacare health insurance exchanges. But another unintended consequence of new medical care legislation is the refusal of nurses to comply with new mandatory flu vaccination requirements. With a nation-wide shortage in nurses already problematic long before Obamacare was implemented, things are only going to get worse.

Nurses across the United States are choosing to lose their jobs rather than submit to forced mandatory flu vaccinations. This began last flu season, in 2012, and we reported many stories of brave nurses standing up for their rights and refusing to submit to mandatory flu vaccinations as a requirement to keeping their jobs.

Unfortunately, many of our nation’s best nurses were already lost at the beginning of the 2012-2013 flu season as new mandates in Obamacare kicked in, requiring medical care facilities to have a 90% compliance to the flu vaccine as a requirement to receive full reimbursements for Medicare and Medicaid.

The trend towards losing nurses over the mandatory flu vaccine has continued this flu season, in 2013-2014. For example, Dreonna Breton, a registered nurse in Pennsylvania, lost her job recently due to refusing the vaccine on medical grounds. She is pregnant, and has a history of miscarriages. Her doctor advised her NOT to get the flu vaccine, but her hospital refused her exemption and fired her.

For those nurses who are granted exemptions to avoid the flu vaccine, they are forced to wear masks while at work, for the entire flu season. Since studies show that even those who are vaccinated can still pass on the influenza virus, and since the requirement to vaccinate 90% of medical care workers with the flu vaccine is a financial consideration for getting the full federal funds available for Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements, this requirement to single out those refusing vaccines is a clear case of discrimination and harassment.

Nurses across the country are gathering together on the Internet, such as the Nurses Against Mandatory Vaccines Facebook Page, and proudly displaying their masks as badges of honor in not giving in to intimidation and medical tyranny. They are some of the few honorable people left in the corrupt medical system.

Gardasil: My Daughter’s Worst Nightmare

Cancer is a frightening word. Any parent in the world would do whatever was in their power to protect their child from this terrible disease. I had no idea adding Gardasil to our list of protective measures would turn our lives into a nightmare. My beautiful 12 year old daughter, Allie, was a victim of Gardasil and I believe that had she been given the 3rd Gardasil shot, it would have killed her as she barely survived the 2nd shot.

Why Are Babies Dying in China After Receiving the Hepatitis B Vaccine?

At least nine babies have died in China the past few weeks after being injected with the Hepatitis B vaccine.

The deaths, which have occurred within a very short time after receiving the vaccine, are gaining wide exposure in the China media. Because vaccines are almost always promoted as safe, injuries and deaths often are not associated with the vaccine, so there may be more deaths than have currently been reported. One of the deaths was reported by a family member after hearing about other babies dying shortly after receiving the vaccine in the media. When the family originally was fighting to save the baby from dying, they had not suspected the vaccine.

Reaction in the media and the medical community in China is in stark contrast to how news like this is often reported in the U.S., where the mainstream media is reluctant to report any negative news regarding vaccines, and most doctors refuse to even acknowledge the risks vaccines carry.

Here are some quotes from the China media:

“Doctors also warn that the hepatitis B vaccine is not suitable for all newborns. Those suffering from fever, weak immune system, low birth weight or serious eczema should not be given the vaccination.”

“As the investigation continues, medical experts are reminding parents that infants don’t need to receive hepatitis B vaccines immediately after being born. They say it’s ok for parents to wait until the investigation results come out, before deciding whether they want to use the vaccines or not.”

In the U.S., one never reads any cautionary advice like this, in spite of the fact that deaths and serious adverse reactions do occur often.

Doctor Verbally Assaults Parent in Restaurant for Choosing Not to Vaccinate

Hardcore pro-vaccine proponents would have us believe the issue of vaccine safety and effectiveness is a closed issue. To them, there is no neutral ground. You are either an evangelist for vaccines or a threat to society with no middle ground in between. To merely raise questions is to be labeled as anti-vaccine and a threat to society.

Just ask Katie Couric, who dared to allow some people on to her show to tell their story about how they were damaged by the Gardasil vaccine. Even though Couric stated that she was pro-vaccine and had her daughters vaccinated, it didn’t matter. She was attacked viciously in the mainstream media, forced to apologize, and then later it was announced that her popular daytime show would not be renewed.

Pro-vaccine doctors are threatened by the truth of vaccines, because they can’t stand the thought that they might be responsible for permanent disabilities or even deaths as a result of their beliefs in vaccines. In the story here, one doctor got so upset over hearing a private conversation in a public restaurant over vaccines, that he confronted the father of a vaccine-damaged child and cursed him out in public. This parent did not back down, however, and the doctor probably got more than he bargained for.

