Vaccine Scandals and Criminal Cases Increase in 2014

Criminal activities of pharmaceutical companies are frequently reported on in the mainstream media. The largest criminal settlements in U.S. history are cases against pharmaceutical companies, such as Johnson & Johnson’s $2.2 billion criminal settlement late last year for illegally marketing drugs to the elderly, children and the mentally disabled.

When it comes to criminal activities involved with marketing vaccines, however, there is a near total blackout in the mainstream media. Very few of these stories have been mentioned in the mainstream media, because the vaccine market is a multi-billion dollar market, and the vaccine industry does not like losing any market share. The Flu Vaccine War: Healthcare Workers Fight Back

We have already established in previous articles that the flu vaccine is by far the most dangerous vaccine in the United States, injuring and killing many people every year based on settled court cases by the Department of Justice in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

And yet, hospitals across the country are mandating that healthcare workers receive the flu vaccine as a requirement to keep their employment. The main reason for this policy of forcing employees to receive the flu vaccine is not based on solid science that it protects patients (the science actually points towards no patient benefits), but based on funding requirements for medical reimbursements through Medicare and Medicaid, and through the Affordable Health Care Act, that require healthcare facilities to have a high compliance rate of employees receiving the flu vaccine.

This week, he Massachusetts Nurses Association sued Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston to block a policy to require nurses to get flu shots as a condition of employment.

And this is not the first lawsuit in the country. Others have also taken action to protect their right to refuse medical treatments that are mandated as a condition to retain employment.

Dr. Oz spent considerable time covering the issue of thimerosal being used as a preservative in the annual flu vaccine. Thimerosal contains mercury, a well-known neuro-toxin. CDC’s Purchase of $4 Billion of Vaccines a Conflict of Interest in Overseeing Vaccine Safety

Dr. Brian Hooker says the CDC should not be trusted to oversee vaccine safety, and after 10 years of fighting legal battles with the CDC via Freedom of Information requests to secure raw data on vaccine safety studies, he now has solid evidence to back up his claim of fraud within the CDC.

In a shocking news story that rocked the online world but was almost totally ignored by the mainstream media in 2014, senior vaccine scientist Dr. William Thompson was revealed as a whistleblower within the CDC, admitting that the CDC had withheld information from a key study in 2004 that supposedly showed that the MMR childhood vaccine was safe.

The CDC was forced to issue a response, and Dr. Hooker has now shown that the CDC response is clearly trying to cover up ethical lapses and explain away key data that was omitted from their original study. The pharmaceutical industry is the richest and most powerful political lobby in the world, however. Will there be enough members of Congress to come forward and oppose them? Many of the girls fell ill, and at least 7 died, and the lawsuit is alleging that in most of these cases, the girls and their parents did not even know what kind of vaccine trial they were participating in.

Unlike the U.S., victims of vaccine harm and fraud will get their day in court as the Supreme Court in India takes up the HPV Gardasil fraud claims. Also unlike the U.S., investigative reporters like Narayana Kumar are doing their job and publishing their findings in the mainstream media, informing the public.

Judge: Lawsuit Against Merck's MMR Vaccine Fraud to Continue

In a recent story that no mainstream media outlet reported, a Pennsylvania federal judge ruled in favor of whistleblowers who have accused Merck of lying about the efficacy of its mumps vaccine (currently only available in combo with MMR). We had to find this story posted on a couple of websites representing lawyers. The lawsuit is brought by two whistleblowers, virologists who worked for Merck and are accusing Merck of lying about the effectiveness of the mumps vaccine.

This story did garner mainstream news coverage back in 2012, before Merck’s attorneys appealed and tried to get the case thrown out of court. This week, U.S. District Judge C. Darnell Jones II ruled that the whistleblowers had sufficiently pled that Merck might have provided false statements to the government and that the direct purchasers had shown enough evidence to establish that these falsehoods could have helped the company gain a monopoly.

It is certainly understandable why the mainstream media does not want to touch this story, given the fact that one of the lead authors on a CDC published study in 2004 has also become a whistleblower, stating that the CDC withheld data from the public linking the MMR vaccine to a higher rate of autism among some children, specifically African American boys.

Former Staff Lead on Original Congressional Investigation Looking at Vaccine Injuries Speaks Out on CDC Fraud

CDC Director of Immunization Safety Admits Bias and Withholding Data Linking Vaccines to Autism

In what is quickly becoming one of the largest news stories in our lifetime, things are just getting worse for the CDC and their cover-up of data linking vaccines to autism.

Investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson has posted a recorded phone call she just had with Dr. Frank DeStefano, the CDC Director of Immunization Safety. Dr. DeStefano was a co-author with CDC whistleblower Dr. William Thompson on a 2004 study that originally was put forward as research showing there was no link between vaccines and autism. Dr. Thompson has come forward and revealed that data was withheld from the public that showed an increased risk of autism in certain populations, specifically African American boys. The CDC has already made a public announcement admitting that they did withhold some data.

Dr. DeStefano has publicly stated that while he will reveal the data again, but that he is standing by the original study. A new audio recording of a conversation he just had with independent investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson has just been posted on the Internet.

In this interview, Dr. DeStefano, who is not a whistle-blower, has come out with his own confession of bias and way of interpreting data so that it does not have to be shared with the public if it is not favorable with what they want to communicate regarding vaccines.

Dr. DeSefano and the CDC is being forced to answer questions like this (which unfortunately the mainstream media as of yet are NOT asking) because his co-author on the study, Dr. William Thompson, has hired one of the top whistleblower attorney’s in the nation so that he can come forward and reveal all the data the CDC has been hiding in regards to vaccines and autism.

CDC Whistleblower: Mercury in Vaccines Given to Pregnant Women Linked to Autism

Today, the Autism Media Channel released a short video where CDC whistle-blower Dr. William Thompson states, in a phone call to Dr. Brian Hooker, that injecting mercury into pregnant women creates a “clear and present danger” to the unborn child. Thimerosal, a form of mercury used as a preservative in vaccines, was removed from most childhood vaccines a few years ago, but is still in the annual flu shot, which is recommended for pregnant women.

Dr. Thompson, in the video below, insists that this mercury in vaccines causes “tics” in children, and these tics are 4 times more prevalent in kids with autism. “Tics” are defined on the CDC website as: “Tics are sudden twitches, movements, or sounds that people do repeatedly. People who have tics cannot stop their body from doing these things. For example, a person with a motor tic might keep blinking over and over again. Or, a person with a vocal tic might make a grunting sound unwillingly.”

CDC Responds: Admits Omitting Vaccine Data Linking Vaccines to Higher Rates of Autism

While the mainstream media continues to ignore what is becoming the biggest news event of the year, the CDC is scrambling to respond to damaging data that they were forced to release earlier this year clearly showing they had data linking vaccines to autism that they hid from the public. This issue can longer be hidden since one of the top researchers within the CDC, who co-authored several of the studies that supposedly showed no link between vaccines and autism, has decided to become a whistle-blower. He has yet to make an official statement, and it is thought that his attorney is seeking official whistle-blower status before he does so.

The CDC, on the other hand, has responded to Dr. Brian Hooker’s newly published study reanalyzing a 2004 CDC study that excluded data showing a significant increase in autism among African American boys who were vaccinated with the MMR vaccine. They supplied a response to the Next News Network, admitting they excluded certain data, and the reasons for doing so. Next News interviewed Dr. Hooker to discuss the CDC response. Dr. Hooker, through a 10-year legal battle with the CDC and hundreds of Freedom of Information requests, finally received the entire data sets from the CDC after Congressman Bill Posey stepped in to put pressure on them to release it. We also now know that Dr. Hooker was in contact for more than a year with an insider in the CDC who has become a whistle-blower, which undoubtedly applied pressure on the CDC to obey the law and release the data.

In this interview, Dr. Hooker states that the CDC is lying in their response, and the reason they are doing so is to protect the reputation of the MMR vaccine. He also points out that the CDC purchases $4 billion of vaccines from the vaccine industry every year, and are the last ones who should be trusted to do studies on vaccine safety due to their huge conflict of interest.

Dr. Brian Hooker: Father of Vaccine-damaged Child and His Relentless Pursuit to Expose Fraud at the CDC

A top researcher employed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has come forward as a whistle-blower, confessing to his participation in actively covering up data that clearly links vaccines to autism.

This is not a story the mainstream media (MSM) will be able to ignore for long. However, the MSM is heavily funded by the pharmaceutical industry, and the pharmaceutical industry has their appointed spokespersons on all of the major networks.

