Spain now joins a growing list of countries where criminal lawsuits have been filed against manufacturers of the HPV vaccine, which includes France, India, Japan, and many more. In the United States, however, you cannot sue the manufacturers of vaccines, as they are protected from civil criminal prosecution. As a result, marketing efforts to increase the sale and distribution of the HPV vaccine are increasing.

According to WHO, only 0.15% of people exposed to any high risk HPV types will ever develop cervical cancer. Medical consumers need to know that according to the World Health Organization 99.85% of those exposed to oncogenic types of HPV will never develop cervical cancer. Since at least September 2012, FDA officials knew infections with high-risk HPV types will not induce cancer without genetic mutations and/or other epigenetic (relating to or arising from nongenetic influences on gene expression) events occurring also. Did this cause the FDA or CDC to re-examine the usefulness of HPV vaccines? No. Today, countries around the world are putting a halt on government-recommended HPV vaccines and investigating numerous claims of HPV vaccine injuries that are destroying the lives of thousands of girls and young women. Since health officials at the FDA are apparently ignoring scientific facts, medical consumers need to be aware of the science, or lack therof, behind HPV vaccines.
The Gardasil vaccine has proven to cause severe and lasting side effects in many girls (and now boys), and even some deaths. The side effects include: seizures, strokes, dizziness, fatigue, weakness, headaches, stomach pains, vomiting, Guillain-Barre syndrome, joint pain, autoimmune disease, chest pains, hair loss, appetite loss, personality changes, insomnia, tremors, shortness of breath, heart problems, paralysis, itching, rashes, swelling, aching muscles, pelvic pain, nerve pain, menstrual cycle changes, fainting, swollen lymph nodes, night sweats, nausea, temporary vision and hearing loss, and more. Conventional medicine can’t treat vaccine damage. I didn’t set out to help victims of Gardasil vaccine damage. I had one patient come to me, and I was able to successfully restore her health using the principles of functional medicine. Word spread throughout the Gardasil vaccine-damage communities and I have since consulted with many more of these young girls, and even several boys.
France is quickly becoming the leading nation around the world that is waking up to the reality that the HPV vaccine, Gardasil, is a dangerous product that never should have been allowed into the market. Dr. Bernard Dalbergue, a former pharmaceutical industry physician with Gardasil manufacturer Merck in France, recently stated that Gardasil will become the greatest medical scandal of all time. Norma Erickson of SaneVax, the leading news website documenting the dangers of Gardasil, recently announced that independent laboratories in France have confirmed that Gardasil contains toxic DNA fragments connected to over 79 serious diseases. The Gardasil manufacturer Merck cannot be sued in the United States for harm caused by faulty vaccines, since the U.S. Congress granted pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity from vaccines in the marketplace in 1986, and the U.S. Supreme Court upheld that law in 2011. In France, however, there are multiple lawsuits currently in place over injuries caused by the Gardasil vaccine.
In an interview with Dr. Bernard Dalbergue, a former pharmaceutical industry physician with Gardasil manufacturer Merck, he predicts that Gardasil will become the greatest medical scandal of all time. Dr. Dalbergue believes that at some point in time, the evidence will add up to prove that this vaccine, technical and scientific feat that it may be, has absolutely no effect on cervical cancer and that all the very many adverse effects which destroy lives and even kill young girls, serves no other purpose than to generate profit for the manufacturers.
This story is about Tyler, my youngest daughter and an amazing young woman of God. During one of her regular medical check-ups, the doctor recommended that she be given the HPV vaccine, Gardasil. I trusted that the doctor was giving me complete and accurate information – this is what I was taught to do – trust the doctor. Because of this trust, Tyler’s life has become a nightmare. The medical community says she will have to live with the pain for the rest of her life. They recommend that we seek alternative treatments to help ease the discomfort – which is very costly and not covered by insurance. We have even attended a pain clinic in Cleveland to teach her how to “live with the pain.” A lifetime of pain is not what any parent envisions for their child. This is not what our faith says her destiny should be! If you are a parent, you understand how hard it is to see your child suffer. It has been 2 years since I last saw my baby be herself. I would do whatever it takes to help my child feel better, but at this point, we are out of options!
More than 600 medical professionals and 250 midwives in France have signed a petition demanding the establishment of an emergency parliamentary commission to investigate whether HPV vaccines are necessary in the battle against cervical cancer. The doctors, midwives and pharmacists who have signed the petition believe Gardasil and Cervarix are inefficient and too expensive, making the products unsuitable for mass vaccination programs.
