Spain now joins a growing list of countries where criminal lawsuits have been filed against manufacturers of the HPV vaccine, which includes France, India, Japan, and many more.
In the United States, however, you cannot sue the manufacturers of vaccines, as they are protected from civil criminal prosecution. As a result, marketing efforts to increase the sale and distribution of the HPV vaccine are increasing.
Mainstream news media sources (which are heavily funded by Big Pharma) would like everyone to believe that those in the medical field are united in their support of vaccines. However, there are many doctors and healthcare officials questioning the safety and efficacy of vaccines today.

A recent report in the Vancouver Sun quoted an emergency room doctor, Dr. Derrick Moore, as stating that he and 10 nurses refused to comply with mandatory flu vaccinations for healthcare workers at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital in Victoria B.C. According to the Vancouver Sun, Dr. Moore stated that the health authorities in Canada were unable to pick on him and the nurses because of “strength in numbers” and the impact it would have on emergency room staffing if they were fired. He stated he believed doctors and nurses across Canada were refusing the mandatory flu vaccine.
Three medical doctors wrote an editorial in the Toronto Star opposing mandatory flu vaccinations for healthcare workers. They stated that the evidence of the benefits of the flu vaccine is not nearly strong enough to justify taking away a doctor’s choice to make the decision on whether or not they vaccinate themselves.

The June 2014 report from the Department of Justice on damages paid by the U.S. Government to vaccine victims was published on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Resources website. As in previous reports, the June 15, 2014, report covering a 3-month period shows that the flu vaccine is the most dangerous vaccine in America. 78 cases awarded settlements for vaccine injuries, with 55 of the settlements being for the flu shot, including one death. Most of the settlements for injuries due to the flu shot were for Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Around the world legal problems regarding the HPV vaccine continue to multiply for Merck, yet this news is mostly censored out of the mainstream media. With multiple lawsuits pending in France over injuries due to the Gardasil HPV vaccine, one former Merck doctor in France even came out and stated that Gardasil will become “the greatest medical scandal of all time.”
In contrast, here in the U.S. any mainstream journalist that dares to suggest there are problems with the Gardasil vaccine puts their career on the line. Just ask Katie Couric, who dared to interview the mother of a young woman who died from the Gardasil vaccine. She was forced to issue an apology and have the assistant Surgeon General appear on her show to assure everyone the vaccine was safe. What is not revealed in the mainstream media, however, is that the U.S. government holds patents on Gardasil and also earns royalties from the sale of the vaccine.
In the meantime, countries around the world are taking action to stop the carnage resulting from the HPV vaccine. Perhaps the most high-profile case you will never read about in the U.S. mainstream media is an upcoming Supreme Court hearing in India with a ruling due next month (August 2014). Merck has been charged with fraud and causing the death of young girls in India with vaccine trials due to the development of the HPV vaccine, sponsored by the U.S. organization PATH, with funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Last year (2013), we published a report from Christina England on a 43-page document produced by the Indian Parliament accusing the U.S. group, PATH, of committing illegal and improper activities in support of commercial interests in the development of the HPV vaccine in India, which led to the deaths of several young Indian girls.
A few weeks later, Anita Jain, the India Editor of the British Medical Journal, published her own comments on the ethical violations conducted in India in the development of Gardasil, and questioned the wisdom of rolling out the Gardasil vaccine to the entire country, citing safety and efficacy concerns.
Now, the India Supreme Court will decide on the case. But will the U.S. mainstream media even cover this story? So far, they have not.
There are 130 official ways for an infant to die. These official categories of death, sanctioned by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), are published in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD). When a baby dies, coroners must choose from among these 130 categories. The official causes of death listed in the ICD include nearly every imaginable — and tragic — possibility.
However, there is NO category for infant deaths caused by vaccines. This is odd because the federal government is aware that vaccines permanently disable and kill some babies — the very reason Congress established a “death and disability” tax on childhood vaccines more than 25 years ago when the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 (Public Law 99-660) created the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP).
When vaccine-related deaths are hidden within the death tables, parents are denied the ability to ascertain honest vaccine risk-to-benefit ratios, and true informed consent to vaccinations is not possible. When families are urged to vaccinate their children without access to accurate data on vaccine-related deaths, their human rights have been violated. Medical health authorities, pediatricians, and the vaccine industry then become criminal accomplices to each infant death caused by vaccines — even when vaccines are not officially acknowledged as the cause of death. Finding ways to increase vaccine safety, providing families with true informed consent, and preserving human rights must be the top priorities.
The medical system’s attempt to remove all vaccine exemptions in states around the U.S. is troublesome enough, but there is growing evidence that where laws currently exist for vaccine exemptions, that the public is being denied their legal rights to apply those exemptions.
Megan of LivingWhole.org reports how a parent in Missouri contacted her this week stating that a local health department had informed them that “the state wouldn’t allow them to pass out exemption cards anymore.” Not only was this illegal, it was an outright lie as Megan explains after contacting the Health Department at the State Capital.
Every vaccine currently approved by the FDA and recommended in the childhood vaccine schedule has side effects and warnings listed in the package insert, and the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has paid out billions of dollars in damages due to vaccine injuries since the program was started in the 1980s to grant pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity from damages due to vaccines.
If doctors, health departments, and other medical officials were actually following the law, and following the advice printed on vaccine inserts in regards to monitoring those most at risk for vaccine injuries, the medical exemptions alone would be astronomical in this country. But that would be a huge financial drain to Big Pharma.