Dr. Hooker is the father of a vaccine-injured child, and is a Ph.D. researcher. He has fought against the CDC for more than 12 years, using the Freedom of Information Act to try and gather as much data as he could from the studies that the CDC has published that claim there is no link between vaccines and autism. He has submitted much of the results of his own internal investigation of the CDC data on vaccines and autism to Congress. Congressman Bill Posey has assisted him in forcing the CDC to comply with many of these requests.

After almost 12 years, his tireless pursuit of finding the truth that the CDC was hiding paid off, as the CDC finally handed over documents so that Dr. Hooker could look at the raw data that the CDC used to claim that there was no link between vaccines and autism. Dr. Hooker is hero, and I believe history will bear that out. He faces a tough road ahead, as he continues to analyze the CDC data that has been covered up and withheld from the public for so long. He needs our prayers and support during this time, as does Dr. Thompson the CDC whistle-blower.

Dr. Hooker has clearly stated what his goal is his pursuit of getting the truth from the CDC: a safer vaccine schedule for children. Will India be First Country to Revoke Marketing Licenses for HPV Vaccines?

A petition currently before the Supreme Court of India alleges that the Drugs Controller of India issued licenses for Gardasil and Cervarix without adequate research on safety as directed by the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Health and Family Welfare.

Petition number 558/2012, filed by Kalpana Mehta, Nalini Bhanot and V. Rukmini Rao, seeks to resolve this and several other issues by asking the Supreme Court of India to rescind the licenses for marketing and administration of HPV vaccines, make provisions to identify and treat any girls left with chronic health problems and/or autoimmune disorders after their participation in HPV vaccine trials, blacklist the Program for Appropriate Technology in Health (PATH), and allow no other foreign agencies to have a field presence in India.

Will India be the first country in the world to revoke the marketing licenses for Gardasil and Cervarix? Will the Supreme Court of India move to protect the health and welfare of their young citizens, or the interests of the HPV vaccine manufacturers? Will PATH and similar agencies be banned from operating in India?
Will the victims of adverse reactions to HPV vaccines be located and treated? We can only hope these questions will be answered when the final hearing will take place.

CDC Whistleblower: CDC Covered Up MMR Vaccine Link to Autism in African American Boys

A top research scientist working for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) played a key role in helping Dr. Brian Hooker of the Focus Autism Foundation uncover data manipulation by the CDC that obscured a higher incidence of autism in African-American boys.

“We’ve missed ten years of research because the CDC is so paralyzed right now by anything related to autism. They’re not doing what they should be doing because they’re afraid to look for things that might be associated.” The whistleblower alleges criminal wrongdoing of his supervisors, and he expressed deep regret about his role in helping the CDC hide data.

No Shots, No School, Not True! Exemptions Available in All 50 States

Gardasil Vaccine: One More Girl Dead

The sudden death of a 12-year-old girl in Waukesha, Wisconsin, just hours after receiving the HPV Gardasil vaccine has shocked the girl’s family, and sent local media out asking questions as to how this could happen.

Dr. Geoffrey Swain of the local health department was interviewed to give the standard CDC reply, which is similar to almost every other vaccine, stating that severe reaction like this resulting in death are “very rare,” and about “1 out of a million”.

Assuming that there is some data to back up the claim of only “1 out of a million,” how many doses of the HPV vaccine are administered every year? According to the latest statistics (July 2014) published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, over 9 million per year. So the government admits that at least 9 girls per year are killed by the HPV vaccine. How many parents know this prior to taking a doctor’s advice to administer this vaccine that is supposedly a protection against cervical cancer caused by the human papillomavirus, a sexually transmitted disease?

These local news media, possibly covering the HPV vaccine for the first time, were all quick to interview and provide links to the official CDC view of the vaccine. But here are some other facts regarding the vaccine that they failed to disclose, probably because they did not take the time to look outside of the standard government response to events like this, or their station managers did not allow them to give any other news outside of what the CDC claims.

Gardasil Vaccine: Spain Joins Growing List of Countries to File Criminal Complaints

Spain now joins a growing list of countries where criminal lawsuits have been filed against manufacturers of the HPV vaccine, which includes France, India, Japan, and many more.

In the United States, however, you cannot sue the manufacturers of vaccines, as they are protected from civil criminal prosecution. As a result, marketing efforts to increase the sale and distribution of the HPV vaccine are increasing.

