NY Bill to Require HPV Gardasil Vaccine for Children to Enter School, Daycare

A concerned mom is warning about a New York bill that would require children to get the HPV vaccine before they could attend school.

Under S298/A2912, a child would have to get the vaccine to be able to attend public school or daycare.

“There’s definitely a large concern among the moms I know about this.”

Laura Greenaway is a mom of two girls. She learned of the bill from posts on her Facebook feed, and now she wants to alert other moms.

“It created concern and anxiety for me that this is not a decision that I can make for my own child,” Greenaway said.

She doesn’t believe kids should be required to be vaccinated against human papillomavirus across New York State, and Greenaway is not anti-vaccine.

“My children are all up to date on other vaccines that are tried, tested and true. This is a newer vaccine with very alarming side effects,” she said.

Scientists Find Chronic Brain Inflammation in Children With Autism

A recent study out of Tufts University Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts has concluded that, “inflammation may be the main driver behind autism.”​

The areas of the brain most prominently affected were the amygdala, responsible for processing emotions such as fear, anger, and pleasure;​ and the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, which is plays a role in a number of cognitive functions of the brain including memory maintenance, attention, behavior modification, and evaluation of rewards.

In another study published in Annals of Neurology on Oct. 8, 2019, researchers at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center examining brains donated to Autism BrainNet, a non-profit tissue bank, reported finding evidence suggesting that an immune response targeting specialized cells in the brain resulted in chronic inflammation in two thirds of autistic brains analyzed postmortem.

The concept that chronic inflammation is one of the hallmarks of ASD is not new. In 2013, the Journal of Neuroinflammation published an article stated that, “Increasing evidence indicates that brain inflammation is involved in the pathogenesis of neuropsychiatric diseases,” including ASD.​

Pointing out that many children with ASD “regress at about age 3 years, often after a specific event such as reaction to vaccination, infection, trauma, toxic exposures, or stress,” the authors of that article go on to discuss increasing evidence of immune dysfunction/inflammation in ASD and to detail multiple markers of inflammation in the brains and cerebral spinal fluid of children with ASD.

Other evidence of the link between chronic inflammation and ASD is presented in a collaborative study between Johns Hopkins and the University of Alabama that was published in 2014.

Facebook Owner Admits to Congress that They are Censoring Vaccine Safety Information

Facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg testified before the House Financial Services Committee in the U.S. Congress on October 23, 2019.

One of the Representatives who questioned Mr. Zuckerberg was Florida Congressman Bill Posey.

Congressman Posey asked Mr. Zuckerberg: “Mr. Zuckerberg, is Facebook able to assure us that it will support users fair and open discussions and communications related to the risk as well as the benefits of vaccinations?”

Mr. Zuckerberg replied:

“What we do, is we try to focus on misinformation that has the potential to lead to physical harm, or imminent harm.

And that can include especially misleading health advice.

If someone wants to post anti-vaccination content, or if they want to join a group where people are discussing that content, we don’t prevent them from doing that.

But what we do, is we don’t go out of our way to make sure that our group recommendation systems try to show people or encourage people to join those groups.

We discourage that.”

Mandatory Vaccination Laws Without Exemptions Violate Human and Civil Rights

Right now, there are only two laws that require American citizens to risk their lives. The first is a federal law, the military draft, which requires all healthy male adults to risk their lives in a war declared by the government to protect national security.

The federal government allows adults conscripted for military service, who object to killing other people for reasons of conscience or religious beliefs, to obtain a conscientious objection exemption and perform alternative civil service.

The second law is a state law requiring all healthy children to risk their lives in a war on microbes that doctors declared two centuries ago.

However, unlike adults who are not segregated and denied a school education or medical care for following their conscience and religious beliefs, parents can be punished for following their conscience and refusing to risk their children’s lives in a perpetual war on microbes that, today, the federal government has expanded from the concept of protecting the public health to a more military concept of protecting national “security.”

The military draft in times of war and vaccine mandates are two different laws that legally require healthy Americans to risk injury or death: one law temporarily conscripts healthy adults in what the government clearly defines as an emergency military action; and the other law perpetually conscripts healthy children in a mandatory vaccination program that the government does not define as an emergency military action, but is certainly operated like one.

In the 21st century, the biggest threat to individual and public health is not measles or pertussis or influenza. The biggest threat to our health is the increasingly unlimited authority that doctors exercise over the human right to autonomy and protection of bodily integrity.

Dr. Brownstein: The Flu Vaccine is Terribly Ineffective - Causes More Problems than it Helps

Just as you can be sure that the sun rises in the East and sets in the West, you can count on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to encourage everybody to receive the flu vaccine.

However, before you rush off to receive the flu vaccine, let me share some information with you. Last year, while the CDC was heavily promoting the flu vaccine for everybody, the flu vaccine was found to be ineffective for the vast majority who received it.

But, that is not all.

One study found children who receive the flu vaccine are at a 4.4x higher risk of virologically-confirmed non-influenza infections—in other words, they are more susceptible to other common flu-like viral infections.

And, to make matters worse, asthmatic children who receive the flu vaccine have been found to have a 3x significantly increased risk for hospitalization for the flu and flu-like illnesses.

And, just a comment about pregnant women being recommended to get the flu vaccine.

This is ridiculous!

People’s Veto of Government-Mandated Vaccine Law Officially Qualifies for March Ballot in Maine

We are thrilled to announce that we have officially made the ballot! The people of Maine will be voting yes in March to reject this overreaching and punitive law pushed through our legislature by Big Pharma!

The Maine Secretary of State’s Office notified Mainers for Health and Parental Rights (MHPR) on Thursday that it has certified the petition to repeal the government-mandated vaccine law that was passed by the Maine legislature and will be placing it on the March ballot. According to the Secretary of State, the vote to repeal the law will be Question 1.

LD798 was a hotly contested bill in the Maine legislature that ultimately passed by one vote. 85% of the testimony provided at the public hearing were Mainers who opposed the bill. The bill would eliminate the religious and philosophical exemptions for vaccines and would apply to preschool, K-12 students in public, private, parochial and online schools, higher education as well as daycare and healthcare employees.

New Vaccine Trials in India Deliberately Infect Humans with Deadly Diseases to Develop New Vaccines

It appears that vaccine manufacturers are ever more impatient to reap high profits from new vaccines — especially since they have entered into “public-private” partnerships with governments. Increasingly, government officials oblige this greed-infected industry with laws mandating new vaccines. A report in the Economic Times of India, confirms that the Indian health ministry is working with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the Department of Biotechnology, and the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) as they embark on a medical atrocity – that is, to conduct clinical trials in which human beings are deliberately infected with deadly diseases in order to test the efficacy of experimental vaccines. The India Infection Research Consortium has named these experiments: “controlled human infection model (CHIM)”

This “controlled human infection model” is no different than the medical atrocities committed by the medical establishment under the Nazi regime.