So what is happening instead? The medical system is fighting for 100% vaccination rates for “the greater good,” and sacrificing the lives of those who will have vaccine injuries or deaths due to adverse reactions by attempting to remove all vaccine exemptions, whether medical or religious.
Every state currently offers vaccine exemptions. Know your rights, know the law, and don’t be intimidated. May Megan’s example below be a warning to everyone that you may need to take a stand and fight for your rights if you do not want to become another vaccine damaged statistic allowed for “the greater good.”
According to WHO, only 0.15% of people exposed to any high risk HPV types will ever develop cervical cancer. Medical consumers need to know that according to the World Health Organization 99.85% of those exposed to oncogenic types of HPV will never develop cervical cancer.
Since at least September 2012, FDA officials knew infections with high-risk HPV types will not induce cancer without genetic mutations and/or other epigenetic (relating to or arising from nongenetic influences on gene expression) events occurring also.
Did this cause the FDA or CDC to re-examine the usefulness of HPV vaccines? No.
Today, countries around the world are putting a halt on government-recommended HPV vaccines and investigating numerous claims of HPV vaccine injuries that are destroying the lives of thousands of girls and young women. Since health officials at the FDA are apparently ignoring scientific facts, medical consumers need to be aware of the science, or lack therof, behind HPV vaccines.
The pertussis (whooping cough) vaccine is a failure, and has now become a public health crisis. Unfortunately, the pro-pharma mainstream media in the U.S. is not reporting this. Instead, they are blaming the unvaccinated population for the outbreaks that are clearly documented as occurring among the vaccinated public. A recent report on the failure of the pertussis vaccine appeared in the U.K. publication Medical News Today. Researchers at the University of Oxford recruited 279 children aged 5-15 who visited their doctor with a persistent cough lasting 2-8 weeks. In total, 20% of the children were confirmed as having whooping cough, including 18% of the children who had been fully vaccinated.
If you were contemplating purchasing a dietary supplement or some new food product, and found out that during trials carried out in developing that product that there were 249 “serious adverse events” including 23 deaths out of 3,833 participants, would you still purchase that product?
Yet that is exactly what happens every time someone gets a “routine” flu shot.
It has been about four years now since the U.S. Supreme Court upheld a law passed by the U.S. Congress in 1986 preventing consumers from suing pharmaceutical companies for damages due to vaccines. Prior to 1986, it was not profitable for most pharmaceutical companies to manufacture vaccines due to sheer volume of lawsuits resulting from damages. So the pharmaceutical industry basically blackmailed Congress by stating they would stop manufacturing vaccines altogether unless they had legal immunity from vaccine-injured people suing them. Congress obliged, and the Supreme Court upheld the law after a couple of decades of challenges.
Now, with free license to dump as many new vaccines into the market place as they choose, the amount and rates of vaccines in the U.S. have exploded. So too have the criminal activities of vaccine producers.
Longtime MMR vaccine advocate Dr. Gregory Poland now says the measles-containing MMR shot often fails to protect against measles and that recently reported measles outbreaks in highly vaccinated societies occurs primarily among those previously vaccinated. The MMR vaccine is unlikely to eradicate measles globally because even after two doses, nearly 10 percent of children do not have vaccine strain measles antibodies.
Most Americans born before 1957 experienced measles and have naturally acquired immunity, which allowed women to pass antibodies on to their babies to protect them from measles during the first year of life. Things have definitely changed in the past 60 years.
Because vaccine antibodies are different from naturally acquired measles antibodies, young vaccinated moms today cannot give longer lasting naturally acquired measles antibodies to their newborns. Vaccines simply do not confer the same kind of long lasting immunity that is obtained from experiencing and recovering from the natural disease.
The MMR vaccine is not without risk, and doctors seldom warn of these risks. A documented serious side effect of vaccination, including smallpox, rabies, pertussis and MMR vaccine, is encephalitis (inflammation of the brain), which can lead to permanent brain damage. In 2012, the Italian Health Ministry conceded that the MMR vaccine caused autism in a now 11-year-old boy. The judge ruled the boy had “been damaged by irreversible complications due to vaccination (prophylaxis trivalent MMR).” Serious, permanent, and sometimes fatal reactions can and do occur, with more frequency than you might think.
Medical tyranny is dangerously gaining traction all across the United States, where the State believes they have greater authority than parents in deciding health matters for children, such as vaccinations. Financed by a powerful and rich pro-pharma lobby, parental rights to make health decisions for their own children are being attacked in many states.
There is opposition, however, and a recent case in Colorado proved that if parents become active and fight for their rights, it is possible to stem this tide of medical tyranny. Americans are vaccinated against mumps through the MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) shot, which is also one of the more dangerous vaccinations. But in the early 2000s, researchers began to notice an alarming pattern: those vaccinated against mumps were still becoming ill with it—at alarming rates.
This worrisome trend is accelerating: in April 2014, the New Jersey Department of Health warned of an outbreak of mumps at the Stevens Institute of Technology. Eight cases of mumps were confirmed—yet all of those infected had been fully vaccinated with two documented doses of the MMR shot.

Just months after U.S. Congressman Bill Posey compared the Center for Disease Control (CDC)’s vaccine safety studies to the SEC’s Bernie Madoff scandal, malfeasance in the CDC’s studies of thimerosal-containing vaccines has, for the first time, been documented in peer-reviewed scientific literature.