In February, NPR’s All Things Considered aired a segment lamenting the low vaccination rates for the human papillomavirus (HPV) in American children. Apparently doing no independent journalistic research on the subject, both the segment and its companion article simply parroted a recent CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) report. The introduction to the piece called the vaccine “safe and effective” and it went on to claim, “Studies to date have shown no significant safety problems” with the HPV vaccine. This is dangerously misleading information. Many children could be harmed by it. A quick glance at the CDC’s website reveals significant side effects, with more side effects reported than for any other vaccine. Now is the time to tell NPR to report both sides of the HPV vaccine debate. Their latest story on the vaccine left out important information that families across the country need in order to make informed decisions.
We bring you this is international news regarding the continuing investigations going on in Japan regarding the vast amount of injuries and deaths related to the HPV vaccines. You will not read this in the pro-Pharma U.S. mainstream media. Lawsuits for damages due to the Gardasil vaccine in France likewise receive no U.S. mainstream media exposure. Instead, the U.S. media portrays the HPV vaccine as safe, and ridicules those who think otherwise. Efforts to give the vaccine to minors without their parent's consent have succeeded in some states, like California. And so while Japan has put a halt on recommending HPV vaccines while doctors and researchers investigate reports of serious adverse effects, even as lawsuits mount in other countries outside of the U.S. (you cannot sue drug companies in the U.S. by law for vaccine damages), the U.S. president and government is pushing for increased vaccination rates of the HPV vaccines here in the U.S. Most people do not realize that the U.S. government also holds patents on the Gardasil vaccine and receives royalties from their sales. Gardasil is a very dangerous vaccine, and the mainstream media is not publishing the other side of the story. Those who do, like Katie Couric last year, are forced to apologize. Prior to Natasja being vaccinated with Gardasil, she led a very active and healthy lifestyle. Natasja had the three shots of Gardasil in May, August and December of 2011. After her second shot she started having severe headaches, tunnel vision and short term loss of her peripheral vision. Natasja developed a sore throat after her third vaccination. She could not eat and was in a lot of pain throughout her body. My daughter was very ill for 14 days. Natasja’s pains did not diminish throughout 2012 and the level of her pain increased. This continued and there did not appear to be any respite. As we continued into the early part of 2013 her health deteriorated. The pain was constant and she had sensory disturbances on the right side of her face and down her right arm along with blurred vision and severe headaches. Natasja was hospitalized and after a lumbar puncture was diagnosed with a neurological disorder and Borrelia, otherwise known as Lyme disease. How can someone who once was so healthy suddenly develop all these illnesses and symptoms? My greatest wish is that someone out there would help my daughter to recover, to be free of pain and to become the once healthy, happy and very active young woman she once was.
My husband and I have three young children. Before Gardasil, we were a very active family and did a lot of different things with our children – we had fun. I personally have always walked a lot, up to 15-20 km a day, as well as cycling about 20 km a day in my job as a social and health careworker. It has been over a year since my last injection of Gardasil. I am still on sick leave trying to recover from the side effects. I fight all I can, and I will find out why this has happened to me and I will be well again. I will live on in good health and hope that the future allows me to be able to participate in all family matters, including diaper changes, vacuuming, washing the floor, doing the laundry and window cleaning etc. All normal things which I have not been able to do very much since I received this vaccination. That is my goal and to be able to have lots of fun with my children. This terrible experience does not just affect me, it affects all five of us at home. It is not actually answers I need but ACTION, as do all my fellows sufferers of Gardasil damage who have been harmed in Denmark by this vaccine. All of us need to be diagnosed correctly and given treatments that will give us back our good health and our lives. We need this NOW – not next year.
Who would have ever thought a single injection of the HPV vaccine, Gardasil, could bring my precious daughter to the brink of death? Ashlie has always been bigger than life. A girl who we know can handle anything. At the age of 4, Ashlie decided she wanted to dance. She was shy and didn’t like people staring at her, so we knew that this little endeavor would be short lived. We could not have been more wrong. As Ashlie became older, we knew she had found her passion and career in life. She was going to be a professional dancer and she was on her way. In the middle of June 2009, Ashlie received her first and only Gardasil vaccine and approximately 16 days later she began to complain that her legs were not working correctly. The next morning, I came downstairs and Ashlie was lying on the couch watching TV. She told me that she had crawled from her room and down the stairs to get to the couch. She informed me she could not walk. I asked her to stand. She tried and fell to the floor. How could we have known one vaccine would change our lives and her life so drastically?