India’s public health officials declare that the CHIM atrocity will abide by “high standards of medical ethics.”

Disabled Child with Doctor's Medical Exemption to Vaccines Denied an Education in New York Under New Law

New York and California are two states that revised their laws this year regarding mandatory vaccines as a requirement for school admissions.

A medical doctor’s exemption for vaccines for medical reasons is no longer accepted in these states. Instead, public health officials, politicians, basically now make those decisions.

Predictably, many medically fragile children who cannot receive vaccines for medical reasons are now being denied an education, which appears to be a clear violation of the American Disabilities Act.

The Vaccine Reaction reports on one case out of Buffalo, New York, where a 9-year-old boy with cerebral palsy and with a medical exemption for vaccines from his neurologist has been kicked out of school because he is not fully vaccinated.

HPV Vaccine Being Tested on 4-6 Year-Old Girls in Latin America

I have often feared that in the end babies and young children would be given the dangerous and increasingly unpopular HPV vaccines.

I suspect that time is fast approaching.

GlaxoSmithLine (GSK) the manufacturer of Cervarix has recently conducted a trial of its two valent HPV vaccine on healthy 4-6 year old female children in Latin America.

The study involving girls from Colombia, Panama and Mexico was published in the current edition of the Pediatric Infectious Disease Journal. 

These are little children and even if there was a valid reason to give this vaccine, the effect of the vaccine would have worn off well before they were sexually active.

Gardasil was fast-tracked through the FDA, a process usually reserved for life threatening diseases to fill an unmet and urgent medical need. Improved living conditions had already reduced the incidence of cervical cancer significantly in Western countries.

To think they could give it to small children and even babies is abhorrent.

Moral and Health Implications of Aborted Fetuses in Vaccine Production

One commonly cited reason for claiming a religious vaccine exemption has to do with the fact that some vaccines are made using aborted fetal cell lines.

Vaccine manufacturing is not dependent on the ongoing procurement of aborted fetal tissue, and the Catholic Church issued a statement in 2005 assuring Catholics that by getting vaccinated they are not “cooperating in evil.”

Yet the idea of injecting themselves or their children with a substance manufactured using aborted fetal cells still makes some Christians, Jews, Muslims and those of other faiths or personal beliefs feel morally uneasy.

Regardless of whether you believe the use of fetal cells from abortions in vaccine production is morally reprehensible or completely justified, there may be other reasons to object to being coerced or compelled to use vaccines — or give your children vaccines — that were made using human fetal tissue cells.

According to a study published in the September 2014 issue of the Journal of Public Health and Epidemiology, rates of autism strongly correlate with the introduction of vaccines using human fetal cell lines.

Three vaccines in particular were found to be significantly correlated with autism: MMR, varicella (chickenpox) and hepatitis A vaccines. According to the study authors, autism rates rose sharply each time one of these vaccines was released.

Has the Gardasil HPV Vaccine Really Eliminated Cervical Cancer in Australia? Statistics Show Increase of Cancer Rates After Vaccine Introduced

Why Are UK Experts Recommending the HPV Vaccine for Seniors Over 60 Years Old?

On September 28, 2019, The Daily Mail published an article titled “Now give every ADULT the cancer-fighting HPV vaccination and save ‘thousands of lives’, experts demand as evidence shows the jab can slash the cancer risk for grown-ups too.”

The article states that leading HPV expert and president of the International Papillomavirus Society, Professor Margaret Stanley, OBE, told reporters that there was a spike in the incidence of HPV cancers when people entered their 60s because their immune systems became weaker over time. 

She stated:

“HPV breaks the usual rules of vaccination. Vaccinating older, infected people will make it less likely that cancers will develop.”

However, Health Impact News found no evidence to support her claim.

In fact, according to our information, if a person is already infected with the HPV virus, getting vaccinated could, in fact, increase, not decrease their chances of getting cancer.

In 2018, we reported that according to the research of French oncologist Dr. Gérard Delépine, the HPV vaccine Gardasil was actually associated with an increased rate of cervical cancer among patients.

If Dr. Delépine’s research is correct, then if everyone in Britain were to be vaccinated with the HPV vaccine, there is an extremely high possibility that the rates for cervical cancer in Britain could increase.

Complete Human Genome DNA Found in Contaminated MMR Vaccine by Italian Researchers

Italian scientists from an organization called Corvelva have published results from their testing of the Priorix Tetra vaccine (Measles-Mumps-Rubella-Varicella – MMRV) produced by GlaxoSmithKline.

Their report claims that DNA re-sequencing testing shows that the MMRV vaccine produced from cell line MRC-5 (of fetal origin) had an entire human genome with all the chromosomes of a male individual.

“The human reference genome was found to be matched by 99.76% reads from vaccine DNA, that means nearly in all its entirety. The human fetal DNA presented in this vaccine is a single entire genome, that means the vaccine contains genomic DNA with all the chromosomes of a male individual (in fact MRC-5 originates from a male fetus).”

The researchers claim that variants of this human genomic DNA that were found in the Priorix lot for the MMRV vaccine have been found in “genes involved in cancer.”

Polio Making a Comeback Due to Oral Polio Vaccine

Recent news reports confirm the worst fears: the oral polio vaccine has caused crippling paralysis because live strains of the oral polio virus in the vaccine have mutated and have become virulent.

The vaccine-derived type 2 poliovirus is spreading throughout Africa: Ghana, Angola, Cameroon, Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, and Somalia. Type 1 vaccine-derived poliovirus cases have been reported in the Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia, New Guinea.

In January 2019, the WHO did not call the world’s attention to the critical threat of polio paralysis for children in countries that had followed the vaccination recommendation of the WHO. Instead, officials of the WHO declared “vaccine hesitancy” as posing one of the 10 most serious threats to public health in 2019 — on par with Ebola.

That “fake public health threat” announced by the WHO was widely disseminated by the media, and used as ammunition by the vaccine lobby which is using its enormous financial clout to exert pressure on government officials around the globe to enact mandatory childhood vaccination laws – thereby stripping parents of their parental authority to protect their child from medical interventions that they have reason to believe, will put their child in harm’s way. Protecting one’s child is not only a human right, it is a parental mammalian instinct.

Facebook Censors Trending Vitamin D Story to Protect Flu Vaccines Using Former CNN Reporter

The flu season is upon us, and Facebook is working hard to keep information from being shared on their platform educating people how to fight the flu using anything other than flu vaccines.

A 2017 article written by Dr. Joseph Mercola that was republished on Health Impact News started going viral earlier this week:

“Study: Vitamin D Is More Effective Than Flu Vaccine”

When it had been shared on Facebook by about half a million people, it apparently kicked off a censorship alarm as being too popular to be allowed to have that many views.