The Pentagon’s Vaccine Factories

Why is the Pentagon developing and controlling vaccines? Will our troops become human guinea pigs for MIT’s emerging vaccine to block stress and fear? In the aftermath of 9/11 and the 2001 anthrax attacks, the federal government decided not to let that crisis “ go to waste.” Allegedly to “better protect” civilians and troops against biochemical attacks, germ warfare, or pandemics (including normal, seasonal flu), it put the Pentagon squarely in the vaccine business.

A new study published in the journal Vaccine has brought to light an extremely disturbing though still virtually unreported dark side to immunization campaigns within low-income countries, namely, the observation that infant mortality sometimes increases when the number of co-administered vaccines increases; a finding diametrically opposed to the widely held belief that vaccination is always a life-saving intervention, and that the more vaccines administered to infants the better.

Study Calls Into Question Effectiveness of Hepatitis B Vaccine for Newborns

Hepatitis B vaccine was not effective in preventing asymptomatic occult HBV infection in babies, which may occur in up to 40 percent of babies born to hepatitis-B-positive mothers.

Hepatitis B is a primarily blood-transmitted adult disease associated with risky lifestyle choices such as unprotected sex with multiple partners and intravenous drug use involving sharing needles.

Hepatitis B is not primarily a “children’s disease” or one that is a common threat to newborn babies in the U.S. Any protection offered by the hepatitis B vaccine may wane by the time a child reaches his or her teenage years — the time when acquiring a hepatitis B infection may be more likely.

More than 1,500 deaths have been reported in the U.S. following hepatitis B shots and at least 60 serious health problems or adverse unintended consequences have been associated with hepatitis B vaccination.

Departing Mayor Bloomberg Mandates Annual Flu Shot for Children Under Age 5

Last Wednesday, the New York City Board of Health decreed that all children under age 5 who are enrolled in city-licensed preschools or daycare centers must receive an annual flu vaccine. This is in addition to the seven other vaccinations already required for NYC preschoolers.

Tripedia for DTaP, as well as Fluzone, Afluria, and three kinds of Fluvirin for flu, contain trace amounts of thimerosal, a preservative that contains deadly mercury.

Sweden Admits the Swine Flu Vaccine Caused Narcolepsy

In 2011 and 2012 several European countries were investigating the claim that people were suffering from narcolepsy resulting from the swine flu vaccine manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline. Finland, among others, began paying out damages for swine flu vaccines given in 2009 and 2010.

Narcolepsy is a serious, disabling illness. The disease is principally characterized by a permanent and overwhelming feeling of sleepiness and fatigue. Other symptoms involve abnormalities of dreaming sleep, such as dream-like hallucinations and finding oneself physically weak or paralyzed for a few seconds (Stanford School of Medicine).

Here at the end of 2013, Sweden is also admitting that the flu vaccine caused narcolepsy, and is offering an apology to the victims. The reason they are offering an apology is because the time limit to file a case for compensation has passed. So admitting something happened back in 2011 when it is no longer possible to file a claim is leaving a lot of people with no recourse – only an apology.

When Katie Couric recently dared to interview some of those damaged from Gardasil, she was viciously attacked by the mainstream media and forced to apologize.

My daughter hates it when I speak about the new medical conditions she has been suffering through since being vaccinated with Gardasil. I chose to give her this vaccine in an effort to help protect her. I struggle with that decision every day.

She had just finished a great soccer season. She had turned 13 already and like always time had slipped away from us. I was a month or two late on getting her annual check-up. Her pediatrician had been discussing the HPV vaccine, Gardasil, with me since she turned 11 years old. I put it off and put it off and then finally agreed to move forward with the injections we thought would protect her from cervical cancer. Within a month or so, I started to notice changes with her. It was like a switch was flipped in her body. One decision has changed her life. Until there is a remedy I will continue to try and “fix her” as her life has been stolen away from her.

Australian Children to be Used as Guinea Pigs for New GMO Vaccine

A US vaccine company has applied for permission to infect up to one thousand individuals in Australia, including children, with genetically modified live bacteria contained in an oral vaccine. PaxVax recently submitted their application for permission to begin the first of three international clinical trials for the new oral cholera vaccine “via oral ingestion of the GMOs”. PaxVax claims to have several safeguards in place to “restrict the spread and persistence of the GMOs and their introduced genetic material” during this clinical trial. That precaution itself should lead any parent to question the wisdom of administering genetically modified live bacteria to their child.

Unfortunately, this is not the first GM vaccine in the market. There are other GM vaccines currently in use or proposed for use in the near future, including at least one flu shot, a vaccine which has come under heavy scrutiny recently for its ineffectiveness.

Study: Black Women who are Vaccinated with Gardasil are Vaccinated Against the Wrong Strains

The highly controversial Gardasil vaccine has now been found to be completely worthless for African American women, by scientists at Duke University School of Medicine. Apparently this fact will not stop doctors and nurses from continuing to vaccinate them, however.

I wonder how the parents and friends of Moshella Roberts feel about this news, knowing now that she died needlessly from a vaccine that she never needed?