Dr. Boyd Haley, international expert in mercury toxicity and a co-author of the recently published paper said “There is no doubt that authorities in the CDC have initiated and participated in a cover-up of vaccine-induced damage from thimerosal to our children—-and this I consider criminal. The paper, “Methodological Issues and Evidence of Malfeasance in Research Purporting to Show Thimerosal in Vaccines is Safe,” was published on June 6 and contains eight pages of evidence that the CDC has had knowledge of the vaccine preservative’s neurological risks, yet continues to cover them up.
The Irish Daily Mail has published an alarming report which outlines how scientists in Ireland secretly vaccinated more than 2,000 children in religious-run homes in the 1930s in suspected illegal drug trials. The Daily Mail is reporting that the scandal was revealed after the discovery of 800 infants buried in a septic tank outside a former mother and baby home in Tuam, Co. Galway. So far no U.S. mainstream media outlets are reporting anything about the developing scandal as Irish premier Enda Kenny orders a full investigation.

Unfortunately, you will not read this news in the national mainstream media in the United States. Heavily funded by the pharmaceutical industry, they continue to promote the false belief that a lack of vaccination is causing new outbreaks of old diseases. The facts do not support this belief, so it is not news. It is called “propaganda”. Vaccination rates are higher in the U.S. than any other country in the world.
The clearest example of an old disease making a comeback due to vaccine failure is whooping cough. The pertussis vaccine is a failure. This fact cannot be disputed and pharmaceutical companies are scrambling to develop a new pertussis vaccine to replace the current one that no longer works.
In the meantime, the FDA is not removing the failed vaccine from the vaccine schedule, and as a result those vaccinated for pertussis are coming down with whooping cough and spreading it to others. Yes, even though most mainstream media are reporting the exact opposite, that whooping cough outbreaks are caused by the unvaccinated population, the exact opposite is occurring, and local news media can no longer ignore these events. Some local mainstream media are now starting to report these outbreaks because they present a public health crisis.

The Gardasil manufacturer Merck cannot be sued in the United States for harm caused by faulty vaccines, since the U.S. Congress granted pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity from vaccines in the marketplace in 1986, and the U.S. Supreme Court upheld that law in 2011.
In France, however, there are multiple lawsuits currently in place over injuries caused by the Gardasil vaccine.
Is there really a new Polio epidemic as the WHO would like us to believe, or is this just a way to generate more sales of the dangerous oral polio vaccine?
Once again, we must turn to media outlets outside the U.S. to get straight facts concerning vaccines. The U.S. mainstream media only publishes one side of the vaccine debate and tries hard to squash any negative publicity regarding vaccines.
We have previously reported how even local media sources in the U.S. are now reporting the truth about whooping cough outbreaks, since so many pertussis outbreaks are happening across the nation among fully vaccinated children, clearly showing that the vaccine is no longer effective. In spite of this well-documented fact that the whooping cough vaccine is a failure, it remains in the vaccine schedule and unvaccinated children are wrongly blamed for the outbreaks.
In addition to whooping cough, measles is also making a comeback with new outbreaks, and again, the U.S. mainstream media is blaming unvaccinated children. But the failures of the measles vaccine are also well documented. Lawrence Solomon, the research director of the Consumer Policy Institute in Canada, recently wrote a series of articles exposing the faults of the measles vaccine that were published in the Financial Post. This is the other side of the measles story. One that is well-documented, but censored in the U.S. media.
While “anti-vaxxers” are being smeared in public campaigns as backward and unscientific fear-mongers, a growing body of cutting edge research is emerging from the top echelons of medical immunology to confirm what the “cranks” have been saying for years about the devastating effects of vaccine ingredients. Congressman Bill Posey’s strong resolve and demands for transparency were evident as he discussed the Center for Disease Control (CDC)’s handling of vaccine safety studies which affect “our most precious resource in our nation – our children.” The 30-minute interview, conducted by vaccine industry watchdog, PhD biochemist Brian Hooker, delves into what Posey called “the incestuous relationship between the public health community and the vaccine makers and public officials.”
The Florida legislator, known as “Mr. Accountabililty,” did not mince words when criticizing current and past CDC officials including indicted fraudster Dr. Poul Thorsen; CDC director turned Merck Vaccine President Dr. Julie Gerberding; and the agency’s current spokesperson regarding autism and vaccines, Dr. Coleen Boyle.
Congressman Posey said, “The CDC can’t be trusted regarding investigating vaccine safety. Huge conflict of interest. I think the CDC should be investigated.”
In an interview with Dr. Bernard Dalbergue, a former pharmaceutical industry physician with Gardasil manufacturer Merck, he predicts that Gardasil will become the greatest medical scandal of all time. Dr. Dalbergue believes that at some point in time, the evidence will add up to prove that this vaccine, technical and scientific feat that it may be, has absolutely no effect on cervical cancer and that all the very many adverse effects which destroy lives and even kill young girls, serves no other purpose than to generate profit for the manufacturers.
This story is about Tyler, my youngest daughter and an amazing young woman of God. During one of her regular medical check-ups, the doctor recommended that she be given the HPV vaccine, Gardasil. I trusted that the doctor was giving me complete and accurate information – this is what I was taught to do – trust the doctor. Because of this trust, Tyler’s life has become a nightmare.