Doctors Against Mandated Flu Vaccines

Mainstream news media sources (which are heavily funded by Big Pharma) would like everyone to believe that those in the medical field are united in their support of vaccines. However, there are many doctors and healthcare officials questioning the safety and efficacy of vaccines today.

A recent report in the Vancouver Sun quoted an emergency room doctor, Dr. Derrick Moore, as stating that he and 10 nurses refused to comply with mandatory flu vaccinations for healthcare workers at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital in Victoria B.C. According to the Vancouver Sun, Dr. Moore stated that the health authorities in Canada were unable to pick on him and the nurses because of “strength in numbers” and the impact it would have on emergency room staffing if they were fired. He stated he believed doctors and nurses across Canada were refusing the mandatory flu vaccine.

Three medical doctors wrote an editorial in the Toronto Star opposing mandatory flu vaccinations for healthcare workers. They stated that the evidence of the benefits of the flu vaccine is not nearly strong enough to justify taking away a doctor’s choice to make the decision on whether or not they vaccinate themselves.

As in previous reports, the June 15, 2014, report covering a 3-month period shows that the flu vaccine is the most dangerous vaccine in America. 78 cases awarded settlements for vaccine injuries, with 55 of the settlements being for the flu shot, including one death. Most of the settlements for injuries due to the flu shot were for Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Supreme Court in India to Rule on Merck Fraud Regarding HPV Vaccine Deaths

Around the world legal problems regarding the HPV vaccine continue to multiply for Merck, yet this news is mostly censored out of the mainstream media. With multiple lawsuits pending in France over injuries due to the Gardasil HPV vaccine, one former Merck doctor in France even came out and stated that Gardasil will become “the greatest medical scandal of all time.”

In contrast, here in the U.S. any mainstream journalist that dares to suggest there are problems with the Gardasil vaccine puts their career on the line. Just ask Katie Couric, who dared to interview the mother of a young woman who died from the Gardasil vaccine. She was forced to issue an apology and have the assistant Surgeon General appear on her show to assure everyone the vaccine was safe. What is not revealed in the mainstream media, however, is that the U.S. government holds patents on Gardasil and also earns royalties from the sale of the vaccine.

In the meantime, countries around the world are taking action to stop the carnage resulting from the HPV vaccine. Perhaps the most high-profile case you will never read about in the U.S. mainstream media is an upcoming Supreme Court hearing in India with a ruling due next month (August 2014). Merck has been charged with fraud and causing the death of young girls in India with vaccine trials due to the development of the HPV vaccine, sponsored by the U.S. organization PATH, with funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Last year (2013), we published a report from Christina England on a 43-page document produced by the Indian Parliament accusing the U.S. group, PATH, of committing illegal and improper activities in support of commercial interests in the development of the HPV vaccine in India, which led to the deaths of several young Indian girls.

A few weeks later, Anita Jain, the India Editor of the British Medical Journal, published her own comments on the ethical violations conducted in India in the development of Gardasil, and questioned the wisdom of rolling out the Gardasil vaccine to the entire country, citing safety and efficacy concerns.

Now, the India Supreme Court will decide on the case. But will the U.S. mainstream media even cover this story? So far, they have not.

CDC Lists 131 Causes of Death For A Child but Omits Vaccines

There are 130 official ways for an infant to die. These official categories of death, sanctioned by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), are published in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD). When a baby dies, coroners must choose from among these 130 categories. The official causes of death listed in the ICD include nearly every imaginable — and tragic — possibility.

However, there is NO category for infant deaths caused by vaccines. This is odd because the federal government is aware that vaccines permanently disable and kill some babies — the very reason Congress established a “death and disability” tax on childhood vaccines more than 25 years ago when the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 (Public Law 99-660) created the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP).

When vaccine-related deaths are hidden within the death tables, parents are denied the ability to ascertain honest vaccine risk-to-benefit ratios, and true informed consent to vaccinations is not possible. When families are urged to vaccinate their children without access to accurate data on vaccine-related deaths, their human rights have been violated. Medical health authorities, pediatricians, and the vaccine industry then become criminal accomplices to each infant death caused by vaccines — even when vaccines are not officially acknowledged as the cause of death. Finding ways to increase vaccine safety, providing families with true informed consent, and preserving human rights must be the top priorities.

Local Health Department Lies to Parents: Refuses to Provide Vaccine Exemptions Required by Law

The medical system’s attempt to remove all vaccine exemptions in states around the U.S. is troublesome enough, but there is growing evidence that where laws currently exist for vaccine exemptions, that the public is being denied their legal rights to apply those exemptions.