Reason Magazine Abandons Libertarian Principles: Openly Advocates Forced Vaccination

One aspect of the police state that is particularly bothersome is forced drugging. We see this manifest in a variety of situations, usually involving children whose parents question their doctors or want to pursue alternative health care solutions. Being a complicated and emotional issue, many people end up siding with the courts in pursuit of mandatory medication. While this position is to be expected from the average statist, it is somewhat alarming when a well-known and respected publication like Reason Magazine comes out in favor of forced mass-drugging of the population, or as it was gently termed, “coercive vaccination.” These ideas, promoted under pseudo-libertarian shroud, cannot go unrebuked.

Reason is a 45-year old magazine, traditionally promoting the libertarian cause, and has published a lot of thoughtful and compelling work over the years. Yet, it seems that there is a faction of the staff that is promoting a contentious view of “liberty” when it comes to certain topics regarding science. One blogger, with the consent of a sympathetic editing staff, is so adamant about promoting the consensus of mainstream scientists that he believe that it should be mandatory for all. He argues in no uncertain terms that he not only believes that coerced medicine is libertarian, but that there is no libertarian argument for declining a vaccine.

Coercion doesn’t line up with any Libertarian Party plank that I’m aware of, nor does it stand up to actual libertarian logic. The fact is that coercion is what happens when statists can’t win in a battle of ideas. I hope that Reason will reevaluate whether its current strategy of militant vaccine promotion is in line with its mission statement. Until then, we will be calling out advocates of compulsory medicine as the police state pushers that they are.

FDA Pertussis Vaccine Study Shatters Illusion of Vaccine-Induced Immunity

Recent vaccine research again reveals the gulf between what you’re told about vaccines—how they work and how effective they are at preventing infectious disease—versus what is truly known about naturally acquired and vaccine acquired immunity.

Nearly a century after the release of the whooping cough (B. pertussis) vaccine, mounting evidence suggests that widespread mandated use of the vaccine could potentially be doing more harm than good in the long term—in addition to having been found lacking in the effectiveness. New research suggests that while the vaccine may keep people from getting sick, it doesn’t prevent them from spreading whooping cough — also known as pertussis — to others.

This may partly explain recent outbreaks of whooping cough among the highly vaccinated U.S. population, in which 95 percent of children have received at least five doses of pertussis vaccine between two months and six years old. The media and the pharmaceutical companies continue to blame whooping cough outbreaks on the small minority of the population that are not vaccinated, but the data does not support this.

6248 Permanent Injuries and 144 Deaths Following Gardasil HPV Vaccine: Coincidence or Scandal?

As of November 2013 there have been 31,741 adverse effects, including 6248 permanent injuries and 144 deaths recorded following Gardasil vaccines. Pharmaceutical companies which make the vaccine, as well as the Department of Health and Human Services which holds patents and earns profits from the vaccine, say that they are all a coincidence. The mainstream media is even worse: they are in denial that these events are even happening.

CDC Finally Acknowledges Real Lyme Disease Rates to Create Market for New Vaccine

For the first time in 2013 the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) reversed their position on Lyme disease and admitted that the number of Lyme disease sufferers could be over 300,000 people. This is 10 times more than are reported each year, and reverses what the CDC has claimed for many years now, that Lyme disease can last longer than the recommended 2 to 4 weeks of antibiotics.

So why this sudden reversal in reporting about Lyme disease?

Jessica Bernstein of Truth-out.org wrote an excellent article on this story representing the Lyme disease community blowing the whistle on corruption in the CDC regarding Lyme disease. She points out that the announcement by the CDC that Lyme disease is much greater than previously reported coincides with the release of a new Baxter Lyme vaccine.

U.S. Military Starts Producing Vaccines: New Billion Dollar Experimental Vaccine Market?

The U.S. military is getting into the vaccine business. And why not? Pharmaceutical companies are desperate to develop new products to recover lost profits from expiring patents on block-buster drugs. Having the U.S. Military purchase vaccines that are not even FDA approved for “biodefense” purposes is a brilliant marketing scheme. Too bad it also subjects our fine men and women in uniform to be guinea pigs in a great billion dollar vaccine experiment!

A recently released 122 page report, which was published in 2009 but never released to the media or shared with Congress, states that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is on track to spend billions of dollars “to create flu vaccines and specialized medicines to protect military personnel from germ warfare agents.”

Wow, what a great market for the pharmaceutical companies! They get to use your tax dollars funneled through HHS to develop new vaccines, and then your tax dollars are used again to purchase those vaccines and distribute to our military, who become basically test lab rats to help them find the next block buster vaccine or drug to unleash on the general population, of whom they have complete legal immunity if anything does go wrong and a bad product gets into the market.

It’s a win, win, win market for the pharmaceutical industry, and a lose, lose, lose way of life for the U.S. military and American public.