The medical community says she will have to live with the pain for the rest of her life. They recommend that we seek alternative treatments to help ease the discomfort – which is very costly and not covered by insurance. More than 600 medical professionals and 250 midwives in France have signed a petition demanding the establishment of an emergency parliamentary commission to investigate whether HPV vaccines are necessary in the battle against cervical cancer. The doctors, midwives and pharmacists who have signed the petition believe Gardasil and Cervarix are inefficient and too expensive, making the products unsuitable for mass vaccination programs.
Statistics released in March, 2014 by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services revealed that the flu vaccine remains the top vaccine causing injuries which are being compensated through vaccine court, and that Guillain-Barré Syndrome, a crippling disease, remains the top injury being awarded compensation due to the seasonal flu vaccine.
Most people do not realize that flu vaccine inserts clearly list Guillain-Barré Syndrome as a known side effect. Guillain-Barré Syndrome occurs when the body’s immune system attacks the peripheral nervous system — literally shorting out the nerves that signal our legs to move, our eyes to close, and our lungs to breathe.
In February, NPR’s All Things Considered aired a segment lamenting the low vaccination rates for the human papillomavirus (HPV) in American children. Apparently doing no independent journalistic research on the subject, both the segment and its companion article simply parroted a recent CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) report. The introduction to the piece called the vaccine “safe and effective” and it went on to claim, “Studies to date have shown no significant safety problems” with the HPV vaccine.
This is dangerously misleading information. Many children could be harmed by it. A quick glance at the CDC’s website reveals significant side effects, with more side effects reported than for any other vaccine. Now is the time to tell NPR to report both sides of the HPV vaccine debate. Their latest story on the vaccine left out important information that families across the country need in order to make informed decisions.
Aliea Bidwell birthed her firstborn child naturally. Aaron was born on Friday morning, March 14, at 9:26 am, weighing 7 lbs, 11 oz. His Apgar scores were 9 and 9, at one and five minutes respectively – the picture of health. He was successfully breastfeeding within the first hour after birth. Grandparents Vesta and Ralph Bidwell were present with the happy new family and celebrated the arrival of their first grandchild.
Just a few hours later, their world imploded. Their “choice” was to submit to something that both generations were opposed to on religious and philosophical grounds, or have their newest member of the family be taken in a doctor-sanctioned kidnapping. They saw it as nothing less than vaccine blackmail.
Dr. Bierd claimed that “doctor’s discretion” gave her the right to override the parents’ decision and force the vaccine, or take the baby away and give it anyway. She based this on the fact that Aliea did not have existing bloodwork prior to admission demonstrating that she did not have hepatitis B. In other words, unlike the American system of justice, the assumption of this doctor is that mothers are “guilty until proven innocent by bloodwork.”
Three times Dr. Bierd came in threatening the family. By the second time, Ben and Aliea were in their hospital room with an additional 12 family members, including great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, and nephews. With a united front of 14 members of the extended family present, Dr. Terry Bierd came into the room and repeated her threats to allow the vaccine or they would take the baby. The entire family saw it as blackmail.
Around 8 pm, the pediatrician moved up her timeline, telling the family that they needed to decide right then if it was going to be her way (consent to the vaccine) or the hard way. She would call security and they would take the baby away, and they would have to figure out how to get the baby back later. The baby was going to get the shot one way or another, that night.
It was blackmail. Aliea and Ben saw no choice. They consented to the vaccine so that their baby would not be taken away from them.
They were compelled to sign an “informed consent” form for the vaccine. The form stated that the doctor had explained the risks, and that the parents were making an informed decision. Ben said that they were the ones who explained the risks of the vaccine to the doctor. The form absolved the hospital of any and all risks and responsibilities, stating that the parents take all responsibility. Aliea and Ben told the nurse that they were signing under duress. There was no “consent” about it. The baby would get the vaccine no matter what they wanted; this was the only way their baby would not be kidnapped.

In the notice mailed by Pfizer Inc. they indicate that they possess “records that your child may not have received a recommended vaccine.” The postcard reminds the parents to contact their health provider to schedule an appointment.
Pfizer also indicates that they’ve paid for the mailing on behalf of “your child’s health plan, health clinic, or health department.”
We deduct that if your insurance company or health coverage provider doesn’t receive a bill from your child’s pediatrician for a vaccination your child’s health profile is flagged and the post card is mailed from their database.
With Obamacare slowly coming online and individual state departments of Child Services performing more lethal kidnappings nationwide it is not a stretch to believe that the same records could be used against parents for states to claim that a parents freedom of choice is child neglect.
Don’t boys and men also need protection from tetanus? That is one of many questions being asked by Catholic officials in Kenya questioning a national tetanus vaccination program targeting only women aged 14-49 years.

The church claims the initiative covering 60 districts has had limited public awareness unlike other national health initiatives that are preceded by a public launch where the public can ask questions.
In a statement sent to newsrooms by Catholic Health Commission of Kenya Wednesday evening, the church further alleges that there has been no adequate stakeholder engagement for consultation both in the preparation and implementation of the campaign.
The questions the church has put across are;
1- Is there a tetanus crisis on women of child bearing age in Kenya? If this is so, why has it not been declared?
2- Why does the campaign target women of 14 – 49 years?
3- Why has the campaign left out young girls, boys and men even if they are all prone to tetanus?
4- In the midst of so many life threatening diseases in Kenya, why has tetanus been prioritized?
We bring you this is international news regarding the continuing investigations going on in Japan regarding the vast amount of injuries and deaths related to the HPV vaccines. You will not read this in the pro-Pharma U.S. mainstream media. Lawsuits for damages due to the Gardasil vaccine in France likewise receive no U.S. mainstream media exposure. Instead, the U.S. media portrays the HPV vaccine as safe, and ridicules those who think otherwise. Efforts to give the vaccine to minors without their parent’s consent have succeeded in some states, like California.