Megan of LivingWhole.org reports how a parent in Missouri contacted her this week stating that a local health department had informed them that “the state wouldn’t allow them to pass out exemption cards anymore.” Not only was this illegal, it was an outright lie as Megan explains after contacting the Health Department at the State Capital.

Every vaccine currently approved by the FDA and recommended in the childhood vaccine schedule has side effects and warnings listed in the package insert, and the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has paid out billions of dollars in damages due to vaccine injuries since the program was started in the 1980s to grant pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity from damages due to vaccines.

If doctors, health departments, and other medical officials were actually following the law, and following the advice printed on vaccine inserts in regards to monitoring those most at risk for vaccine injuries, the medical exemptions alone would be astronomical in this country. But that would be a huge financial drain to Big Pharma.

So what is happening instead? The medical system is fighting for 100% vaccination rates for “the greater good,” and sacrificing the lives of those who will have vaccine injuries or deaths due to adverse reactions by attempting to remove all vaccine exemptions, whether medical or religious.

Every state currently offers vaccine exemptions. Know your rights, know the law, and don’t be intimidated. HPV Vaccines: Time to Follow the Science and Reject the Vaccine

According to WHO, only 0.15% of people exposed to any high risk HPV types will ever develop cervical cancer. Medical consumers need to know that according to the World Health Organization 99.85% of those exposed to oncogenic types of HPV will never develop cervical cancer.

Since at least September 2012, FDA officials knew infections with high-risk HPV types will not induce cancer without genetic mutations and/or other epigenetic (relating to or arising from nongenetic influences on gene expression) events occurring also.

The Whooping Cough Epidemic: A Failed Vaccine Causes a Public Health Crisis

The pertussis (whooping cough) vaccine is a failure, and has now become a public health crisis. Unfortunately, the pro-pharma mainstream media in the U.S. is not reporting this. Instead, they are blaming the unvaccinated population for the outbreaks that are clearly documented as occurring among the vaccinated public. A recent report on the failure of the pertussis vaccine appeared in the U.K. publication Medical News Today. Researchers at the University of Oxford recruited 279 children aged 5-15 who visited their doctor with a persistent cough lasting 2-8 weeks. In total, 20% of the children were confirmed as having whooping cough, including 18% of the children who had been fully vaccinated.

Are Consumers Warned About the Flu Shot's Side Effects?

If you were contemplating purchasing a dietary supplement or some new food product, and found out that during trials carried out in developing that product that there were 249 “serious adverse events” including 23 deaths out of 3,833 participants, would you still purchase that product?

Yet that is exactly what happens every time someone gets a “routine” flu shot.

Criminal Activities of Vaccine Producers Increase in 2014

It has been about four years now since the U.S. Supreme Court upheld a law passed by the U.S. Congress in 1986 preventing consumers from suing pharmaceutical companies for damages due to vaccines. Prior to 1986, it was not profitable for most pharmaceutical companies to manufacture vaccines due to sheer volume of lawsuits resulting from damages. So the pharmaceutical industry basically blackmailed Congress by stating they would stop manufacturing vaccines altogether unless they had legal immunity from vaccine-injured people suing them. Congress obliged, and the Supreme Court upheld the law after a couple of decades of challenges.

Now, with free license to dump as many new vaccines into the market place as they choose, the amount and rates of vaccines in the U.S. have exploded. So too have the criminal activities of vaccine producers.

Outspoken Vaccine Advocate States Measles Vaccine Can't Prevent Measles Outbreaks

Longtime MMR vaccine advocate Dr. Gregory Poland now says the measles-containing MMR shot often fails to protect against measles and that recently reported measles outbreaks in highly vaccinated societies occurs primarily among those previously vaccinated. The MMR vaccine is unlikely to eradicate measles globally because even after two doses, nearly 10 percent of children do not have vaccine strain measles antibodies.

Most Americans born before 1957 experienced measles and have naturally acquired immunity, which allowed women to pass antibodies on to their babies to protect them from measles during the first year of life. Things have definitely changed in the past 60 years.

Because vaccine antibodies are different from naturally acquired measles antibodies, young vaccinated moms today cannot give longer lasting naturally acquired measles antibodies to their newborns. Vaccines simply do not confer the same kind of long lasting immunity that is obtained from experiencing and recovering from the natural disease.