Gardasil changed my health, my life, and family’s lives forever; physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially. We have had to educate ourselves about health in ways we never did before. I have a humbled appreciation to be alive after how ill I was nearly three years ago. We have learned to educate, read, and research what we put into our bodies. We encourage everyone we know to do their own research on everything that is put into their body, especially through injection. The HPV vaccine adverse reactions will not stop until these vaccines do. What I can give and share with others through this experience is the truth, my experiences, and the real facts and statistics regarding Gardasil. I plan to do this until this vaccine exists no more.
Cancer is a frightening word. Any parent in the world would do whatever was in their power to protect their child from this terrible disease. I had no idea adding Gardasil to our list of protective measures would turn our lives into a nightmare. My beautiful 12 year old daughter, Allie, was a victim of Gardasil and I believe that had she been given the 3rd Gardasil shot, it would have killed her as she barely survived the 2nd shot. The authorities will not acknowledge this as yet, but someday they will, and until then I will be the advocate for my child. I will decide what medications she needs and what vaccinations she needs or does not need. I will do the research and investigate the adverse effects of all drugs. I strongly urge anyone reading this to do the same. Do your research. KNOW what they are putting into the bodies of our children!

While the mainstream media continues to state that the Gardasil vaccine is "safe" with no controversy, stories like this one continue to pour in. In the story below, we see that doctors who treated this girl clearly link the Gardasil vaccine to narcolepsy, and they are beginning to figure out that Gardasil "has been known to cause autoimmune disorders." The damage Gardasil has done in the lives of young women are widely being reported in the media outside the U.S., but those reports are mostly censored out of the U.S. media. When Katie Couric recently dared to interview some of those damaged from Gardasil, she was viciously attacked by the mainstream media and forced to apologize. A mother from Florida writes: My daughter hates it when I speak about the new medical conditions she has been suffering through since being vaccinated with Gardasil. I chose to give her this vaccine in an effort to help protect her. I struggle with that decision every day. She had just finished a great soccer season. She had turned 13 already and like always time had slipped away from us. I was a month or two late on getting her annual check-up. Her pediatrician had been discussing the HPV vaccine, Gardasil, with me since she turned 11 years old. I put it off and put it off and then finally agreed to move forward with the injections we thought would protect her from cervical cancer. Within a month or so, I started to notice changes with her. It was like a switch was flipped in her body. One decision has changed her life. Until there is a remedy I will continue to try and “fix her” as her life has been stolen away from her.
The highly controversial Gardasil vaccine has now been found to be completely worthless for African American women, by scientists at Duke University School of Medicine. Apparently this fact will not stop doctors and nurses from continuing to vaccinate them, however. I wonder how the parents and friends of Moshella Roberts feel about this news, knowing now that she died needlessly from a vaccine that she never needed?
As of November 2013 there have been 31,741 adverse effects, including 6248 permanent injuries and 144 deaths recorded following Gardasil vaccines. Pharmaceutical companies which make the vaccine, as well as the Department of Health and Human Services which holds patents and earns profits from the vaccine, say that they are all a coincidence. The mainstream media is even worse: they are in denial that these events are even happening. Watch this short video and listen to the stories of girls who have become disabled and died, and ask yourself why their stories are not being told, and why the mainstream media is trying to censor them as much as possible.
The Salt Lake Tribune is reporting today that the physician who directs Utah's Southwest Public Department of Health has decided to exclude the Gardasil HPV vaccine in public health clinics. Given the fact that national talk show host Katie Couric just aired a program this week calling Gradasil "controversial," for which she was widely criticized and attacked by mainstream media who were claiming there was "no controversy" regarding Gardasil, this story breaking in Utah today suggests that even in the U.S., physician support for Gardasil is not as unanimous as the mainstream media would like you to believe. And this is not even "new" news in Utah, as "The decision to exclude the vaccine from its public health clinics in Beaver, Iron, Garfield, Kane and Washington counties was made years ago...." Dr. David Blodgett, the director of the Department of Health gave the reasons why they are not stocking the controversial Gardasil vaccine in the Salt Lake Tribune: "The backlash and sentiment against it was strong enough that there’s no reason to go there. No one wants it and it’s too expensive when we’re not funded to provide it." Blodgett cites other problems with Gardasil, namely that it was fast-tracked through the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and a belief that its benefits were oversold by drug maker Merck. "The science wasn’t good... We had physicians in our community arguing that we not make it available," said Blodgett. So this is not a lone doctor crusader expressing doubts about Gardasil, but a reflection of many physicians in the community.