And so while Japan has put a halt on recommending HPV vaccines while doctors and researchers investigate reports of serious adverse effects, even as lawsuits mount in other countries outside of the U.S. (you cannot sue drug companies in the U.S. by law for vaccine damages), the U.S. president and government is pushing for increased vaccination rates of the HPV vaccines here in the U.S. Most people do not realize that the U.S. government also holds patents on the Gardasil vaccine and receives royalties from their sales.
Gardasil is a very dangerous vaccine, and the mainstream media is not publishing the other side of the story. Those who do, like Katie Couric last year, are forced to apologize. Prior to Natasja being vaccinated with Gardasil, she led a very active and healthy lifestyle. Natasja had the three shots of Gardasil in May, August and December of 2011. A Canadian couple are furious after public health nurses vaccinated their teenage daughter at school without parental consent.
Children represent a huge market, obviously, for the vaccine industry. The primary means of accessing this market is through school systems.
Like the family in this story, many parents would be surprised to learn that their children under the age of 18 can often be vaccinated at school without their permission. This story takes place in Canada, but the same situation exists in many states in the U.S. California recently passed a bill, for example, allowing school officials to vaccinate with dangerous HPV vaccine to girls as young as 12.
What is so tragic in this story is that the parents had already lost one child to vaccines, and wanted to opt out of them for their other children.
The pro-Pharma mainstream media would like everyone to believe that doctors and “scientists” all agree that vaccines are safe and effective, and that dissenters are uneducated or uninformed parents.
Not true. While the Centers for Disease Control in the United States refuses to conduct a study comparing vaccinated children with unvaccinated children, other countries have conducted such studies, and they show that unvaccinated children are much healthier.
My husband and I have three young children. Before Gardasil, we were a very active family and did a lot of different things with our children – we had fun. I personally have always walked a lot, up to 15-20 km a day, as well as cycling about 20 km a day in my job as a social and health careworker. It has been over a year since my last injection of Gardasil. I am still on sick leave trying to recover from the side effects.
I fight all I can, and I will find out why this has happened to me and I will be well again. I will live on in good health and hope that the future allows me to be able to participate in all family matters, including diaper changes, vacuuming, washing the floor, doing the laundry and window cleaning etc. All normal things which I have not been able to do very much since I received this vaccination. One of the many side effects of the government putting itself into the flu vaccine business is that it is not providing honest statistics. It’s no secret that the CDC exaggerates flu hospitalization and death numbers to scare Americans into getting the flu shot. The CDC would apparently like you to believe that if everyone just got the flu shot, there would be no more tragic deaths. They seem to support efforts to force all healthcare workers to get it or lose their jobs, and of schools and youth programs to require it. The CDC’s phony vaccine statistics are just the tip of a much larger scandal. If the government is to evaluate vaccines honestly, it needs to get out of the business of making them.
On February 21, 2013, we published the press release from A Shot of Truth which announced that after nearly 10 years of trying to obtain documents from the CDC through over 100 Freedom of Information Acts (FOIAs), that Dr. Brian Hooker had finally obtained documents showing that the CDC had been hiding data linking the mercury in vaccines to autism.
This story has gone viral on the Internet, receiving a lot of attention, as can be expected given the fact that the CDC now admits that one in every 50 children in the U.S. are now diagnosed with autism.
Apparently, Big Pharma was already expecting this, and very quickly issued an attack piece to discredit the data that had been released. The person appointed to write this response, was a pro-pharma, pro-vaccine, pro-GMO “science” writer. Interestingly, the response was not published in a scientific or medical publication, but in a business magazine.
As we wrote earlier today, journalist and constitutional attorney Glen Greenwald published information earlier this week showing how international spy agencies train Internet trolls to use deception and manipulation to infiltrate social media. And that’s exactly what the trolls did, targeting sources all over social media who were covering the press release and pointing them to this article, which was reprinted in many mainstream media sources, most of them in the financial sector. This news is obviously seen as a threat to the multi-billion dollar vaccine empire.
So here is the response to the Big Pharma hit piece, written by Dr. Brian Hooker and A Shot of Truth:
Glenn Greenwald, a journalist, constitutional lawyer, commentator, and author of three New York Times best-selling books on politics and law, has been working with NBC News the past few weeks publishing a series of articles on how covert government agents infiltrate the Internet to “manipulate, deceive, and destroy reputations.”
The information is based on documents leaked by National Security Agency (NSA) whistleblower Edward Snowden. Greenwald’s article, How Covert Agents Infiltrate the Internet to Manipulate, Deceive, and Destroy Reputations, is based on four classified documents produced by the British spy agency GCHQ, and presented to the NSA and three other English speaking agencies reportedly part of “The Five Eyes Alliance.”
In this shocking piece, Greenwald publishes a copy of a spy training manual used entitled: “The Art of Deception: Training for Online Covert Operations.” Greenwald writes that agencies like the NSA are “attempting to control, infiltrate, manipulate, and warp online discourse, and in doing so, are compromising the integrity of the internet itself.”
Let’s look and see how this tactic is being used against vaccine objectors.
In a press release issued recently, one that almost no mainstream media sources have bothered to report, it was announced that Dr. Brian Hooker had finally received documents from the CDC through a Freedom of Information Act that revealed the CDC had access to data linking Thimerosal in vaccines to autism, non-organic sleep disorders, and speech disorders.