The MMR vaccine is not without risk, and doctors seldom warn of these risks. A documented serious side effect of vaccination, including smallpox, rabies, pertussis and MMR vaccine, is encephalitis (inflammation of the brain), which can lead to permanent brain damage. In 2012, the Italian Health Ministry conceded that the MMR vaccine caused autism in a now 11-year-old boy. The judge ruled the boy had “been damaged by irreversible complications due to vaccination (prophylaxis trivalent MMR).” Serious, permanent, and sometimes fatal reactions can and do occur, with more frequency than you might think.

Mumps Vaccine Proves Ineffective as Outbreaks Among Fully Vaccinated Increase

Americans are vaccinated against mumps through the MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) shot, which is also one of the more dangerous vaccinations. Thousands in Baby Graves Scandal were used in Secret Vaccine Trials in the 1930s

The Irish Daily Mail has published an alarming report which outlines how scientists in Ireland secretly vaccinated more than 2,000 children in religious-run homes in the 1930s in suspected illegal drug trials. Failed Vaccines Become Public Health Crisis

Many diseases once thought to have been eliminated by modern medicine are now making a comeback due to the wide-scale failure of vaccines.

Unfortunately, you will not read this news in the national mainstream media in the United States. Heavily funded by the pharmaceutical industry, they continue to promote the false belief that a lack of vaccination is causing new outbreaks of old diseases. The Florida legislator, known as “Mr. Accountabililty,” did not mince words when criticizing current and past CDC officials including indicted fraudster Dr. Poul Thorsen; CDC director turned Merck Vaccine President Dr. Julie Gerberding; and the agency’s current spokesperson regarding autism and vaccines, Dr. Coleen Boyle.

Congressman Posey said, “The CDC can’t be trusted regarding investigating vaccine safety. Huge conflict of interest. I think the CDC should be investigated.”

Dr. Dalbergue believes that at some point in time, the evidence will add up to prove that this vaccine, technical and scientific feat that it may be, has absolutely no effect on cervical cancer and that all the very many adverse effects which destroy lives and even kill young girls, serves no other purpose than to generate profit for the manufacturers.

Gardasil: A Parent’s Worst Nightmare

This story is about Tyler, my youngest daughter and an amazing young woman of God. During one of her regular medical check-ups, the doctor recommended that she be given the HPV vaccine, Gardasil. Apparently doing no independent journalistic research on the subject, both the segment and its companion article simply parroted a recent CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) report. The introduction to the piece called the vaccine “safe and effective” and it went on to claim, “Studies to date have shown no significant safety problems” with the HPV vaccine.

This is dangerously misleading information. Many children could be harmed by it. A quick glance at the CDC’s website reveals significant side effects, with more side effects reported than for any other vaccine. Now is the time to tell NPR to report both sides of the HPV vaccine debate. Their latest story on the vaccine left out important information that families across the country need in order to make informed decisions.

Parents Blackmailed By Doctor: Consent To Vaccine Or We Take Your Newborn

Aliea Bidwell birthed her firstborn child naturally. Aaron was born on Friday morning, March 14, at 9:26 am, weighing 7 lbs, 11 oz. His Apgar scores were 9 and 9, at one and five minutes respectively – the picture of health. He was successfully breastfeeding within the first hour after birth. Grandparents Vesta and Ralph Bidwell were present with the happy new family and celebrated the arrival of their first grandchild.

Just a few hours later, their world imploded. Their “choice” was to submit to something that both generations were opposed to on religious and philosophical grounds, or have their newest member of the family be taken in a doctor-sanctioned kidnapping. They saw it as nothing less than vaccine blackmail.

Dr. Bierd claimed that “doctor’s discretion” gave her the right to override the parents’ decision and force the vaccine, or take the baby away and give it anyway. She based this on the fact that Aliea did not have existing bloodwork prior to admission demonstrating that she did not have hepatitis B. In other words, unlike the American system of justice, the assumption of this doctor is that mothers are “guilty until proven innocent by bloodwork.”

Three times Dr. Bierd came in threatening the family. By the second time, Ben and Aliea were in their hospital room with an additional 12 family members, including great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, and nephews. With a united front of 14 members of the extended family present, Dr. Terry Bierd came into the room and repeated her threats to allow the vaccine or they would take the baby. The entire family saw it as blackmail.