By mid-afternoon Friday we were alerted by some of our readers that they were being threatened by Facebook for “posting false claims” when they tried to share the story.

Soon thereafter, traffic from Facebook leading to the story plummeted.

By the CDC’s own admission, the annual flu shot is seldom effective for the majority of the population, as they have to guess the correct flu strains each year.

Also, as we report every three months when the DOJ issues their quarterly reports on vaccine injuries and death settlements in the Vaccine Court, the flu shot is the most dangerous vaccine in the U.S., accounting for the majority of vaccine death and injury settlements.

Through August of 2019, the Government Vaccine Court has paid out over $206 million so far this year, and most of that is for the flu shot.

I am not aware of even one single death due to overdosing on Vitamin D.

Babies Born in U.S. 76% More Likely to Die Before 1st Birthday Than Infants in Other Wealthy Nations

The United States spends over $230 billion annually on children’s personal health care, representing about 8.4% of total U.S. health care spending. Spending jumped by 56% between 1996 and 2013—with some of the increase likely covering vaccine program costs that began “dramatically” escalating in the 1990s—but these substantial outlays are not translating into a rosy health picture for American children.

Instead, leading child health indicators seem to be giving new meaning to the phrase “geography is destiny.” International comparisons show that the U.S. has ranked lowest among twenty developed nations for child mortality since the 1990s and currently ranks behind 55 other countries worldwide for infant mortality.

The U.S. also lags behind other developed countries in terms of the rate at which infant mortality is declining—in fact, infant mortality due to prematurity or low birthweight began trending upward in the late 1980s.

At present, U.S.-born children are 76% more likely to die before their first birthday than infants in other wealthy nations—with 1 out of every 270 American babies dying in their first year of life as of 2015.

Thus, from infancy on, young Americans are confronted with the challenge of beating terrible odds.

Illinois Parents Sue Doctors, Hospitals, and DCFS for Medical Kidnapping After Refusing Vitamin K Shot at Birth

In the moments after Angela Bougher gave birth last winter, she and her husband, a suburban Chicago pastor, were eager to hold their new baby girl.

But as Bougher was being treated in the delivery room, the couple contends, a nurse picked up the infant to administer a vitamin K shot, a common practice in maternity wards across the country to help a baby’s blood-clotting ability in case of emergency.

The Boughers said they are not “anti-vaxxers” or against any procedure they believe to be medically necessary, but they didn’t think the shot was in that category. They had agreed to sign a waiver confirming their wishes that the new baby — their fifth child — not receive vitamin K, based on their beliefs that God’s creation isn’t automatically deficient or flawed at birth.

But instead of offering them a form, the Boughers allege, the nurse announced she was reporting the couple to the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and left the room with the newborn.

On Monday, the Boughers and several other parents filed a sweeping federal lawsuit accusing the agency, its current and former leaders, a number of doctors and three hospitals of violating their constitutional rights just after the births of their children.

When Doctors Become Law Enforcement: Forced Vaccines for All Children Regardless of Medical Conditions

93,000 People in Maine Sign Petition to Veto New Vaccine Bill Taking Away Parental Rights

On Friday, September 18, 2019, Mainers for Health and Parental Rights held a press conference at the Capitol of Maine to announce they had obtained 93,000 signatures to support their grass-roots effort, Veto 798 Maine.

According to their website, 798 is:

“a bill that was pushed through the legislature despite overwhelming opposition from the citizens of Maine, and then quietly signed into law by Governor Mills in May of 2019.

LD798 eliminates religious and philosophical exemptions to vaccination, prohibiting parents, staff and healthcare workers from exercising their right to decline one or more vaccines required by schools and employers. If Maine citizens do not comply with the new law, they face expulsion from all public, private, parochial and online schools and will be terminated from employment.”

To get the “Peoples Veto” on the ballot for March, 2020, they were required to obtain 64,000 signatures from Maine residents within 90 days, September 18th.

With 800+ volunteers, they obtained over 93,000 signatures – nearly 7% of the population of Maine.

The people of Maine will now apparently have the opportunity to vote and veto this law next March.

Dr. Meryl Nass: Why are Legislatures Imposing Vaccine Mandates Now?

I am a veteran of the vaccine war in the US, and today I feel compelled to speak about what I saw in that war.  Legislators were forced to change their votes to revoke vaccine exemptions and rescind the historic right to consent to medical procedures.

The vaccine war is a dirty war, in which platitudes about protecting the most vulnerable are invoked by the same pharmaceutical companies that paid $2.7 billion in criminal penalties in the US between 2012 and 2015.

The vaccine industry generates enormous profits (estimated 10-40%), benefits from a government-guaranteed market, and receives almost total liability protection.  No other industry can rival these benefits.

Let me add context to this discussion by noting that in 2014, the NY Times said it cost $2200 to fully vaccinate one child.

At that price, it cost $163 billion dollars to fully vaccinate every US child.

Vaccine mandates guarantee a vaccine market, now and in the future. Mandates put in place today will enforce the uptake of vaccines on the currently required list, plus other vaccines yet to be added. 

Forced Vaccination and Nonviolent Civil Disobedience

There they were, quietly standing with arms locked on a street next to the California state Capitol building on Monday, Sept. 9, 2019 and refusing to move: a grandmother and two young mothers. Carol, Lisa and Lauren were there with other parents to beg the California legislature to show mercy and allow enlightened doctors with a conscience to grant vaccine injured and vaccine vulnerable children a medical exemption to vaccination that cannot be taken away by government officials.

Standing there with sadness and fear of the unknown in their eyes, they were surrounded by parents speaking words of comfort, while others shouted to the legislators inside to “oppose SB 276” and “you are not representing California for all.” Then someone started singing “Amazing Grace,” while mothers pushing strollers held their children in their arms and watched armed policemen from the California Highway Patrol form a circle around them.

As I witnessed from Virginia on live video streaming the events unfolding in California 3,000 miles away, my heart was breaking for the pain and anxiety I could see in the faces of those women, who were taking an action that they never dreamed they would have to take. I knew that the love, which compels mothers to sacrifice everything to protect their children, outweighed their fear of what would happen to them if they did not move.

And as the patrolmen gently approached and handcuffed mothers, who were courageously protesting an abusive law that would make all doctors agents of the state, I knew that the vaccine safety and informed consent movement launched in America in 1982 by parents of DPT vaccine injured children had entered a new era.

The three mothers in California, who were arrested for refusing to move out of a street near a building where legislators were passing a law that will harm their children were the first, but will not be the last, to stand their ground against forced vaccination laws in America.

The revolution to end medical tyranny and forced vaccination through civil disobedience has just begun. It is a peaceful revolution to restore respect for human rights and civil liberties, driven by the love that mothers and fathers have for their children, and it is long overdue.