Two members of Congress helped Dr. Hooker draft his letter to the CDC, after having spent nearly 10 years submitting over 100 Freedom of Information Acts to no avail.
This information, so far, has been completely blacked out of the mainstream media.
This information is very damaging to the CDC, which has stated for years that there are no studies linking the mercury of Thimerosal in vaccines to autism. You can watch for yourself the most recent testimony given by the CDC in the November 2012 Congressional Hearing on Autism. Thimerosal is still used today in the flu shot that is administered to pregnant women and infants.
The mainstream media’s official position regarding vaccines and autism has been that it has been “proven that there is no link”, and Dr. Andrew Wakefield is used as the standard scapegoat being presented as a “disgraced doctor” who supposedly got caught fabricating his study. Of course, Dr. Andrew Wakefield’s study has been replicated in at least 28 other studies, and no case has ever been won against Dr. Wakefield in a court of law. Litigation is still pending, and one of the doctors who was a co-author in the study has been completely exonerated in the U.K.
Yet, the man who supposedly conducted studies for the CDC proving that vaccines do not cause autism, is a wanted criminal for stealing millions of dollars from the CDC, and is still on the run from the law. But that story is seldom, if ever, reported in the mainstream media.
WABC in New York is reporting that there is an outbreak of mumps among students at Fordham University. Ten students have been diagnosed with the virus.
As you watch the report in this article, you will learn that all those affected had received the MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccine, as it is required for all students.
The reporter makes this statement about the MMR vaccine: “It’s important to know that it’s (the vaccine) the best we have, but it is not perfect.”
This is not the first time that the MMR vaccine has been shown to be ineffective. In past outbreaks, however, the unvaccinated were always blamed.
Given the 100% vaccination rate at this university, I wonder how they will get away with blaming the unvaccinated this time?
The MMR vaccine is also controversial as there are over 28 studies linking it to autism.
Who would have ever thought a single injection of the HPV vaccine, Gardasil, could bring my precious daughter to the brink of death?
Ashlie has always been bigger than life. A girl who we know can handle anything. At the age of 4, Ashlie decided she wanted to dance. She was shy and didn’t like people staring at her, so we knew that this little endeavor would be short lived. We could not have been more wrong. As Ashlie became older, we knew she had found her passion and career in life. She was going to be a professional dancer and she was on her way.
In the middle of June 2009, Ashlie received her first and only Gardasil vaccine and approximately 16 days later she began to complain that her legs were not working correctly. The next morning, I came downstairs and Ashlie was lying on the couch watching TV. She told me that she had crawled from her room and down the stairs to get to the couch. She informed me she could not walk. I asked her to stand. She tried and fell to the floor. How could we have known one vaccine would change our lives and her life so drastically?
Health officials in California are becoming worried at the number of older kids who are coming down with whooping cough. Most of these are children who have received 5 vaccines for pertussis between the ages of 2 months and 7 years. The vaccine clearly doesn’t work: “The effects of the vaccine does not seem to last as long as we had hoped,” said Jonathan Fielding, director of the L.A. County public health department. “There is a lot of work going on to understand why it is waning.”
And for the first time, they are admitting the fault is the vaccine, and not the small percentage of unvaccinated children: “Of the pertussis cases in Los Angeles County, 8 percent were individuals who had never been vaccinated. Experts say the number is not a significant factor in the spread of pertussis.”
Yet, the media continues to blame unvaccinated children. Why is this failed vaccine still in the childhood vaccine schedule??
Big Pharma’s vaccine products are a huge failure. But since the Pharmaceutical industry is one of the largest sponsors of the dying mainstream media, and since they also have more lobbyists than any other industry influencing U.S. government policy, they continue to grow their market. Consider the vaccine market today in America:
1. U.S. law protects vaccine manufacturers from any liability due to faulty vaccines, or damages and deaths caused by them. So many people were suffering or even dying from vaccine injuries in the 1980s, that Big Pharma basically blackmailed Congress by threatening to stop manufacturing vaccines if legislation was not passed to protect them from lawsuits. So now vaccine pushers have a blank check to put as many vaccines into the market, regardless of the consequences.
2. Research to develop new vaccines is largely funded by tax-payer dollars. The NIH and probably other government agencies hold patents and earn royalties on vaccines.
3. The largest purchaser of vaccines is the government, both the U.S. government and the United Nations through UNICEF which distributes vaccines free of charge around the world.
What a great business to be in! You don’t need consumers to be on board and be willing to purchase the products – the government hands you a turn-key multi-billion dollar market. It also doesn’t matter if the vaccines don’t work, such as the failed pertussis (whooping cough) vaccine. No problem. Keep selling them until they can develop a new one to replace it. It’s a risk-free lucrative market!
But they’re not satisfied. If you read the market reports for the pharmaceutical industry, they are not happy about blockbuster drugs having their patents run out and allowing cheap generics to enter to the market, like what happened with the popular drug Lipitor.
So vaccines are seen as the key market area for growth, as we recently reported regarding new cancer vaccines that are in the pipeline.
There is one massive problem standing in their way, however, threatening their march forward and potential complete market dominance: parental choice and anti-vaccine parents (a growing segment of the population).
But they have a strategy for that too: pass legislation at the state level to remove parental choice. The only way they can really increase their market among children is through forced vaccination, against the will of parents.