Around 8 pm, the pediatrician moved up her timeline, telling the family that they needed to decide right then if it was going to be her way (consent to the vaccine) or the hard way. She would call security and they would take the baby away, and they would have to figure out how to get the baby back later. The baby was going to get the shot one way or another, that night.

It was blackmail. Aliea and Ben saw no choice. They consented to the vaccine so that their baby would not be taken away from them.

They were compelled to sign an “informed consent” form for the vaccine. The form stated that the doctor had explained the risks, and that the parents were making an informed decision. Ben said that they were the ones who explained the risks of the vaccine to the doctor. The form absolved the hospital of any and all risks and responsibilities, stating that the parents take all responsibility. Aliea and Ben told the nurse that they were signing under duress. There was no “consent” about it. The baby would get the vaccine no matter what they wanted; this was the only way their baby would not be kidnapped.

Pfizer Tracking Unvaccinated Children Through Health Insurance

If you are a parent who has made the decision not to vaccinate your child Big Pharma knows, according to a postcard sent in by a Next News viewer.

In the notice mailed by Pfizer Inc. they indicate that they possess “records that your child may not have received a recommended vaccine.” The postcard reminds the parents to contact their health provider to schedule an appointment.

Pfizer also indicates that they’ve paid for the mailing on behalf of “your child’s health plan, health clinic, or health department.”

We deduct that if your insurance company or health coverage provider doesn’t receive a bill from your child’s pediatrician for a vaccination your child’s health profile is flagged and the post card is mailed from their database.

With Obamacare slowly coming online and individual state departments of Child Services performing more lethal kidnappings nationwide it is not a stretch to believe that the same records could be used against parents for states to claim that a parents freedom of choice is child neglect.

Catholic Cardinal in Kenya Opposes Government-led Campaign to Vaccinate Only Child-bearing Aged Women with Tetanus

Don’t boys and men also need protection from tetanus? That is one of many questions being asked by Catholic officials in Kenya questioning a national tetanus vaccination program targeting only women aged 14-49 years.

Joylene Sing’oei writing for the English language Kenyan publication Standard Media reports:
The church claims the initiative covering 60 districts has had limited public awareness unlike other national health initiatives that are preceded by a public launch where the public can ask questions.

In a statement sent to newsrooms by Catholic Health Commission of Kenya Wednesday evening, the church further alleges that there has been no adequate stakeholder engagement for consultation both in the preparation and implementation of the campaign.

The questions the church has put across are;

1- Is there a tetanus crisis on women of child bearing age in Kenya? If this is so, why has it not been declared?

2- Why does the campaign target women of 14 – 49 years?

3- Why has the campaign left out young girls, boys and men even if they are all prone to tetanus?

4- In the midst of so many life threatening diseases in Kenya, why has tetanus been prioritized?

Japan: International Medical Researchers Issue Warning about HPV Vaccine Side Effects

We bring you this is international news regarding the continuing investigations going on in Japan regarding the vast amount of injuries and deaths related to the HPV vaccines. You will not read this in the pro-Pharma U.S. mainstream media. Lawsuits for damages due to the Gardasil vaccine in France likewise receive no U.S. mainstream media exposure. Instead, the U.S. media portrays the HPV vaccine as safe, and ridicules those who think otherwise. Efforts to give the vaccine to minors without their parent’s consent have succeeded in some states, like California.

And so while Japan has put a halt on recommending HPV vaccines while doctors and researchers investigate reports of serious adverse effects, even as lawsuits mount in other countries outside of the U.S. (you cannot sue drug companies in the U.S. by law for vaccine damages), the U.S. president and government is pushing for increased vaccination rates of the HPV vaccines here in the U.S. Most people do not realize that the U.S. government also holds patents on the Gardasil vaccine and receives royalties from their sales.

Gardasil is a very dangerous vaccine, and the mainstream media is not publishing the other side of the story. Those who do, like Katie Couric last year, are forced to apologize. After Gardasil: I Simply Want my Healthy Daughter Back

Prior to Natasja being vaccinated with Gardasil, she led a very active and healthy lifestyle. Natasja had the three shots of Gardasil in May, August and December of 2011. After her second shot she started having severe headaches, tunnel vision and short term loss of her peripheral vision. Natasja developed a sore throat after her third vaccination. She could not eat and was in a lot of pain throughout her body. My daughter was very ill for 14 days.