Finnish Citizens Conduct Own Vaccine Safety Study and Question Health Authorities Letting 12-Year-Olds Make Own Decisions About HPV Vaccine without Parental Consent

A support group comprised of vaccine-injured and their families in Finland circulated an internet-based questionnaire to find out if there could be an association between vaccinations and healthy children or adolescents/adults falling ill.  Once the results were compiled and analyzed, it was impossible for them to find a medical professional willing to help them get the results published in a peer-reviewed medical journal.

They contacted academics from their own country and abroad. All of those contacts agreed that the study has been conducted well and that it deserved to be published, but none of them were willing to co-author the manuscript because of the controversial nature of the topic.

In other words, they were afraid of being bullied and losing their position.

“How ethical is it to give the HPV-vaccine without informed consent and to advertise it is safe and effective and leave the decision to 12 years old girls?”

September Government Report Shows $206 Million Paid so far in 2019 for Vaccine Injuries and Deaths

The federal government Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (ACCV) under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services just concluded their third meeting of 2019 on September 6th.

These quarterly meetings include a report from the Department of Justice (DOJ) on cases settled for vaccine injuries and deaths as mandated by the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). The September 2019 report can be found here.

The NVICP was started as a result of a law passed in 1986 that gave pharmaceutical companies legal immunity from being sued due to injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines.

So far in 2019 the NVICP has paid out $206,295,187.00 in damages due to vaccine injuries and deaths.

This is public information, but it is not covered in the corporate “mainstream” media. As far as we know, Health Impact News is the only media source that publishes these DOJ reports on vaccine injuries and deaths each quarter. 

In fact, by publishing these government reports, we are accused of publishing “fake news,” even though all the facts we are publishing here come from government-funded reports.

California Pediatrician Appeals to Governor Newsom to do the Right Thing and Preserve the Doctor Patient Relationship

Dear Honorable Governor Newsom,

I am a California-licensed, board-certified, Stanford-, NYU, & UCSF-trained pediatrician. I am not anti-vax. I administer vaccines in my pediatric practice. I believe that vaccines can be effective at reducing the risk of vaccine-preventable diseases for MOST children. I believe that vaccines are safe for MOST children. But not for all…

I am not a “hysterical anti-vaxxer.” I am not the mother of a vaccine-injured child. I am not an unethical doctor selling “fake” medical exemptions. I am not a bureaucrat or a politician.

I am a pediatrician in the trenches. And I am unashamedly, unabashedly, and unequivocally PRO-CHILD. SB 276 continues to place the decision regarding an individual child’s vaccine risk/benefit assessment and whether or not that child qualifies for a vaccine medical exemption in the hands of the government. As clearly stated by Andrew Kroger M.D., M.P.H., Communications and Education Branch of the Immunization Service Division of the CDC: “It would be inappropriate for anyone other than the treating provider to determine who should be allowed to get a medically-necessary exemption.”

Time to Repeal the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act that Protects Big Pharma While Injuring and Killing Children

As the Children’s Health Defense eBook, Conflicts of Interest Undermine Children’s Health, tries to make clear, the passage of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) in 1986 was a watershed event that emboldened vaccine manufacturers and their public- and private-sector accomplices—notably the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)—to systematically hide the serious damage caused by vaccines.

In addition to making a mockery of pre-licensing safety testing and post-marketing surveillance, these entities have regularly manipulated (or destroyed) data to exaggerate both the benefits and effectiveness of vaccination. Manufacturers have also used their money and power to subordinate the mainstream media, medical journals and front groups, making it possible to publish and broadcast deceptive studies that whitewash questions inconvenient to the financial bottom line.

A month after I had taken ill, I was back in hospital waiting to have an MRI scan to check for a brain tumour or encephalitis. Luckily the results came back negative and through a process of elimination I was given a probable diagnosis of ME [Myalgic Encephalomyelitis] probably caused by the HPV vaccine.

A social worker and police officer came to speak with my mum and dad to prevent us from going on a holiday. I demonstrated that I had no problems with the stairs and initially they had no problem with us leaving.

However, when they rang their manager the psychiatrist had put in a first stage referral which meant they could not allow me to leave.

I was distraught as was my sister. I had been working towards this holiday for weeks.

We spent several hours in discussion with the social worker, police and my doctor.

As my dad and I left for the hospital my mum had to sign a form which stated that if they took me on holiday without consent from the hospital both my sister and I would be taken into care.

The consequences of what my psychiatrist did were massive. I developed trust issues…

Self-Appointed Internet Police Declare MedicalKidnap.com and DOJ Vaccine Court Reports Fake News

Health Impact News was recently contacted by John Gregory, a medical reporter working for the company NewsGuard, a self-appointed Internet policing group that awards “nutrition badge” ratings for websites determining if they are “reliable” or not.

Mr. Gregory accused me right up front of publishing “false” claims, and asked me to comment on a list of articles in our network that he determined were “false.”

Curiously, one of the articles he chose to exhibit as something published that was “false” was one of our articles on the Department of Justice quarterly reports on compensated cases for vaccine injuries and deaths in the U.S. Vaccine Court, submitted every three months to the federal government Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (ACCV) under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

The article is reporting what is public information from government sources.

When they gave Health Impact News a negative rating, they even gave a negative rating to Created4Health.org, which is not even a news site but a site where I publish my devotional articles based on Bible studies.

They also gave a negative rating to MedicalKidnap.com. Mr Gregory accused us of simply taking unverified social media posts from parents who claimed their children were being kidnapped by the state, and asked us if we even bothered to verify their stories.

There is strong evidence that NewsGuard is comprised of “old-school journalists” who represent corporate interests, and are doing everything they can to squelch free speech on the Internet, especially in social media platforms.

Health Impact News provides a free service to the public that often is seldom found elsewhere, and that is especially true with our Medical Kidnapping stories, where we are one of the few places parents can come to and find a platform to tell the world what is happening to America’s children who are being kidnapped by the State, and often end up being sexually trafficked.

Google is Now a Pharmaceutical Company

Google’s burgeoning ties to Big Pharma have been exposed with the disclosure of its new pharmaceutical division, which just happens to be led by the former head of GlaxoSmithKline’s global vaccine business. As cautioned by Progressive Radio Network journalists Gary Null, PhD and Richard Gale,

“Google today is not only a weapon for promoting the pharmaceutical agenda but now also a drug company itself.”

It has been obvious for some time now that Google’s algorithms have been adjusted to make it more difficult to find information, including information about vaccines, that doesn’t align with the messages about health and medical care that are approved by government and the pharmaceutical industry. In some cases, no matter how specific a search question is, or how it is worded and re-worded, the search results stubbornly return the same tired but mainstream medical authority-approved results.