So here is the National Vaccine Information Center to update us all on 58 bills in 24 states. If you don’t act, you may soon lose your ability to choose to refuse vaccines.
Here is a story that originates from the French media about 5 families with vaccine-damaged children suing the drug manufacturers for vaccine damages.
The parents of the five families who contend that vaccines caused their children’s disabilities have joined forces to take GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer and Sanofi to court in hopes that the courts will acknowledge the side effects of vaccines and award compensation to their disabled children.
You will not, of course, ever read a story like this in the U.S. mainstream press for the simple reason that families cannot sue drug manufacturers for damages due to vaccines – it is against the law. There were so many lawsuits due to vaccine damages and deaths in the 1980s, that Big Pharma blackmailed Congress by threatening to get out of the vaccine business (which is exactly what should have happened if there were truly a free market in the U.S. where failed products and companies were allowed to fail) unless they were given legal protection from ALL lawsuits.
So Congress gave Big Pharma total legal immunity to any harm due to vaccines back in 1986, and the U.S. Supreme Court upheld that law in 2011. Instead, the U.S. law has set up a special “vaccine court” funded by taxes consumers pay on the vaccines. The U.S. Government has attorneys that fight on behalf of the government not to pay damages for vaccine injuries and death. But they have paid out millions of dollars in damages nevertheless, even though the mainstream media seldom reports this.
Startling new research published in the journal Apoptosis indicates that hepatitis B vaccine, which is designed to prevent Hepatitis B virus-induced damage to the liver, actually causes liver cell destruction. In the study, researchers found the hepatitis B vaccine induced a “loss of mitochondrial integrity, apoptosis induction, and cell death” in liver cells exposed to a low dose of adjuvanted hepatitis B vaccine. The adjuvant used was aluminum hydroxide, which is increasingly being identified as a contributing cause of autoimmune disease in immunized populations.
Last year we reported how routine flu shots were given out in the big chain drug stores like Walgreens and CVS, even though the flu shots have package inserts which lists severe side effects, and encourages people to discuss certain health conditions with a physician prior to receiving a flu vaccine. The package insert for this year’s High-Dose vaccine for seniors, for example, reveals that 23 seniors died during the drug trials.
We also previously reported that the flu vaccine is the most dangerous vaccine in the United States, based on actual payments made by the government to vaccine injuries and deaths. Flu vaccine damages that are awarded to the victims total more than all other vaccines combined.
Nevertheless, since 2009 pharmacists, not physicians or nurses, can now administer to the flu vaccine to anyone walking into a national pharmacy chain store like Walgreens or CVS. This has resulted in a cash boom for these large corporations.
2013 was the year the CDC and FDA finally admitted there were problems with the pertussis (whooping cough) vaccine.
When cases of whooping cough spiked in 2012, the media and medical community was quick to rush in and blame unvaccinated children. The data, however, could not support that claim.
In 2013, there were two major research papers published documenting the failure of the pertussis vaccine. I don’t believe the first one, published in early 2013, received any mainstream media exposure at all, while the second one, later in the year, was back-page news. However, both of these studies should have been headline stories. The first one showed how pertussis was becoming vaccine-resistant, while the second, published by the FDA, showed that those vaccinated for whooping cough still carried around the virus and spread it to others.
So both the CDC and the FDA were aware in 2013 that the whooping cough vaccine was not effective, and yet it is still part of the vaccine schedule. Why?
The fact that vaccines are dangerous is something that should never be disputed, as the data is overwhelming and the U.S. government concedes cases of vaccine injuries and deaths every year in vaccine court. We have published these statistics at Health Impact News.
Since drug manufacturers have complete legal immunity in the U.S. from any damages or deaths due to vaccines, the true cases of vaccine damages almost never make it into the mainstream media. When someone dares to publish a true story of vaccine damage, as Katie Couric did last December when she interviewed families who were injured or suffered death due to the Gardasil vaccine, they are immediately vilified for daring to oppose the general consensus of the medical community. In the case of Couric, she came out and apologized and had to bring on the government Assistant Surgeon General to give the standard view that vaccines are safe.
In this excellent article by Markus Heinze, he explains how the pharmaceutical companies are able to continue getting approval to put more dangerous vaccines in the market by showing their own studies that supposedly are proving they are “safe and effective” are not even tested against true placebos. This is basic scientific information that the mainstream media has no interest in covering, so read it here and learn.
Mississippi Parents for Vaccine Rights says it’s time for the state to allow parents to have the legal right to select, delay or opt out of vaccines.
About 30 members of the group rallied [January 22nd] at the state Capitol in an effort to push for a bill this year to allow exceptions to the state’s immunization law. Mississippi doesn’t allow philosophical or religious exemptions from immunizations.
“There are 48 states that allow that right,” said Mary Jo Perry of Pelahatchie, co-director of Parents for Vaccine Rights.
Currently, the only way parents have of getting around the vaccines required to enter school is to homeschool their children.
Perry and others in the group said they aren’t anti-vaccine; instead, they are concerned about the rapid, piggy-back schedule of the vaccines.
“Some parents would like to slow it down,” Perry said of the vaccination schedule. “We want to have that option.”
Perry said her son suffered a grand mal seizure, which she said she believes it was due to a vaccination since it occurred within hours of her son getting the shot.
She said it is difficult to get a waiver for health reasons from the vaccinations.
Lindey Magee, co-director of Mississippi Parents for Vaccine Rights, said the group has heard from some parents who won’t move to the state because of the lack of a vaccine exception in law.