Barbara Loe Fisher of The National Vaccine Information Center Named "Game Changer of the Year"

Each year during the anniversary week of Mercola.com, we recognize a Game Changer, someone whose work stands as a great service to humanity by making a significant contribution to improving people’s health.

This year, we present the Game Changer Award to Barbara Loe Fisher, co-founder and president of the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC), a nonprofit charity that provides information on vaccine safety and efficacy on the internet.

NVIC was founded in 1982 by parents of vaccine injured children — Fisher being one of them. Fisher’s oldest son suffered a vaccine injury in 1980 following his fourth DPT shot, leaving him with mild brain damage resulting in learning disabilities and attention deficit disorder.

NVIC’s goal is to “[prevent] vaccine injuries and deaths through public education and safety reforms,” Fisher told The New York Times in 2001. Fisher’s two other children received all recommended vaccines with the exception of the whole-cell pertussis that injured her oldest son.

“The vaccine-safety and informed-consent movement has never been about telling parents not to vaccinate. We’re pro-education and pro-informed consent, not antivaccine.

There is a difference. It is immoral to write off an unknown number of children as expendable in the name of the greater good to justify public health policy,” Barbara told The New York Times.

This is a stance Fisher and NVIC have maintained ever since its inception, even though critics choose to portray the organization as a source of dangerous antivaccine propaganda.

Will California Governor Newsom Follow Colorado Governor Polis' Example and Reject Vaccine Mandates That Eliminate Medical Exemptions?

While proponents of Senate Bill (SB) 276 act as if vaccine-inflicted injuries and deaths don’t exist, the big question is whether their fellow lawmakers and Governor will ignore the federal law of the land and growing chorus of informed Democrat voices coming out against the assault on exemptions from mandatory vaccinations that cannot be made safe for all our sons and daughters.

Democrat Gov. Jared Polis made national headlines when he took a strong stand for medical freedom and torpedoed legislation in Colorado that mirrors the bills that have been introduced in states like New York, Oregon and California.

When asked about vaccination mandates? “You can’t do that at the point of a gun,” Polis told Hill.TV’s Krystal Ball and Buck Sexton during an interview on “Rising.” “When the government tries to force parents to do this, it creates distrust in both vaccinations and distrust in government,” added Polis, whose state has one of the lowest vaccination rates in the country.

No Shots No School Not True! School Districts Lying to Parents by Stating all Students Must be Fully Vaccinated when State Law Provides Exemptions

Health Freedom Idaho is reporting that school districts throughout Idaho are sending threatening letters to parents and falsely claiming that their children must be fully vaccinated or they will not be able to be enrolled in school.

“I was registering my son for kindergarten today (his only partial year of public school before he will be homeschooled). I noticed this passage and the way it was worded when I was filling out his registration paperwork. I came with his vaccine exemption form in hand already filled out, which they accepted.

I was really bothered by the fact that we have the right to waive vaccines, and yet they write to parents that by law they have to have their vaccinations. This is wrong. They should say something like, ‘It is Idaho State Law that you must have complete immunization records or an Idaho School Immunization Exemption Form to register your child for school.’

I listened to moms coming in worried that they didn’t have vaccination records and the school never gave them the option to waive.

If it is our right to waive, why is this not disclosed as part of proper informed consent?”

Plan for Global Healthcare for All: Cheap Drugs Developed with "Virtual Clinical Trials" Revealed in Letter to Japanese Prime Minister

Here is a frightening letter that was discovered online today. It was addressed to the Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and was sent from the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations (IFPMA).

The letter was signed by the IFPMA Executive Committee which includes the CEOs of the USA’s Eli Lilly ($24 billion in revenue in 2018), Japan’s Daiichi Sankyo ($8 billion in revenue in 2018), Belgium’s UCB ($27 billion in revenue in 2018) and France’s Sanofi ($42 billion in revenue in 2018).

The letter was endorsed by the 30 or so IFPMA members that attended the Tokyo meeting with Abe that followed. The representatives (mostly the CEOs) of the global pharmaceutical corporations pictured are listed at the bottom of the letter.

One of the alarming goals clearly proposed by the IFPMA and clearly stated in the letter to Prime Minister Abe is to make use of public medical information databases, IoT technology and virtual clinical trials “to reduce drug development time and costs and improve the probability of success”.

Big Pharma shows that the future implementation of a plethora of dangerous, poorly evaluated drugs and vaccines that will no longer make use of actual randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, long-term clinical trials – and just use the more efficient, more cost-effective “virtual,” computer-based “studies.” Brave New World.

New York Moves Closer to Becoming Nation's First Vaccine Police State

The State of New York recently passed legislation removing the religious exemption to mandatory vaccines for children.

Attorneys Michael H. Sussman and Robert F. Kennedy have filed a lawsuit to repeal the law, as 26,000 families in New York wait to see if their children can attend school.

As of now, the only way to get an exemption to mandatory vaccines is to have a medical doctor write a medical exemption.

Last week, the New York Department of Health published “Emergency Regulations” to “Prevent Medical Exemptions.”

So now, unelected bureaucrats will determine if doctors are qualified or not to write medical exemptions.

By having the Department of Health declare an “emergency” and issue an order without passing legislation, the entire democratic process is bypassed, resulting in medical tyranny.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Publishes Censored Response to Kennedy Family's Criticisms on Vaccine Safety Which Exposes Industry Corruption

In early May 2019, Politico Magazine published an article written by three of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s relatives, criticizing his advocacy for safe vaccines. After numerous requests, Politico magazine has refused to publish his response.

So he has published it himself:

Three of my Kennedy relatives recently published an article criticizing my advocacy for safe vaccines.

I love my family and sympathize with their anxieties when I call out government officials for corruption. The Kennedys have a long, close, and continuing relationship with public health agencies so it is understandably difficult for us to believe that powerful regulators would lie about vaccines. “All issues are simple,” the saw goes, “until you study them.”

I’ve arrived at my skepticism after 15 years spent researching and litigating this issue. I have watched financial conflicts and institutional self-interest transform key sectors of our public health bureaucracies into appendages of the very pharmaceutical companies that Congress charged them to regulate.

My uncle and my father argued that in a free and open society, the response to difficult questions should never be to shut down debate. What we need is science, not censorship.

I am not anti-vax. I am pro-safety and pro-science. I want robust, transparent safety studies and independent regulators. These do not seem like the kind of radical demands that should divide our party or our families. As Americans and Kennedys, we ought to be able to have a civil, science-based debate about these legitimate concerns.

What Happened to the California Medical Board's Concerns About SB 276 and Restricting Doctors Who Write Exemptions for Vaccines? Who Changed Their Minds?

During their quarterly meeting on August 8, 2019, The California Medical Board (CMB) surprisingly, or maybe not so surprisingly, voted to support SB276, Senator Richard Pan’s medical exemption bill that places narrow restrictions on doctors’ abilities to write vaccine exemptions for school aged children.

SB276 is not about vaccines, it is a bill regarding the exemption process required to fulfill California’s school vaccine mandate.

The bill, in an unprecedented way, hands over the jurisdiction of reviewing and revoking the medical opinions of physicians from the CMB to the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and California Department of Health and Human Services (CHHS).

In May, when the Board previously voted to “Support SB276 in Concept” – the concept being that physicians writing fraudulent medical exemptions should be investigated – CMB Members raised a number of concerns on the bill. These concerns were not addressed by the most recent amendments to SB276, nor were they brought up for discussion at yesterday’s board meeting. So it is surprising that the CMB changed their position to Support SB276.

What (or who) made them change their positions?

NY Lawsuit to Repeal Denial of Religious Exemptions to Vaccines Starts - 26,000 Families Wait to See if Children Can Start School

On July 10, attorneys Sussman and Kennedy filed a lawsuit in New York State (NYS) Supreme Court challenging the constitutionality of the legislature’s repeal of the religious exemption to vaccination. Suing on behalf of 55 NYS families who held lawful religious exemptions, Sussman and Kennedy requested that the court enjoin the repeal temporarily, preliminarily and permanently.

The Honorable Denise Hartman, Supreme Court judge, will hear oral argument Wednesday, August 14th. With school only three weeks away, plaintiffs present their case that on June 13, 2019, NYS halted more than fifty years of lawful religious exemptions from vaccination for those with genuine and sincerely-held religious beliefs. The law, which became effective immediately, threw more than 26,000 NYS families into chaos, barring their children from school and daycare.

Oregon Pediatrician Responds to Critics - Explains How Much Money Pediatricians Make on Vaccines

Let us set the record straight.

I am not anti-vaccine. I am absolutely pro-science and vaccine risk aware.

One huge misconception, and I see the comments on this, is that pediatricians don’t make money on vaccines or that they are not financially incentivized to vaccinate.

There are profits from vaccine mark-ups and huge profits from vaccine administration fees. The average admin fee is about $35 per vaccine.

For the 715 patients born into my practice who have refused to give any vaccines (each child would have had 28 vaccines by age 2 and over 60 vaccines in their childhood) amounting to income of $700,000 for the 2 years and $1.5 million over their childhood.

Those are real dollars lost for Integrative Pediatrics. The money lost when considering that we serve over 15,000 patients, with most being selective about how they vaccinate would have driven most practices out of business.

There are also built in incentives in many contracts with health plans. Vaccines are a quality measure (if your practice does not reach a bench mark in numbers vaccinated) you loose a % on all services provided to patients under that insurance contract.

Is it any wonder most of my peers discharge patients from their practices who won’t follow the CDC schedule? Often these patients are told to call Dr. Thomas (Integrative Pediatrics).

Let us be clear. It is not a good business decision to allow families not to vaccinate or to permit selective vaccination.

We at Integrative Pediatrics honor the law in Oregon that allows informed consent. Parents are still permitted in Oregon to make health care decisions for their children.

Those who discharge these families deny them their legal right. They also profit greatly by limiting the numbers of non-vaccinating families or partially vaccinating families.

Vaccines are Religion, not Science

We hear all the time that “the science is clear: vaccines save lives.”

But where is that science? If it exists, then why can nobody show it?

Vaccines are a religion and vaccinations are a (barbaric) religious ritual. That means that any kind of mandatory vaccination law is unconstitutional.

Some people might still play semantics and say that a belief system is not the same as a religion. But let’s look at the vaccine religion.

– You are expected to go to preparation classes (prenatal check-ups)
– You are expected to give birth in the temple (=hospital).
– As soon as the baby is born you are confronted with the temple servants (doctors/nurses/midwives) who want to submit your baby to the standard ritual (two injections)
– If you decline they usually will try to convince or coerce you
– At set times after birth you need to bring your baby to another temple (doctor’s practice) for more rituals
– If you don’t want to submit your baby to the rituals you can expect extremely negative reactions, which can become aggression and end up with you not being welcome in the temple anymore
– If you lose the faith (or never join in the first place) you can expect social exclusion and often serious family trouble. Some grandparents even consider “saving their grandchildren” by bringing them to the temple themselves, without the parents permission.

Vaccinations have almost every characteristic of a religion, so the desperate argument that a belief system doesn’t equal a religion doesn’t hold up.

Florida Wants to Become the Most Restrictive State in the U.S. for Mandatory Vaccines

There is a new dangerous threat to vaccine exemptions in Florida.

SB 64 was filed by Senator Lauren Book on 8/2/2019.

SB 64 would eliminate the religious exemption to vaccines required for public and private school children. It would also add a new section of law requiring the Board of Medicine and the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to jointly create a medical exemption review panel that shall review all medical exemptions. If passed, the new law would become effective on July 1, 2020.

We have seen what happens to families in California and New York where religious exemptions have been removed and medical exemptions are reviewed and restricted. SB 64 is a dangerous bill that needs to be stopped early so Florida doesn’t become like California or New York.

The 2020 legislative session in Florida convenes on 1/14/2020, however bills are filed in advance (session dates). It is very important that families who support the religious and medical exemptions get out ahead of Senator Book’s effort and talk to their legislators and like-minded families to get involved now! Those who are currently in office during this interim period will be the same legislators who will vote on this bill this spring as statewide legislative offices are not on the ballot this fall.

Study: Babies Born to Moms Who Refuse Flu Vaccine Fare Better than Babies Born to Mom's Who Receive the Influenza Vaccine

A new study comparing four outcomes—fetal death, low birth weight, small for gestational age birth and preterm birth—for infants whose mothers received flu shots or a placebo turned up surprising results. Not only was influenza vaccination during pregnancy was ineffective in lowering risk for the four outcomes, but they also noted that the vaccinated infants fared worse.

The 2011–2012 South Africa study was one of three large double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trials of influenza vaccination during pregnancy funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF).

Overall, the investigators found “no significant vaccine efficacy” with respect to any of the fetal outcomes.

Unexpectedly (to the researchers), they also found that the average gestational age at birth was lower in the vaccinated versus placebo group—a statistically significant result indicative of a greater risk of preterm birth.

Although most of the study’s other findings did not attain statistical significance, the pattern of results showed, in another writer’s words, tendencies that were “not reassuring.”

Members of the public should remember that no vaccines have ever been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) “specifically for use during pregnancy to protect the infant.”

The Weaponizing of CPS - Lose Your Children IF: You Don't Vaccinate, You Don't Make a Dentist Appointment, You Don't Pay School Lunch Fees, You Don't Shut Up, Etc.

We’ve all heard stories about an angry neighbor or ex-spouse making false reports to Child Protection Services (CPS.)

This weaponizing of CPS drew national attention recently because a School Board President, acting more like a bully than the director of a school, sent letters to parents threatening to call CPS if their child’s lunch debt wasn’t paid.