CDC Misleads Nations Ob/Gyns -Covering-up The Most Massive Fetal Death Reports Associated With The Influenza Vaccine in the History of Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS)
Dr. Gary Goldman’s study on the 4,250% spike in fetal death reports during the 2009/10 H1N1 “pandemic” was originally rejected by the American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology (AJOG), who is charged by the National Coalition of Organized Women (NCOW) as complicit in a massive cover-up and manipulation of data associated with the 2009/10 flu season fetal deaths. This report is now available free to the public. Subsequently published in the Human & Experimental Toxicology Journal (HET), as a Sage choice study, the Goldman study is now listed in Pub med as a free PMC article.
Despite an apparent trail of documented collusion and misconduct amongst the CDC, AJOG (Elsevier) and 9 non-profits including the March of Dimes, this alarmingly poor outcome of the 2009/10 H1N1 vaccine experiment on the fetuses of pregnant women was successfully covered up by the CDC until Goldman exposed the statistics, documenting the harm in his recent publication.
Dr. Marie McCormick, chairperson of the CDC’s H1N1 Vaccine Safety Risk and Assessment Working Group (VSRAWG) testified, and submitted deceptive reports to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), contending no unusual signals nor adverse outcomes in the pregnant population during the 2009/10 public experiments on pregnant women.
However, pressed by the NCOW statistics extracted from the government’s own data, Dr. Shimabukuro of the Centers of Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) corroborated the NCOW data in a public presentation (slide 20) in Atlanta, Georgia, in October of 2010. This contradiction to Dr.McCormick’s testimony evidences that the CDC indeed knew of the increasing level in fetal-loss reports, in near real time. Yet the CDC failed to immediately notify the nation’s Ob/Gyns, who, uninformed, continued to double-dose their pregnant patients with the fetal-fatal flu shots that collectively delivered up to 50 micrograms of mercury. Due to the success of this well-orchestrated cover up and the complicity of the non-profits and AJOG, pregnant women are now pressured to get 4 vaccine doses, (Flu, TDaP) and thereafter are mandated to give up to 49 vaccine doses to their surviving children in order for them to attend school.
Nurses all across the United States are having their Constitutional rights trampled upon for refusing mandatory flu vaccinations. As we have previously reported, thousands of nurses across the United States are taking a stand against forced flu vaccinations, choosing to either lose their job as a result, or endure shame and ridicule for being forced to wear a mask while on duty during flu season.
It was only a matter of time before some of these nurses began taking legal action to protect their rights. Some litigation began last year, but details are not available publicly.
Dr. Karen Sullivan Sibert, herself a pro-vaccine doctor, wrote an opinion piece explaining how requiring nurses to wear masks for refusing the flu vaccination violates HIPAA law for patient privacy.
In addition to the violation of personal rights, the CDC published a study in 2013 showing that vaccination of healthcare workers with the seasonal flu vaccine offered no significant measurable protection of patients from the flu.
And as we have reported here at Health Impact News, the flu vaccine is not without risk. The governments own data on settled cases due to vaccine injuries show that the flu vaccine causes more serious injuries, including death, than all other vaccines combined.
Now, the Law Offices of James Elsman has issued a press release stating that they have a client who is a nurse that has lost her job due to refusing the flu vaccination, and she has filed a class action suit for one hundred million dollars against the hospital that fired her, as well as the state and federal governments.
It should be noted that the new Affordable Health Care Act (Obamacare) has mandated that healthcare facilities must have 90% of their employees vaccinated with the flu vaccine to receive full reimbursements of Medicare and Medicaid payments.
Almost every time an outbreak of a disease occurs in the U.S. for which a vaccine exists, people who refuse vaccines are automatically blamed for the outbreaks. Unfortunately, this blame is based on belief in doctrine more than on data and science. Most of the world’s top vaccine manufacturers are based out of the U.S. and heavily invest in advertising in the mainstream media. Therefore, questioning the effectiveness of vaccines is seldom, if ever, covered in the U.S. media.
So once again, we turn to media outside the U.S. to find news questioning the effectiveness of vaccines. I am not referring to the alternative media that takes an anti-vaccine stance (as we do), but pro-vaccine mainstream media that generally accepts the standard dogma regarding vaccines, but notices they don’t always work as advertised, and actually report on it.
Two studies were published this past week, one in Europe and one in Australia, reporting how whooping cough and measles outbreaks were occurring in populations of those already vaccinated.
Gardasil changed my health, my life, and family’s lives forever; physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially.
We have had to educate ourselves about health in ways we never did before. I have a humbled appreciation to be alive after how ill I was nearly three years ago. We have learned to educate, read, and research what we put into our bodies.
We encourage everyone we know to do their own research on everything that is put into their body, especially through injection. The HPV vaccine adverse reactions will not stop until these vaccines do.
What I can give and share with others through this experience is the truth, my experiences, and the real facts and statistics regarding Gardasil. I plan to do this until this vaccine exists no more.
This is what really gets to me, though: The staunchest defenders of vaccines. The parents who will go toe-to-toe with me in a public forum saying what a bad parent I am for not vaccinating. And then what do I find out months later, years later, always in private?
Their child has food allergies. Their child has a learning disability. Their child is medicated for ADHD. Their child is crippled with asthma. Their child is on the spectrum.
How do they publicly proclaim, “We vaccinated on schedule and my child turned out just fine!” but in private they are dealing with these problems?
Welcome to the new normal. Your child isn’t fine. Your child is vaccine injured– just like mine.