However, this weaponizing of CPS has far greater consequences than simply intimidating parents to pay school lunch debts.

It can lead to the death of children, the very children these taxpayer social service agencies are supposed to be “protecting.”

This is what happened to one mother pregnant with twins who was threatened to lose her twins at birth to CPS if she did not consent to receiving the flu shot.

Out of fear of losing her babies to CPS, she complied, and her previously healthy twins died shortly later, before they were even born.

CPS today is not really focused on “protecting” children, but intimidating non-compliant parents.

Two Nurses Sentenced to Five Years for Manslaughter and Negligence in MMR Vaccine Deaths of Two Babies

Chief Justice of the Samoa Supreme Court Vui Clarence Nelson sentenced two nurses this week (August, 2019) convicted of negligence and manslaughter in the death of two infants who died immediately after receiving the MMR vaccine.

Health Impact News reported on the original story in 2018 when it made headline news on TV1 in Samoa.

What was so tragic about this story was that the parents of the second child who died had reportedly already learned about the first infant’s death a couple hours earlier and declined to have their child receive the same vaccine. They were coerced into receiving it anyway, and their child died almost immediately.

Both nurses eventually pleaded guilty to manslaughter charges and charges of neglect, and their sentencing hearing was this past week.

Justice Vui said that applicable nursing protocols required that further vaccinations at the hospital should have stopped following the death of a previously healthy baby.

“It appears from the material the defendants did not recognise the possibility the problem was the vaccine,” he said.

The defendants told the Probation Office they concluded the baby was allergic to the vaccine.

“They concluded without any evidence to support their theory; a conclusion plucked out of thin air,” the Acting Chief Justice said.

The second defendant, Leutogi, concluded that the child must have been suffering from a prior illness.

Justice Vui characterised this as a “clearly callous observation unsupported by evidence”.

“If the child was sick, they should have not immunised the baby,” he said.

Merck Continues to Make Hundreds of Millions on Measles Vaccine - 58% Increase After 2019 Measles "Outbreak"

Sales of Merck’s measles vaccine, the MMR combo vaccine that also includes mumps and rubella, continues to soar as Merck reported this week that in the second quarter of 2019, sales for the measles vaccine were 58% higher than the year before, at $675 million.

As CNBC reports:

“Pharmaceutical giant Merck said Tuesday that high consumer demand for its measles vaccines, amid the largest U.S. outbreak in decades, helped boost sales in its second quarter.

Sales of children’s vaccines, which includes the New Jersey-based company’s MMR vaccine, for measles, mumps and rubella, jumped 58% year over year to $675 million, Merck announced in its second-quarter earnings report Tuesday.

Merck, which is the sole U.S. supplier of measles vaccines, said the strong growth was due in part to this year’s measles outbreak…”

Is there any other sector of the U.S. economy that is more profitable than vaccines? Consider these facts:

1. The U.S. Government gave legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies in 1986, because Big Pharma threatened Congress by stating they would stop manufacturing and selling vaccines due to the many lawsuits brought against them for vaccine injuries. Vaccines have proliferated in the market place since 1986 as a result, with the CDC recommending up to 69 doses of vaccines to children before they reach the age of 18.

2. In most states, the CDC recommended vaccine schedule is required for children at attend school.

3. The U.S. Government owns several patents on vaccines, and the CDC is the largest purchaser of vaccines, using U.S. taxpayer funds to purchase more than $5 billion in vaccines each year.

Is there any other market in the U.S. where there is virtually no liability for your products, the government requires you to purchase the product, and the government itself is the largest customer of those products? Also, most vaccines have only one manufacturer approved by the U.S. government for sale in the U.S., such as the MMR vaccine, creating a monopoly for that product.

And if that is not enough to ensure business success, local health departments can pick and choose which illnesses should be classified as “outbreaks” which are then announced by the compliant corporate media, largely funded by the pharmaceutical industry, to boost sales of a vaccine even more.

Refusing to be Silent, Parents Come Forward to Describe How their Children Suffered Painful Deaths After Being Vaccinated

Ron Kennedy, MD, is a California doctor currently suing the State Medical Board for intimidating doctors in California who write vaccine exemptions for their patients.

He recently asked for parents who had children that died as a result of vaccines to email him their stories, and then another California doctor, Dr. Robert Rowen, who has a large following on Facebook, published their stories today.

Dr. Rowen commented that these stories brought him to tears, and warns his readers that they may also have the same effect on them.

We reproduce these stories here for greater public awareness, and to make sure their voices are not silenced by the Social Media tech giants.

There are common themes in many of these tragic stories where once healthy and normal children deteriorated in health after receiving vaccines, and then died.

From child protective services (CPS) threats against parents who question vaccines and risk losing their children if they do not comply, to doctors who refuse to admit vaccines cause harm and therefore will not treat vaccine injuries, these testimonies show that we are facing a real crisis and tragedy in the U.S. today when it comes to vaccine policy.

These are among the few and brave parents who will not be silenced, risking their reputations and careers to tell their stories publicly in a country now ruled by medical tyranny.

Former Merck Scientist Explains Why He Doesn't Vaccinate His Children Due to Lack of Vaccine Safety Studies

Del Bigtree, producer of the film VAXXED, and host of the weekly show HighWire, interviewed Jorge Araujo, a scientist who worked for the pharmaceutical company Merck as a lead supervisor on vaccine sterile quality this week.

Araujo’s wife is a nurse, and they didn’t even question the science behind vaccines until they were expecting their first child, when Araujo’s wife began asking him questions about vaccines.

Araujo relates that as he began to ask questions about vaccine efficacy and safety, the answers were not there. His research showed him that the robust science and quality controls present in regular drug manufacturing did not seem to be present with vaccine manufacturing.

So he and his wife decided not vaccinate their children, and today they are all “super healthy.”

Araujo states that he is not alone in his skepticism regarding the lack of science and quality controls for vaccine manufacture, and that other scientists he knows who worked for Merck are also deciding not to vaccinate their children.

Fully Vaccinated vs. Unvaccinated — A Summary of the Research

The Institute of Medicine (IOM) has repeatedly asked CDC to create studies which explain,

“How do child health outcomes compare between fully vaccinated and unvaccinated children?”

During a November 2012 Congressional hearing on autism before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, Dr. Coleen Boyle, the Director of the National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities, gave evasive answers to lawmakers pressing her on this point. After considerable badgering, she finally stated,

“We have not studied vaccinated versus unvaccinated [children].”

That was perjury.

Boyle knew that CDC had commissioned an in-house researcher, Thomas Verstraeten to perform vaccinated/unvaccinated study on CDC’s giant Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD) in 1999 (I summarize Verstraeten’s secret findings on slide 2).

Verstraeten found a dramatic link between mercury-containing hepatitis B vaccines and several neurological injuries including autism and prepared the study for publication. CDC shared Verstraeten’s analysis with the then four vaccine makers but kept it secret from the American public.

Soaring Elderly Flu Death: What Role Did the Stronger New Flu Vaccine Play?

On December 23, 2009, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved use of Fluzone High-Dose flu vaccine for the elderly. This new product is four times more powerful, that is, contains four times the amount of flu virus antigen per dose as the product used previously (Fluzone). The vaccine is given as a single injection.

FDA approval was given even though its Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices made no indication it was better than the previously-used Fluzone after reviewing studies of safety and effectiveness. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention stated,

“Data demonstrating greater protection against influenza illness after vaccination with Fluzone High-Dose are needed to evaluate whether Fluzone High-Dose is a more effective vaccine for patients age 65 years.”

The largest study reviewed by the FDA committee showed that the new high-dose vaccine had a 50% higher rate of side effects within the first week after the injection, and four times the chance that patients would develop fever after the shot. The approval was given even though a large three-year study of effectiveness and safety had just begun (U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2010).

Prior to 2013, fewer than 1,000 elderly Americans died from the flu in all but one year. But in the most recent five years available, the average jumped to over 3,000 per year, exceeding 5,000 in the most recent year (2017). The 2013-2017 flu death rate among Americans over 65 jumped 328.6%, or more than four times than it was in the period 2006-2012.

The influenza death rate did not change among Americans age under 35, while it rose 132.4% (more than doubled) among those age 35-64.

The recent mortality rise in elderly flu deaths should be taken seriously, and future trends should be monitored by health officials.

The Medical Journals’ Sell-Out: Big Pharma Buys Advertising and Decides What Gets Published - Anything Negative About Vaccines Not Allowed

The vaccine industry and its government and scientific partners routinely block meaningful science and fabricate misleading studies about vaccines.

They could not do so, however, without having enticed medical journals into a mutually beneficial bargain. Pharmaceutical companies supply journals with needed income, and in return, journals play a key role in suppressing studies that raise critical questions about vaccine risks—which would endanger profits.

This concerted campaign to prevent dissemination of vaccine content that does not toe the party line will make it harder than ever for American families to do their due diligence with regard to vaccine risks and benefits.

Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and World Health Organization Work Together to Conceal Vaccine Death Statistics in Poor Countries

The promotion for the utilization of vaccines and the inadequate surveillance systems in poor, Third World countries is largely controlled by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation through the mantle of the World Health Organization (WHO) which administers public health programs in poor and middle income countries. Vaccine safety is the domain of the WHO Global Advisory Committee on Vaccine Safety (GACVS), established in 1999.

The WHO-GACVS developed a two-tiered classification system for assessing and reporting adverse events following immunization (AEFI). The AEFI classification system used in Third World countries disqualifies Deaths following vaccination, as having any causal association with vaccines. The dubious rationale given by the WHO: if there was no statistically significant increase in deaths recorded during Phase 3 vaccine trials, death is not associated with vaccination. Those phase 3 trials are too small and too short to detect rare lethal adverse effects.

After a vaccine is licensed, all deaths and serious adverse reactions that had not been detected in Phase 3 trials are labelled as ‘coincidental deaths /events’ or ‘unclassifiable’. The association of death with vaccination is discounted.

An Exploratory Analysis (2018) by Dr. Jacob Puliyel, head of pediatrics at St. Stephens Hospital Delhi, India, and member of the National Technical Advisory Group on Immunization (NTAGI) of the Government of India, documented that following the shift from the DPT – diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus – vaccine in 2011, to the pentavalent vaccine, the number of deaths rose precipitously.

Dr. Puliyel calculated that data from states with good reporting of adverse events, suggest that there are likely to be 7,020–8,190 additional deaths each year in India, because of the shift from DPT to Pentavalent vaccine.

The shocking conclusion one cannot help but draw is that the WHO classification system for adverse events following vaccination was crafted for use in devalued populations in the Third Word, where its use is imposed. This harks back to the days of institutionalized Apartheid.

Understandably, Dr. Puliyel concluded that: “deaths and other serious adverse events following vaccination in the third world, that use WHO-AEFI classification are not recorded in any database for pharmacovigilance. It is as if the deaths of children in low (and middle) income countries are of no consequence.”

Fighting Academic Censorship on Gardasil Vaccine Research, Dr. Sin Hang Lee Challenges Medical and Scientific Community to Debate in Open Forum

In an unprecedented move, pathologist/clinical microbiologist, Dr. Sin Hang Lee has decided to invite the international community of scientists and medical professionals to peer-review and/or discuss his latest research “Toll-like receptor 9 agonist in HPV vaccine Gardasil 9” in an open public forum.

According to Dr. Lee, during 2011/12, when he tried to publish papers describing HPV DNA fragments he had discovered in Gardasil 4, his first paper was rejected by three medical journal editors despite the fact that the manufacturer had assured health authorities worldwide no such fragments were in the final product.

The first of his papers regarding this subject was favorably peer-reviewed by three scientists who recommended publication. However, upon subsequent review by a journal editor publication was inexplicably denied.

Both papers were subsequently published in non-medical journals which deal with ‘pure science’ thereby limiting access to most medical professionals.

Dr. Lee also states that after submission of his latest research to “Vaccines” the editor-in-chief sent his paper out requesting a peer review. However, the editor’s subordinates refused to process the manuscript even though the journal claims to be “an international, peer-reviewed open access journal focused on laboratory and clinical vaccine research, utilization and immunization.”

Dr. Lee believes this unusual response illustrates a top-level concerted effort by vaccine stakeholders to suppress any information which could potentially impact the published safety profile of HPV vaccines.

Former FDA Commissioner Gottlieb Joins Pfizer: World’s Largest Pharmaceutical Company and Second Largest Manufacturer of Vaccines

Former Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner Scott Gottlieb, MD has joined the board of directors of Pfizer, Inc.—the world’s largest pharmaceutical company and second largest manufacturer of vaccines. Pfizer, which posted total revenues of $53.7 billion in 2018, announced Dr. Gottlieb’s election to the board on June 27, 2019.

Dr. Gottlieb, who led the FDA from May 11, 2017 to Apr. 5, 2019, has also been appointed to the Regulatory and Compliance Committee and the Science and Technology Committee of Pfizer’s board.

As FDA Commissioner, Dr. Gottlieb often expressed strong opinions about the safety and mandatory use of vaccines. He has said he does not believe there is a need for further scientific research into reported vaccine side effects, such as the development of regressive autism in previously healthy children after vaccination.

He was also outspoken this year about his belief that children attending school with vaccine exemptions are to blame for measles outbreaks and the federal government should intervene if states do not restrict or eliminate vaccine exemptions.
